Based on my research (fantasy from his own imagination) and a couple conversations that they are throwing around dates from the 9th to the 31st…they are doing this on purpose. They do not want anyone to know the exact date…for security reasons. They have a wide target range there, and personally I think it should be on the “sooner” side then the “later” side of it.

Remember Vietnam was considered on the “underdeveloped” country list of the IMF and so it is one of these countries they want to bring forward because it has great potential...The State Bank of Vietnam has been giving us signals for almost a decade now that they plan to get rid of 3 or up to 4 zeros from their Dong currency. So, we know something is up. They must first “withdrawal” a certain % of the current larger notes out of circulation, the same process of the project to delete the zeros that Iraq is now going through. The only way to do that is to go electronic banking, just like Iraq did.This is now in the process... They plan to accomplish the conversion to electronic banking by 2020. I was told today by someone who is getting information from some of our more "connected" "gurus" that the price is going to be $15.00! I could only laugh until my oxygen had to be replenished, as I took in this "insider" information, I have tried to tell this person on several occasions that this "numbers" stuff is nothing more than hyperbole based upon playing a game with this opportunity, and not an inside look at the "room" as far as the actual prices which are being considered. How many notes you have in your possession will dictate how you make out when this happens. I am satisfied if I see as little as fifty cents per, I know the realities of investing and to be able to accomplish even this seemingly minute amount, will be astronomical in relevance to where I started, so I do not have a connection to my greed here, I have a few notes and I have not placed myself into bankruptcy, in comparison to the possibilities of massive return on the initial investment. Her is the number I want, anything over one penny per Dinar, Then...I can get a little greedy for a larger return on the per Dinar price. Good luck, everyone!
