Failed Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, to achieve a quorum for the selection of the first deputy speaker of parliament after MP Haydar Abbadi get to 149 votes and MP Ahmad Chalabi on 107 Voices.
The candidate for the post of first deputy chairman of the House of Representatives Haider Abadi on 149 votes and MP Ahmad Chalabi, the 107 voices and MP Fares on Jeju six votes out of 274 votes, 0.12 of them void.
Abadi, making for a possible job guy for not receiving a majority, Parliament fails to nominate First Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
