US Inc. was supposed to go bankrupt. 6- At 12:01 am Fri. 31 Jan. the new Constitutional Republic was supposed to go into force and the gold-backed US Dollar could be live. 7- The larger groups were in some form of going liquid. 8- In the past few days there were some VIP exchanges in other countries. 9- Some banks in foreign countries have called in people to exchange their Dong at a good front screen rate. 10- A Tier 1 bank claimed that Tier4b could get started Thurs. or Fri. morning 30, 31 Jan. 11- On Wed. 29 Jan. the USMC Trade deal would be enacted (it was signed off last Friday).
