Two of my staff members are driving the RV, which we used to bring Ceci home, back to Texas. (She has been battling a severe case of vertigo.) They thought they’d be able to post the “15” while traveling, and they eventually did, but obviously, there was a bit of a glitch. If you missed the post because of this, you will want to look at or watch yesterday’s (1/10/2022) before looking at today’s. And again, I apologize. Yesterday, I started discussing a dream given to my friend Greg Hood. This is a very enlightening and important dream, filled with insight and revelation. (Though I am taking it in segments, I will post the entire dream at the end of today’s post. I know some of you would like to see the entire dream in one sitting.) And we may go just a little longer than 15 minutes. Please indulge me. REVIEW OF YESTERDAY In the first part of the dream a baseball team, comprised of spiritual leaders in the church and representing the Kingdom of God, was playing in the World Seers Series. This was the last game of the series, the 8th inning, we were winning but the score was close, and we were very focused. Then, the Holy Spirit initiated a change of strategy. For many more comments and details, please refer to yesterday’s post. THE DREAM CONTINUES “[As it became our turn to bat in the 8th inning,] Dutch shouted, ‘Smith, lead us off!’ [Not the person’s real name.] “Smith stepped from the dugout, but before making his way to home plate I (Greg) said to him, ‘The ball needs to be hit straight down the first baseline with great force. Your assignment is to remove the hindrance that’s guarding first base.’ As Smith walked toward home plate we could see he was wearing the number 5221 on his jersey. “He stepped into the batter’s box and the pitcher threw him a curveball. He hit it so hard down the first baseline that the first baseman could not see it coming. It struck him on the side of his neck and incapacitated him. Anger became very evident on the opposing team because now they had no first baseman. The umpire at first base held Smith on first and would not allow him to advance. “The first base coach instructed Smith to watch the third base coach who would give the sign he needed to steal second. Coaching third base was the Archangel, Gabriel.” MY THOUGHTS The first batter for us (Smith) in the eighth inning was a very seasoned, wise pastor/teacher from a different stream of the church. As so many words from the Lord have indicated recently, this tells me we must have a movement of unity in the church, with Holy Spirit bringing a great joining of forces. His jersey number, 5221, is the number of the Greek word in Strong's concordance meaning “to meet or encounter.” The Hebrew word matching this number in Strong’s means “to smite.” Amazingly, these are all definitions of paga, the Hebrew word for intercession. Paga (intercession) has many shades of meaning, as I write in-depth about in my book, Intercessory Prayer. One of its meanings, “to meet or encounter,” can be either a peaceful meeting between two parties OR an encounter to engage one another in battle. Paga (intercession) can actually even mean “to smite.” There can be no doubt that God is saying the first thing (the first batter, the first baseman) we must do in this season is move in the authority of Christ, in unity with one another, and engage the spiritual forces of darkness through prayer. As the Ekklesia, we must bind and loose, open and close, as we mentioned in yesterday’s post. The new batting “order,” also mentioned yesterday, involves operating in Christ’s Melchizedek Order of priesthood, which includes both priestly and kingly intercession. Priestly intercession is asking God to act; kingly intercession is commanding for Him. We must do both. If we do, we can handle any curve ball (deception; unexpected actions) satan throws at us, smite his spiritual forces with the power of God, and neutralize their plans and activities. Our enemies are not people, they are spiritual forces of darkness. Obviously, satan uses individuals but our focus and attack must be spiritual, not physical. Gabriel’s help with instructions and timing indicates that if we do as instructed, God will give us angelic support. MORE OF THE DREAM “Dutch then said, ‘Jones, you are up. [Again, not the person’s real name.] We need advancement. You know the pitch you are looking for! The guy in left field is expecting you to hit it high and long. Instead, hit it high and short into left field. He won’t be able to adjust his position in time to catch the ball.’ “Jones smiled with a big grin and said, ‘This is what I was built for. I was born to give “left field” problems.’ We could see the number on his jersey as he walked to the batter’s box. He was wearing the number 2388. Just before the pitcher released the ball, Gabriel gave Smith the sign to steal. He shot from first and stole second base. “The first pitch to Jones landed just in front of home plate, yet the umpire called it a strike. Jones looked at Dutch, expecting him to challenge the call. Dutch came out of the dugout very quickly and headed toward the umpire with fire in his eyes. He pointed his finger at the umpire and declared, ‘YOU WILL REVERSE THIS CALL AND GIVE BACK THE STRIKE! YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE STRIKE ZONE!’ The umpire reversed the call immediately. I could tell in the dream that it weakened his authority on the field when Dutch addressed him this way. “Before stepping back into the batter’s box, Jones looked at the pitcher and said, ‘You don’t have the nerve to throw me my pitch. You don’t have the ability to cause me to miss it. Throw that “cutter” and I will hit it.’ You could see the anger and pride on the pitcher’s face. He drew back and threw Jones his pitch, hard and fast; Jones hit it high and shallow into left field. The left fielder called it [baseball terminology meaning ‘I will catch it - everyone else stay back’), which stopped any of his other teammates from advancing toward the ball. As he ran forward for the ball, he was watching the spin Jones had put on it. This confused him and caused him to trip, missing the ball. When he fell, he dislocated both of his knees and could not stand back up. Jones easily made it to first base. Smith stayed at second. MY THOUGHTS Jones, the second batter, is a respected prophetic teacher in the body of Christ. He also has great insights regarding business and government. His jersey number in the dream, 2388, is the number of a Hebrew word meaning “to grow strong or to strengthen.” The body of Christ has grown much stronger in the last few years. We are stronger in worship and prayer. We understand our authority as Christ’s Ekklesia, and we have had all 5 of His ministry gifts and anointings restored to us (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher). There is much more unity among the various streams, even crossing national borders, and this is growing. And I could say more. We are now ready for the next great move of God. We are ready to win, not just play the game. The umpires were compromised. I believe this is referring to some in the judicial system of America, which often compares itself to umpires. In baseball, umpires don’t make the rules, they simply enforce them, calling balls and strikes, etc. which the league authorities have determined are appropriate. Many judges have used this analogy, including Justice John Roberts during his Supreme Court nomination process. Obviously, in America, many judges have become ideologues, propagating their ideals and beliefs. They will never admit to doing so, but many of them legislate from the bench. In this dream, they had sided with the other team and were trying to hinder the Ekklesia from winning. We challenged them and demanded they not change the strike zone. We also demanded that they change their ruling. Could this be a reference to Roe versus Wade? It is very telling that when we stood and decreed this, their authority weakened and they reversed the call. And finally, the “left” fielder became disoriented, fell, and dislocated his knees. I believe this refers to the fact that God is bringing confusion to the forces in our nation that oppose Him: the socialists, atheists, antichrist forces, evil agendas, and, in general, those who do not want God’s influence and ways. Dislocated knees symbolize weakness and the inability to run. God is about to arise and deal with His enemies. I am not speaking of God hurting people. He loves all people (as we do), including unbelievers, and many will be saved. I am referring to the forces of darkness that oppose Him, including some individuals who have aligned themselves with evil. Even those individuals, however, can experience His love and mercy, if their hearts change. God loves them all. Pray with me: Father, You have done much over the last several years to strengthen the church. We have grown in understanding, worship, prayer, and our ability to represent You. Please help us to now rise up and demonstrate this. Bring a greater spirit of unity to us, that we might stand together and represent You as one body. We pray that we would face the current challenge before us with boldness and courage. We pray that the prayer movement would lay hold of our assignment to meet the powers of darkness, pushing them back, smiting them, forbidding them from taking this nation and delaying Your great harvest. We were born for such a time as this. May we, like Esther, rise and fulfill our destiny. We exercise our authority and decree over the courts of America, “You will not succeed in any attempts to legislate against the purposes of God and His ways! You will not change America! You will not change the strike zone! And you must reverse Roe versus Wade!” We decree this and ask these things in Christ’s name. Amen. Our decree: We decree that we are a church the gates of hell cannot prevail against! _________________________________________________________________________ The World Seer Series Dream (Dreamed early the morning of January 2, 2022. By Greg Hood) As the dream started I could see that we were in a baseball stadium. I knew we were playing on our home field which in the dream was known as Royal Stadium. I also knew that the stadium was located in Washington D.C. All the seats in the stadium were filled with people. I knew the people in the seats were mostly Americans. A smaller portion of the people were from somewhere I had never heard of. The attendees were there to watch what we knew was the World Seers Series. Dutch and I coached one of the teams playing in the World Seer’s Series. (Our team was the Election prayer team, and more.) It was the final game in the series and we were ahead. It was our turn to bat. Dutch was the Head Coach of the team. He wrote out a new batting order, and hung it in our dugout for the team to see. The atmosphere in the dugout changed somewhat, with some thinking that the old batting order was better than the order Dutch had rewritten. We had home-field advantage. It was the bottom of the 8th inning and we were winning. The scoreboard displayed the score of 20 for the opposing team and 22 for our team. I could see clearly on the scoreboard our team name - Kingdom Ekklesia. I could not make out the name of the opposing team; their name was very blurry. The mood shifted in our dugout as our team made an effort to encourage one another. We knew we were in the last innings of this game and the game was tight. We didn’t take anything for granted now. We focused intensely. We were the underdog, it seemed, and there was great urgency to win this game for the nation. Dutch shouted, “Smith, lead us off!” Smith stepped from the dugout, but before making his way to home plate I said to him, “The ball needs to be hit straight down the first baseline with great force. We need advancement. You know the pitch you are looking for!” Jones said to Dutch, “I feel a confidence that I have never felt before. The pitcher will not be able to resist throwing me my pitch.” Before Jones approached the batter’s box I said to him, “The guy in left field is expecting you to hit it high and long. Hit it high and short into left field. He won’t be able to adjust his position in time to catch you out.” Jones smiled with a big grin and said, “This is what I was built for. I was born to give ‘left field’ problems.” We could see the numbers on his jersey as he walked to the batter’s box. He was wearing the number 2388. I feel you should bunt towards third.” She replied, “That’s exactly what I was thinking. I have noticed that he does not have the rapidness in his eyes that he thinks he has.” As Johnson stood in the batter’s box we once again could see the number on the jersey. Her number was 4851. The pitcher mocked her as she stood there waiting for the pitch. He threw a fastball high and just outside the corner of the plate missing the strike zone. Johnson stood still. She never even twitched. Seeing this, Gabriel looked at Smith and gave him the signal to steal third as soon as the pitcher started his next wind-up. The pitcher drew back his arm and as soon as he did, Smith left second base and it was almost as if he just appeared on third. This confused the pitcher as he caught Smith out of the corner of his eye stepping onto third base. He released the ball and it came to the plate again this time, low and just outside the strike zone. Dutch stepped outside our dugout and motioned to Johnson to come over to him. He leaned into her ear and said, “Let the next two pitches go through. No swinging at what he is throwing. This will give us the strategy we need to win this.” Some thought that Dutch was thinking that the pitcher was done and he did not have any more strikes left in his arm. Johnson stepped back to the batter’s box and did as Dutch had coached her to do. The next pitch came hard and fast. “STRIKE ONE” the umpire shouted and then laughed. The second pitch came as a change-up pitch and was very slow. “STRIKE TWO!” Johnson stepped out of the batter’s box and took a deep breath looking back at Coach Dutch. Dutch motioned Johnson back to where he was standing and said, “The count is 2 and 2. We are in the right place to bunt it down the third baseline.” She approached the plate again and positioned herself. The pitcher released a curveball. Johnson stepped into it and bunted down the third baseline. It caught the third baseman off guard. No one had ever bunted on this pitch before. He moved very slowly and retrieved the ball. He held it in fear that Smith would advance to home plate. Jones easily moved to second and Johnson took first. Now the bases were loaded. The coach and the catcher from the other team went out to the pitcher’s mound and began speaking with the pitcher. In the dream, we could tell there was much disagreement among them. It even seemed that the pitcher had authority over the coach of the other team. As we were watching this, a phone rang in our dugout. Dutch answered it. We could see him looking up and behind home plate into one of the skyboxes as he talked on the phone. He was speaking to our team owner. The owner of the team said to Dutch, “You are to pinch-hit. We have a wicket here to not only win the game but to win big.” He went on to say, “Dutch, you know this pitcher. He has lost big games before. He is not what he has made himself out to be. Be patient and don’t be distracted by what he will throw at you. He wants to get your eyes off the pennant.” Dutch hung up the phone and said, “Hood, hand me my bat. I’ve been instructed to pinch-hit.” I reached for Dutch’s bat and pulled it from a large wooden communion box that it was locked away in. As I removed it I could see clearly that the bat had inscribed on it Ephesians 1:17. I handed it to Dutch as he said to me, “What direction should I launch the ball?” I said to Dutch, “Straight for the throat of the pitcher! Remove his voice!” Dutch replied with a smile on his face, “You know, many will think this is a dirty and illegal move on our part. But what the heck, we won’t allow them to force us to play by their rules anymore. We play ball for the Royals.” As Dutch walked to the batter’s box I said, “If you hit the mark it will change this game.” The pitcher approached the batter’s box and as Dutch stepped into it, said to him, “I am here to take you and this weak team out once and for all. You have no hope of making it out of this batter’s box in your right mind. This is my season and you will not steal it from me!” Dutch stepped up to him, just an inch of his face, and spoke with a firm and bold voice, “I am here to uncover you. Now go back to your perch and throw the ball if you dare!” As he walked back to the pitcher’s mound we could see his name on the back of his jersey. (Remember thus far in the dream we did not know who he was or who this team was.) Written there was the name, “Zephon.” He released his first pitch and it was not aimed anywhere close to home plate. It went over the stadium wall behind home plate and hit a bus that was parked in the parking lot. It put a large dent in the back left side of that bus. An alarm sounded with a very distinct sound. We knew this was our Team’s bus. The umpire shouted, “STRIKE ONE!” The coach came to the pitcher’s mound again and brought the pitcher, Zephon, another baseball glove. It was a left-hander’s glove and an old greasy-looking ball. The pitcher had been pitching right-handed the entire game up until now. He went into his wind-up and released the ball; it flew into the dugout. The umpire shouted, “STRIKE TWO!” The umpire spoke to the pitcher, “You only have one strike left.” It was at this time in the dream that we noticed the umpire was wearing a white doctor’s-type coat that had the insignia of a Pharmacist on it. Dutch turned to the umpire and said to him, "You are no longer allowed to call this game; we remove you, and Michael will take your place!” (I don’t know who Michael was in the dream but am thinking the angel.) Dutch then turned to the pitcher and said, “Throw your ball. This is your last pitch but not my last ball! I will deliver the third strike to you and your house!” Zephon threw the ball and Dutch hit it with a powerful swing. The ball went to its mark and struck the throat of the pitcher taking his voice and his strength. Zephon was removed from the game. We knew in the dream the game had changed and this pitcher would never pitch again. End of Dream *********************************** Click on the link below to watch the full video.

Ceci is improving gradually each day and we really appreciate your prayers. We are unable to fly at this point, so we rented an RV and are driving back to South Carolina. Until we get there, of course, we cannot get to the studio and do a normal 15. But we have chosen two of our most liked Pleasure of His Company posts, which we did a few months ago, to show you again. We will be replaying those. I know you will enjoy them and I will see you on Monday. Thank you for joining us. The Friendship I called myself a Christian for seventeen years before I discovered I could have a truly personal relationship with God. Prior to this, I certainly knew Him as God and I definitely knew Him as my Savior. I didn’t, however, really know Him as my Father, and walking with Him as a friend wasn’t even in the field of view. Satan and his team, with lots of help from religion, have painted God as a very distant, non-relational being. If thought of at all, our Creator is primarily considered the Judge or, in times of crisis, a possible but unlikely means of help. Our adversary is nothing if not a very skilled deceiver. The thought of friendship with God is more than simply intriguing to me. It messes with me! It tugs at my heart and calls out to me. Like the natal homing of a sea turtle experiencing the invisible but irresistible pull to the place of its birth, it woos me. Somehow I know in the deepest part of my nature that it is my destination, my home. His desire for friendship was the place in His heart where we were conceived. Our quest and destiny should be to find it again. A few years ago I was elk hunting in the mountains of Colorado when I saw a monument to friendship. High on a mountain, near the edge, where one of the most majestic views imaginable could be seen, was a plaque attached to a rock. Tears came to my eyes as I read the words carved into the plaque. In memory of my friend and hunting partner, [name], with whom I roamed these mountains from 1963-2003. He loved these mountains, streams, snow-packed peaks and beautiful valleys. I miss him. [Name] 1930-2003 It may sound overly dramatic, but I removed my hat and stood in silence, saluting the friendship enjoyed by these men. I tried to imagine the joys and memories created, as well as the pain of the loss he must have felt as the old, surviving warrior climbed this hill, memorial in hand, to honor the memory of a true friend. One can only imagine the hours they shared together. The only way to truly understand the camaraderie that develops when friends share the wonder and awe of creation together is to experience it. I thought of this as I stood looking over the vastness of the Rocky Mountains. Then I thought how much greater is the awesomeness of sharing moments such as these with the Creator Himself. A friendship implies closeness and takes time to develop. It is comprised of trust, compatibility, affection, and, of course, a high level of interpersonal knowledge. I have many acquaintances but very few people I call my friends. The few I classify as such are those I enjoy spending time with, sharing life’s experiences together. We’re vulnerable with one another, freely communicating our hopes and dreams. I celebrate my victories with them and am comforted by them when I’m hurting, and vice versa. We keep it real. My walls are down when we’re together; I am unguarded and transparent, unafraid to let them see the real me – the unpolished version. I know they will always “be there” for me and I for them. Many more defining characteristics of friendship could be stated, but this much is clear: Friendship defines the highest level of relationship. Even higher than family. I’m sometimes amused when I hear the average Christian reference God as his or her “friend.” There was a popular chorus a few years back about being God's friend. I liked the song, but as I listened to crowds singing it, I couldn’t help but think how untrue it was for most of them. I suppose it’s good to sing it as a reminder of God‘s offer to us, just as my parents used to sing “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.” These songs may be reality for those who wrote them, but for the average person singing them, they simply aren’t true. Most Christians have no true intimacy with God, spend very little time with Him, and have a very limited knowledge of His heart and ways. “A casual acquaintance” would best define their relationship with Him. We mustn’t cheapen friendship by lowering the standard. I want to quickly point out, however, that friendship with God is possible for every believer and is His desire for us. Abraham’s walk with God was an example of this level of relationship. Three times in Scripture God called him His friend – and it’s what He desires with each one of us. This is not only a part of our destiny, it’s part of God’s dream. In exposing our shallow understanding of friendship with God and the fact that so few experience it, I don’t mean to impugn our intentions and motives. The fact is, we are much like Abraham at the beginning of his journey with the Lord. Most of us begin our walk with God just as he did - wanting the benefits He offers. We aren’t terribly interested in His dreams; we probably aren’t even consciously aware He has any. But we are aware that He can help us with our dreams, so we cut deals with Him, talk to Him primarily on the basis of our needs, and remind Him that He is our Father, meaning our source of provision.1 In a sermon called “The Disciple’s Prayer,“ Haddon Robinson tells the following story, which pictures the unenlightening and inappropriate beginning of our relationship with God. When our children were small, we played a game. I’d take some coins in my fist. They’d sit on my lap and work to get my fingers open. According to the international rules of finger opening, once the finger was open it couldn’t be closed again. They would work at it, until they got to the pennies in my hand. They would jump down and run away, filled with glee and delight. Just kids. Just a game. Sometimes when we come to God, we come for the pennies in His hand. “Lord, I need a passing grade. Help me remember this material.” “Lord, I need a job.” “Lord, I need a car.” We reach for the pennies. Then we walk away.2 Sadly, we’re all so human. We see God primarily as our Provider. Do we really know Him as a friend? No, not at the beginning of our journey. God understands this, however, and in His love and humility is willing to meet us where we are. “He first loved us,” the Scripture tells us (1 John 4:19), not the other way around. His love embraces us and makes us His child. And just as a natural child doesn’t begin its relationship on a friendship level with Mom and Dad, our heavenly Father knows we won’t with Him, either. It’s all about us. Most of us, when younger and in our parents’ home, trusted them to provide for us. Appropriately so. But for most of us the day arrived when we wanted to be more than just well-cared-for children. I know I did – I wanted to be my parents’ friend. At that point I cared more about their happiness, well-being, and dreams than I did their money. I wanted to give them more than I wanted to take from them. We no longer talked only about my happiness; we discussed things that interested them, as well. Over the years their faith had been transferred to me, and we dreamed together about making a difference for God. Our relationship had matured into a friendship. The same is true of Abraham. He started his journey with God looking for lands, blessings, and greatness. He embraced the promise of a biological son through whom he would produce a great nation. But thankfully, the relationship grew. There were even some rough spots along the way. When God didn’t provide the son He promised Abraham and Sarah in the way they expected, they demonstrated their lack of trust by choosing to have a son through Hagar, Sarah’s maid. Still, though Abraham demonstrated humanness, in the end he proved his trust in God had grown to a level few people ever attain. He was even willing to sacrifice Isaac, his long-awaited son, believing if he did so, God would raise Isaac from the dead. What a trust! Yahweh so cherished his friendship with Abraham that, when Abraham died, He saw to it Abraham was buried at Hebron, which actually means “friendship.” I can’t help but believe that, like the hunting friends mountain top plaque, this was God’s tribute to their friendship. Upon Abraham’s arrival in heaven, I like to think Yehweh stood, got everyone’s attention, and honored the old patriarch: “This is Abraham, my friend. We dreamed together, and enjoyed the pleasure of one another’s company.” When God is looking for someone He can be vulnerable with, a friend with whom He can share His hopes, dreams, and, yes, even His disappointments, I hope He feels He can look to me. And when my earthly life is over and my body laid to rest, if it can be said that He and I were friends, I will have been a success. Pray with me: We are grateful, Father, that friendship with You is Your desire for us. Thank You, Jesus, for restoring the potential for friendship with God to every believer; fulfilling our destiny and the dream of God’s heart. Thank You for lovingly receiving our child-like interactions as genuine offerings, though they come at times from immature hearts. Your love is so great that You meet us there and woo us tenderly toward the place of deep intimacy and trust. May the quest of our lives be to find this place of true friendship and walk with You. Ceci is improving gradually each day and we really appreciate your prayers. We are unable to fly at this point, so we rented an RV and are driving back to South Carolina. Until we get there, of course, we cannot get to the studio and do a normal 15. But we have chosen two of our most liked Pleasure of His Company posts, which we did a few months ago, to show you again. We will be replaying those. I know you will enjoy them and I will see you on Monday. Thank you for joining us. The Search I have many great memories of times with the three ladies in my life: Ceci, my wife; my older daughter, Sarah; and Hannah, my younger. The pleasure of their company has always been special to me. Of the thousands of memorable days I’ve spent with Ceci, one exciting excursion on a beautiful Saturday in the spring of ‘77 stands out. We had gone to picturesque White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas, where we enjoyed a wonderful picnic. Ceci cooked some of her great fried chicken and prepared potato salad for the occasion. After eating, we sat on a blanket not far from the lake - the setting was absolutely perfect - and enjoyed some pleasant conversation. She had brought along her guitar, and we enjoyed singing a few worship songs; the presence of Holy Spirit was sweet. In this beautiful setting, on this beautiful day, totally mesmerized by this beautiful lady, I asked her to marry me. Finding me irresistible, she said yes. Of the memories made with Sarah, her wedding is certainly one of the preeminent. I recall the pride and satisfaction I felt when she and I danced at her reception. Actually, as you might have guessed from reading yesterday’s post, shifting my weight from one foot to the other while holding her hand and shoulder was about as creative as the dancing got. But that didn’t matter. The important part was looking into her eyes, telling her how beautiful she was and how proud her mother and I were. I spent a fortune that day. “Thank you, Daddy,” was all the return I needed. In regards to Hannah, I love to recall the camping trip she and I embarked on several years ago. We found a beautiful spot on a stream in Colorado and spent the weekend enjoying nature and nature’s God. As we drove through Rocky Mountain National Park one morning, a park with views that rival anything in the world, we were also listening to beautiful worship songs she and I love. I’ll never forget the tears that flowed down Hannah’s cheeks at one point as she marveled at God’s majesty and reveled in His love. Happy tears. Peaceful tears. “I’m in love with God and He’s in love with me” tears. What was it that made those days so memorable for me? With Ceci, was it a lake, a guitar, a blanket, and some good food? Of course not; those were simply adornments that created helpful ambiance. With Sarah, was it the uniqueness and joy of a celebrative wedding atmosphere? Not really. I’ve been to many weddings that hold no such memories for me. With Hannah was it the beauty and majesty of the Colorado Rockies? As amazing as they are, and as much as they “garnished” the day, it wasn’t the mountains. It was the company..! Sparkling eyes, smiles, embraces, laughter, happy tears, and hearts I connected with at a deep level - these made the memories special. It was the lady, not the lake; the girl I was dancing with, not the dance; the passenger, not the drive. Whom you’re with matters most in life. I’ve made some great memories with God, just as I have with my three ladies. He and I have laughed and cried together; and yes, we’ve danced a time or two. We have sat, walked, ridden, and bicycled in each other’s company. I’ve crawled up in His lap and napped, sang Him songs, and watched a few movies with Him. He is more than a “being” to me. He’s a companion. Not making His acquaintance would have been life’s greatest injustice. Does He feel the same way about us? Of course, He does. God loves being with us. Consider the following invitation: “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20 KJV). The Almighty, the Creator, the Everlasting God of heaven and earth requests the pleasure of your company tonight for dinner. What a thought..! Do you, like me, find it interesting that He knocks on the door? I suppose God could simply knock it down. Or just walk through it! But that would be an intrusion, and God doesn’t want to intrude into your space; He wants to be invited in. Like anyone, He wants to be celebrated, not tolerated. The word sup in this verse is not a generic word that refers to eating. This is the word in biblical times for the main evening meal. The Jewish new day began in the evening, at sunset. At this evening meal, the family would gather to discuss the day’s events, and the new day would begin and be planned. Jesus is saying to us in this verse, “Let me into your world. Let’s dine, fellowship, and plan the day.” We must learn to commune with the Lord as a real person and on a personal level. Hearing and discerning God’s voice is not a gift, but rather a learned art. When you take the time to wait and listen, you learn to allow God into your thinking. His thoughts become yours. In this verse, the Lord said, “If any man hears my voice . . .” The obvious insinuation is that our actions, not His, will determine whether or not we hear from Him. Again, sensitivity is learned and developed. Like the frequencies on a radio, our minds and hearts must tune in. One of my employees a few years back related the following humorous episode about listening. While my sister-in-law was busy in the kitchen preparing dinner and planning for various family and church activities, her young daughter continued to talk to her about many different important things in her life, to which her mother would periodically respond, “Uh-huh.” Finally, wanting to do something to make this more of a two-sided conversation, the little girl tugged on her mother’s arm to get her full attention. Once she knew her mother was really listening, she said, “Mom, why don’t you talk for a while now, and I’ll say Uh-huh.”1 I can’t help but wonder how often God is knocking and calling, only to find us so busy we really aren’t listening. He will never treat us this way. You’ll never find Him so busy with others or so distracted running the universe that He feigns attentiveness to you, mumbling “uh-huh” while actually thinking about something else. He has plenty of undistracted time for you, and He wants some in return. The Scriptures tell us that God is searching for this kind of relationship. From the moment we were separated from Him by Adam’s sin, He began the search. “Where are you?” He called to Adam and Eve as they hid from Him (Genesis 3:9). We’re told that His eyes “move to and fro” throughout the earth looking for those whose hearts are fully His (2 Chronicles 16:9). One of my favorite Bible stories as a young kid was about a man named Zaccheus. He was a tax collector and had become wealthy, most likely by defrauding people, charging them more than they actually owed. Somehow this man had become enamored with Jesus, so much so that he climbed a tree to get a good look at Him as He passed through his village. Jesus wanted Zaccheus to get more than a look, however; He invited Himself over for dinner! “Zaccheus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house” (Luke 19:5). Jesus knocked and Zaccheus opened. The visit was obviously impactful. It always is when Jesus comes over for dinner. “Lord, half of my possessions I’ll give to the poor,” he promised before the meeting ended, “and if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I will give back four times as much” (Luke 19:8). When challenged as to why He would be the guest of a man who was a “sinner,” Jesus merely referenced His searching heart. “For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost,” (v. 10, italics mine). He simply has an insatiable desire to eat and fellowship with friends, family, and seekers. Jesus was on a mission then; He’s on the same mission now. He wants some conversation with you. The next time He knocks, open the door. Make your house one of the regular stops for His searching eyes. Let no distraction, hesitation, or slumbering soul be found within you. May your heart always remain an open door to Jesus, as you seek to mature in the art of discerning His knock and voice. As His eyes search this world for a surrendered heart with which to commune, may His gaze rest upon you. Welcome Him to sit at the supper table of your soul to dine and dialogue with you. He would love to receive the pleasure of your company today. Pray with me: Father, it’s time we made memories with You. Your thoughts toward us are prized by You. We want to be able to say the same about You. Forgive us for making You an impersonal God, an unloving Father. Adam hid from You, fearing Your heart toward his weaknesses. Yet, You pursued him. And You pursued us, and we thank You! Now we cast aside the lies that have said You are mean, cruel, judgmental, impossible to please. We accept You as Abba, Papa, and we want to make some memories. We want to walk with You, talk with You, and dream with You. Today we dream with You of the billion kids-to-be of Yours, our brothers and sisters-to-be. We call them home to Abba. We break off of them the bondages of idolatry, addiction, pride, rebellion, and pain. We free them in the name of Jesus! We release angel armies to gather them in. We declare that the gospel of the kingdom has in it the power of God and that this glorious gospel is about to go forth in tidal waves around the world. Millions will know Your love! He says: Ceci and I traveled to Dallas this past weekend to speak for our dear friend, Chuck Pierce. While here Ceci came under a very severe vertigo attack, making it impossible for her to be mobile. I was not even able to leave her to speak at the conference. This also meant we were not able to return home on Sunday. We are still in Dallas until she is released to travel. Thankfully, I had yesterday‘s post already prepared. And thankfully, I had already asked Chuck Pierce, and my brother, Tim sheets, to record posts sharing recent revelations the Lord had given them - insights I felt were important for all of us as we start the new year. I had intended to release them later this week or early next week, but due to the circumstances, I’m releasing them today and tomorrow. You will greatly appreciate what they have to say. The Mourner’s Bench About six months ago, I began to feel a different kind of anointing soaking deep into my spirit. It was very bold and aggressive. I had been praying for apostolic boldness like the apostles prayed in Acts 4:29 (paraphrased), “Grant that great boldness would be upon me to preach Your Word and give signs, wonders, and miracles in the name of Jesus.” I was taken into the spirit realm and I began to see and hear things more clearly than ever before. I entered a different realm, a higher level. I began to pray into this anointing, asking Holy Spirit, “What are you saying to the church?” I heard Him say, “I’m anointing my apostles, prophets, and Kingdom ekklesias to win both old and new battles.” New was emphasized. I began to understand that while old battles must be dealt with, new battles and new ways to engage were coming. I then began to hear the sounds of revival. It’s hard to explain but revival has a different sound to it. When I was a boy, 7 or 8 years old, I was often in revivals as my dad was an evangelist and I often heard these revival sounds. They have a different ring to them. There’s a heavenly frequency in them like vibration waves that resonate like the sound of many waters or the wind. As radio waves woven in to the atmosphere of a building, you cannot see them but you can tune into them. These are frequencies of heaven that can be heard during times of revival. Angels are also very sensitive to these frequencies. One of the songs I heard during this vision was the song of the Welsh revival with Evan Roberts. This is a revival I have studied for years and been inspired by. I began to hear the song of the Welsh miners who sang it under ground to the degree that people would gather lawn chairs around the air shafts to hear it echoing up from the ground. “Here is love, vast as the ocean, Loving-kindness as the flood, When the Prince of Life, our Ransom, Shed for us His precious blood. Who His love will not remember? Who can cease to sing His praise? He can never be forgotten Throughout heav'n's eternal days.”(1) People were drawn to Jesus as this song was sung repeatedly. I also could hear clearly the song George Beverly Shea sang hundreds of times for Billy Graham’s crusades, piercing the hearts of those who were bound by sin: “O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder, Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made; I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed. Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art, How great Thou art.” (2) I also heard this song of the Brownsville revival: “He has fire in His eyes And a sword in His hand And He's riding a white horse All across this land And He's calling out to you and me Will you ride with me?” (3) And everybody would answer, “Yes, yes, Lord, we will ride with You!” I then began to hear the cries of revival and remembered as a young boy how we would gather at the altar on Wednesday and Sunday nights and the saints would pray for souls. In those days, they called the altar the mourner’s bench. This is where you came to lay and kneel and mourn over the lost. You pleaded and cried for them. I remembered hearing saints calling out for their unsaved loved ones to come to Jesus. One that I’ll never forget… a mother came to the altar and she was crying as hard as I have ever seen anyone cry, sobbing. Tears were dripping down off of her chin and for 10 minutes, she knelt at the mourner’s bench with her head laid on it and all she said was, “God, don’t let Jimmy go to hell. Jimmy can’t go to hell, God. Stop Jimmy. Do something, God. Jimmy cannot go to hell.” She said it so many times and the memory has remained with me through the years. She was so burdened for her unsaved son. I began to think about the conviction that was so present during the altar calls back in those revivals. You could sense and feel the intensity of conviction drawing people to Jesus. Conviction is a knowing that you are guilty and an atmosphere would come into the room. I know I’m guilty, I know I need Jesus, and sorrow would begin to grip those without Christ in the room as they sang other revival songs like, “Oh why not tonight? Come to Jesus, come to Jesus.” There is a story I remember vividly my grandparents shared with me. Dutch and I used to go and stay with them during deer season when we were hunting. On one occasion I was staying with them and for some reason, maybe because I was older and so were they, I began to ask them questions about their lives. I wanted to know more about them. Sitting beside my grandfather in his recliner one evening, I said, “Grandpa, how did you become a Christian?” My grandmother spoke up and said, “Tell him the whole story, Bill.” And he did. My grandmother had been asking him to go to revival service with her for many days. He finally agreed to go with her and off they went, sitting toward the back of the church. Conviction came upon him. He didn’t come to Christ that night but conviction began to grip his heart and she invited him to go the next night. He tried to get out of it but finally he relented and went and again, he heard the Gospel. On the third night, grandma said, “Go with me to revival,” and he replied, “No, I have to take care of the garden,” but she begged him and he finally relented. They went and again sat toward the back on the aisle. As altar call time began, my grandpa said that conviction of sin overwhelmed him and he scooted out of his pew into the aisle, and then he crawled all the way up the aisle to the altar and stopped three feet short of it, laying on his face, and gave his heart to Jesus. I asked him, “Why did you crawl all the way up there and then stop before actually reaching it?” He said, “I wasn’t worthy to walk up to that altar in the presence of God after all I had done so I just felt like I should crawl.” Grandpa gave his heart to the Lord that night and for the rest of his life served Jesus, even becoming an Elder in that church. Conviction is a loving presence of God that reaches out - yes, bringing remorse for sin but bringing hope for a new life. I heard these sounds and I knew that awesome revival was beginning to stir up in our nation again and great conviction would be coming into our services, drawing men and women to Christ Jesus. New songs of revival are coming and the great harvest that we have desired is going to be reaped. Revival and awakening are not going to be stopped. Hell doesn’t stand a chance! The billion soul harvest that has been prophesied is coming. Let me encourage you today to allow revival sounds to fill your spirit. Let a revival song fill your heart and let the cries for the lost begin to fill you. Cry out for your sons, your daughters, and grandchildren. Let’s see great harvest! Pray with me: Lord Jesus, we thank You for what You are doing on the earth. We thank You for the promise of revival, reformation, and the greatest awakening in all of church history. We’re praying, Lord, for this to accelerate. We pray for a billion soul harvest to be reaped. We pray for prodigals to come home. We pray, God, that the awesome sounds of revival would be heard all over this planet. Let the power and ministry of Jesus Christ and the glorious Gospel of His Kingdom be seen in a new level in the name of King Jesus. Our decrees: These decrees are taken from my first Angel Armies book (4). Decree them with me and come into alignment: The greatest days in church history are not in our past; they are in our present and in our future. Angel Armies are ascending and descending. We are under an open heaven. Angels are ministering fresh fire from heaven’s altar and power from heaven is flowing to us and through us. But first, since this is the first GH15 post of the year, “Happy New Year!” And may 2021 vanish quickly! Now, regarding 2022, first the bad news: America is a mess. The crisis is huge, the battle is monumental and the stakes are “winner take all.” I just watched an OAN news report showing a Lutheran Church, with a man dressed in drag, teaching small children - God knows what - about the Christmas story. The tagline read, “Lutheran Church Offers Drag Queen Prayer Time To Children.” Founder Luther, we could use another thesis or two. I switched channels to find something less infuriating. Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade was talking about the fentanyl now coming over the southern border. It is up 300% since Biden and the Dems took over; a record 100,000 people died last year from overdoses! It is now the leading cause of death to those ages 18-45. Why don’t we hear about this from our leftist government and their media arm? Don’t they know this is happening? Of course they do. But their power-crazed hearts have allowed their consciences to be seared. The “end” for them now justifies the “means.” Some “pawns” simply must be sacrificed in order for tyrants and despots to satisfy their insatiable lust for power. Several million more illegals means votes for those who let them in - other consequences be damned. It is despicable and ugly, but it is reality. I could depress, discourage or anger you - depending on your frame of mind when you read this - with several more disgusting and horrible results of our evil government - abortion, economy, Afghanistan, emboldened dictators and terrorists who want to destroy us, lockdowns, fear-mongering, socialism, demented leaders, woke-ism, but I will spare you the details. Besides, you are the choir - no point in “preaching” to you and giving you heartburn. I’m sure you know by now that the left is a movement under the complete control of spiritual, antichrist forces. They DO want to destroy the America you and I have known and loved, and COMPLETELY transform it into a godless, amoral, socialistic country. They DO - please remember this. And though, in their incredible deception, most on the left aren’t aware that their insane beliefs are demonic, this makes them no less dangerous. Now for some encouragement: we can stop them. Beyond being able to do so, we are called to. And we have arrived at the year in which we can break through. This is the year we can see evil roots uprooted and leftist, antichrist momentum stopped. This is the year we save America! Please listen carefully: that does NOT mean the war will be over; in fact, it will intensify. And the breakthrough will NOT be because of the midterms, though they are immeasurably important, nor will it be because we finally conduct the right gathering, implement the right strategy or follow the right leader. All of these things are good and necessary. But there is no one thing we will “finally get right” or “do right” that will produce this. On the contrary, we have been on a conquering, possessing, multi-year SIEGE, which has created a kairos window of opportunity - and the Ekklesia will seize it. 2022 is the “window year,” the momentum shift year, the Jericho year. It isn’t the “possess all the promised land year.” But we CAN now break the back of the entrenched evil, the spiritual forces of darkness and their quest to destroy America’s destiny and stop the coming worldwide harvest. This victory will allow individuals to be successful with the reformational changes we need in government, education, media, and so on. Our prayers will empower their actions; their actions will accomplish our prayers. Both are essential: we cannot do it without them, they cannot do it without us. Let me reemphasize the last statement: they cannot do it without our prayers. Trump can’t. Jim Jordan, Ron DeSantis, Ted Cruz, and other good government leaders can’t. Wise educators can’t. Good media sources can’t. And strong spiritual leaders can’t. Prayer is the fuel that powers the engine. It births the plan of God and blocks the plans of satan. It uproots, tears down, builds and plants, binds and looses. An appeal to heaven birthed our nation and an appeal to heaven will save and rebirth it. It still works. As prophetic intercessors, we must step up our game in the first quarter of this year. I will say more about this in the coming days. I have been sensing both the opportunity I spoke of above, and the intensified efforts of darkness to stop it. I am appealing to all who follow me - be very diligent in prayer over the coming months. Enlist as many others as you can to join the efforts. If you feel it helps, start by reading this post, and begin by praying with me. Holy Spirit will lead with further prayers. If you aren’t part of a good prayer group, find one. If you can’t find one, start one. It can be in person or by phone, morning or evening, in homes, churches or offices. Just pray. My good friend Chuck Pierce told me last week that “from now ‘til March 21, our (America’s) future hangs in the balance…get positioned properly.” I have been and will continue to diligently seek the Lord’s direction in this. I am also planning some longer podcasts to bring needed prophetic teaching regarding where we are currently in America, how we got here, and what God is doing to change this. They will not only help you pray more effectively, but will clear up confusion and even discouragement. And they will be teachings you can pass along, not only by recommending them, but also by teaching them yourselves to congregations and small groups. We will grow together. Get ready for a tumultuous but victorious year. Thank you for joining us in this spiritual, eternal cause. Multiplied millions of souls hang in the balance, and we, the Ekklesia, will tip the scales. We will. Pray with me: Father, we thank You for Your wisdom and foreknowledge. We thank You for the assurance we find in knowing You are never taken by surprise and never without a plan. You have declared the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10) and it shall be so. Yet, our prayers and obedience to Your plans and purposes have a bearing on timing and the level at which we experience the privilege of partnering with You. We do not want to be like Moses’ generation, missing their opportunity and requiring Your postponing of it until Joshua and the next generation. We want to be a people that, when You looked ahead, You found faithful, knowing they would not miss their opportunity. We believe we are a Joshua generation of Caleb’s and conquerors - may Your grace be poured out making this even more so. Give us a victory in the Dobbs case regarding abortion. End Roe v. Wade by giving us at least five justices that hear Your heart and make Your ruling - regardless of how You have to do it. Whatever level of pressure You have to bring, whatever method You choose, please do this. May this ruling cause America to end baal’s reign over us, making possible the healing our land. And we pray that You orchestrate an increase of prayer in this pivotal year. We know this is THE year. We must break through. Give us direction, revelation, strategies, and heaven’s favor as we march around Jericho and begin the conquest of the land. Give us the momentum of revival increasing to a higher and more powerful level. We believe this is coming and we call it forth in the name of Jesus! Prophesy Again...! What an honor to be on Give Him 15. I so respect both Dutch and Ceci Sheets. Dutch is one of my favorite people to minister with. In this new era, we must keep prophesying. Once you understand we're in a new era, it is time to accept change. If we're not changeable, we don't shift well. It's also a new season of faith. Your faith must increase. The Lord told the disciples they had a little faith. It wasn't that they had no faith, but that faith needed to come to a new level. Additionally, in every new era we also want to know that a new wineskin is being developed for a new move of God -- and that's part of what we're seeing. Give Him 15 is part of that new wineskin. This is an era when we must understand that the war is increasing. War means conflict. There’s conflict on almost every side, so we've got to keep faith moving and joy moving or else we lose strength. It's also a time to plunder or be plundered. Remember what Yeshua said, "Unless you bind the strong man, you cannot plunder what he has taken from you." This season is a time to recover all, get back things that had been taken, and then use those resources in new ways to develop exploits. From a Hebraic standpoint, this is an era about the voice that comes out of your house. How are you speaking? How are you prophesying? It's a very supernatural, mystical atmosphere around us. We are living in supernatural times; therefore, we must depend on the supernatural power that God has put within us, allowing Holy Spirit to manifest through us to determine who is going to rule our future. That is very key whether you're looking at it from a personal standpoint, your own portion, territory, a state, or a nation. What supernatural power is going to rule in our atmosphere as we keep moving toward an expected time? That's what future means – what we haven't gotten to yet, as opposed to where we were yesterday. In this era, we're building the house for the future. We're moving to re-establish the house over these next couple of years. Within Hebraic thought, time is a circle. We are facing backwards while rowing into the future and gaining a new building plan for the house that we're part of. This year is also the year of the container. Just look at the warfare with container ships stranded out in our ports and the supply not being able to come on shore. With the house, the dwelling place, your home, it’s about the covenant that God has and the sons and daughters that are part of what is being built. This is very important. Know that the heavens are changing. Psalms 102 says there comes a time the heavens become like an old garment. The harvest sickle in heaven is beginning to move, so we must lift our eyes and look at our harvest, re-evaluate the boundaries and sphere that we each have. Then we hear the Lord for war strategies to secure our inheritance. That comes through the Tabernacle of David being restored and worship having a key role in the portion God's given us. Out of David's tabernacle came the worship and praise which allowed them to gain the strategies they needed for war. In this new era, a new day breaks every day and because of that, we must prophesy again. If we become discouraged because of what we haven't seen, we don't keep prophesying into the future. Prophecy is having the mind and heart of God to decree or speak into the atmosphere that we're part of. This is a day for us to prophesy again and as we prophesy, we're building. I encourage you – always speak! The voice that's coming out of you is building your future. Always speak forth what God is saying in your life. Many of you prophesy into this nation or into your family. Prophecy and prayer go hand in hand. What you're praying, you prophesy. Pray and say. There are five key levels of prophetic recovery that are important to understand. You can't get discouraged based upon the circumstances around you. The Lord came to Ezekiel and said, "Let me show you how things really look." He showed him dry bones, lifeless, and asked a question – "Son of man, can these bones live?" Ezekiel said, "Lord, only you know what can be done." The Lord didn't come down on Ezekiel because of his faith level. He said, "Okay, I'm going to tell you what to prophesy. Prophesy to these bones, say to them…”, He told Ezekiel exactly what to say. He didn’t say, “You have to believe this”, but “Prophesy because I'm saying it!” Prophesy to these bones and say, “Oh, dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Behold, I'll make breath enter you so that you come to life. I'll put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin. You will come alive and know that I Am the Lord." Look at what you are praying about and say, "Can recovery happen in this situation?" Then listen for the Lord and prophesy what He says. Ezekiel did what the Lord said, and something happened. Sound started coming. The form started coming, but there wasn't any breath in this sound and form. So, the Lord said to him, "I want you to prophesy again to the breath." In other words, I want you to know there are levels we go through – prophesying, praying, and prophesying again. It's very much like when the Lord touched the man's eyes and the second time he saw clearly. Don't get discouraged by circumstances. Prophesy! That's a word from the Lord to you today. Ezekiel prophesied again and the breath came. Look at the thing you're praying for and say, "I've seen progress here, but I'm going to have to prophesy again. I'm not going to get weary in saying what God is saying." Once the breath comes, the bones rise and start speaking. The bodies come to life, speaking and sharing all they'd been through, all the hope deferred. Then the Lord said, “Prophesy to that hope deferred!” If we ever needed to prophesy to hope deferred, it’s now. Once Ezekiel addressed hope deferred, something else began to happen; he had to determine, "Can I really believe that an army can come out of this grave of hope deferred, this scattered, lifeless place that it's been in?" As he prophesied to that resurrected army, a resurrection power hit from the prophecy and the army started coming together. That's what Give Him 15 is about. Can this army keep coming together and keep saying what God is saying? Often, when we don't see a completion of what God is saying or doing, we get discouraged. But the Lord says, "I said it. Even though the breath’s not happening, and you've already prophesied it, you're going to have to prophesy again. Deal with the hope deferred of your past, then come together as one with new power." Prophesy that and see the joy! Many don't understand that when prophecy doesn’t seem to happen, we have to prophesy again. We have to go to Washington, D.C., and prophesy again. We have to prophesy about that individual and say, "But God has said this and I'm going to decree it." Once we see this, we move forward and keep prophesying until something happens. Can a resurrected army come together? We're seeing that happen. You're part of it right now. Ezekiel 37:14 is one of my very favorite verses. Before Ezekiel ever saw the dry bones, God told him to prophesy that a new spirit and new life would come into the people. He prophesied it, then the Lord showed him the dry bones and took him through these prophetic steps of recovery. Can this army come together? Prophesy – “I will put my Spirit in you! You will come to life, and I will place you in your own land!” That's part of what's happening right now. God is repositioning us in things filled with decay to build the church for the future, a storehouse for the harvest ahead. Amid chaotic times and wrong voices, He is saying, “Prophesy again. Know that I have spoken and fulfilled it." He's taking us through these prophetic recovery steps. Do not be discouraged. You will see the performance of the Lord in what you're trusting Him for. Prayer: Lord, I ask that You move on everyone reading this. Let their faith arise, shine their shield of faith, and let the Word of God start bubbling within them. Let them see into a different dimension. Lord, help them to prophesy recovery can happen! Help them prophesy a new breath will bring life! Help them prophesy hope deferred will be addressed and removed! And help them prophesy a resurrected army is coming together! We pray this in Yeshua’s name, Amen. We Will Not Shrink Back, Give Up, or Give In Jesus Rocked the Boat Have you ever noticed every time Jesus found himself in a temple, he caused trouble? In John 2:13-16, we find Jesus turning over the tables of the money changers. He even made a whip and drove them out of the temple. He accused them of making His father’s house a place where thieves do business. Matthew 23:25 is full of harsh words. Jesus calls the scribes and Pharisees - hypocrites, robbers, and self-indulgent. Is it a good idea to disrupt the livelihood of powerful people and humiliate them publicly, especially people well-connected with the most ruthless government on earth—the Roman empire? It sure does sound familiar in today’s world, doesn't it? The lives of our children and youth have become a commodity for trade. Churches and so-called ministries who profess to know God and do things "for" God have become a place for showbiz Christianity. It has the appearance of God but His power and His presence are absent from it. Well, Jesus didn't care that people didn’t like it. In fact, He was doing exactly what He was sent to do—destroy the old priestly order and establish a new one, in His name and through His life. A New Priesthood When the disciples of John the Baptist asked Jesus why His disciples didn’t fast as they did, He answered them, “I haven't come to put new wine into an old wineskin. It would be destroyed. I did not come to patch up your old broken, dilapidated religion. I came to destroy it and replace it with something entirely new—something alive and eternal.” Many churches today are happy with the old religious ways. I hear people say often, “Give me some of that old-time religion.” I say, no thank you. I want what Jesus is doing today. I want this new and living way that Jesus has brought to the earth called the Kingdom of God. It’s not a religion; it is not full of ordinances and rituals. It is the rule and reign of Jesus the King, through His sons and daughters - that's you and me if you're born again - moving together as one body, expanding His kingdom here on earth. I want this new wine that Jesus is pouring out. What about you? John 2:10 reads, “Every man serves the good wine first, and when the people have drunk freely, then he serves the poorer wine; but you have kept the good wine until now.” You see, Jesus did not give them the same old stuff they were drinking. He gave them something better, something symbolic of what He was bringing into the earth, something intoxicating. Scripture often refers to Holy Spirit as new wine because the Holy Spirit is intoxicating. What does it mean to be intoxicated? (Back in my B.C. days - before Christ - I know exactly what intoxication meant to me then.) Intoxication alters everything about you - how you think, walk, speak, and even the way you spend your money. Jesus gave us new wine and a new and living priesthood through Holy Spirit. It was not just for an infilling to speak in tongues or heal the sick. It was to bring about a priestly order onto the earth that has been absent since Adam—the Melchizedek priesthood. We must get this priesthood activated for the fire of God to fall in America and in our personal lives. Jesus is our high priest, not after the Levitical priestly order but after the priestly order of Melchizedek. These are totally different types of the priesthood. Thank God Jesus was born in Judah’s tribe, not in Levi. But Jesus brings another quality that the Levitical priests did not have— eternal life! According to Hebrews 7:23-25, Jesus “Is able to save forever… and He always lives...” Jesus functions from the power of an endless life and so should we. Hallelujah! Jesus replaced Levi with Melchizedek. The kingdom operation of the priesthood is no longer under Levi’s order. It operates from the power of an endless life of Jesus. The good news is, we are a part of Jesus’ priesthood after this new order, the order of Melchizedek. In this new order, the job of priests is to get things legally in place, so that we can step into our kingly anointing and make decrees from Father’s heart that establish His will in the earth. Peter tells us in 1 Peter 2:5 that we are “living stones, built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood." Priests intercede, kings make decrees. We are both "kings and priests" according to 1 Peter 2:9. Yet we cannot step into our kingly anointing without understanding the priestly anointing that Father God has given us in our lives through Jesus Christ. Kingdom vs Religion This is not a religious function. This is a kingdom function. Religion wants ordinances. Religion wants the rituals of Levi’s priesthood. Religion wants you to go through the steps so that maybe you can please God someday. Religion wants rituals on Sunday morning—singing, standing, kneeling, praying, hearing - yet leaving the same way we came. Religion wants us in a holding pattern, waiting for God to change things, when we already have His power working in us and through us. Christ’s Kingdom Leavens Everything - NOW This new order of priesthood is powerful because it is not religious. No matter if we are business people, teachers, government officials, stay-at-home parents, artists, or entertainers...whatever sphere of society we inhabit, we carry a priestly and a kingly anointing to establish the glory and dominion of the King, Jesus. This is how God is getting kingdom done. Luke 10:19 states that you and I have been given authority over the enemy. As kings and priests, we apply that scripture to wherever we find the enemy working - in the government, in our schools, in our economy, in the medical arena; in every facet of society where inequity has taken root. I shake my head in disbelief as to what our society has succumbed to - when I see transsexuals and transvestites indoctrinating our young children, reading them stories that support their lifestyle. I once read of a stripper instructing a third-grade class on how to pole dance. This is not spiritual warfare in the ether somewhere. This is wickedness right under our noses. It is happening in our homes and communities. If you don’t believe me, check your kid’s internet usage and monitor what’s being taught at their school. As bad as this sounds, here is the good news. We have the power to displace it and overcome it! God is looking for sons and daughters who will rise up and say, “I will be that priest and king in the sphere of influence God has planted me in. I will be that voice of reason, the hands and feet of God proclaiming His goodness and His authority. The religious priesthood will not do this. Some Sunday morning pastors may not do this. A professional minister may not ever do this. It has to be Spirit-grown sons and daughters coming to a place where we understand our position, power, and responsibilities. Where we are no longer comfortable coexisting with the ways of the world. In Revelation 5:10 (NKJV) the John states of Jesus, “You have made us kings and priests to our God, And we shall reign on the earth.” This is not a post-millennial event; this is a here-and-now event. This is not scheduled for the future. This is now! Wherever He has given you authority, whatever sphere of influence He has put you in, it is your responsibility to bring the glory and dominion of God to that place. This means not backing down, not being a coward, not trying to coexist. Pray with me: Father, we ask today that by Holy Spirit, You would give us the courage to make the shift out of the old way of religion and step into Your Kingdom power which You have provided for us through Jesus Christ - His death and resurrection, His ascension and His sitting down at Your right hand. Amen. Our Decree: We decree that we are moving in the power of Jesus’ priesthood which operates from the power of an endless life. We decree that we are new wineskins ready to receive the new wine of Holy Spirit’s empowerment for this fresh revival and awakening He has brought us into. The Power of Being Relationally Aligned “Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. (Genesis 11:1) God had a problem. It was 4,000 BC, and the whole world was connected with one common language. And they decided to make a name for themselves by building a city with a tower that reached to the heavens. It was a good plan, and it could have worked, except God took exception with it. Now, man had a problem. Genesis 11:5-7: “The Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. The Lord said, ‘If as one people speaking the same language, they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.’” As anyone who has ever tried building anything knows, the surest way to discover your true friends from your enemies is to build something—anything. A house, a shopping mall, an elementary school, a power plant, a pipeline, a nuclear test facility, and yes, a move of God. It seems like there is always one group in favor and several noisy groups adamantly opposed. Which makes me wonder why God took issue with the building of a tower. I mean…didn’t he say “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and yes, subdue it?” (Genesis 1:28). Doesn’t this include tower building? I think it does. Well, apparently it doesn’t matter what I think. God thought it was a bad idea and that was the end of it…literally. “Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other. So, the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.” (Genesis 11:7-8) That was it. From unity to disunity. From power to powerless. From progress to disarray. From one language to…well, to babble. Not very God-like, was it? Well, actually it was. God recognized the power of relational alignment. He knew that if man was aligned, there would be no stopping them. Anything would be possible. To eternity and beyond! Why was this an issue? One word: Sin. God’s problem was not the advance of man. It was in what man was advancing. That city and tower were not about progressing with pure motives. This wasn’t a bunch of people sitting around, trying to find ways to improve the earth, to glorify God or even better, to get better cell phone reception. These were the sons and daughters of Adam, living in a fallen state, building a monument for their godless pride. We see this often in today’s society. No telling where they would have reached. But God wasn’t about to wait and find out. Today, we see the same forces at work. Technology has fueled the information age and empowered man with a common language—the means of relational alignment. And while we are seeing great things from unifying inventions like computers, the internet, satellites and smart phones—I’m writing this on a computer right now—only a blind man could miss the evil being propagated through these same channels. The applications that enable the whole world to hear the Gospel also facilitate internet mobs’ intent on canceling anything that does not fit their social justice cause. As we grow closer in one common language, we uncover the power to transform the earth—our pre-sin mandate. But we also tap into the power to do anything we set our minds to. The issue, therefore, is our minds, informed by our hearts and driven by our natures. The good that redeemed men and women can do is up against the evil that unredeemed people can do…often unwittingly. Amidst the mess we see, the power of relational alignment cannot be ignored. The lesson of our day is that, yes indeed, we can accomplish anything we set ourselves to do when we are relationally aligned. Alignment works for good when those who aligned surrender to God. Indeed, relational alignment amplifies what unites us. God doesn’t hate towers; He doesn’t hate building. He hates sin. Simultaneously, He loves mankind. And He loves it when we align under Him—surrender to His will, when we do it His way. What is His way? It starts with integrity of the soul and spirit—understanding Jesus’ life and saving power. It starts with people who know who they are in God. It flows to leadership—people under God who have been prepared, tried and even tested, those who have held the knife over the beating heart of that which they loved and heard the words: “Stop! Now I know…” [Abraham and Isaac] It starts with being qualified, and it continues with the attraction of capable leadership to those looking for leaders. Many say that people are rebellious, and they won’t follow leaders. I say that many are tired of pseudo-leaders. Relational Alignment cannot be forced. The strength of a movement is not from blind obedience but in the resultant empowering of those being led. This happens through relationship. Alignment is the key ingredient that binds the Kingdom of God into life-giving relationships. Our anointing’s are not made to function independent of one another. Not at all. We are gifted to serve each other, first in the Kingdom of God, and from there, to the world. Jesus’ means of achieving all that the Father set in motion through His death and resurrection is His body—the Ekklesia, the church. Until and unless we become fitly joined together, we will not experience the power required to do what Jesus said we will do: Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will even do greater things than these because I am going to the Father. (John 14:12) (One of my favorite scriptures.) Relational alignment is not easy to achieve, but it is vital. We will spend a lifetime learning to be aligned and eternity rejoices through relational alignment. I’d say it’s worth the effort. Alignment is now. It propels the church forward into the new era. It qualifies us for greater power. It holds us together when the storms of rage assault us. It advances the vanguard, heals the wounded, shelters the weak, and directs the strong. It makes the church the church. It makes the Ekklesia His legislative assembly. It is the sinew and tendons of the body of Christ. It is the retort to the quintessential challenge: “Oh yeah? You and what army?” Relational alignment produces that army. From aligned individuals to aligned families to aligned fellowships to aligned nations—it is the leaven that gives rise to the people of God to glorify Him through one language, one voice, one body. It is the tower we should have built 4,000 years ago—the tower that God rejoices over. And the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I want to mention at this point about a book that I’ve written, “Relational Authority: Authentic Leadership” My friend, this is a tremendous resource that will help you. Much of what I have said today is in this book. It’s about building relationships that are strong. That are properly aligned. I have another book that will be out in 2022, “Aligned for Conquest.” They will go together. I suggest that you go to my website: ClayNash.org and look at this resource. I truly believe it’ll be something that will strengthen you, mature you, and help you become that weapon for God that He needs in the earth. Pray with me: Father, teach us what building Your movement is all about. Make us wise craftsmen to align Your people through relationship. Teach us to be the leaders and followers that You intend. Make us the sons and daughters of Your family in all respects. May our identities in You lead us to unite in relational alignment with one another for Your glory. Amen. Our Decree: Now I want you to make this declaration with me: We declare God’s Kingdom will come. We declare His will shall be done, on earth as it is in heaven. We declare that we shall align relationally. The dross shall be separated from the gold, the chaff from the wheat. We shall be purified and unified. We shall be endowed with power from on high, as the early church becomes the latter church. We will hold up the honor and glory of Almighty God—now and forevermore. “Two are better than one. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.’”(Ecclesiastes 4:9, 12) *********************** I want to thank you for joining with us today. The Tide is Rising As many of you are familiar with the daily Give Him 15, I am sure you have heard Dutch mention the dream I had that was set on the grounds of the Red River Meeting House. (Here is the GH15 post where the dream was shared from 2/9/2021.) At the end of that dream, I saw lines that formed the shape of a spear being drawn on a map. These lines were connecting the locations of four major moves of God that took place in the past - at the Red River Meeting House, Cane Ridge, Azusa Street, and Wales. Several months later, I had another dream in which I saw that same spear, but in this dream the spear was on fire, and it was spinning counterclockwise as it was being lifted up and then thrust into the center of the United States of America. This burning spear was releasing waves and waves of what appeared to be water that was on fire. As I looked closer in the dream, I realized these were not actually waves of water. They were waves of people who had been ignited with the glory of God that would be revealed at a specific time. I believe God was showing us through these dreams that it is now time for the fires of all those past moves of His Spirit to culminate in a combustible force of manifested glory, to be released in and through the Body of Christ. One morning in prayer, I heard the Lord say to me, “My power is twirling. It is an unstoppable spin, breaking the surface to relieve the pressure of the swell of My manifested glory.” I knew He was using the word “swell” in the sense of a collection of waves that form one long, massive, continuous wave! He continued, “Reformation is pushing forth! The die has been cast! It cannot be stopped! The geyser is ready to be released, and what has been concealed will now be revealed! Watch it gush forth and release the pressure of the swell and reveal the fiery wave of My prevailing glory!” This move we are in now will not be a reenactment of what God has already done - it will be a combination of all the mighty works He did in those moves, and even greater. What a revelation! This fiery swell of God’s unstoppable glory will now be manifested in this nation and in our world through the Church that Jesus built—His Ekklesia. God will move with the demonstration of His might through those who have surrendered their hearts and their all to Him. He will show Himself strong in and through those who are anchored on the foundation of the Word of God and who have become living, breathing Arks of His presence (see 1 Corinthians 6:19), containers of His transforming glory, and carriers of His all-consuming fire! Recently, God spoke prophetically through Dutch, emphatically ensuring us, “I CAN do this!” The thrusting of the fiery spear into the center of this nation was clearly revealing that this awakening has begun. Holy Spirit is now releasing an unstoppable movement of a wave of glory that will spread across the nation and around the world. It is the glory of the presence of the Lord as He flows through His glorious Church. No power from hell can stop the move of God that is now set into motion. This is a defining moment that has the power to change everything! The Lord has given me a revelation that has enlightened me with understanding for our times. He showed me that the movement we are now in is a movement of Spirit and truth. It is wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ that produces through us the exceeding greatness of His might—not just with words, but with power and demonstration, revealing the reality of Jesus to the world around us. There seems to be a very real and practical demonstration in the lives of true believers becoming light to the world, as darkness has taken its toll on our nation and our world. All we have learned in the Word, by the Spirit, and through our experiences with God along our journey, is now launching us into the place of true effectiveness in our society. No more hiding behind church walls, seeking emotional gratification and inspiration, with all that identifies us to the world being the fact that we are church-goers! Now is when the true Church is rising up with a revelation of who we are in Christ, marked and known by the demonstration of the reality of a life lived in Kingdom covenant. I believe the spark ignited by such a life and such living, will be so powerful that it will burst out in a move of God that will revolutionize this nation, and even our world. This is what history calls an awakening. When the Church awakens to the reality of Who God really is, who we really are in Him, and to the power of all that He has made available to us; and when we begin making it our priority to be all He has anointed us to be, we will then be a holy, set-apart people. We will be easily recognizable in our society—in all of our spheres of influence—not by our appearance and church attendance, but by the glory of God’s presence being demonstrated in our lives and living! I see a tide rising! It’s a fiery, blazing tide of uncompromised, bold, anointed warriors whose focus is on the Lord! Their ears hear His voice. Their feet march to the rhythm of His sound! Not everyone will hear this sound and move with Him, for many are deafened by the noise of the propagated chaos and blinded by the deception that is operating by a spirit of fear. But there is a company rising—a remnant within the remnant—who are not moved by the chaos, and they are not driven by fear; they are being ignited by the spear of God’s prophesied awakening. And now, we step into our defining moment with ears that hear God’s voice and eyes that recognize His movements. The swell of God’s manifested glory is ready to be released to implement a holy, unstoppable pushback! Not against flesh and blood; that’s not our fight! This is a pushing back of darkness, and I can feel the rumble as the twirling of Yahweh’s power is now releasing the pressure of the swell, to reveal the fiery wave of His prevailing glory that has been waiting for this precise moment in time. “The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken” (Isaiah 40:5 NKJV). Pray with me: Father, the fiery swell of Your transforming glory is beginning to manifest in this nation and in our world through Your remnant people. Awakening has begun. It cannot be stopped! We are returning to You with an unquenchable passion that will not allow us to accept an environment that is void of Your presence. We are ignited with the flames of awakening, and we will be unstoppable initiators of revival. We will be the wave that carries the fire of Your demonstrated glory to the earth! You are our only focus. We surrender our all to You. Consume us, Lord! May Christ be formed in us, and may it be Christ Who lives through us! We will go for You! We will burn for You! We will shine for You, not because we want to be seen or known, but because we have been consumed by You and we desire to make You known! Your Word is like fire shut up in our bones, and we will not hold it back. We cannot hold it back! Let wave after wave of Your glory flow into us and out through us to make Christ known! We will be Your voice that echoes the desires and intentions of Your heart! To help with this, I’ve asked some of the prophetic voices I draw from occasionally on the posts to fill in. If you listen regularly you’ll know the names, even if you haven’t seen their faces before, and you’ll be very blessed by these posts. Enjoy! And I’ll see you next week. Contending for Victory Over the Real Pandemic I believe we have entered into a season of Great Contending on the earth today. Contending for lives, lands, and our very future! As we entered into this season of the pandemic, the Lord reminded me of the story in Matthew 8 where He commanded His disciples to get in the boat and cross over to the other side. If you remember, in this story it says that in the middle of this journey, in the middle of the lake, a furious storm arose. I’m sure the disciples could’ve wondered, where in Jesus’ word to us did He speak about such a terrible storm? He never mentioned it, He just commanded that it was time to cross over! However, the storm was so bad that these seasoned fishermen ran to Jesus who was in the boat asleep, woke Him and cried out, “Don’t you see, don’t you care that we are going to die!?” Jesus did care, it’s just that He also knew what He had already decreed! Jesus was unfazed, He awoke, arose and rebuked the winds and waves as if He were speaking to a person - because this was not any ordinary storm, this was a demonic storm! You see, Jesus was getting ready to deal with a territorial, controlling spirit in the land of the Gadarenes on the other side of the lake. I think that spirit understood the threat and stirred up a demonic storm to try and intimidate the disciples, to cause them to turn and retreat. However, Jesus spoke with authority and dealt with the storm. But at the same time, He was not happy with His disciples; He rebuked them saying, ‘Why are you afraid and where is your faith?’ In other words, Jesus was saying, I commanded you to cross over and I didn’t leave you or change My mind. You didn’t need to wake Me up; you needed to wake yourself up to our mission and your authority to fulfill it. I believe that is where we are today. God is speaking to his Ekklesia and saying, “I’ve called you to cross over, now use your authority to deal with every demonic storm and subdue every territorial, controlling spirit you encounter! Don’t be intimidated by this demonic storm. No, cross over, break the grip of the enemy, loose the people and set the land free as you’ve been called to do! In 2020, as the whole world was drafted into this battle with a virus we have come to know as Covid 19, I heard the Lord saying, “This is not just a natural foe but a demonic storm!” And its strategy could be summed up in 3 crucial attacks: …FEAR, FATIGUE & FATALISM. Fear The assignment of fear, panic, pandemonium, chaos, and intimidation in this season is real and is more than just the effect of the circumstances we are facing. Fear is a spiritual assignment formed by the enemy to try and get the church to withdraw and retreat from the battlefield. The purpose of the attack of fear is always control. Fear is also very contagious, like an epidemic. But do you know what is even more contagious? Faith. So stop listening to fear. It’s time to get around some people of faith! The enemy’s plan behind this pandemic, both naturally and spiritually, is a full-on assault of the antichrist spirit to bring to pass an antichrist agenda. The enemy’s efforts have been focused on trying to get the church to back up, when we are called to advance. We do not fight with natural weapons, but we do fight! When we use them purposely and rightfully we are destined to win! In praying about the word for the New Year of 2021, I felt led to do something I’d never done before. I felt the Lord ask me to look at the Strong’s Concordance numbers in Hebrew and Greek corresponding to the number “2021.” What I found was compelling. The Hebrew word corresponding to the Strong’s number 2021 is the word, hotsen, and its meaning is “to be sharp and strong, as a weapon of war; like a chariot advancing.” And Strong’s number 2021 in Greek is the word, epicheireo, which means “to take in hand, to undertake, or put the hand to.” I believe God is speaking to the church that this is a time we must be strong and sharp and fearlessly put the spiritual weapons of war in our hands! Fatigue The assignment of fatigue is sent to wear us down and wear us out so the enemy can take us out! The book of Hebrews tells us that when we are running, we can’t afford to let our hands or our heads hang down, or allow our legs to be weak! It’s time to catch your breath and get ready to run some more! Get ready to run to the battle! We can’t afford to be passive or fatigued in the battle. Scripture is clear that the joy of the Lord is our strength and implores us to be strong and courageous and not afraid or dismayed. Joshua was instructed 4 times in the beginning of the book of Joshua, only be strong and courageous. God’s promise was that he would bring them into their land and they would possess it. They would fight, and God would fight for them! The Lord of Hosts would bring them victory as the Captain of the Angel Armies! They would possess their promised land! The word for possess in Hebrew is yaresh, and it means to possess by dispossessing or driving out the previous inhabitants. In other words, receive your inheritance of promise by being a contender that drives out every pretender! It’s not a time to be discouraged (robbed of courage) or disheartened (robbed of heart for the battle) or to be weary in doing what is right or required. Keep praising, keep praying, keep fasting, keep prophesying, keep giving, keep living right! Fatalism The ploy of fatalism is to try to get us to accept the inevitability of the enemy’s triumph; to release a wave of hopelessness against us. However, the truth is that our God revels in impossibilities and impossible odds! Don’t give in or give up in the face of overwhelming forces! Remember Moses with Pharaoh’s army hot on his trail as he stood in front of the Red Sea! Remember David facing Goliath! Remember Gideon’s victory! Remember Elisha’s decree, “More are they with us than they that are with them!” And remember, in Esther’s day, it looked like it was too late and that the schemes of the enemy had been enacted and codified into law. But she made an appeal to the king and said “If I perish, I perish; I believe I have come to the kingdom for such a time as this.” And because of her faith, a major, divine reversal took place for the people of God; Haman and his 10 sons were hung on the very gallows they prepared for Mordecai and Esther. It’s time for the Esther church to arise and make an appeal to heaven! Fatalism wants to convince you that it’s over before you get started. It whispers, even in a prophetic sense, saying “don’t you know that it’s the end times? It’s too late, the antichrist will arise, this has been prophesied and there is nothing you can do about it.” However, that has never been God’s word to his people. He said He will have a glorious church without spot or wrinkle before He returns, and that we are called to occupy till He comes. He said if his people will pray and turn, then He will hear from Heaven and heal the land! The Ekklesia is always the determining factor! Jesus said that He will build His Ekklesia and they would be given the keys to the Kingdom; they would have the power to prevail against the gates of hell and open up the gates of heaven. Daniel declared that there would be a time when it felt like the enemy was prevailing or winning; but then a decree would come from the Ancient of Days that would loose favor on the Saints of the Most High so they could take the kingdom. This is not a time to shrink back, kick back, or give up, but to advance God’s kingdom in the earth. Let’s contend for God’s purposes in the earth as overcomers filled with faith, power, and passion to welcome the King of Glory, the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord strong in battle, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords! Don’t run away. It’s time to cross over and defeat fear, fatigue, and fatalism. Run to the battle! Pray with me: Lord, we pray that we will not shrink back or be controlled because of fear or intimidation! We ask for strength to battle at the gates to see the victory. And for hope to cause us to engage and understand our role as the Ekklesia - to see the battle shift and healing come to our land. Our decree: We decree that the Ekklesia will be bold and courageous, ready to run to the battle! We speak strength into every weary warrior and joy in the battle! We decree that our God will fight for us and the God of peace will soon crush satan underneath our feet! We will cross over! On January 1, our home would go into foreclosure. Hal and I had no money to buy Christmas gifts for each other or for our five-year-old daughter, Nicole. When Nicole gave us her Christmas list, it contained only one item…a pair of blue jeans with pink flowers on the pocket. I was praying fervently that we’d have money for Christmas and that we would not lose our home. Yet, I was starting to feel discouraged. The next day, Nicole came home from school and handed me the school newsletter. The school was asking us to participate in the Christmas tradition of giving to those in need. I had a clear sense that we should try to do something for one of the three families the school wanted to help…even though we ourselves were in desperate need. The newsletter listed specific needs for each family, simply labeled as families A, B, and C. I noted that Family B needed clothing for a five-year-old girl. Since I wanted to include Nicole in the shopping process, I decided we would adopt Family B, so that she could relate to giving to someone her own age. The next afternoon, Nicole and I went shopping at K-Mart. As we pushed the basket along together, we looked for some item of clothing that would be right for a little girl her age. Soon we came to a rack of girls’ jeans, and Nicole spotted a pair with little pink flowers on the back pocket. “Oh!” she said excitedly, “I just know the little girl will want these!” Into the cart went the jeans with pink flowers. My mind was already racing ahead. If the parents didn’t have money for jeans, then they wouldn’t have money to purchase a shirt to complete the outfit. “Now, let’s find a blouse or something to go with these jeans,” I told Nicole. Soon we found just the right thing – a pink sweater with a black and white panda bear on the front and a matching pink shirt. I was rejoicing at the blessing of giving this special gift. Yet a few minutes later as we stood in line, my excitement waned. There in the basket was the exact item my daughter wanted for Christmas…jeans with pink flowers on the pocket ...in just her size. Now with my last $25, I was going to buy them for someone else’s little girl. I thought of how I’d always believed in giving sacrificially. Years before I had learned about “seedtime and harvest,” sowing and reaping, from Oral Roberts. Whether you have little or much, just like a farmer, it’s not wise to eat your seed, but to plant it and watch it multiply. I’d seen this truth work in our lives over and over again. Yet, right then I was wavering. “Lord,” I prayed. “If what I’ve believed about “sowing and reaping” is really true, then I need You to prove it to me now.” We checked out at the cash register and went home. But all throughout the day I was still vacillating. I began contemplating wrapping up the gift and giving it to Nicole rather than to the little girl in Family B. That night as I pulled out the wrapping paper, I still did not know what to do. Finally, I walked into Hal’s office where he was studying and told him what a struggle I was having. I reiterated what he already knew. Our own daughter had asked for jeans for Christmas just like the ones I had purchased to give away. How much sense did it make to give them to someone else’s little girl? “I believe I know what we’re supposed to do,” Hal said. “But take some time to pray and hear from the Lord what He wants you to do.” I opened my Bible and the pages fell open to Ecclesiastes 11:1-6: “Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days…He who observes the wind (and waits for all conditions to be favorable) will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap… In the morning sow your seed and in the evening withhold not your hand …” It was evening, and I was considering withholding my gift. It was clear the Lord was telling me not to wait for conditions to be favorable…to cast my bread upon the waters. I wrapped the jeans, pink blouse, and panda bear sweater in white tissue paper as the school had requested and wrote “Family B” on the outside of the package. Later as I was wrapping some small items for the woman in Family B, Hal walked in. “What size is the man in that family we’re giving to?” Hal asked. I looked on the sheet and replied, “Medium.” A few moments later, Hal entered carrying his new gray sweater vest. “I want you to wrap this up and give it to the man on the list,” he said. “Oh, that is your favorite piece of clothing!” I said. “We should always give God our best,” he said. And with that I wrapped the gray sweater vest. The next day Nicole took her gifts to school. As was the tradition, the children brought their gifts forward during a school assembly and placed them at the foot of a manger cradling “baby Jesus.” These presents were first and foremost a gift of love to the Savior. As Nicole shared with me about presenting our family’s gifts to the Lord, I was reminded of how God demonstrated the principle of sowing and reaping through the life of His Son Jesus Christ. “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will never die but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). God gave His only Son, His most precious possession, first ― then received many sons and daughters in return. Through the principle of sowing, God reaped the greatest harvest in the history of the world. The next Sunday afternoon I was getting ready to go to the evening service at our church. I heard the doorbell ring and looked outside the window to see a white station wagon which I recognized as that of our friends Mario and Cathy Rossetti. They lived just around the corner and our kids attended the same school. As I opened the front door, Mario began unloading boxes filled with gifts. The boxes kept coming and coming. There must have been fifteen boxes or more. I noticed they were all wrapped in white tissue paper. “What is this?” I asked. But before Mario could answer, my eyes scanned several packages. Each one was marked “Family B”! “Oh,” I grabbed my heart! “The jeans with the pink flowers and the panda bear sweater. They’re in one of these boxes! The gray sweater vest. It’s in there too!” Then I remembered Hal saying, “We must always give God our best.” I breathed an awe-filled prayer. “Lord, You knew this all along! When I was standing in line at K-Mart complaining, You knew. When You led me to read the verse in Ecclesiastes, ‘Cast your bread upon the waters and you will find it after many days,’ You knew!” How had I ever doubted God’s Word? A half-hour later Hal pulled into the driveway after running errands. “Hurry, we’re late for church!” “Hal,” I said. “Could you come to the bedroom for just a moment? I have something to show you!” “I’ll look at it later,” he said. “We’re going to be late.” “You have to come now,” I said, and I took his arm and directed him into our bedroom. There on the floor, the furniture, and everywhere in between were boxes and boxes of gifts. “What is all this?” he exclaimed. “Do you know who Family B is?” I asked. “No, who?” he said. “WE are Family B! WE are Family B…you, Nicole, and me!” On Christmas Day we opened our presents. Among the gifts were a man’s gray sweater vest size medium, and size five girl’s jeans with pink flowers on the pocket, and a matching panda bear sweater and pink shirt. “But what about the poor little girl?” Nicole asked as she opened her gift. It would be years before she would learn the significance of that Christmas gift. It had been only a few years before this that the Lord had called us to leave our secular jobs and start the Christian ministry which is now BridgeBuilders. We didn’t yet have many supporters and we often went without a salary. We were completely dependent on the Lord to provide for our needs. The week between Christmas and New Year’s we received a call from a pastor in another town. He and his wife were coming to Phoenix and wanted to stop by and drop off a gift. We were excited to see our friends and receive what I thought was to be the gift of a turkey. “We can definitely use it!” I said out loud. We opened the door wide and greeted the couple. As they entered, the pastor pulled a check out of his pocket and handed it to Hal. We learned that the pastor had challenged his congregation to give to the Christmas missions fund the same amount of money they were giving in gifts to their friends and family. The collection had been split between our family and an overseas missionary. Hal and I looked at the check…it was made out for $1500! Fifteen hundred dollars! Exactly enough money to catch up on our home mortgage payments. Pray with me: Father, through the years, when money is tight and pressures grow great, You often remind me of this story. I know You never want us to forget that we are in a covenant relationship with You, and that if we will act in obedience to plant seeds of kindness, love, and resources, You will be faithful to multiply them. You said, “Give and gifts will be given you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over will they pour into your bosom. For with the measure you use when you confer benefits on others—it will be measured back to you” (Luke 6:38). Help us to become even more like You, Father, and Your giving heart. A Christmas Consideration “Jimmy was nine when his mom told him his little sister was sick and would die if she didn’t get a blood transfusion – and that Jimmy was one of the only people in the world who had the rare blood type needed. She asked him if he would be willing to let the doctors give his blood to his sister. “Jimmy was very somber. He didn’t know what was involved, but he loved his sister and agreed to give his blood. “On the appointed day, Jimmy was solemn, but brave, when the nurse put the needle into his vein and began to drain his blood. After a few minutes of watching the bag fill, he looked scared. The nurse said, ‘Don’t worry, it will be over soon.’ “The boy accepted her assurances and asked, ‘How much longer will it be before I die?’ “The nurse was shocked. ‘You’re not going to die!’ she said, and then wept when she realized Jimmy thought he had to give all his blood to save his sister.”(1) What a powerful story. No greater love… The Christmas season is one of the most remarkable times of the year. A time when we celebrate Christ’s birth as a human…so He could give his blood and die. Unlike Jimmy, He had to give all, laying down His life for us. Because of this, Christmas is, indeed, a time of giving. Appropriately so. As such, it’s also a good time for each of us to take inventory, just to make sure we maintain the proper heart toward giving and receiving - it’s more blessed to give than receive. The spirit of the age can sink its claws into us at times, without us even being aware it is happening. Christmas is also a great time of year for imparting to our children the spirit of giving. If done properly, they can be marked for life with God’s giving heart and nature. Or, sadly, Christmas can also be a time when we teach them that the greatest thing in life is receiving. Relax. This is not a post discouraging you from giving your kids gifts at Christmas. It is simply a reminder that it truly is more blessed to give than to receive. Years ago, my life was marked by a man named Wayne Myers. He is, without a doubt, the person who embodies this truth more than any I have ever known. I’ve watched Wayne give tens of thousands of dollars away, on multiple occasions, and be almost giddy with excitement in doing so. Sometimes the gifts were not so large. I once saw him empty his wallet to a Bible school student - while on his way to the airport! This was 40 years ago when there were no cash machines to replenish his supply. He then asked his wife who was traveling with him if she had any more cash on her, because he didn’t think what he had was enough to give the student. That was Brother Wayne. So, some of you may be thinking, a few thousand dollars here and there is not that much for a person to give; many people do that. Perhaps so. But Wayne is not a millionaire businessman or a philanthrapist. He is a missionary to Mexico who, for all the years I was blessed to have contact with him, didn’t even own a home. Wayne’s motto in life is “Live to give.” And he has. Wayne would almost become violent if someone else tried to pick up the check at a restaurant. The giving nature of God oozed out from every cell of his body. His generosity was so infectious that one had to budget the number of times they heard Wayne speak each year! Because when listening to him, that month’s budget was blown. Of course, Wayne was so full of faith that God would return the money many times over - and he proved it hundreds of times - that you found yourself believing it, also. What a legacy. Ceci and I have tried to live by the truth that it is more blessed to give than receive, though nowhere near the level Wayne has walked in. And we have proven over and over the truth that it truly is more blessed to give than to receive. Personally, though Wayne was used to fan the flames, this mindset began in me while serving in a food line in Guatemala, after the horrendous earthquake of 1976. It killed 30,000 people in 30 seconds and left 1 million homeless. Having been there when it occurred, I stayed to participate in the relief work. In the village of San Pedro, which was obliterated, I was serving in a soup line. People were holding broken jars, cups, cans - anything they could find in which to receive a small portion of soup. Most hadn’t eaten for days. As I ladled out small portions, I was watching the soup disappear too quickly. Hoping against hope I kept scooping...and watching. The last person in line was a lady holding her three-year-old daughter; they were the only two survivors in a family of six. As she got nearer, I could see it coming: there wouldn’t be enough. Still, I hoped. The last of the soup was served just before she held out her jar. As I looked into her eyes my heart was shattered. It was like someone punched me in the gut. Through tears, I used my broken Spanish and said, “No mas, no mas.” At that moment, I would have given everything I owned for just one bowl of soup to give them. My world was wrecked. My definition of success changed. Priorities were reordered. Bank accounts were looked at differently. And what really mattered in my life was turned topsy-turvy. I began to truly understand: it is more blessed to give than to receive. Years later, Ceci and I were planning a ministry trip to Mexico City. We decided to take our daughters, Sarah and Hannah - ages 9 and 7. We wanted them to see how less fortunate people lived in other countries. When our gracious hosts asked us what tourist activity or place we would like them to take the kids to, Ceci surprised them. “An orphanage,” she said, “I want you to take us to an orphanage.” They found one two hours away and our two daughters rocked and held orphaned children for an afternoon. The journey was beginning for them, as well. They began learning it is more blessed to give than to receive. The experience marked them. Consider taking some time this year to teach your children the joy of giving to those in need. Do not allow Christmas to be only about receiving. Take them to a feeding center and allow them to serve. Load up the family and take groceries to a family struggling financially. Set everyone down and discuss together what your family could do this year to help a less fortunate family enjoy Christmas. Sow a family gift to a missionary who is telling unreached people about Jesus. Adopt a child through Compassion International, One Child, or another worthy ministry. Help a family that lost everything in the recent tornadoes. There are many opportunities, just find one. Mark your children with the heart of Jesus. Pray with me: Father, we thank You for the incredible blessings we enjoy in America. Thank You for all You have given us through Your Son, Jesus. You taught us - and demonstrated - that it is better to give than to receive. This Christmas season, keep us reminded of this. We pray for those who are suffering lack this Christmas. The poor, hungry, homeless - we pray that they would find their way out of poverty and loss. Give them a fresh start. We pray for those suffering from the tornadoes. Bring them hope in this tragic time. Send them a friend, a helping hand, relief. And most of all, we pray for those who do not know Christ as Savior. Send someone to them with the good news. Assign an intercessor to pray for them. Open their eyes, lift the veil. We ask all this in Christ’s name. Amen. Our decree: We decree that greed will not control us. Today’s post is a general word from Holy Spirit through my brother, Tim Sheets and connected to the first Christmas. It is powerful and VERY encouraging. You are going to want all of your friends to hear this word! Share it, please. Tim says: “Recently, I asked Holy Spirit for fresh revelation and insight concerning this Christmas season. He very clearly responded to me saying, ‘Prophesy from Luke’s writings on the birth of Jesus Christ. Prophesy it into your times.’ “In the first chapter of Luke we read that a supernatural mega event, planned by the Godhead in heaven, had come to its appointed moment. The Christmas narrative gives us the miraculous story of Christ’s birth and it also prophesies into our times. It explains the powerful creative abilities of Almighty God that can come from the spirit realm into the natural realm and change everything. This incredible story explains how the master plan of the Godhead began to be implemented on the earth under Holy Spirit’s supervision and also with the angel armies. “Woven throughout the story, we see how the prophetic promises that had been given for thousands of years all had to align supernaturally. The characters that were to be part of this awesome event had to be born at the right time and grow into their moment. The story reveals that hell cannot stop any purpose of God coming onto the earth. It also shows that Lucifer and his kingdom have no clear understanding of what the Godhead is planning. It proclaims that while hell’s kingdom is real, it is inferior in every way, shape and form to the Kingdom of Almighty God. And it reveals how the supernatural impacts and invades the natural realm. “During this time of history, the soul of Israel was suppressed and there was a shroud of hopelessness throughout the land. However, God had been planning a mega event. He was planning for massive change on earth, and this is what He says is going to happen again. The miraculous birth of Jesus shows it was time for the kingship of Jesus to be introduced in a new way. It was time for a living, ever-expanding Kingdom to be revealed. The moment had come for God to be with us and for Holy Spirit to live inside of us. Holy Spirit’s hovering and overshadowing would cause new, seemingly impossible things to spring forth. He birthed something in a teenage girl that would change the world, and a few years later birthed new things in the younger generation through the disciples. We also see the older generation giving birth to the new through Zachariah and Elizabeth. Every generation was included in this mega event. “As I prayed about this, I received a prophetic download. Hear the ‘wind words’ of Holy Spirit penetrating our times and activating power to shift a nation. “‘For you have come to an appointed time, says the Lord of hosts. Another supernatural mega event has been planned by heaven for you. It is accelerating into the earth realm. Lucifer, his kingdom, and rulers of darkness will not stop it. You will see My kingship manifest upon the earth in new ways. New levels of reigning power will now reach into the governments of nations. Dictators, oligarchs, hierarchies and family dynasties that run with the camp of Beelzebub, and those who run demon errands will be confronted and stopped by My power. It will rise exponentially in new places, new ways and through new and renewed sons and daughters of all generations. I am releasing new mantles for new times. New anointings reserved for this era are now being poured from heaven as My supply river flows from My throne through all Ekklesias and into all of the earth. “‘This new flow of Holy Spirit will cause the expansion of My Kingdom in ways and displays never before seen. Indeed, says the Lord, the mind of man captured and bound by reason will be blown. For it will be seen that I cannot be confined by reason or science. I cannot be confined by man’s laws or wisdom. I cannot be confined by the language of fools. I cannot be confined by your capitals, congresses or parliaments. I cannot be confined by your religions. None on earth or in the universe can confine Me. I will break out against all confinement. The shattering of confinement has begun, says the Lord. “‘Yes indeed, I have a surprise for you. I have a new event planned for you. I have a new pentecost planned for you. My Ekklesia will see the breaking off of confinement and function in new anointings of Holy Spirit. For I have remembered My word through the prophet Joel. It is part of My supernatural mega event. I am pouring out My Spirit on all flesh, the young and old together. I have given visions to My young men by the multiplied thousands. They will now run with Me, sounding forth awakening. I have put My prophetic words in the heart of My handmaidens. Like Mary, they are highly favored and will prophesy. Prophetic declarations have been put in their heart by My Holy Spirit. They will speak My words into the nations. ‘“The babes, the teens, the male, the female will all participate in My outpouring. My older, seasoned generations are dreaming again, says the Lord. I am giving them new dreams and I am activating their old dreams. I am anointing their dreams to break forth from confinement. Those called ‘barren’ will now produce, says the Lord of hosts. My Zachariahs and Elizabeths will give birth to their dreams. They will sing with exuberance. Holy Spirit’s hovering, flowing, overshadowing presence will now birth new things. They will spring forth. “‘The presentation of My Ekklesia will now manifest in ways never seen before. Church will be done in new ways as Holy Spirit blends the new with the renewed and activates the gospel of My Kingdom. This will be confirmed with power-signs heaven will provide. It will be a message confirmed with creative miracles and assisted by My Kingdom’s angel armies. Angelic visitations will increase as I release My messengers with destiny messages. Revelation, understanding and enlightenment will accelerate in My sons and daughters as My DNA will be revealed inside of them. My mind will be revealed in them as Holy Spirit guides and provides. “‘I will do exactly what I promised. Through My Ekklesia, I will fulfill My prophetic unction released through My handmaiden in Galilee. Mercy will flow in wave after wave. There will be new births and new birthings. I will bear My arm and show My strength to this world. I will scatter the bluffing braggarts. I will knock tyrants off their high horses. I will pull victims out of the mud. I will sit the starving down to a banquet. I will remember and embrace My chosen ones, piling on favoring mercy, doing exactly what I told them I would do. I will be God with you. I will move more and more into the earth realm manifesting Myself among My people, producing change all over the world. 6 min read https://www.givehim15.com/post/december-14-2021 December 14, 2021 Two Women At Christmas As we approach Christmas let’s consider the story of two women who were significant in the birth of our Savior, the promised Messiah: Mary and Elizabeth. The younger one seeking out the older. Lives touching. Mentoring occurring. A divine encounter, a God-set up. Mary, the mother of Jesus, is unique in history. Yet she had a humble beginning. Pastor Jack Hayford says we may wonder about her, “Was Mary possibly only a plain girl with simple faith, raised in an ordinary home, scheduled for an arranged marriage, and headed for an uneventful future married to the town carpenter? The suggestion that she was ordinary comes from the words Mary sings: ‘For He has regarded the lowly state of His handmaiden. He has exalted the lowly’” (Luke 1:48). Hayford adds: “God clothes Himself in the ordinary so He can come to ordinary people—you and me.” 1 Mary and Elizabeth. Both were having miracle babies who would affect history. Both women could have been labeled “disgraced” by their Hebrew peers - Elizabeth for being barren, Mary for being pregnant before marriage. Both knew God intimately, were worshipers, and were acquainted with Scripture. The Christmas story began not in Bethlehem but in Nazareth, where Mary received the message from Gabriel. He disclosed God’s plan for her life. “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!...Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.” (Luke 1: 28-32 NKJV) When Mary questioned Gabriel how this could happen, since she was a virgin, he explained: “Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; for that reason also the holy Child will be called the Son of God… and His kingdom will have no end.” (Luke 1:30-35). Mary, in bold obedience replied, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word” (verse 38). And the angel departed from her. “We can hardly fathom the bewildering moment Mary experienced,” Freda Lindsay reminds us. “That she was a privileged vessel, chosen to bear God's Son, is wonder enough, for she is a participant in the miracle of the Incarnation at a level no other human being can comprehend. It is clear she did not claim to understand it herself, yet she was obedient,”2 At first, Mary was troubled, pondering the situation. But the angel had told her some great news: “And behold your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age, and she who was called barren is now in her sixth month. For nothing will be impossible with God” (verses 36-37). Mary may have wondered just why the angel told her Elizabeth is pregnant. But she got up and hurried to see Elizabeth in the village of En Karem in the Judean hill country, about 65 miles away. How did she get there? Did she go in a caravan of camels or donkeys? Did she have morning sickness? Was Joseph, to whom she was engaged, okay with her going? We don’t know the answers. However, she is quickly getting herself to the house of her relative Elizabeth, who’s married to the priest, Zechariah. When Mary entered their home the baby in Elizabeth’s womb leapt with joy (Luke 1:41). But get this: Elizabeth not only praised God in a loud voice, but she was also filled with Holy Spirit (verse 41). (I wonder if she would have had this experience with Holy Spirit’s infilling if Mary had not come). Mary did not even have to explain to her that she was pregnant, for God had revealed it to Elizabeth. She said to Mary, almost as a prophecy, “Blessed are you among women. Blessed is the child you shall bear. Why am I so favored that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” (Luke 1:41-43). Think about this: Elizabeth was six months pregnant, five of those hidden in seclusion. Her husband, Zechariah - a priest, could not talk to her. He had been struck mute when he questioned the angel who came to him after he had burned incense in the temple (Luke 1:20). The angel told him that his wife, who was barren and advanced in age, would bear a son. They were to name him John and he would be great in the sight of the Lord. (He was later known as John the Baptist). While she was expecting her baby boy, Elizabeth’s husband could only communicate with her by writing on a wax tablet or with hand motions. Did her seclusion also mean she did not fetch water at the well when other women were there or even intermingle with them in the marketplace? A Jewish wife in those days prepared the meals, cared for the children, made and washed the clothes, went to the market, tended the lamps. She was expected to be a good housekeeper and an affectionate mother who set the “love level” in the home. Sons usually went to study Torah at an early age and learned a trade from their father. Girls did not receive the formal training as sons did, but evidence shows both Mary and Elizabeth knew the Scriptures. Since Elizabeth was the wife of a priest and daughter of a family of priests from the house of Aaron, she probably heard much godly talk from guests in her home. Mary’s song of exaltation - Magnificat - contains references from Hannah’s prayer nearly a thousand years earlier as she praised God for her baby Samuel. Mary was possibly still a teenager. The advice and wisdom of an older woman would be valuable as she pondered many things in her heart. But didn’t Elizabeth also need her company? Mary stayed three months with her (Luke 1:56). Observing, confiding in her, no doubt receiving mentoring and love and spiritual insights. Elizabeth may have talked to Mary about how to be a good wife and she was surely a great encourager and influencer, giving her a blessing and honor. They obviously spent time together worshipping the Lord. Mary provided Elizabeth companionship, conversation and most certainly helped her with household chores. They each had something of worth to share in this short-term but significant relationship. Just think, Elizabeth was the first human to acknowledge Jesus as the Lord--while he was yet unborn. Let’s not fail to recognize Holy Spirit’s part in this first Christmas drama concerning these two women. As we have already mentioned, first Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary (Luke 1:35). Then He filled Elizabeth and the baby in her womb with Himself also. Finally, even Zachariah. On the eighth day after their baby’s birth when they took him to be circumcised and to announce John’s name, Zechariah was filled with Holy Spirit (Luke 1:67). His tongue was loosed and he was able to speak again. So he, a priest, began to prophesy about both the coming Messiah and about his son, John, who would be a forerunner for Him. This Christmas season as we reflect on the various people involved in the birth of Jesus, let’s draw lessons from their examples. Are there younger people in our lives we could encourage? Mentor? Are there those we can pray for to receive Jesus as Savior? Or to receive Holy Spirit’s touch? God is looking for ordinary people-- like you and me to help make a difference for Him in the lives of those with whom we interact. Divine connections. He has given us a story to tell. Jesus is the reason for the season! Let’s go share this great news. Pray with me: Thank You, Heavenly Father, for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help us to be bold to share this good news, especially during this Christmas season, and bring others to Him for their salvation. Thank You that just as the angel told Mary nothing is or ever shall be impossible for God, so may we believe for the miracles we need also. We ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen. 4 min read https://www.givehim15.com/post/december-13-2021 December 13, 2021 The Victory Meal I have been asked if I would be willing to lead in a time of Communion on a Give Him15 post, as we join Matt Lockett and Lou Engle in prayer and Communion regarding the Dobbs abortion case. I felt this was a great idea. There are many places in scripture we could look to as a jumping-off point to talk about “the Lord’s Table,” as some call Communion. I want to use Genesis 14:17-24. This is a very significant, amazing, and important passage, filled with prophetic pictures of our redemption. I will move slowly as I read the post, in order to make sure you track with me. Though I provide several references, I won’t read them. Let’s begin by reading four of the verses, 17-20: “Then after his return from the defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him, the king of Sodom went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King’s Valley). And Melchizedek the king of Salem brought out bread and wine; now he was a priest of God Most High. And he blessed him and said, ‘Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; And blessed be God Most High, Who has handed over your enemies to you.’ And he gave him a tenth of everything” (NASV). This is the first mention of “bread and wine” spoken of together in Scripture, and they wouldn’t be mentioned again until the night before the Cross. As such, it is an obvious prophetic picture of Christ’s last supper with His disciples. How else do we know this? Follow me carefully. Melchizedek was a type or picture of Christ (Psalm 110; Hebrews 5:6,10; 6:20; 7:1-10); we are represented by Abraham, our father of faith (Romans 3:27-4:25). Melchizedek was a Canaanite, a race of people under a curse (Genesis 9:25 - “Cursed be Canaan”). As king over a cursed race of people, bestowing a blessing on Abraham, Melchizedek pictures Christ “having become a curse for us” (Galatians 3:13)…that “the blessing of Abraham might come to” us (verse 14). As mentioned, to show that this occurrence with Melchizedek and Abraham did indeed picture our redemption while at the Last Supper, Christ departed from the traditional meal - and for the first time since Genesis 14 - gave the disciples “bread and wine.” Also, it is imperative to note that the bread and wine meal in Genesis 14 was a celebration of victory following Abraham’s defeat of unrighteous leaders attempting to steal his family and inheritance. This was a victory meal! But it represented so much more than just Abraham’s victory that day. In the passage and for the first time in Scripture, God refers to Himself as the “Most High God” 4 times, and “possessor of heaven and earth” twice. This was a declaration that satan, who had tried to become the “most high” through his rebellion in heaven (see Isaiah 14:14), had not only failed in taking over heaven, but he would not become the possessor of earth, either. God was declaring, “satan couldn’t have heaven, he can’t have the human race and he won’t have earth! I will redeem the earth and My family!” Amazing..! When Christ gave the disciples the bread and wine at the Last Supper telling them these elements represented His body and blood, He was celebrating victory in advance. He knew, of course, the price He was about to pay; but He also knew He would win. And when we partake of communion, yes, we should remember the horrible price Jesus paid to redeem us; but we should also remember that it represents the greatest victory in the history of creation. Satan was defeated, the curse was broken, and we were restored into blessing - redeemed back into the family of God. Christ’s blood on the mercy seat of heaven is still the guarantee of this new covenant. Because of His blood, we can ask for mercy. We can ask that America be delivered from the curse associated with the shedding of innocent blood, and appeal to heaven for deliverance from this disgraceful evil. We can ask that through His mercy, God moves strongly over the Supreme Court of America, speaking in whatever way necessary to at least five Justices, motivating them to reverse Roe v. Wade. And we can ask for the cleansing and healing of our land. COMMUNION: Father, as we take the bread together in a moment, we remember the broken body of Jesus, sacrificed for our healing and restoration. We thank You, Jesus, for becoming one of us, the Son of Man, to bring us back into Your family. You are the Bread of Life and as we partake of this bread today, it reminds us that we are to partake continually of Your life. Eat the bread. (Feel free to pause the video for a moment or two if you would like, and spend time in personal prayer and Communion with Him.) And now, as we drink the wine, we honor and place our faith fully in the shed blood of Jesus for the remission of our sins. We also remember that His blood does more than cleanse us of sin; it also makes us new creations in Christ Jesus. We are born again. We celebrate this great victory over sin and the curse. We receive health, wholeness, and salvation as we do this today. And we decree that through the blood of Christ, satan is forever defeated. Drink the juice. (Again, feel free to pause and take any amount of time you would like, to spend personal time with Him.) And now, Father, we ask for victory in this recent Supreme Court case. We ask You to break the curse of Roe v. Wade off of America. Let this decision be the beginning of the end of abortion in America. We thank You for this, again, doing all in the name of Christ. Amen. I have been asked to teach some and lead in communion as we join the ministries of Lou Engle (TheBriefing.us) and Matt Lockett (JHOPDC.com) in prayer and communion regarding the current Supreme Court case. So, on Monday, have your bread and wine (or juice) ready when you read (or listen to) that day’s post. ________________________ God sometimes leads individuals to do extraordinary things as spiritual signs and intercessory acts. Moses stretched his rod over the Red Sea, causing it to roll back; Elisha struck the Jordan River with Elijah’s mantle, causing it to likewise roll back. And tomorrow, John Halversen completes his fourth walk across America! His wife, Sandy, shares some of John’s amazing story: “On December 11th in Seattle, Pastor John Halvorsen completes his 4th Prayer Walk across America, He began prayer walking early in his Christian life because he found himself dozing off while praying in a cozy chair. Soon the Lord began challenging him to expand the areas he walked through, until he was walking across entire nations and continents as ‘prophetic acts’, proclaiming that ‘GOD WANTS HIS WORLD BACK!’ “Prayer Walk America #1 was birthed in 1996, while we were missionaries in Ireland. The power of God came so strongly upon John while out for coffee, that the physical shaking he was experiencing sent him into the men’s room where he cried out to God, ‘Send me back to America!’ Back in Minnesota, while walking and praying through the ‘Mall of America’, Genesis 13:17 became a literal word from the Lord for John: ‘Arise, walk through the land, the length and breadth of it, for I will give it to you.’ As with all unusual divine guidance, John submitted it to his trusted mentor, friends and family, received the green light, and to this day has not been told to stop! “John’s first walk began on the first day of the Jewish new year, Rosh Hashanah, September 21, 1998, with a strong prophetic unction to proclaim that a ‘Season of Trouble’ was coming to America. He walked from the Canadian border in Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico, along US-61, the Great River Road, following the course of the Mississippi River. His message was broadcast through secular and Christian media all across America, ‘Tumultuous times are coming, we must repent and pray as never before.’ As the Mississippi River was first named ‘Rio De Espiritu Santo’, the ‘River of the Holy Spirit’, and was fiercely contended over during the American Civil War, the intense prayer battle accompanying that walk was over the ‘Free flow of the Holy Spirit’ through the Church. The second American prayer walk was soon birthed. The Lord simply said, ‘You know you aren’t done.’ John knew that a west to east route, the reverse of the routes of exploration, was God’s plan, so on Easter Day of 1999, he began walking in Newport, Oregon, and finished in November at ‘Rehoboth’ Beach, Delaware. Although the Clinton era of ‘Peace and Prosperity’ was in full sway, John continued to proclaim the need for renewed prayer and repentance and that ‘Tumultuous times’ were coming. Also, the prayer focus was on the re-opening of past wells of revival as in Genesis 26:18-22, which ended in victory at the well of Rehoboth. “‘Tumultuous Times’ came to America indeed, on September 11, 2001. We experienced the 9/11 attacks and America’s ‘Season of Trouble’ had begun. “While flying over Europe early in 2008 and gazing down at the Pyrenees Mountains, John knew he must walk again, this time the ancient ‘Crusader’ and ‘Silk Road’ routes, from Portugal to China. Organizing all the details for the two-year walk happened quickly and by November ‘08 we were on our way to Cabo da Roca, Portugal to begin the long prayer journey, which ended 6,000 miles later in Almaty, Kazakhstan, near the Chinese border. Many stories can be told of the challenges and spiritual warfare encountered on the trek through Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and then the train journey through China to Shanghai. John’s prophetic sense was that the Lord of Glory is going to burst through the rusted, bolted gates of these post-Christian, Communist, and Muslim cultures, bringing an ‘End of ancient hostility’ to the Gospel, in unprecedented Revival! “In 2015 the Lord told John to “take the ‘Appeal to Heaven’ flag to the North Pole and then get to the South Pole as soon as possible.” He discovered that joining an expedition to each pole was the only way to get there, that the North Pole would require $35,000 and the South Pole a jaw-dropping $50,000! Miraculously, for each trip the money came in at the last minute, as is often God’s way, through ‘appealing to heaven,’ not ‘appealing to man’. God pays for what He orders! “A Russian nuclear-powered icebreaker took a week to crunch through the polar ice to arrive at the North Pole in June 2016. Then in November, 2017 a Russian transport plane got him to Antarctica, and a small prop plane to the actual South Pole. In both cases, he unfurled the ‘Appeal to Heaven’ flag and proclaimed the Gospel, as a witness that the Good News has reached the extreme ‘Ends of the Earth’, and to appeal to heaven for global awakening. “In early 2018 the Lord spoke, ‘Are you willing to walk America again?’ “Why Lord? I’ve already done it twice!” “Because America needs a third awakening!” came the answer. John knew this time he would walk a diagonal along Route 66 and the Lincoln Highway, from LA to NYC, beginning on Halloween 2018. Why? To reverse the curse in our nation. He sensed that although America deserves judgment, he was pulling a cord of mercy and that God would grant mercy if His people would enter into deep repentance and prayer. “While visiting Israel after this third prophetic walk across the nation, a van drove past, emblazoned with the words, ‘Johnny Walker, Keep on Walking.’ It was the slogan the Lord had often used to let John know he had a new assignment. ‘Do I walk Israel next?’ he wondered. But it soon became clear that Miami to Seattle was what the Lord had in mind, another diagonal route that completed an X over the nation. So on February 5, 2021, this current walk began in Miami and will finish on December 11 [tomorrow] in Seattle. John has battled extreme spiritual warfare on this walk as he contends for awakening for America, and senses again that he is pulling a cord of mercy. But this time, he believes that at the walk’s end, the cord will be plugged into a power outlet and God’s awakening power will flow. “John feels that all these prophetic walks are connected. The ‘free flow of the Holy Spirit’ through the church...the opening of past wells of revival...overcoming hostility to the Gospel...reversing the curse...the release of God’s mercy and His power cord plugged in. John believes we are about to see the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit ever witnessed throughout the world and to the extreme ends of the earth! “His next prayer walk? John is asking the Lord about Israel. “GOD WANTS HIS WORLD BACK, and WE PROCLAIM HE WILL RECEIVE IT..! IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME..!!” Pray with me: Father, we thank You for servants like John and Sandy Halversen, people who are willing to lay their lives down as intercessors and warriors. You have many who unselfishly do so, some walking their neighborhoods, others driving across the country, still others faithful in their prayer closets and on the jobs they work. Thank You for this army You’re raising up. We pray for John and Sandy as they finish the walk tomorrow. But, as I know they would desire, our greatest prayer is an agreement with them that You will send revival to America and the world. Open past wells of revival, break curses off our land and off other nations. We know that in America 12 cities set records for homicides this year. We appeal to You for the greatest revival EVER, and one that touches the ends of the earth. And as we shall continue to do, we ask for Your hovering presence over the Supreme Court and every Justice, to bring forth Your counsel and will in the recent abortion case. Help us reverse Roe, we pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen. I have had to shorten it a little, but you can see the entire article plus a video of Matt and Lou Engle discussing it by using these links. Matt shares: A Child Is Born “On Thursday, December 2, one day after the oral arguments in the Dobbs abortion case at the Supreme Court, a team member of the Justice House of Prayer in DC had the following dream: “‘In the dream, I had a one-day-old baby, and it seemed as if it was my daughter, Megan. A witch was trying to poison her. The witch was far away, standing in a wooded area, pouring poison into a stream. I knew this was an attempt to poison my baby. Then, as my baby was drinking from a bowl of water, I felt sudden alarm as I realized the witch had attempted to poison that, also. The witch made several other efforts to poison water, in order to poison my baby. I did not know whether she had been successful. “‘Then the witch stole my baby. “‘In distress, I began desperately searching for her. The place I was searching was like a medical clinic, with many small rooms. The hallways were a maze, small and oddly shaped, some of which I had to squeeze through. It was very difficult to get from one room to another in order to search for her. “‘The scene changed and I was climbing a mountain on a gravel road. Several others whom I didn’t know accompanied me. I thought we were climbing to the top, but after a short climb, barely above the base of the mountain, I saw a shack to my right. It was the only structure in a vast, wooded, mountainous area. The shack was a carpenter’s shop. “‘I knew I needed to purchase a white board at the carpenter shop. When I entered, I saw a long, painted white board leaning on the counter, ready for me. And to my great surprise, my baby was also there on the counter! Alive! I was deeply relieved to have found her. “‘The carpenter was standing a few feet behind the counter but said nothing. I stared at him, trying to discern his intent regarding the baby, to figure out which side he was on. Had he rescued my baby? Or, was he part of the scheme to steal the baby? Should I trust him to help me, or grab the baby and run down the mountain? “‘And I woke from the dream.’” Matt continues, “We feel strongly that this dream about the one-day-old baby is pertaining to the one-day-old court case - about rescuing the babies and the overturning of Roe v. Wade [remember, the dream was given one day after the hearing]. Interestingly, the baby’s name, Megan, is derived from the Greek word megas, meaning mega ‘great.’ This case is of mega importance! “The oral arguments were held on 12/1. Revelation 12:1 and the subsequent verses say, ‘A megas or mega sign appeared in heaven: a woman… She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: a megas, mega red dragon… The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born.’ “In verse 5 of Revelation 12, there was war in the heavens. We are in a spiritual war right now against witchcraft and forces of darkness seeking to ‘poison’ the minds of judges determining this case. We know the Lord’s desire is to grant us victory, but the battle isn’t over. “[Last Friday (12/3)] the Justices cast their preliminary votes on the case and now the opinions will be written. It is very important that we not let victory be stolen [we believe that quite likely we have won this case] or the language of the opinions be poisoned in any way. We want to enforce the verdict of Heaven, which is that Roe v. Wade is overturned. “In 1992, Roe could have been struck down in the courts, but Justice Kennedy was swayed to change his vote at the last moment. This reveals that we must war over the 9 Justices and against the witchcraft at work to influence them. Also, we must continue to ask the Lord to unite the 5 conservative justices together in a coalition of conscience for the ending of Roe. Pray for Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett to hold fast to their God-inspired convictions. “We also received a dream recently concerning Chief Justice John Roberts. In the dream, Roberts was seen weeping at the foot of his blank tombstone. Next to him was another tombstone upon which was engraved the purposes God had intended for him to fulfill in his position of influence. Written there, among other purposes, was the overturning of Roe v. Wade. However, Roberts had failed to agree with God’s plans for his life. Let’s pray for him, in light of this dream, that he would not miss his greatest moment to partner with God in the ending of abortion. “Meanwhile, if the warfare depicted in the ‘Megan dream’ is true, and we believe it is, then it reveals a current and crucial element of witchcraft we must contend against. There is clearly more than just a political or legal battle regarding abortion. We are dealing with a mega spiritual battle concerning the very altar of death in our nation. This is why, as intercessors, we believe we are being called into a divine assignment. To miss this moment could be to miss everything. “During the oral arguments on Wednesday, there was much discussion surrounding so-called medical facts regarding the viability of a fetus. In the dream, however, the baby could not be found or rescued in the ‘medical maze.’ We must look elsewhere. The dream shows there is a mountain that must be climbed to find and rescue the baby. We believe it is the mountain of the Lord. “When the mother begins to climb the mountain, she encounters a carpenter’s shack. We believe the carpenter on the mountain symbolizes Jesus. When the mother goes inside, Jesus has the baby, yet she doesn’t know this and is wondering whose side He’s on. This part of the dream reminds us of Joshua when he encountered the angel of the Lord outside of Jericho. “Joshua was about to face giants. It’s our conviction that this court case is facing the greatest demonic giant in our nation. When Jesus, the Captain of the Hosts of Heaven, appeared to him, Joshua questioned which side the Warrior was on. The Lord answered, basically, ‘Wrong question. Whose side are YOU on?’ America must side with Jesus, careful to align with His desire to end Roe v. Wade. “We believe that ‘ascending’ the mountain of the Lord is ascending in our spiritual authority. “Therefore, we invite you into 21 days of prayer and communion from now until Christmas [December 5-25]. We understand that our greatest weapon against the forces of witchcraft is the blood of Jesus. “In addition to this call to prayer and communion, there is an aspect of the dream we believe is a call to prayer in the night watches. The white board that needed to be purchased at the carpenter shop may seem like a random detail, but our team immediately associated it with a dream I had in 2004. “In that dream, I saw Lou Engle praying with a room full of young people in an all-night prayer meeting. There was a large blackboard full of abortion statistics. He watched as each person who prayed would then strike a chalk eraser against the board. Every strike released a cloud of white chalk dust, which gradually covered the blackboard. By morning, the blackboard was entirely white and the abortion statistics were no longer visible. Perhaps the way to ‘purchase the white board’ at this time is to engage in nighttime prayer, countering the prayers of witches and warlocks whose activity is heightened during those hours. “In addition to Jesus, the carpenter may also represent Joseph, who was warned by a dream in the night. His swift obedience to escape with Mary and the baby in the cover of darkness, is what saved the child from Herod’s sword. “Therefore, we also invite those who feel led, to join us over the next 21 days, from December 5-25, in forming an ongoing chain of prayer between the hours of 10PM and 6AM. Throughout history, demons have required blood sacrifices from their worshipers. We also know this empowers them, opening doors for curses and death. We here in America are no doubt experiencing many of these curses, having literally covenanted with death. As we partner with You in rescuing the babies, we bind the witchcraft and demonic attempts to influence the Justices in this case (see Matthew 16:18-19). We refuse to allow them or the babies to be poisoned. The babies will not be stolen. We do this in the name of Jesus. We ask You to raise up and motivate many to join this prayer assignment. May we not falter during this time of opportunity and crisis. Please awaken many in the church to pray, even during the night watches. Awaken pastors, motivating them to call their churches to pray. Please do something to break any complacency off of pastors, leaders, and churches. May they realize that there simply cannot be business as usual in this season. Amen. Life has a way of distracting us from important “basics.” One of those is a care and concern for others not of our household or tribe. Larry Tomczak encourages us to pause today from our busy routine to ponder the plight of friends and fellow Christians still enslaved in the socialist state of Cuba. We are instructed by Holy Spirit to: “Regard prisoners as if you were in prison with them. Look on the victims of abuse as if what happened to them had happened to you” (Hebrews13:3 MET). Larry shares: “Anyone listening to Bernie Sanders, A.O.C. and other progressive Democrats promoting a socialist utopia for America, should consider the brutal realities of what life is like in a country just 90 miles away. Bottom line: it's heartbreaking. Ask folks in Venezuela, as well. People Are Suffering and Scared “Four months ago thousands of Cubans, repressed for over 70 years, took to the streets to protest in one of the largest demonstrations there in decades. Then on November 15, a second peaceful protest entitled ‘Civic March for Change’ called for in 10 cities, sadly fizzled as Cuba’s totalitarian Marxist government employed their strong-arm ‘cancel culture’ tactics to frighten the people and stifle the rallies. “Hundreds of dissidents who dared to demonstrate peacefully at the July rallies remain in jail, and a cooperative media makes sure the other people are reminded of their fate. Uniformed police and plain-clothed enforcers intimidate people, along with state security officers who stake out homes of pro-democracy leaders. “A young female dissident (who would love an opportunity to educate millennials in America who are being seduced by socialism) stated it simply, ‘People are scared.’ Representatives of the leftist regime make sure people understand that they will not tolerate those who are a ‘part of the destabilization campaign initiated by the United States.’(1) Biden Administration Response “U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned ‘intimidation tactics’ by Cuba’s government and vowed that Washington would ‘seek accountability’ for the crackdown. What that means is anybody’s guess, especially in light of Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the abandonment of Americans and our allies who’ve been trapped behind enemy lines for almost 100 days. “July's dissident march in Cuba gained global attention but has faded from most people’s memory, while multitudes there and in Afghanistan face continual repression, horrible penalties, suffering, and persecution. In our nation, as malcontents and Marxists try to tear down our country, it is Christian compassion to ponder their plight and pray for divine intervention. The Brutal Realities “After 70 years of totalitarian rule in Cuba and the barbaric treatment of dissidents daring to question the socialist state, thousands of demonstrators took to the streets in July. The Cuban people, just like citizens in Venezuela, are suffering under another economic crisis with severe food shortages, high prices, and pandemic sickness and death. “Communications remain cut off so the world can't see the military's brutal shooting and beating of the protestors. “Today in Cuba, Castro’s ‘revolutionaries’ masterfully manipulate the masses. Here in America, radical rabble-rousers present ‘history’ that does not reflect reality, but romanticizes ‘heroes’ like the Castros and Che Guevara (murderers and criminals), while working aggressively to dismantle our nation's founders and foundations. It's happening in the U.S. through CRT (Critical Race Theory) and the 1619 Project, whose creator praised Cuba as the ‘Most Equal country in the Western Hemisphere - a model for the U.S.’ Helpful History Lesson “In 1959 Fidel Castro assured the world that he was not a Communist. Castro killed over 3500 people by firing squad. He called Cuba a ‘People’s Paradise,’ yet what was once a beautiful vacation destination became a prison where people lost liberty, human rights, and religion. “Castro demolished scores of church buildings and mandated children be indoctrinated with new curriculums. He propagandized the people into believing Cuba’s old order was systemically evil and needed to be replaced with the new order of caring for needs from cradle to grave. ‘Free healthcare! Free education! Free childcare!’ Sound familiar? “Pre-Castro Cuba in 1958 led Latin America in low infant mortality, literacy rates, passenger cars per capita, food consumption per capita, along with TVs, radios, and telephones. Cuba’s Gross Domestic Product was ahead of Italy, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, and most of Africa, Asia, and Latin America! Millennials and Manipulation “Today Cuba is an impoverished nation with minimal and archaic healthcare, contrary to Michael Moore's documentary ‘Sicko,’ which was replete with propaganda. Higher education? It's possible for the elite who meet the ‘state's’ rigid standards. “The average wage in Cuba is now about $20 per month with people living in deteriorating shacks. Its harbor is almost empty of boats so people cannot flee. The few people that own cars have 1950s models. 5 min read https://www.givehim15.com/post/december-1-2021 December 1, 2021 The Most Important Supreme Court Case in Decades Flying the American flag upside down - when done for the right reasons - is an officially recognized signal of danger and distress; it is not a sign of disrespect. America is now in one of the most alarming seasons of her history, with decisions being made that have and could continue to undo two and a half centuries of blessing. Our moral decline, antichrist laws, humanistic culture and godless leaders have brought us to the point where we need to be resurrected, not just resuscitated. Much of the destruction began in the 1960s and originated in the American judiciary branch, including the Supreme Court. Interestingly, this was “prophesied” by Thomas Jefferson, whose greatest fear regarding America’s future was the authority taken by the courts, which he declared that the Constitution—which he helped draft!—had not given them. In 1821 he declared, “The germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the federal judiciary. An irresponsible body, working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction until all shall be usurped from the states.”(1) Incredibly strong language. One is reminded of Paul’s words in Galatians 5:9: “a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.” The founders of our government never intended for the Supreme Court to be the supreme branch of our government. Nowhere does our Constitution give them authority over the Executive and Legislative branches. In fact, they did not even have their own building until 1935; they met in the Capitol. Nine unelected men and women ruling our nation in the way the Supreme Court now does has resulted in “a despotic branch”(2) in whose hands the Constitution has become a “thing of wax,”(3) as warned by Jefferson 200 years ago. One of their own, the late Justice Antonin Scalia, called his colleagues “black-robed masters,” going on to say that “the Court has essentially liberated itself from the text of the Constitution…and from the traditions of the American people.” Scalia went on to state clearly that the Constitution “is not a living organism” as the liberals like to state when twisting its meaning into what they want it to say.(4) One of today’s liberal Federal Judges, Richard Posner, no longer sees the need to twist the Constitution’s meaning in order to make his warped rulings. He simply admits that to him, and many other judges and attorneys today, the Constitution is irrelevant. “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation…the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post-Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today.” (After much criticism, Posner later backed off from this ridiculous comment.)(5) If you’re wondering where in the Constitution judges found the removing of prayer from schools, abortion rights, the redefining of marriage and other liberal positions, the answer is simple: they didn’t. They simply legislated from the bench, according to their own desires and ideals. Today, the Supreme Court is hearing a case that could overturn Roe versus Wade, the evil ruling that has resulted in more than 60 million babies being killed in their mother’s womb. It is America’s greatest failure and shame. As Jefferson warned, the “noiseless step” has advanced until we now kill babies that survive abortions, after which we sell their body parts. The left rabidly defends all of this. If the Court rules once again for death, let it not be because we did not do our part to pray. Cry out on behalf of the babies! Ask Holy Spirit to put heavenly pressure on the Justices to vote for life. Re-read yesterday‘s post and, using its suggestions, pray for the attorneys and Justices. Listen to Holy Spirit and pray as He leads you. I leave you with a quote from the Supreme Court affirming that America is a Christian nation. Pray that this mindset one day returns to the Court. “In 1892, in the case of Church of the Holy Trinity v. The United States, the U.S. Supreme Court declared that: ‘Our laws and institutions must necessarily be based upon the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It is impossible that it should be otherwise; and in this sense and to this extent, our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian...This is historically true. From the discovery of this continent to the present hour, there is a single voice making this affirmation...that this is a Christian nation. We are founded to legislate, propagate, and secure Christianity.’ (6) “Again in 1947, the Court said ‘we are a religious people and our laws presuppose’ the existence of God. The Court upheld our national motto as constitutional in 1979 (In God We Trust), as well as having paid chaplains in the Legislative branch of government in 1983.”(7) Don’t give up on America! Pray with me: Father, we ask You to move on the hearts of five or more Justices as they think and deliberate, bending their will toward You and the babies. Shift thinking where it is necessary, silence voices that need to be silenced, give favor to those that need favor. Speak to them in any way necessary to turn their hearts and minds to the appropriate ruling. Obviously, they hold a live hearing, but much of their information will be taken from the written Briefs. Speak through these writings. We ask You to anoint the words of the pro-life Briefs with fire from Holy Spirit. We ask that the pro-death attorneys’ words be as the prophets of Baal, that their words will have no power. We pray for the verbal arguments of the pro-life attorneys in this case. We ask You to give them brilliance, wisdom, and excellent choices of wording. We ask that confusion, errors, and disjointed language come to the pro-abortion attorneys. We ask for a very literal anointing of the Holy Spirit to be present in the courtroom when this case is heard, that Your presence be in the room, Holy Spirit. Please give us a reversal of the insidious ruling, Roe vs Wade, and break its hold off of this nation. I have several meetings at undisclosed locations this afternoon and evening. Many others will also arrive today, some to appeal to heaven for the protection of the unborn, others to demand the right to kill them. Ultimately, 9 Supreme Court Justices will decide. Actually, it only takes a simple majority - 5. Five people will decide whether life or death wins. If it is a 5-4 vote, really only one swing vote will have decided the case. Amazing how thin a margin it takes to save or destroy millions of innocent lives. In 1973, seven liberal Justices found the right to abort babies in the word “privacy:” Blackmun, Burger, Douglas, Brennan, Stewart, Marshall, Powell. In Planned Parenthood vs Casey (1992), five Justices kept the abortion law intact: O'Connor, Kennedy, Souter, Blackmun, and Stevens. One vote for the right to “privacy” cost 40 million more babies their lives, more than Hitler’s Holocaust. Planned Parenthood, who won the case, now sells the babies’ body parts. In total, since 1973, over 60 million babies have been killed in the womb. Unimaginable. Could there be anything more asinine and stupefying than saying privacy gives one a right to kill babies? Did these Justices actually believe those who penned our Constitution intended this? Of course not - they were ideologues, legislating from the bench. I list their names because they do NOT have the right to privacy regarding their votes. They are responsible for the most heinous U.S. law in our almost 250-year history. Can they be forgiven? Of course. As the slave trader, John Newton, stated, God’s grace is amazing. If they have repented and asked for cleansing, the blood of Christ has washed them clean. If not, the blood of millions remains on their hands. Those who have had or participated in abortions can also experience COMPLETE forgiveness and cleansing. If you have confessed this sin and asked for cleansing through the blood of Jesus, it is no longer on your record. You have not simply been pardoned, the slate has been wiped clean; the sin no longer exists. I recorded a podcast a while back to help those struggling to forgive themselves over having had abortions. It has helped many. You can watch the YouTube podcast from February 26, 2021, entitled Broken No More here. Tomorrow (12/1/2021), 9 women and men will hear the current abortion case: Roberts, Thomas, Breyer, Alito, Sotomayor, Kagan, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. They will then deliberate until Friday morning, at which time they will vote. This is why many who come to pray will stay through Friday morning. It may surprise you that we will not hear the results for several months, likely not until mid or late summer. I urge you to pray with us today, tomorrow, and Friday. Millions of prayers should be offered up. Ask God to forgive and cleanse America from the shedding of innocent blood (Numbers 35:33). Ask Him to give the attorneys arguing for life supernatural wisdom and language. Ask Him to confuse the thoughts of those arguing for death, to make their logic seem foolish, their arguments illogical and disconnected. Ask Holy Spirit to hover over the courtroom, controlling the atmosphere. Bind evil spirits from the room (Matthew 16:19). Pray for the Justices. Ask Holy Spirit to speak to them - clearly. Ask for angelic messages, dreams, even visions. Ask for them to be delivered from misguided and deceived beliefs. Ask Holy Spirit to give them courage to ignore precedence, stare decisis, as it is called. There is tremendous pressure not to overturn a previous ruling of the Court, and they rarely do so. Pray that this does not play a role in their thinking. Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan are staunchly pro-abortion. It is highly unlikely they will turn. Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch are strong in their support of life. That makes Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett the unknowns. If there are no surprises among the first six, these 3 will decide the case. Of them: Roberts has drifted to the left the last several years. However, there have been strong words and dreams encouraging prayer to shift him back. Kavanaugh usually votes on the conservative side of issues and was considered pro-life by many when appointed. But nothing is guaranteed when it comes to votes on the Court. Barrett, too, has a conservative pre-Court record and is believed to be strong in her pro-life views. But, again, her record is just forming on the High Court and she has disappointed conservatives in one or two of her votes thus far. Nothing is guaranteed. Pray especially for these three. We will need at least 2 of them to vote for life. Ask Holy Spirit to strongly anoint the words of Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch when they speak in the hearing and in deliberations. Ask for their words to carry weight, authority, and anointing. Pray that these 3 “swing” Justices hear Holy Spirit, that their minds become one with His during this hearing and deliberation. Ask for Isaiah 50:4-5 to occur: “The Lord God has given me the tongue of disciples, so that I may know how to sustain the weary one with a word. He awakens me morning by morning, He awakens my ear to listen as a disciple. The Lord God has opened my ear, and I was not disobedient, nor did I turn back” (NASV). Ask for their ears to be opened and, if necessary, for their hearts to turn. Pray with me: (I am going to write and lead in a prayer, but only to allow for the great power of agreement to occur. It is important that you continue to pray these things on your own, and even more as Holy Spirit leads you.) Father, we pray that You will bring a heavy presence of Holy Spirit into the Supreme Court tomorrow. Release weighty glory from Your throne room into their courtroom. Combine this glory with Your authority. We, the Ekklesia have asked, bound, and loosed. (Matthew 16:18-19) We have released Your kingdom authority over this case. And now we ask for the fulfillment of the remainder of the passage: what we have bound on earth will be bound in heaven, and what we have loosed on earth will be loosed in heaven. We ask for great wisdom and powerful words to be spoken by those fighting for life. We ask for confusion to plague the pro-death attorneys. And we ask for Holy Spirit‘s strong, hovering presence to invade the thinking of all the Justices, but especially that of Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. Scream in their ears, whisper in their hearts, think through their minds, speak in their dreams. Let there be no doubt in their consciences, hearts, and minds that they must vote for life. I will only read a few sentences from each. Though the verbiage is somewhat different than ours today and a little cumbersome to read, consider doing so anyway. In order to have a more easily read proclamation, one understood by all ages, I have written a proclamation, as well. You might consider reading it to the family today as you gather, perhaps even around the dinner table: ****************************************** Gracious Father, we in this blessed nation give You thanks today. America was Your idea. You had in Your heart to form a nation of nations - numerous Native American nations, Asians, Europeans, Africans, Latinos and more. Though the journey and process has at times been painful, even evil, due to our selfishness and rebellion, Your sovereign power overrode our flaws and formed the United States of America. And we thank You. We are well aware that forming America was not just for our benefit but, like Abraham of old, was a covenantal partnership for the purpose of redeeming the world from sin and it’s curse. We are honored beyond words to be part of this plan and agree with the words of Robert Hunt at Cape Henry in 1607: the gospel of the kingdom will go forth from these shores, not only to this land, but to all the nations of the earth. We thank You for preserving us in times of war, disease, sin, and chaos. In the war of our birth, we were saved through an appeal to Heaven; in the horrible Civil War, You preserved us through incredible bitterness and the loss of over half a million soldiers - sons, husbands, fathers, brothers; in two world wars, You preserved us from evil, demonized despots intent on ruling the world. Through all the trials and all the years, You have been faithful. We thank You for the incredible prosperity we have enjoyed due to our partnership with You. Though some try to convince our people You had nothing to do with this, that America does not need Your gracious hand of blessing, we know this is untrue. Unless You build the house, the laborers work in vain; unless You protect the city, the watchman wakes in vain. You have blessed this nation - of You, through You, and to You are all things. Thank You, gracious and beneficent God! And we thank You today for our Savior, the Messiah, Christ Jesus. Son of God/Son of Man, thank You for Your sacrifice in becoming a member of the human race. Though we have worshiped idols, embraced false religions, shed innocent blood, defiled Your marriage covenant and expelled You from our schools, causing our children to reject You, Your mercies endure. Though our government, in pride, deception, and rebellion, has risen up against You, rewritten Your laws, legislated murder and immorality, and has determined that You are no longer welcome in their functions and procedures - You have demonstrated amazing patience. And though the church should be Your instrument of preservation from these ills, she has grown lukewarm, complacent, and ineffective. Yet, in spite of these and many more evils, You have said You are coming to save us again. You have promised to renew our purpose and destiny, healing our brokenness and returning our hearts to You and one another. Our prodigals are coming home, a lost generation is being found by You, the fire of passion is returning to the church, millions will be saved, and America will be reformed. They are long and very detailed. He and I are still “unpacking” them, but there is one portion that is clear to me: “…Dutch Sheets brought in a gold plum bob with its line made of silver. [In scripture, silver symbolizes redemption.] The plumb bob was hollow and had 5 sides which each had glass-like windows. It was filled with a red liquid. Dutch let it swing above the map [of the US] and as he did so the red thick liquid began to flow very finely from the point of the plumb bob. Dutch stated, ‘This is blood from the Mercy Seat.’ (There is then more that occurs in the dream, then…) “While all of this had been taking place the plumb bob was spreading blood from the Mercy Seat across the map. Ceci walked in, saw it, and said, ‘Look at this.’ We all turned our attention to the map and a gasp was released from all. The swinging plumb bob had painted an eagle with three arrows in one talon and a scroll in the other.” This is the fourth dream received from prophets I know which have eagles holding 3 arrows. In one of them, they release the arrows all over America, which ignite fires of revival. The third dream states that God is releasing them earlier than originally planned. This dream shows the eagles and arrows once again, drawn on a map of America with the blood of Christ, from the Mercy Seat in heaven. The blood was flowing from a plumb bob suspended over a map of America. Plumb bobs are used to ensure that constructions are “plumb” or vertical. They are also used for surveying, to mark an exact point for a boundary marker. As God holds His plumb bob over America, He no doubt sees us as out of alignment, crooked. We, of course, deserve judgment. To use another analogy, we most certainly have been “weighed in the balances” and found “wanting” (Daniel 5:27). But the plumb bob was filled with the blood of Christ from the Mercy Seat of heaven. Without doubt, this is telling us it is God’s mercy, brought to us through Christ’s blood sacrifice, that is going to save America. All of the dreams have said unequivocally that it is time for this, and one said it is actually coming earlier than previously planned. The subject of God‘s mercy took on added significance for me in February 2016. Days apart, I received two prophetic words that I was to go to DC and spend time praying. One was from Ceci, the other from Chuck Pierce. Chuck’s word added that while there I was to re-stake claim to America. My friend, Ken Malone, and brother, Tim Sheets’, accompanied me. It was a prayer journey that took on profound significance. While praying at the White House, we had an angelic visitation. In response to our prayers and decrees, the angel walked up to us and simply said, “Mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy, mercy.” Six times. A few weeks later, an intercessor shared a dream she had received from the Lord that included me. “In the dream,” she related, “you kept declaring, ‘I have tapped into a root of mercy.’” Then, two weeks before the 2016 presidential election, a trusted pastor and friend, Kingsley Walker, had a vision while watching our Appeal to Heaven conference online. As we prayed, crying out for mercy, he began to see coins raining down all around me. Eventually, I was ankle-deep in silver coins. When he looked at them closely, they all had the word “MERCY” over their various pictures. One coin, in particular, had George Washington on the front, with the word ‘MERCY” over him; the other side had the American flag pictured with the words “New Glory” over it. As you know, a nickname for our flag is “Old Glory.” There is “new glory” coming to “old glory.” Then Kingsley heard the words, “Mercy is our new currency.” Mercy is undeserved kindness. In scripture, it is linked to covenant - God’s covenantal faithfulness and kindness. We are told that His mercies are new each morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and they also triumph over judgment (James 2:13). God’s mercy revival is coming to America. “New glory” is coming to “Old Glory,” our nation. All for which we are asking can only be procured by the mercy of God. Our good works can’t buy His blessings. Our faithfulness to Him certainly hasn’t been adequate to purchase America’s new birth. When asked why I believe America will receive a great awakening, I have but one answer, “The mercy seat of Heaven, covered with the blood of Jesus, is the only currency of exchange God will honor. The arrows of revival fire will be released because of God’s mercy, and because we have humbly asked. Mercy will save America and bring a billion soul revival around the world in this era. Mercy has reopened the well at Fulton Street, Red River Meeting House, Cane Ridge, Azusa St, Topeka, Wales, Hebrides, Scotland, and more. Mercy is reopening Tennent’s Well, the Haystack Revival Well, the Voice of Healing Well, the Charismatic/Jesus People Well, Brownsville, and more. Mercy has released the eagles! Mercy has released the arrows! Mercy is releasing fire! Spend the mercy. Trade it in for souls, miracles, transformations. Buy the opportunity. The phrase “redeeming the time” (Ephesians 5:16) could be more literally translated, “buy the opportune time.” We must use our “mercy currency” and buy this opportune time for revival. The word reformation in scripture (diorthosis) means to straighten thoroughly (see Hebrews 9:10). You can easily see the word ortho, as in orthopedics - the medical speciality which deals with skeletal issues, such as broken or misshappened limbs. God has measured America and no doubt found us crooked, broken, out of alignment. But in His mercy, through the precious blood of Christ, He is coming to straighten us. He is coming to us as our great Reformer! This Thanksgiving, ask for mercy...and give Him thanks! America shall be saved! Revival is coming to the planet..! Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Pray with me: Father, thank You for Your mercy. You keep covenant AND MERCY to a thousand generations. (Deuteronomy 7:9) Jesus, thank You for Your blood on the Mercy Seat. We thank You that it is still speaking, that it is the surety of a new and better covenant. (Hebrews 12.24) Thank You for the arrows which You said in one of the dreams, carry “Fire Power.” Thank You for the “early inheritance.” In another of the dreams, You said, twice, “Do NOT doubt this!” We do not doubt it. We decree Your words, “America shall be saved!” We agree with Your angel, “Mercy!” You are never late and appealing to heaven still works! We release revival fire into the earth! The secret place is a dwelling place. Go there daily and you can “abide” in Yahweh’s protective shadow. The secret to a victorious life is an abiding life. Don’t settle for religion - enjoy spending time with Abba. My niece, Rachel Shafer, shares a powerful word and fitting pre-Thanksgiving testimony regarding the importance and benefit of living in the secret place. ******************************* Rachel says: “Recently, Holy Spirit whispered to me, ‘Don’t forsake the value of the secret place.’ I was instantly gripped in my heart and began pondering the statement. “One of the meanings of value is ‘the regard, importance, worth, or usefulness of something.’ It also means ‘to consider (someone or something) to be important or beneficial; to have a high opinion of.’ (1) “The word forsake means ‘to abandon, renounce or give up.’ (2) “Holy Spirit was urging me to remember the importance and benefits of the secret place, to value its worth in my life. What an awesome reminder for us as we continue navigating these challenging times. “In the New Testament, Jesus instructs us to go to a quiet place, a secret place, a room with the door shut when we pray (Matthew 6:6). He set an example for this by often going away from His followers to spend time alone with God. In Matthew 14, Jesus received the terrible news that King Herod had ordered the beheading of John the Baptist. Upon hearing this, verse 13 in The Message version says ‘He slipped away by boat to an out-of-the-way place by Himself.’ “Faced with tragic, heartbreaking news, Jesus knew He needed to get away to be alone with His Father. If we want to be infused with strength, grace, peace, hope - we need a secret place.” I (Dutch) cannot begin to recount the many “secret place” encounters I’ve had with my Father, with Christ and with Holy Spirit. The infusion of strength and confidence that comes from it is indescribable. Philippians 4:13 (AMP) says: “I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]” Rachel continues, “The secret place causes us to become more aware of God’s presence. And in His presence we stop focusing on our problems, and begin seeing His answers; we gain His perspective. We see as He sees and can begin to say what He says. In other words, the secret place enables us to approach our situation with wisdom from above. “Several years ago, I walked through one of the darkest moments of my life. Our youngest son, Jaidin, was having a surgery related to his cleft palate. The days after the surgery were a whirlwind of one thing after another going wrong. Jaidin couldn’t breathe on his own and had to be intubated. He could no longer walk, or even sit up on his own. He couldn’t swallow and was being fed through a feeding tube. “No one knew why. Doctors could not figure out why this was happening. It was heartbreaking. Jaidin was sad, mad and frustrated. And we were too. Finally, on the 11th day I woke up with words ringing in my heart, ‘Jesus’ blood never fails me.’ Later that day we received MRI results. The first words out of the neurologist’s mouth were, ‘This is not the news I had hoped to share with you today.’ The MRI showed that Jaidin had a lesion on his brain where the nerves were located that control swallowing and affect strength and balance. This gave us answers, but definitely not the answers we were expecting or wanted! “The doctors continued talking, telling us Jaidin might never regain his swallow or the complete function of his left side. They showed us pictures and explained different scenarios. At one point, I was feeling completely overwhelmed - it was information overload. I put my hand up and said, ‘I need you all to stop.’ “I ran out of the room down the hallway sobbing. I had to gather my thoughts and emotions. I knew that I needed secret place time with Jesus. I needed a higher perspective. I sat on a small couch in Jaidin’s hospital room, crying and praying. “It was in those moments I remembered I had awakened that morning with the words, ‘Jesus’ blood never fails me.’ His blood always speaks a better word (see Hebrews 12:24). Was I to think differently now that we had the MRI results? “No! The hope I have in Jesus is an anchor to my soul. I allowed Jesus to minister to my heart and Holy Spirit was able to encourage and comfort me - from the secret place. I had taken a few moments to get into His presence right there in that little hospital room. Jesus’ blood didn’t fail me and Jaidin recovered FULLY! “I value the secret place experience I had during that time. My prayer for each of you is that you will build a history of secret place experiences, encounters that will teach, change, shape, and empower you with God-breathed words you can speak into situations and times of testing. Also, that you would value the secret place reward of His presence.” Pray with me: Father, we honor You today, setting our hearts, souls and gaze upon You. We value our time with You, Lord. We know You desire to speak to us every day—guiding us in spirit and in truth. As we listen to You and obey Your Word, we can enjoy an abundant life. You invited us to come boldly to Your throne of grace to find help any time we have a need. We cherish those times with You. It is then that we recognize You as Abba, Papa. We know that our Abba is also the all-powerful, living God. We decree Your power into our situations and circumstances. Break into lives. Transform and restore broken hearts, souls and minds. Heal bodies, homes, and nations. We put our circumstances and times into Your hands, knowing that You hold the power to turn them all for our good. We will pursue you, Abba. We’re after Your heart. Even though it references what God wanted to do last week in the lives of those present in the meeting, it certainly would apply to the future, as well. In fact, this Thanksgiving week would be a great week to apply this word to your life. ************************************ Chuck prophesied: “This is a month of coming full circle and entering into second chances! The Lord is shifting our thought processes, removing distractions that keep us from unlocking our future! Do not narrow the boundaries He has for you, but receive the revelation that will enable you to possess your boundaries. “As Robert Heidler shared (during our most recent Celebration Service), Kislev is a month of dreams and visions. The Lord wants us to get in touch with our ability to hear His voice at night and capture what He is speaking to us. The Spirit of revelation and wisdom can cause you to see clearly from your dreams. You don’t have to be distracted when you lie down but can rest and sleep in wholeness and peace. In this month of Kislev, I send you forth into revelation as you give the Lord access to visit you at night! “The Lord says: ‘You are going to see beyond a place that you are now seeing. This week, I have begun to establish you new and fresh for your future. Do not see through the past, but stand and peer from the place that I am calling you to. You will see into dimensions you have never seen before. You will look beyond past limitations and say, “This is what was meant to be all along!” See, hear, and look into the place that I’m calling you to! “‘This is a season in which you’re going to enter the realm of spiritual multiplication. You’re going to multiply My fire, multiply My glory, multiply My grace, multiply My favor, and multiply My love! You’re going to multiply every resource that I send to you! Multiply under My anointing of multiplication! “‘Watch this week for I will remind you of how I have brought you out in order to bring you in. Watch, for My reminder will explode within you. You will see how I have walked with you through floods and fires, and brought you to this moment. This will be a week of Me reminding you how I am with you, to lead and guide you into the days ahead. “‘Awake, awake, awake, O sleeper! (Ephesians 5:14)Now is the time to awake! When you awake this week you will hear a freshness, a newness - a word that will carry you forth. I am calling you to awake. Awake, O sleeper! Rise up! Rise up! This is a time to arise, for the sleepers to awake. As you awake, let your ear be attuned to what I am speaking to you. “‘I am shaking, I am roaring and I am taking distractions off your mind that have kept you from being able to worship Me. Some things have come in a form that look religious and good, but actually are distractions that keep you from worshipping or even knowing Me. Anything that keeps you from wanting to know Me is a distraction. Break every distraction that comes with a form of godliness but denies the power thereof. Worship Me in Spirit and in truth. “‘This week you will hear your reminder not to be distracted by little things, petty things, little foxes that come to unsettle the spirit of man. Distractions will not keep you from seeing your moment.’” Life is constantly barraging us with distractions. The past 2 years have been even worse. In Luke 10:40 Jesus said Martha was distracted from listening to Him by her activities. The King James Translation uses the word “cumbered.” The Greek word is perispao, and means literally “to drag in circles.” Its derived meanings include, “to drag all around; to be distracted; to be driven mentally; to be over-occupied.” Life has a way of piling too much on us, causing us to not hear Him. In this prophecy, Holy Spirit says if we will slow down and listen, He will remove distractions and bring revelation of our future. The Lord specifically says He will speak to us through dreams and visions. Some of you have never experienced this. Why don’t you ask Holy Spirit to bring this word to pass for you. Ask Him to speak to you with dreams and visions. Don’t think of visions in the sense of a trance-like encounter, though they can come in this way, but think of them as Holy Spirit bringing a picture or impression to your mind. He says that as He removes the distractions and speaks to us it will move us into a season of multiplication. What a great promise. Holy Spirit wants to take us from glory to glory, strength to strength, and faith to faith. For some, He will multiply your finances and meet the financial needs you have. Others will have healing multiplied in their emotions and bodies. Others will receive multiplied insights and understanding. One thing is certain, God is a God of multiplication. Ask and believe for this! Psalm 46:7-10 from The Passion Translation tells us: “Here He comes! The Commander! The Mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for us! Pause in His presence. Everyone look! Come and see the breathtaking wonders of our God. For He brings both ruin and revival. He’s the one who makes conflicts end throughout the earth, breaking and burning every weapon of war. Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth. Here He stands! The Commander! The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for us! Pause in His presence.” ******************************* Now, slow down and allow that to go deep in your heart. It will invigorate you. Pray with me: Father, thank You for this word of encouragement. We choose to lay down that which we have been dragging around unnecessarily. As this Psalm says, we surrender our anxiety. We say “no” to the distractions that weary our souls. We ask for Your help in doing this, and are confident that You will do so. You are our helper, Holy Spirit. As we do this, we fully expect You to speak to us. We believe You will talk to us about our future and awaken us to Your plans and purposes for our lives. Give us dreams and visions. Open us to supernatural communication with You. Do this in order for us to be a blessing to others, as well as causing us to prosper personally. We ask for this week to be a significant week of refreshing and recovery. As we give You thanks for Your many blessings, we ask for renewed vision and strength. And as this great Psalm also says, we remember that You are God above all the nations. You stand as commander among the nations and will be exalted throughout the whole earth. And You, the Lord of Angel Armies, are on our side! You will fight for us. Amen. This is an incredibly important case that could reverse Roe vs Wade. My friend Ken Malone contacted me a week ago, saying: “The Spirit moved on me very strongly this morning (November 11th) to pray for Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. I experienced an intense, travailing, birthing prayer. As it occurred, I remembered the dream I had last year [which we will share]. I believe that with concerted prayer, Holy Spirit can shift his views. I feel something huge is about to be birthed out of the court. We have to continue praying, making sure this case is decided correctly.” Here is the dream Ken mentioned: “I awakened from a dream on 7/22/20, around 3:00 A.M., to the sound of a thunderstorm just offshore in the Atlantic Ocean. “In the dream, one of my spiritual daughters was working in the U.S. Supreme Court cafeteria. Chief Justice John Roberts came to her and said, ‘Tell Ken Malone our positions are being overrun, I need his help.’ “My spiritual daughter then relayed his message to me. “I replied ‘Damn the Torpedoes. Tell him we’re coming.’” End of Dream. Ken and I believe the dream has renewed significance. “Damn the torpedoes” was a phrase used by David Farragut, a Rear Admiral aboard a Union ship during the battle of Mobile Bay, August 5, 1864. [The actual quote Farragut used is, "Damn the torpedoes! Four bells. Captain Drayton, go ahead! Jouett, full speed!"(1)] The ensuing important Union victory, together with the capture of Atlanta, was extensively covered by Union newspapers and, 3 months later, was a significant boost for Abraham Lincoln's bid for re-election. In response to the dream, Ken, I, and several other intercessors, immediately planned a prayer journey to D.C. We decided to go on August 4-5, 2020, the anniversary of Farragut’s declaration. Holy Spirit gave us more important insights leading up to the prayer times: While I was en route to D.C., one of my spiritual sons sent me a text, saying, “It is no coincidence that you are arriving in D.C. the same day as hurricane Isaias. The name means, ‘Yahweh is our salvation.’ You will release Yahweh’s salvation in D.C.” Just before my plane departed for D.C., the arrival time into D.C. was adjusted back, from 2:29 p.m. to 2:22 p.m. God has used the number “22” for twenty-five years, hundreds of times, to remind me of Isaiah 22:22. It often happens when I’m on a strategic assignment. This verse speaks of possessing spiritual keys, which symbolize governmental authority with which to permanently open and close doors. I was already confident God had instructed us to go on this prayer journey, but after these two occurrences, I began to feel the significance increase in my heart. Holy Spirit wasn’t finished preparing us, however. As I entered my hotel room a trusted prophetic friend - whom I hadn’t spoken to in several months and who did not know I was in D.C. - phoned me. He, too, referenced the hurricane’s name as significant (“Yahweh is salvation”) and then connected the name to Isaiah 22:22! God had already used the arrival time as a reminder of this verse, now He was using the hurricane’s name to do so. My friend said, “You must decree Yahweh’s salvation (Isaias) over America, the Supreme Court and White House, opening and closing doors as Holy Spirit leads” (see Isaiah 22:22). The following morning, August 5, the anniversary of Farragut’s decree, we went to the Supreme Court to pray. While sitting on the steps, my friend, Matt Lockett, leader of the Justice House of Prayer, approached us. He had no idea we were even there! Matt’s calling for over a decade has been to lead daily prayer for the Supreme Court, and because of his obedience and thousands of hours of prayer, Matt walks in great spiritual authority regarding the Court. We prayed much for God’s strong hand to shift the ideology of the Court—both by replacing left-leaning Justices, and/or by changing the legal philosophies and paradigms of the members. Holy Spirit then revealed a double meaning associated with Farragut’s phrase, “Damn the torpedoes.” As we were praying, someone said, “Maybe God wants to literally damn ‘torpedoes’ [‘hidden weapons, under the surface’], which have been employed by satanic forces against the Court.” We looked up the meaning of the Greek word translated “damn” in Scripture, (for example, “he that believeth not shall be damned” - Mark 16:16), and found that it is a legal, judicial term meaning “to judge, condemn or sentence!” Is this why Holy Spirit used it in the dream? Because the biblical concept is judicial?! We felt it was. With this understanding and with our prayers, we damned - “judged and condemned” - the “torpedoing” of the Supreme Court, binding the plans, schemes, and influences of satan. As we prayed, Holy Spirit then reminded us of my arrival time into D.C. being rolled back to 2:22 p.m. We began to feel this was more than simply another reminder of our Isaiah 22:22 authority. We believed it was also a prophetic picture stating that Holy Spirit intended to “roll back” wrong decisions made by the Court - “rolling back time,” as it were. We felt that He was saying we would now see unrighteous, unbiblical, and unconstitutional decisions by the Court reversed through Isaiah 22:22 prayers and authority. Now to today. In this upcoming case, America is poised to receive one of her greatest judicial breakthroughs ever. Far left, activist judges have controlled the Supreme Court for 60 years. And, as I said yesterday, no entity has opened the door to more devastation and destruction in America than the Supreme Court: sixty million aborted babies (let that sink in - 60 million!); the removal of God from government and schools; the redefining of God’s most sacred institution, marriage; transgenderism - girls now share showers with males at school; and so much more. If the insanity isn’t stopped soon, polygamy will be next, followed by people marrying animals. The violence, crime, poverty, disease, family decay, addiction, and other wages we have reaped from the Court’s rulings are devastating beyond belief. However, no issue surpasses the hideous aspects of abortion. One governor recently announced that it’s ok to kill babies that survive abortions - after making them comfortable, of course. Yours and my tax dollars still fund an organization that sells murdered babies’ body parts! Members of Congress defend, laud and support these heinous behaviors. Much of America has gone mad! The Supreme Court opened the door to this hellish behavior. We have finally reached a point where the Court can be turned and reversals begin! Holy Spirit spoke to us very clearly while in D.C. that day in 2020 that this is the season when we can “roll back time,” reversing gains and “damning torpedoes” fired by satan. I am appealing to you, please pray faithfully, fervently, and boldly regarding this case, and for the continued shifting of the Supreme Court. Pray with me: Father, thank You for reminding us of this dream. Millions of people have prayed and repented over the last 50 years for the reversing of this evil decree. We know it has grieved Your heart tremendously. Once again, we ask for Your mercy. Forgive us and heal our land. We ask You to move on the members of the court, guiding their thought processes as they deliberate regarding this case. Prick their consciences. Break their hearts. Awaken them to the evil of this law. And give us a ruling that honors life. We pray especially for Justice Roberts. He has drifted to the left, but we believe You can turn him back. Please do this. And we ask You to turn the hearts of those in America who favor this evil called abortion. We know this will take a great revival, one that changes the hearts of people. Only when You write Your laws and nature on our hearts can we think as You do. Please give us this revival and awaken us once again. We ask this in Christ’s name. Amen.
