Luigi found this article of Dinarian interest... No RV/RI anytime soon. Iraq may kick the can farther down the road to the next three years. Will you wait another three more years or will you throw in the towell? Treat as a rumor. Not varafied. Your opine. 1-25-21 Newshound Guru Pimpy One article says they plan on keeping the rate that it's at now for the next 3 years. Some of you are going 'Oh my god we have to wait 3 years?' That's very possible. Like I said when you hear good news don't get overly excited. When you hear bad news don't get overly bummed out. IMO is it going to stay that way for 3 years? No I don't think so...Hopefully peace will remain in the Middle East. Iraq will continue to grow and if they could do this I think the rate change would change a little bit quicker...just because they say it don't mean that's how long it's going to take. There are a lot of other things to take into consideration...do plans change? Yes, they do...I have my own theories on why it's not going to last.

Luigi found this article of Dinarian interest... The Kaps says no RV any time soon. He may be right if this Iraq article has any credibility. Treat as a rumor. Not varafied. Your opine. 9-7-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni An article today from Parliament clearly states they have no intention of deleting the zeros at this time. As I've said in the past, parliament's plan was a LOP. That is a neutral event and we do not want that. What we do want to see, is foreign investment to come into Iraq and begin to rebuild and create a private sector putting pressure on the financial system allowing the CBI to float the currency. The interesting statement in the article references the 2020 budget deficit as the primary REASON for the DELAY which could mean they're WAITING to see the effects of the LAUNCH of the MARKET ECONOMY first.

from another source... 6-5-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 LISTEN CAREFULLY... The military backed off in Ramadi and were accused of no will to fight... The airforce trainess in Jordan went on strike refusing to leave their barracks as pay was cut 80%... The ports where people collect their pay have equipment that is connecting to the bank but not getting a response ...so people ability to withdraw money is delayed or takes a few days... The Kurd region is upside down with it's economy...it has been at zero for 4 months and businesses going into bankruptcy...And now provinces are beginning to announce warnings of bankruptcy... Zebari is in Jordan for a loan for 827 million from the IMF... That doesn't even pay the Kurds DUES for the MONTH OF MAY... So with people losing the faith...Banks beginning to fail... And Abadi told the people to be patient till June... They are in serious financial dire straits... And Zebari said the crisis is over...Explain Please? They are going to open the new books July 1st...and how much we benefit remains to be seen...But end of June is the end of the road. Luigi says...all is not well In Iraq as the Gurus insist. Nobody has been paid...nobody. No spmart cards are loaded. The Budget has not been opened. There are not enough funds to meet next month's payrolls & GOI operational expenses. Iraq is asking for more loans from it's regional friends. The Kurds are not happy. Nothing has changed. IMO. IYO...What must GOI & CBI do to solve the problem?
