He added, "It is no secret to anyone that the reality of childhood in Iraq is a difficult reality, as a result of the conditions we have been through for decades," noting that "accumulations, legacies and political, economic and social problems are reflected in one way or another on this important age group of our society." He pointed out that "this segment deserves all care and attention from us, and the development of mechanisms, plans and programs, so that we can later invest its energies in serving Iraq and its institutions, in the public and private sectors," explaining that "the right investment in this segment means an investment in the future, and an investment in building Iraq." developing it, and dedicating its role and importance in the world. He pointed out that "investment means diagnosing challenges, and converting them later into opportunities for success, so that we are not victims of difficult circumstances and factors, but rather we must be makers of hope and life for our children, grandchildren and future generations," stressing that "this government came in difficult and complex circumstances with specific tasks, And it performed it, which is the establishment of fair and fair elections, yet we took the initiative in order to create better economic and security conditions, and the government succeeded after we were on the brink of economic collapse.” And he indicated that "international indicators and reports confirm that the Iraqi economy today is the fastest growing, and that Iraq has become one of the most important countries in the Middle East in terms of economic growth," adding, "We have succeeded in overcoming many challenges according to the capabilities and capabilities available to us, and others require longer work and cooperation." Al-Kazemi said, "We hope today to implement this strategy in the best way, and we will follow this matter closely," stressing that "cooperation is required between the state and its institutions, international organizations and the international community, and between our people and our people, and we have to rise in our reality and move it from challenges to an opportunity for hope."
