Just as importantly, reports are indicating that healings occurred in other churches and locations. I remain confident that the prayers of agreement which spanned America and other nations, are now being used by Holy Spirit to release, not only healings, but a new movement of signs and wonders. This will be a part of the evolving revival, causing millions to believe the gospel of Jesus Christ. Thank you for praying and believing with us for this. I’ll be sharing testimonies from individuals in the coming days. Today’s post is from Ché Ahn’s powerful new book entitled Blueprints for Transformation: Bringing Revival and Reformation to the Nations, and it is a perfect follow-up to Friday night’s Healing Summit. The title of today’s post is: HOW TO MOVE IN POWER EVANGELISM The Great Commission cannot truly be fulfilled in our own human strength—rather, we must rely on the power of the Holy Spirit. Zechariah 4:6 declares, “‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.” The biblical basis for power evangelism is clear: 1. Jesus Needed Power: In His three years of ministry, Jesus did everything in complete reliance on the Holy Spirit. He healed the sick, cast out demons, raised the dead, multiplied food, and walked on water in response to what He saw and heard the Father doing (John 5:19). He did all of this in His humanity, as a man filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. 2. The Early Church Needed Power: Before ascending into heaven, Jesus commanded His disciples to receive the power of the Holy Spirit by waiting in the upper room (Acts 1:4, 8). The Holy Spirit was then poured out on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1–4), enabling them to walk in the supernatural power of Christ’s kingdom. 3. Paul Needed Power: Likewise, the apostle Paul acknowledged His dependency on the power of the Holy Spirit. In his first letter to the church at Corinth, he wrote, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power” (1 Corinthians 2:4 NIV). The gospel was never meant to be dependent upon the words of man. Holy Spirit has always been God’s intended means of bringing a visible demonstration of His Kingdom to this earth. Two Keys to Operating in Power Evangelism First, we must be sensitive to the prophetic voice of the Holy Spirit. If you belong to Jesus, you are one of His sheep, and Jesus said that His sheep hear His voice (John 10:27). God created you with the innate capacity to hear Him. Second, I encourage you to look for those who are hurting physically, and if the circumstance is right, ask if you can pray for them. Hearing God’s voice and being led prophetically by Him are keys to seeing healing in power evangelism. Let me share a story with you about what this can practically look like. One morning, sometime around 2008, I was leaving my house to go to the church office. At that time, the office was by Mott Auditorium in Pasadena. My neighbor Ann, a hospice nurse, called out to me from across the street. Ann and her husband, Andy, were the typical unchurched yuppie couple. Sue and I had often witnessed to them, inviting them over for a barbecue and giving them gifts for Christmas and Easter each year, as we just wanted to love on our neighbors. Seeing her wave me over, I walked to the driveway across the street to talk with her. “What’s up, Ann?” “Ché, I have a patient who has been in a coma for two weeks,” Ann told me. “She’s 90 years old, and I think she’s going to die any minute now. Could you come and give her last rites?” To be honest with you, I had no idea how to give last rites. Ann came from a Roman Catholic background, so she saw me as a priest. I said, “I’ll be happy to, but I have a meeting in Altadena.” “The patient is in Altadena,” she replied. “Great, let me drive my car over, and then after I see your patient, I’ll head to our church office.” Thus was the arrangement. In my mind, I figured I would just say the Disciple’s Prayer, quote Psalm 23, and that would be it. So, I followed behind Ann in my car for the short trek to Altadena. When we arrived at a small two-bedroom bungalow, I got out of the car and was led to the elderly woman’s room where a Filipina nurse was attending her. The patient’s name was Lois. She was indeed in a coma, by all appearances, shriveled up, and connected to an IV and some other basic life support. The moment I walked in the room, I heard the Lord say to me, “Raise her from the coma and preach the gospel to her.” Now, I didn’t want to alarm Ann because she had a very traditional expectation of what I was there to do. I turned to her and said, “Do you mind if I pray a different kind of prayer than give the last rites?” She said, “What do you mean?” “Do you mind if I pray that God would heal her?” Ann looked at me like, I knew you were a religious fanatic. She said, “You can do whatever you want to do,” and then she walked over to the corner of the room where the other nurse was standing. With that permission, I leaned over the bedside and said a simple prayer: “Father, in Jesus’ name, I command Lois to come out of the coma and for her to hear the gospel.” Two or three seconds later, Lois suddenly opened her eyes. Seeing an unfamiliar Korean man standing over her bed, she immediately said, “Who are you?” I was so stunned by her coming out of the coma so quickly that I just said, “I'm a pastor.” “I can’t believe you’re a pastor,” she said, “because I prayed, ‘God, keep me alive until You send a pastor to tell me how I can go to heaven.’” I told her, “Lois, God has heard your prayers, and I’m going to tell you how you can get to heaven.” So, I shared the gospel with her, and she gave her life to Jesus Christ. When I came back later to follow up and read the Bible to Lois, the Filipina nurse also gave her heart to Jesus. A few months later, Ann came to our church service on Easter Sunday, and she was the first one to walk forward when I gave the altar call for salvation. Thus, God brought salvation to all three women as a result of Lois’ miracle! God desires all to be saved. He is constantly speaking—we just have to be listening. When we tune into the voice of the Holy Spirit, we must then be obedient and follow His leading to see supernatural results. ******* Pray with me: Father, thank You for the many reports of healings we are receiving from Friday night’s gathering. I thank You also for the healings that began and will continue until the individuals are completely well. And thank You for releasing gifts of the Spirit to people around the world, enabling them to minister in healing anointing ongoingly, as Holy Spirit leads. You have shown many people that a wave of the miraculous, of signs and wonders, is beginning throughout the world. We ask for this to increase quickly and very powerfully. We also continue to pray for the changes needed in America’s government. We ask You for a shaking of all that is unrighteous, including the judicial system and its use of lawfare to hinder the changes we need. Give Congress the strategy needed to end this injustice. We pray for continued exposure of fraud and waste, and that President Trump and his team be guided to make wise decisions. And lastly, we continue to stand against the principality You referred to as “the Prince of Persia” in Scripture. This evil spirit has been responsible for hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of lives being destroyed. He breeds hatred, pain, and death. End his stronghold in that region. And break the influence of Iran, a nation he has used for centuries. We love the people of Iran and ask You for a continuation of the revival taking place there, and throughout the Middle East while also asking for the end of this evil stronghold. Release many signs and wonders into that region. All of this we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen. I will do so over the coming days. Today, I’m excited to be reading a portion from Ché Ahn’s new book, entitled Blueprints for Transformation: Bringing Revival and Reformation to the Nations. At the beginning of this year, I stated that we were moving into revival and reformation and that I would share a good bit on these subjects throughout the year. The timing of this book’s release could not be more appropriate. In the foreword, I call this book a “masterpiece,” and it truly is. I concluded the foreword by saying, “The greatest expansion of God’s Kingdom on earth has begun. Blueprints for Transformation is one of its textbooks! Without a doubt, this is one of the most important books of our time.” The title of today’s excerpt is: FROM REVIVAL TO REFORMATION In the mid-1990s, our church, Harvest Rock Church in Pasadena, CA, entered an unprecedented season of God’s glory being manifested in our midst. For six months straight, children in our church, including my daughters, regularly saw angels during our meetings. It was as if heaven had descended on us. Extraordinary healings took place. People smelled the fragrance of heaven, and there were many other manifestations of God’s glory. I loved each and every testimony that we witnessed. Through these experiences, I reached this conclusion: This is what God’s glory is—heaven coming to earth! The Prayer of Reformation: Heaven on Earth After those supernatural encounters, I felt led by the Holy Spirit to study the biblical theme of heaven on earth. In that season, I discovered an extremely important truth that had been in the Disciple’s Prayer (commonly called “the Lord’s Prayer”) all along. In Matthew 6:10, Jesus instructs His disciples to decree these words in prayer: “Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” This is a revival prayer! For the past 2,000 years, the church has been praying for the kingdom of heaven—the rule and reign of God—to be established and manifested on earth. In essence, we have been praying for Revival with a capital “R.” But this is also a prayer for reformation. And it’s not only for us individually or for our families; it’s a prayer for our nations. The more I delved into the reality of seeing heaven on earth, the verse that really gripped me was Psalm 89:14 (NKJV), where the psalmist declares, “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; mercy and truth go before Your face.” In praying the Disciple’s Prayer and meditating on Psalm 89:14, I learned that we are actually praying for God’s righteousness, God’s justice, God’s love, and God’s truth to invade our lives and permeate society. “Heaven on earth” is asking God to invade the earth. Yes, with supernatural salvations, healings, and deliverance—the revival component of His kingdom—but also with His attributes of righteousness, justice, love, and truth, which bring reformation to earth as it is in heaven. For that is what heaven looks like. Revival and Reformation: A Third Great Awakening Since the events of 2020, I have been sharing that we are living in an extraordinary time of global shaking and greater glory. From the onset of the COVID-19 lockdowns to skyrocketing inflation, the extreme progressive Left agenda, and escalating global conflicts everywhere we look, all the nations of the globe have gone through an unprecedented time of shaking. The following ancient biblical prophecy is being fulfilled right before our eyes: “‘I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the Lord of hosts.” (Haggai 2:7–9, NASB1995) God is using the darkness we are witnessing today as a backdrop for the great light of revival and reformation to break out. In my 50-plus years of walking with Jesus, I have never seen such a stark contrast between the darkness covering the nations and the greater glory of God being revealed, as Isaiah had prophesied centuries ago. “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” (Isaiah 60:1–3, NASB1995) I believe with all my heart that we are entering into a Third Great Awakening, which will encompass both the darkness getting darker and the light getting brighter. I define a Great Awakening as a national revival and reformation of society. In this case, the revival and reformation will spread throughout the world to other nations. In 2024, I had the privilege of speaking at two campuses of Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI). Under the able leadership of Senior Pastor Niko Njotorahardjo, GBI has 1,200 campuses and a combined membership of 300,000. While numbers alone don’t signify revival, this is a body of Spirit-filled, on-fire believers who are making a difference in their society. Indonesia is now 35 percent born-again believers.(1) To put that in context, despite being the world’s largest Muslim nation, Indonesia has some of the world’s largest churches! The move of the Holy Spirit is truly turning the tide in this island nation. Other places experiencing genuine revival range from Brazil and Latin America to Nigeria, India, China, and the underground church throughout the Middle East. My friends Rolland and Heidi Baker are transforming Mozambique, another Muslim nation, through Iris Ministries. The World Christian Database (WCD), one of the most authoritative sources on religious statistics, offers invaluable reference materials on all parts of the world. Its figures on China are particularly startling. According to the WCD, the country’s Christian population exploded from under 1 million in 1970 to around 120 million today. That’s over 9 percent of the country’s entire population, and the number of believers is expected to grow to 220 million by 2050.(2) If these numbers are even close to accurate, it would make the story of Chinese Christianity probably the greatest harvest in church history—and that is just one nation. Tens of thousands of souls are being born again every day, primarily in the Global South. God is on the move like never before! ******************** Pray with me: Father, as we move into worldwide revival and reformation, we decree again as You instructed us: Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. As Ché informs us, this is a prayer, not only for revival but for reformation. We also pray Psalm 89:14, asking for Your righteousness, justice, love, and truth to invade our lives, nation, and the nations of the world. We know the earth is ripe for this outpouring. You have and will continue to shake the nations in order to create further readiness for this great revival and reformation. You said You would fill the earth with Your glory, and we ask for this now. We declare Isaiah 60:1-3, that Your light has come and Your glory is rising upon us. Nations will come to this light, and kings to its brightness. Continue to pour out Your Spirit in Indonesia, Brazil, Iran, China and elsewhere. But we also ask for a great expansion into other nations of the earth. And we ask for the preparation in the church to continue, as Ché’s book so powerfully addresses. We ask this in Christ’s name, amen. April 4, 2025 Introduction One of our favorite guest contributors for Give Him 15 is our friend Cheryl Sacks. Just the other day, Cheryl sent us a timely word that I feel is appropriate for me to share today, the day of the Healing Summit in Ohio. You will be encouraged and inspired by her words. Join us tonight by livestream and believe for YOUR healing. Today’s title is: I Believe in Miracles — And They Are Happening Again! In Dutch’s recent Give Him 15 posts, he spoke of a mighty wave of God’s glory that is beginning to roll in—a wave of healing, deliverance, and salvation. He reminded us that on the Hebrew calendar, we are in the month of Nisan, which is historically marked by miracles. (Read The Month of Miracles GH15 post here) Those in my generation have lived through seasons of extraordinary supernatural activity—things our children and grandchildren have yet to see, but I am confident they will. We remember ambulances pulling up to healing crusades, people near death carried in on stretchers—and walking out healed and whole. We saw limbs grow out and, in some cases, entirely new limbs where there had been none before. My husband, Hal, and I witnessed such miracles firsthand. When the Power of God Fell One unforgettable night, Hal took his mom to a Kathryn Kuhlman crusade at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. What happened that evening was far more than a story about a healing evangelist—it was a glimpse into how God’s power can move through anyone willing to believe that He still performs miracles today. Hal’s mother suffered pain from a disintegrated disc. She also experienced chronic complications after having part of her colon surgically removed. Hal went to the meeting in faith, believing God would heal his mom—but also believing for something even more impossible: the healing of his sister Merrily. At the time, Merrily was in a catatonic state, locked in a padded cell at Camarillo State Mental Hospital. While touring with the rock band Jefferson Airplane, she became addicted to drugs and deeply entangled in the occult. Her mind was shattered, and demons tormented her. Hal had brought an item of her clothing with him that night, standing in proxy for her deliverance (see Acts 19:12). The service had barely begun when Kathryn pointed to the balcony—right to the spot where Hal and his mother were sitting. “I see the most unusual healing power hovering right there over the balcony,” she declared. “I’ve never seen anything like it!” At that moment, something like electricity surged through Hal’s body. “It felt like I was plugged into a 220-volt socket,” he later told me. Immediately, he turned and prayed for his mom. She twisted and turned in her seat. No pain. Instantly healed. She jumped to her feet and ran toward the platform to tell Kathryn what the Lord had done. Hal sat there awestruck, thinking, “Wait . . . Mom could barely walk into this building!” Weeks later, when Hal’s mom returned to her doctor—who was Jewish—he was in disbelief. Not only was the disintegrated disc regenerated, but X-rays revealed that the inches of colon previously removed had somehow been restored. “This can’t be,” he said, studying the scans. But he couldn’t deny what the X-rays confirmed. The Messiah he didn’t believe in had clearly done what medicine could not. Back in the auditorium, the Spirit of God was still moving. Hal noticed the woman next to him—elderly, wearing large hearing aids. Her husband explained that even with the devices, she could barely hear a word. Hal laid his hands on her ears and prayed. After a few seconds, Hal asked her to remove her hearing aids and turn away from him. He whispered, “Say, ‘Praise the Lord.’” “Praise the Lord,” she responded. “Say, ‘Jesus healed me.’” “Jesus healed me . . . Oh my God, I can hear!” she screamed, bursting into tears. But the Lord wasn’t finished. Remembering his sister, Hal held the piece of Merrily’s clothing in his hands and prayed for a miracle. The next morning, Hal’s mother received a call from Merrily’s doctor. His voice was trembling. “Mrs. Sacks . . . I wonder if you can shed some light on something that just happened. I’m really shaken.” As he did every day, the doctor had walked into Merrily’s room and said, “Hello, Merrily. How are you doing this morning?” For months, there had been no response—just a blank stare. But that morning, Merrily looked him in the eyes and said, “I’m fine, doctor. Jesus came into my room last night and healed me!” There was no other explanation. It was a documented miracle. One week later, Merrily was released—healed, restored, and completely in her right mind. A Living Room Healing Meanwhile, halfway across the country, I was a young high school teacher living in Dallas during the height of the Charismatic Renewal. Everyone in my circles was reading the Bible—believing it and doing what it said. My roommate, Ruth, had her car stolen, and was riding the city bus to work. She evangelized everyone who would listen, often bringing total strangers home to our apartment for prayer. One day, Ruth stopped by the 7-Eleven and asked the cashier how he was doing. He told her he had cancer and was scheduled for surgery the following week. Without hesitation, she said, “Come over to our apartment on your break. My roommate and I will pray for you, and you’ll be healed.” An hour later, I walked into our living room to find a complete stranger on our couch. When I heard we were about to pray for a man with cancer, I gulped. But I laid my hands on his head and prayed for the power of God to come into his body and burn out the cancer. While doubts feverishly danced in my head, a spirit of faith rose inside me. I declared he was healed! A few weeks later, Ruth saw the man again at the 7-Eleven. He was beaming. “When I went in for my pre-op appointment, I told the doctor to do another X-ray,” he said. “‘You won’t find a thing,’ I told him.” Sure enough, the doctor came back amazed. “How did you know?” “Well,” the man replied, “two really good friends of mine prayed, and God healed me.” Faith Wears Shoes I heard another story that beautifully illustrates how God’s miraculous power is manifested in the most practical ways. A mother with five children couldn’t afford new shoes. She bought one pair for each child, always a couple sizes too big, hoping they would last two years. But one daughter’s shoes arrived at least two sizes too small—and there was no way to return them. The mother brought the shoes to a healing service and asked the pastor to pray over them. Moved with compassion, he was about to offer her money for a new pair—but the Lord interrupted him. “No,” God said. “She came believing Me for a miracle.” The girl tried to put the shoes on, but they wouldn’t fit. So the pastor prayed. This time, the shoes slid on perfectly. Not only did they fit—they lasted three years.(1) The Wave Is Rising This same wave of healing, deliverance, and salvation is building again. And this time, God isn’t just releasing it through a few anointed individuals. He’s moving through ordinary believers—people like you and me who dare to believe! You don’t need a stage. You don’t need a title. You just need to be willing to step out in faith and obedience. God will do the rest. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you (Romans 8:11). Miracles are happening again. And they can happen through you. Pray with me: Lord, we thank You that Your healing power is being poured out in this hour. As healing meetings are convened this month, awaken Your people to believe again. Use not just leaders—but every willing believer—to carry Your glory. Let miracles flow in living rooms, churches, streets, and schools. Our decree: We decree that we will step into this wave with boldness and fearless obedience. We prayed for conservative values and the Constitution to prevail, and many of you gave your time for the cause. Thank you! God will honor your gift. While I am disappointed, my faith is not shaken. God is restoring our nation and will continue to do so; He knows how to reverse setbacks. Remain strong, immovable in your faith. And today’s post will help. I should mention that Wisconsin voters did choose to require a Voter ID, and that is huge.) The title of today’s post is: IT’S HERE! It has been a little over 35 years since Holy Spirit gave me an open vision that would be part of charting the course for my life. The vision was about revival and the coming great awakening. I’ve shared it before on Give Him 15, but it is appropriate for today. While teaching a class on prayer, suddenly, I began seeing – not what was before me physically – but a spiritual vision. I saw thousands of young people in a stadium or arena passionately worshiping and crying out to God. The scene changed, and they left the stadium. I watched as they arrived back in their hometowns as balls of fire. Everywhere they went, the fire of revival sprang up. As I prayed about this, Holy Spirit said He was showing me what was coming: that there would be a Third Great Awakening, which would begin with the young generation. As you can imagine, I was deeply impacted. A month later, Ceci and I went to Washington, D.C., for a few days to participate in the National Day of Prayer. Upon arrival, I was told of a unique event taking place all that week called a Biblethon. A canopy tent and small PA system were set up on the Capitol lawn. Individuals signed up for 15-minute slots, and the entire Bible – Genesis through Revelation – was read over the Capitol and nation 24/7 for the entire week. Those participating didn’t choose the passages they read; each one had to start where the last person stopped. When the entire Bible was finished, they started again in Genesis. Upon arrival in D.C., a friend told me of this Biblethon and said, “I knew you would want to participate in this, and the slots were almost gone, so I signed you up.” “Yes! That’s awesome,” I replied. “The only slots still available were through the night, so I signed you up at 2:00 AM tomorrow night,” he said with a smile. Instantly, I heard Holy Spirit say, “Through the passage of Scripture you read in the Biblethon, I’m going to confirm what I told you after the vision – that another great awakening will occur, and will begin with the young people.” We should never demand that the Lord do things our way. He doesn’t respond well to that! I was absolutely not doing this, but my response to Holy Spirit was, “Sir, I could find the concept of revival in ANY 15-minute reading of Scripture. Any! Whether the passage be about holiness, righteousness, love, You judging evil, a miracle, someone You used, etc., I could get the meaning of revival from it. I trust You, but I don’t trust myself in this situation. I am not trying to manipulate or force You to conform to my demands, but because of the Scriptures You’ve been speaking to me from in my ‘quiet times,’ there is only one way I would know for certain that a passage was confirming that word: if I get to read either the book of Haggai or Habakkuk.” Haggai is two chapters long, Habakkuk is three. There are 1189 chapters in the Bible. I knew the odds were almost impossible that the reading progression would have arrived at one of these books just when it was my time to read. But that’s what I told the Lord. When I arrived at the Biblethon tent the next night, thirty minutes early as instructed, they were nowhere near Haggai or Habakkuk. Someone was reading from the gospels. I didn’t want the Lord to feel badly about being unable to have them at one of the passages I requested, so I assured Him it was okay, and that I still believed the vision and word were from Him. I knew He was comforted! A few minutes before my time slot, the lady in charge approached and told me I was next. Then her expression changed; she looked at me strangely and departed from protocol, saying, “Mr. Sheets, you have your choice; you can read either the book of Haggai or Habakkuk.” I was stunned! God was saying, “Not only can I arrange it so you can read one of those two books, I can do better than that. You said ‘Haggai or Habakkuk.’ Okay, you have your choice, son: Haggai or Habakkuk.” That, my friend, is how much the Lord wanted me—and wants you—to know He is going to send a Third Great Awakening, beginning with young people. I have been waiting for 35 years to see in realty what I saw in this vision. I have now seen it. Two days ago, Ceci sent me a video clip, adding the words: “Your vision!” As I watched it, tears began to flow and I said, “This is it. It’s here.” The video is from a Passion Worship Gathering in 2024, just over a year ago. This particular clip has had over 10 million views. I am not sure why we are just seeing it, but the timing of when this gathering occurred is right. Many have been saying for a year or so that revival has begun with the young people in America. This is being confirmed over and over by what is occurring on college campuses across the nation. Regarding the video: I have been blessed to have been in many worship times as strong as this one, even in large gatherings, such as The Call events with Lou Engle. But this one is the scene I saw in 1990. It is primarily younger people, no hype or manipulation, not music driven, just tens of thousands of young people in awe of and overwhelmed with Jesus. The lingering presence of Holy Spirit, the expressions of adoration on their faces, the depth of what was occurring - this is what I saw in the vision. The Third Great Awakening has begun. Like the shepherds at the time of Christ’s birth who then waited many years for Jesus to explode on the scene, we have waited over 30 years for this great awakening. It has begun. Now, we ask for the fire to explode all over this nation. Shake the earth and send “the desire of all nations” to us. Fill this nation and the nations of the earth with the greater glory (Haggai 2:6-9). Cause this fire to consume the strongholds and plans of the enemy. As wax melts before the fire, consume Your enemies (Psalm 68:2). Come as You spoke of in Malachi, “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of armies, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branches” (Malachi 4:1 NASB). And Lord, prepare us for the fire of revival. We pray that no traditions of men, preconceived ideas, or wrong expectations will hold us back. Blow the lid off. Rock the boat. Stretch our wineskins and challenge our paradigms. Give us new wine, fresh wind, and an abundance of rain. We ask for the greatest, biggest, and most far-reaching revival in history. https://www.givehim15.com/post/i-must-have-america “I Must Have America” April 1, 2025 When approaching graduation from Christ For The Nations Bible Institute, Ceci and I were confident we would end up on “the mission field,” as we called foreign missions back then. America had so many churches and laborers; we wanted to go where the need was more significant. Opportunities in four nations were on our radar; our bags were practically packed. Then, something strange occurred. While praying one day, Holy Spirit spoke to me, “The Bible College is going to offer you a position, and you’re to accept it.” “Where did that come from?” I thought. This was nowhere on our radar! Sure enough, within days, the offer came, and we said yes. We thought we would serve there for a short time, then go to another nation. We continued to pray for other nations faithfully and fervently, as well as sow financially all that we possibly could into missions. Over the next few years, we served in a couple of other ministries, all the while holding onto the dream and wondering why the Lord would not release us to move somewhere overseas. Finally, Holy Spirit broke through our preconceived notions of being foreign “missionaries.” “America is your mission field,” He said, “I need you here. And by serving Me here, you will serve Me abroad.” My first thought was, That can’t be God speaking. America has more preaching and teaching than anywhere in the world. I want to go where the need is greatest. Little did I know… By the late 80s, I could see where America was heading, including the American church. My heart had become greatly concerned, at times overwhelmed with grief (and yes, sometimes anger). I saw that the great Charismatic and Jesus People movements, while bringing many to Christ in America, was not transforming the culture and society as a whole. An eschatological mindset that Jesus was coming soon, and that we could, therefore, ignore the cultural institutions and remain focused only on seeing people saved was dominant. Other theological beliefs also contributed to the church not focusing on discipling the nation, as Jesus had commissioned us (Matthew 28:18-20). The result? After one of history’s greatest revivals, America was actually losing ground spiritually, becoming further from God and His ways. As I mentioned, I saw this coming in the 80s and watched it pick up steam in the 90s as the church–God’s instrument of change–failed to wake up and take action. Many churches were growing; mega-churches were springing up, bringing a false sense of success. Although most of the growth was only transfer growth, not conversions, many leaders would not accept the reality that we were losing ground. Also, America’s economy was doing well, and much of the deterioration taking place in the nation was still hidden underground. The foundations were crumbling, however, and as this devolution progressed, it eventually became clear that without supernatural intervention, America would not recover. In ‘99 and 2000, I had had two dramatic visitations from the Lord, in which He brought to fullness a 20-year process of mantling me for my calling to America. In the second of these impartations, as I wept with Him for three and a half hours over America’s lost condition, the Lord clearly said to me, “For what I am going to do among the nations in this season of history, for the harvest I am going to reap in the earth, I must have America.”(1) I share this today to remind us all that the restoration God is doing at this time in America is not just for America. I don’t claim to speak for President Trump or other Americans, but for myself – and I believe where God is concerned – “America first” means: fix and heal America first, so that she is strong and prosperous enough to be the instrument God needs at this time in history. For our nation in general, this means being used by God for various things. For the church, however, it will mean accomplishing Mark 16:15-20 and Matthew 28:18-20: saving people and discipling nations for Christ. Just as with Abraham, America’s great blessings are not just for us. God told Abraham that the blessings coming to him, his descendants, and his nation were also so He could bless the world through them. This is true of America, as well: we are blessed to bless. I want revival and reformation in America so that we can be used to further revival and reformation around the world. My calling to America is a calling to the nations. Join me, for this noblest of callings is to all of us. With this in mind, I leave you with the following encouragement and call to prayer. Revival In the Middle East CBN News states: “Amid talk of a broader war in the Middle East, there is also news that a Jesus Revolution may be underway. An unprecedented number of Muslims are choosing to follow Christ, especially in Iran, as people search for a better life. “Iranians are growing tired of the ayatollahs and a nation led by the empty promises of their Islamic theocracy. An anonymous internal poll found that 80% now prefer a democratic government, and many are leaving Islam. “According to Todd Nettleton, Vice President of Messaging at VOM [Voice of the Martyrs], the faith option many are choosing is Jesus with at least a million Muslims reportedly leaving Islam for Christianity. So, how is the regime reacting to this, with a reported 50,000 of the country’s 75,000 mosques now closed? “‘This is not something that is making the regime happy. And, really, in many ways, they are seeking to solidify their power and to crush any kind of dissent,’ Nettleton said. ‘We have heard multiple stories this year of a Bible study, a home church being raided. Everyone there is photographed, everyone there is questioned. But then the leader of the meeting is held on to. They are arrested, they are detained, they’re put in prison.’”(2) Though great persecution is taking place in other parts of the world, it is also true that the greatest harvest of souls in history has begun. Pray for this to continue and increase exponentially. Pray for our brothers and sisters around the world who suffer because of their faith in Christ. And yes, pray for America – He needs us. Pray with me: Father, Holy Spirit is on a great mission, which will not fail, to make the kingdoms of this world “the Kingdom of our Lord of his Christ” (Revelation 11:15). Our part in this glorious and unfailing cause is to win people to Christ through the preaching of the gospel, and discipling nations to the principles of the Kingdom. In Your heart, the nations are intertwined, flowing physically from one man, Adam, and spiritually from one man, Jesus Christ. What we do to save and transform America is also to save and transform the nations. Ultimately, Your glory will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. We pray for the revival that has begun in the Middle East to now grow and intensify. Save a billion Muslims and Jews in this hour. And as many of our brothers and sisters there suffer for Your name’s sake, we honor and pray for them. They are true heroes of the faith. Give them strength, encouragement, and perseverance; may their faith not fail them in times of testing. Though the pain and loss they experience is great, please remind them of the great reward they will receive – that their suffering is not in vain. Comfort them through Holy Spirit’s great love. And we pray for the votes taking place today in Wisconsin. Please grant us favor, moving the hearts of conservatives to get out and vote. We also ask that You move on the hearts and minds of undecided voters to vote for righteousness. Awaken them to the damage caused by Leftist and Marxist ideologies; help them to see clearly the fruit of these destructive mindsets. Please continue to move among the young people in America. Send revival. Send fire. Send awakening. Save America. Save the nations. Glorify Jesus! We pray for all of this in His mighty name. Amen. It is known as “The month of miracles.” This was the time in which God delivered Israel from slavery in Egypt, using great miracles. It also is the timeframe in which He said, “I am the Lord your healer” (Exodus 15:26). I believe God is using this “anniversary” and its significance to launch a new phase of Holy Spirit’s outpouring. A mighty wave of signs, wonders, and miracles is beginning throughout the earth. It will be unprecedented, not in its level of power, but in its scope and reach. This wave of the supernatural will be part of the greatest awakening earth has ever experienced. Many of the miracles will be captured by technology and seen throughout the world, causing multitudes to realize God is real and Jesus is the Savior, just as it occurred in Scripture. I love what the observers said when Jesus healed a paralyzed man in Mark 2:10-12: “But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.” (KJV) The Passion Translation says the people were “awestruck” and said, “We’ve never seen anything like this before.” The margin says the word awestruck could be translated as “shocked into wonderment” or “out of their minds with amazement.” God is about to blow people’s minds with his wonderful works! These healings will be different than the normal process of a person asking for and “laying hold” of their healing by faith (First Timothy 6:12). This will be a manifestation of the gifts of Holy Spirit spoken of/referenced in 1 Corinthians 12. Those who have very little or even no faith, including unbelievers, can receive miracles through these gifts of the Spirit. Prodigals, Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Christians – people of all faiths and backgrounds will receive miracles, performed in the name of Jesus. Those who are walking in faith, of course, will also receive healings and miracles, as well as those who have none. Evangelists will begin moving in signs and wonders at a much higher level, as they preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. However, ALL believers can and will participate in this increased level of the supernatural. Our part is not to guarantee healings or hype people’s emotions (and call it faith), and we should resist using miracles to build a following. Our responsibility is simply to obey Christ by asking for healing with motives of serving people and promoting Christ. The two reasons we are conducting the Healing Summit this upcoming Friday night in Middletown, Ohio, are simple: we want to see people healed, and we want these gifts of the Spirit to be imparted throughout the world. That which is being birthed is both for the individual and to impact the masses. Healings and the impartation of gifts will occur, not because of the leaders conducting the service – the night is not about anyone other than Christ. They will occur because 1) it is time for this worldwide wave to roll, and 2) prayers will be offered and agreed with by millions of people around the world. Prayer releases the will of God. The Judicial System I would be remiss if I did not ask you to pray once again regarding the Supreme Court election being held tomorrow in Wisconsin. It will have national ramifications (millionvoices.org/wi & Newsmax). Please pray that God moves on the heart of every conservative in the state to get out and vote. Pray that He turns the hearts and minds of those still undecided as to who they will vote for. Ask God for favor and grace to be given us in this election. And let’s continue to pray regarding the Judges trying to interfere with President Trump and his team. Pray that conservatives in Congress take action and stop this through legislation, and that the Supreme Court rules against these judges when the case comes before them. We knew the left would not lay down and give up in their efforts to maintain control over America. And we must not relinquish our efforts to pray against their actions and plans. Pray for DOGE and its efforts to find, expose, and stop the waste and fraud taking place in America. What they are discovering is abominable. Pray that God continues to expose the abuses and reform our nation. And lastly, pray for the revival that has begun on college campuses. Ask God to stoke the flames, causing them to burn with intensity and strength. Continue to cry out for millions of young people to be saved in America and around the world. Jesus loves every one of them and is coming with revival to rescue their generation. Pray with me: Father, we pray today that You would do through us what You did through the early church and many others down through the ages: stretch forth Your hand to heal. Release great grace, great power, and great miracles (Acts 4:33, 6:8). We are told that the miracles released in Acts gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus (Acts 4:33). Do this once again, just as You have many times in the past. Just as Peter discerned that it was time for the great miracle at Gate Beautiful in Acts 3, we are discerning that it is time for an upsurge in miracles. At least 5000 people were saved that day; we ask for miracles in our generation that produce many times this number of conversions. We ask for healings and miracles to take place this Friday night (April 4th), in Ohio and around the world. And we ask for the gifts of Your Spirit that produce miracles to be released throughout the world. We ask this for the glory of Christ and the cause of the great harvest. We also pray regarding the elections tomorrow in Wisconsin. Move upon the hearts of conservative values voters. Motivate them to get out and vote. Move on the hearts and minds of those still considering for whom they will vote. Turn them in Your direction. Protect the vote. And we pray for our President, our Congress, and our judicial system. Move upon those in Congress to enact legislation that will keep unelected district judges from ruling our nation. Move upon the Supreme Court to make decisions that align with our Constitution and with You. And now Lord, as this mighty company of believers agrees in prayer for these things, doing so in the name of Jesus, we thank You in advance for Your answers. Amen. And pray that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people, for not everyone believes the message.” ‭‭(2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭TPT‬‬) Passages such as these make clear the incredible importance of prayer, and also that God’s will is not automatic or guaranteed simply because of His sovereignty. As I stated in yesterday’s post, we involve Holy Spirit through our prayers. In these verses, Paul says that prayer is needed in order for the Lord’s message to spread rapidly and its glory be recognized. The success of the gospel is linked to our prayers. Incredible. He also instructed us in this passage to pray for rescue from “wicked and evil” people. The word “wicked” comes from the Greek word atopos.(1) The note in The Passion Translation says this Greek word can also be translated as “weird,” “irrational,” “absurd,” and “disgusting.” “Evil” in the above verses is translated from poneros(2). Thayer’s Lexicon says this word can refer to “a bad condition in a physical sense, such as being diseased or blind, and in an ethical sense: evil, wicked, bad.” In what is often referred to as The Lord’s Prayer, the word is used to reference satan as the “evil one” (Matthew 6:13). Using these definitions, we are told to pray for rescue from “wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting, and evil” people. It is pretty easy to apply some of these terms to what goes on in our government today. Insisting that toddlers have enough understanding to want to change their gender and allowing confused children to be castrated is wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting, and evil. Sending drag queens to indoctrinate innocent kindergartners is wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting, and evil. Allowing criminals to go free and walk our streets to steal, rape, and murder is wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting and evil. Encouraging Americans to harm those they disagree with and destroy other people’s property is wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting, and evil. Many people coming into our nation illegally simply want a better life; some, however, are bad people and come for other reasons. To willfully allow them – murderers, rapists, gang members, drug dealers, and terrorists – to pour into our nation is wicked, weird, irrational, absurd, disgusting and evil. The good news is that we are told prayer can rescue us from the efforts of these individuals. Prayer can also deliver some of them. Let’s persevere in our intercession for a great revival, which will not only save people’s hearts, but deliver depraved minds. Let’s pray for the Lord’s message to continue to spread rapidly and its glory to be recognized. Our prayers matter – appealing to heaven still works. And here is one more issue we must pray about. The Wisconsin Supreme Court election on Tuesday, April 1, is of paramount importance for not only Wisconsin, but the entire nation. It will significantly influence the state’s judicial landscape and, by extension, its governance. Liberals currently hold a 4-3 majority; one of them is retiring, creating an opportunity to flip the court. The outcome will shape decisions on critical issues such as election integrity, regulatory policies, and individual rights. For conservatives, a majority on the court would create an opportunity to uphold constitutional principles and promote a limited government approach. The judiciary plays a crucial role in interpreting laws and ensuring that legislative actions align with the Constitution. A conservative majority could counteract judicial activism, ensuring that judges adhere to the original intent of the law rather than imposing personal ideologies. Also, the court’s decisions on economic and regulatory issues directly impact Wisconsin’s business climate. A conservative majority is likely to favor policies that promote economic growth, reduce regulatory burdens, and support the rights of businesses and property owners. This could lead to a more favorable environment for job creation and innovation. Additionally, election integrity is a pressing concern for many conservatives. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has the authority to adjudicate disputes regarding election laws, including voter ID requirements and mail-in voting regulations in their state. A conservative court could reinforce measures aimed at securing fair elections, thereby restoring public confidence in the electoral process. AP News reported that “On Monday night [March 24], Democratic U.S. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries told supporters that electing Crawford [the liberal judge] was important so she and other liberal justices can order a redraw of congressional boundary lines…‘As soon as possible, we need to be able to revisit that and have fair lines,’ Jeffries said in a live discussion on the social media platform X. ‘The only way for that to be even a significant possibility is if you have an enlightened Supreme Court.’”(3) “Fair” and “enlightened” are two words Jeffries and the Left define very differently than Mr. Webster. This election is seen by them as a way to gerrymander the House districts and retake the U.S. House of Representatives. This would halt the progress of Trump and conservatives in Congress as we restore our nation to truth, our original foundations, and frankly, sanity. The stakes are high. The election is seen as so important that as of Tuesday [March 25], $81 million has been spent on this one race, most of it coming from outside Wisconsin. If you live in Wisconsin, please vote. All of us can pray. Pray with me: Father, we are moved by the thought of being Your co-laborers. What a staggering truth! You have made us partners in Your great cause of releasing Christ’s redemption throughout the earth. Whether it be writing a letter, making a phone call, or offering up prayers, we are honored to work together with You. Please breathe upon this election in Wisconsin, and give us a more biblically based Supreme Court there. We ask You to thwart the efforts of those who work against Your principles and ways. We continue to pray for those in our national government whom You are using to bring reformation. Give President Trump, his Cabinet, and legislators great wisdom as they develop and implement strategies. Continue to expose the rampant theft and fraud that has taken place. Open the file cabinets and expose the hidden files, as You have said You would do. Continue to awaken the American people – bring this nation to its senses! And lastly, You told me years ago that the third great awakening in America would begin with the young people. This has now begun – You are pouring out Your Spirit on campuses throughout the nation. We ask that this not only continue but intensify, and that no effort from satan to defile it would succeed. Guard it jealously. Throw more oil on it, causing it to burn with holy fire and great intensity. Bless the endeavors of those You are using; give them provision, anointing, and great success. https://www.givehim15.com/post/the-power-of-purpose The Power of Purpose March 27, 2025 “‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.’” (Jeremiah 29:11 NASB) Three Important Words Many people consider this verse only when in difficult situations, using it to inspire hope that God has a plan for their deliverance or recovery. Though certainly including this, the verse has a much broader meaning. “Future” is from a Hebrew word that includes the meaning of destiny.(1) The New King James Version at times translates it this way. As I said in yesterday’s post, “plans” is from a word meaning “to weave, plait, or mix.”(2) It can even refer to craftsmen inventing musical instruments, artistic objects, weapons, and other objects. The concept is simple: combining two or more substances to create something new. When used in reference to the mind, it refers to thoughts mixing together to form plans. God has plans for our future that involve more than rescue operations. They are His all-wise thoughts, woven together into plans before we are even born (Psalm 139:16) that become a hope-filled destiny. We can have confidence that we are more than a meaningless blip on eternity’s radar screen. God has assignments for us to accomplish, people whose lives we are to impact, prayers we are to pray, and more. “Hope” is a word that means more than a pleasant expectation regarding the future; it is also the word for a cord or tether.(3) Fascinating. Hope “connects” us to our future. Conversely, a lack of hope can cause us to give up on life, thereby disconnecting us from our future. Knowing and believing God has good plans and a destiny for us is more than optimism; this understanding and assurance actually connects us to that plan. This hope also forms a path or track upon which to travel. We no longer wander aimlessly, but follow the roadmap God gives us as we confidently seek Him daily (Proverbs 3:5-6). Life becomes a secure, meaningful journey, not a maze of endless dead-ends and wrong turns. Governmental Destinies God destines some people to be leaders, including leadership in government. Donald Trump now believes that God saved his life in order for him to play a significant role in saving America. This belief has become a purpose that produces passion, a path that provides direction, and a cord connecting him to God. A belief in destiny, as President Trump now possesses, creates incredible motivation, discipline, and focus. There are others in our government whom I am sure also realize they are there by God‘s design and calling. The concept of a “calling” is not limited to the religious world. Adam was called to be a gardener, David was called to be a shepherd and king, Abraham was called to be a rancher. God used these individuals mightily as they carried out responsibilities and careers we would normally not consider “spiritual.” Many individuals in vocations we would not consider spiritual do more to influence the world than those in so-called “spiritual” vocations. Are we to believe God does not “call” people to and equip them for this level of influence in government and other influential arenas? Of course He does. This means we must pray for God‘s gifts, anointing, and wisdom to be given them in their assignments. Do President Trump, his cabinet, and his advisors need this God-given help less than Moses, David, Josiah, or other leaders in the Scriptures? Do Mike Johnson and other legislators need this less than Joseph, Daniel, or Joshua? These people today are making decisions that influence the entire world! We should pray that they seek God and hear His voice. We should ask that Holy Spirit’s help be given them, as well as that of angels. We should ask that revelation of Scripture and insight from dreams be given to them. And, of course, we should pray for their safety and protection from harm, wrong influences, and corruption. I do not find it a stretch to believe that some mistakes made by leaders could have been avoided had people been praying for them. I believe some leaders who have fallen into sin could have been preserved from doing so had people been praying for them. Peter’s ministry and walk with God were undoubtedly saved by Christ’s intercession for him (Luke 22:31-32). Why would we be called to pray for leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-3) if our prayers did nothing? We must accept our responsibility to pray for those in government; part of their success as they serve us will be determined by our faithfulness to pray. The great preacher and orator, Charles Spurgeon, once made the profound statement, “Prayer bends the omnipotence of heaven to your desire. Prayer moves the hand that moves the world.”(4) This doesn’t mean our prayers control God; it means they involve Him. Let’s keep Him involved in our nation’s government. Pray with me: Father, thank You for the assurance that we have a purpose, and that our lives were planned by You. You created us with design and intent; we all have a calling and destiny. Teach us to factor this into our decisions and goals, always seeking Your path for us, staying tethered to Your purpose. A purpose we all share is moving Your powerful hand through our prayers. We are honored to partner with You in this way. We do so today by interceding for our government. We pray that President Trump, his cabinet, and his advisors will be given wisdom from You to lead America on a path of restoration. Keep them from wrong decisions and demonic traps. Help them make sound financial, legal, and military decisions. Guide them in their dealings with other nations. Help them reform our nation back to strength and morality. We pray for Congress. Give them the understanding needed to legislate wisely. Give favor to those who honor You and Your ways, remove the voices of those who do not. Deliver us from the political spirit that is so influential and divisive in our nation. We pray for our Justices and Judges. Give them wisdom and understanding. Give us Judges who do not legislate, but who accurately and wisely interpret laws without prejudice or bias. We ask for the removal of those who politicize their positions and who do not honor You. Please continue to cleanse and reform our government and send an outpouring of Holy Spirit to our nation’s leaders. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen. God liked that about him – at that time in history, He desperately needed a dreaming friend. The Lord had been waiting for him to come along, a man He could partner with to recapture His dream of family. The Redeemer would be born through this man’s family. Their story begins in Genesis 12, where God initiates His plan by instilling a dream in Abraham. “Now the Lord said to Abram, ‘Go forth from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to the land which I will show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you…’” Notice that God began His journey with Abraham by speaking to his dreaming nature. How fascinating is that! “I’m going to make you My partner in rescuing My dream, Abraham. And I’m going to begin by giving YOU a dream.” Why, when looking for someone to help Him recapture His dream, would God approach it this way? He could have just demanded that Abraham do what He wanted. But the Lord is well aware of the strength of our dreaming nature. He placed it there, after all. With this in mind, God knew that for the partnership to endure for a lifetime, Abraham would need freedom to release this God-given nature. It couldn’t be a one-sided dream. Therefore, God began by placing a dream in Abraham’s heart regarding the birthing of a great nation and announced the partnership, “I will make from you a great nation” – Abraham's dream. “And in you, all the families of the earth will be blessed” – God’s dream (Genesis 12). Since God gave us our dreaming nature and has a purpose and destiny for each of us, it seems obvious He would want a voice in our choice of dreams. There is a verse of Scripture that addresses this and has meant a great deal to Ceci and me over the years: “Roll your works on the Lord. Commit and trust them wholly to Him. He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and so shall your plans be established and succeed” (Proverbs 16:3 AMP – classic edition). This wonderful verse seems almost too good to be true. God declares that He will supernaturally shape our thinking and plans, aligning them with His, which will then ensure success. The word plans in this verse comes from a word meaning “to weave, plait, or mix.” It can even refer to craftsmen inventing musical instruments, artistic objects, weapons, and other objects. The concept is simple: combining two or more substances to create something new. When used in reference to the mind, it refers to thoughts mixing together to form plans. This obviously would include dreams. Placing this definition back into the verse, God is saying to us: When you dream, I want to be in the mix. If you will allow Me, I will infuse my thoughts into the process and shape your plans according to the purpose and destiny I have created for you. This will guarantee success. Just as He did with Abraham. What a great promise! I recall a time when Ceci and I were searching for the next phase of God’s calling in our lives. We had recently married, and I was about to graduate from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas. We had four opportunities we were considering. The leading possibilities in our minds were overseas. We were standing on this verse, Proverbs 16:3, from the Amplified Bible. We quoted the verse daily, usually picturing ourselves somewhere in Guatemala or Zimbabwe. Our bags were practically packed. Then, something strange occurred. While praying one day, I had the thought, CFNI is going to offer you a position, and you’re to accept it. “Where did that come from?” I thought. This was nowhere on our radar! Sure enough, within days, the offer came, and we said yes. It probably wouldn’t surprise you to know that those next two years working at CFNI became invaluable preparation for what God has done through us for the last forty-plus years. Proverbs 16:3 had happened. God infused His thoughts into ours, and we listened, allowing Him “into the mix.” Dreaming works out much better when we bring the Author of dreams into the plans! Proverbs 19:21 uses this same word: “Many plans are in a man’s heart, but the counsel of the Lord will stand.” Most of the time, we humans make our plans and formulate our dreams without bringing God into the process. This began with Adam and Eve’s original sin in Eden. Satan, the tempter, knew he could throw a wrench into God’s dream if he could cause humans to dream without divine influence. God’s plan wasn’t to have a family of independent dreamers; He desired co-dreamers. It was never His plan that we dream apart from Him and His influence – not because He’s a control freak, but because He wanted partners and associates. God wanted someone to dream with and someone to dream through. He needed outlets for His dreams. During the late 1700s, the Lord chose a remarkable destiny for a young man in England, one that would help shape the history of a nation. The movie Amazing Grace tells the true story of William Wilberforce, who led the efforts to eradicate slavery from Great Britain. When asked by his butler after his conversion if he had found God, Wilberforce’s reply was, “I think He found me.” Indeed, God found Wilberforce, who became so joined to His heart and desires that ultimately, no price was too great for the dream. His passion to see slavery end was so overwhelming that it resulted in stomach ailments, nightmares, ridicule, and four decades of tireless work. But days before his death, the decisive vote came to eliminate slavery from England. When the law became formal three days after the vote, Wilberforce’s spirit left this world. Thomas Buxton, a member of the House of Commons at the time, said of Wilberforce, “The day which was the termination of his labors was the termination of his life.”(1) God has need of you, just as He did Wilberforce. Since He never acts without purpose, the fact that you’re alive is proof that you have something this generation needs. Most people, however, go through life pursuing personal careers and goals without ever considering that God wants to dream through their thoughts/plans. Too often, He’s a lonely dreamer. There must be millions of written but unfulfilled destinies in God’s dream book in heaven. The plans, accomplishments, and dreams He wrote about for so many are tragically undiscovered and unrealized. He and His plans never make it into their dream mix. Pray with me: Father, as we are challenged to dream, we look now at the importance of keeping You in the mix. Teach us how to allow Your thoughts, Your ways, and Your heart to leaven the process. You have promised that if we do this, our plans will be established and succeed. You tell us in Your Word that many plans are in a person’s heart, but the counsel of the Lord – Your counsel – will stand. Forgive us for taking You out of the mix in our personal lives, and also for doing so as a nation. We repent on behalf of our nation and ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse us from our rebellion and rejection of You. You have determined that we would be outlets for Your dreams, as would our nation. We choose this day to walk in the fullness of that revelation. Psalm 2 makes clear Your dream of a great harvest in all the nations. You told Jesus to ask You for this, and You would do it. He has asked, and now You will accomplish it. As part of Your dreaming family, we partner with You to see this accomplished. And we do it in the unfailing name of Jesus. Amen. Our decree: We declare that God is in our thinking, leading us down His paths. Today, let’s focus on us as individuals being part of this inheritance. We are loved by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Today’s title: Undistracted Devotion I like football. Okay, I love football. And for all the NFL fans out there, the Dallas Cowboys may be America’s team, but as any true fan knows, the Denver Broncos are God’s team. That’s why He made the sky blue and sunsets orange. Several years ago, when my younger daughter, Hannah, was only three or four years old, I was enjoying a great Broncos playoff game (my favorite NFL team at the time). Did you catch that? Not just a game – a Broncos playoff game. I had a great fire in the fireplace, had kicked back in my football recliner, and was into a great game. Hannah did not understand football and couldn’t have cared less about the game. She plopped down in my lap and, as kids do, began jabbering about something. She wasn’t talking about anything terribly important – at least, I didn’t think it was all that important. But I was listening…sort of. I was actually dividing my attention between her dialogue and the exploits of John Elway. This is real devotion to my daughter, I thought. Sharing my football time with her childish jabbering. Bronco’s playoff football, at that. What a devoted dad I am. I was doing the typical distracted listening routine, an “uh-huh” here, an “ohhh” there, with a smile or two and a head nod thrown in for added effect. Sure, I was missing a play here or there, but hey, that’s just the price of devotion. Hannah has always been very perceptive. And, of course, she has the female trait of wanting the men in her life to really listen – to the details! I don’t know when that particular gene kicks in for women, but it obviously comes alive at an earlier age than I realized. After a few minutes of my divided attention, Hannah had finally had enough. “Dad,” she said rather sternly as she placed one index finger on each cheek and turned my face away from the TV and directly toward her. “Look me in the eye and listen.” Women manifest these mindsets and tendencies at a young age! With my attitude adjustment, I looked her in the eye and listened! That, my friend, is undistracted devotion. Paul uses these two words, “undistracted devotion,” in 1 Corinthians 7:35, speaking of our commitment to the Lord. The phrase comes from the Greek words aperispastos euprosedros. The literal meaning of the first word is interesting, “Don’t let anything pull or drag you away from something.”(1) With this picture in mind, it became the word for “undistracted.” Devotion is euprosedros. The root word prosedros means “to sit forward or toward” someone or something. Imagine a person sitting in the presence of someone they are completely devoted to, leaning toward them, hanging on every word. The prefix eu means “well,” intensifying the concept to mean “sitting well toward.” In our culture today, we often use a similar phrase, “sitting on the edge of our seats.” Obviously, we mean by this that we’re totally captivated by someone or some performance. Hence, the meaning of “devotion.” Putting the two words together: Don’t let anything or anyone pull you away from your devotion or attraction to Him. Hannah wanted me to give HER some face time, not the TV; she wanted undistracted devotion, demonstrating that she, not the Broncos, was number one. And she was. At that moment, my favorite color wasn’t orange; it was brown, the color of her eyes. God would like some face time with you. He knows you’re busy and can’t live like a monk, giving yourself to nonstop worship and meditation. He’s also aware that you have a family to care for, work to perform, and the need for sleep. He doesn’t want all of your time; He does, however, want some undistracted time. It’s a matter of setting the right priorities. You can’t focus on everything; focus on what matters most. I have found that priorities are heart-related. What means most to me is what I’ll prioritize the most. If we find ourselves uninterested in the pleasure of God’s company, the place to start is with repentance. We should ask God to forgive us of indifference toward Him, and to awaken passion in us. Then begin spending quality time with Him. As we do, hunger for His presence will increase, and we will look forward to those times. As King Solomon was about to begin his reign over Israel, he prayed a prayer God couldn’t resist. “So give Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?” (1 Kings 3:9). The phrase “an understanding heart” should actually be translated as “a hearing heart.” Most translators struggle with the concept of a “hearing” heart, so they don’t word it this way. But the Hebrew word is shama, meaning “to hear.”(2) Solomon asked for a hearing heart. God liked that. In times past, before we had refrigerators, people used icehouses to preserve food. They had thick walls and were well-insulated. In winter, large chunks of ice were taken from lakes, ponds, or streams and laid on the floor, then covered with a thick layer of sawdust to insulate it. This made a great “refrigerator.” One day, a gentleman lost an expensive watch in the icehouse. Due to the thickness of the sawdust, his efforts to find it had failed. Others looked, also in vain. Finally, a small boy slipped into the icehouse when no one was around and promptly found the valuable watch. Surprised, the men asked the young boy how he had so quickly found the valuable timepiece. “I closed the door, lay down on the floor, and was very quiet,” replied the lad. “Pretty soon, I heard it ticking.”(3) Hearts can hear, but only when they’re undistracted. Our problem in hearing God isn’t His refusal to speak but our negligence in getting quiet enough to hear. Silencing the soul (the mind and emotions) is a learned art. The psalmist David spoke of this. “Surely I have composed and quieted my soul; like a weaned child rests against his mother” (Psalm 131:2). When we quiet the soul, we can hear His voice in our hearts. God speaks to those who will listen. Slow down a little and let Him into your world. If you do, He’ll allow you into His. He will find the pleasure of your undistracted devotion, and you will experience the pleasure of hearing His heart. Look Him in the eyes and listen. Pray with me: Father, we thank You for Your undivided attentiveness toward us. The Song of Solomon tells us You are ravished by just one glance from our eyes (Song of Solomon 4:9). What pleasure might it bring Your heart when we choose to not only glance, but to gaze, giving You our undivided devotion. You love Your family! We repent today for letting ourselves lose interest in the pleasure of Your company; forgive us for our indifference. Awaken passion in us for Your presence, and guide us as we reset our priorities. Holy Spirit, teach us the art of waiting on You with undivided hearts in order to hear You clearly. You are worthy of our undistracted devotion, sitting on the edge of our seats, watching intently for Your every move, listening to every word You speak. Like Solomon, we ask, “Would You grant to us hearing hearts!” What a change this will make! Jesus, we choose to prioritize You, taking the time to look into Your eyes, and pausing to listen. His praying church is growing and maturing. A simple but powerful insight regarding prayer is what some call “Praying the Promises.” One of the most profound promises in Scripture we can pray and act on is Psalm 2:1-9 (NKJV): “Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and His Anointed (Christ/Messiah), saying, ‘Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away their cords from us.’ He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath and distress them in His deep displeasure: ‘Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.’ I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for Your inheritance and the ends of the earth for Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’” Think about the amazing phenomenon occurring in this passage. Psalm 2 allows us to enter a conversation between the Father and His beloved Son, Jesus, in which Yahweh makes Him an eternal PROMISE! “You are My Son … Ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for Your inheritance and the ends of the earth for Your possession.” (verses 7-8) This Psalm tells us Jesus was given a great promise for which He had to ask, cooperating with God through prayer. The Father instructed His Son to pray and ask for every nation; they were His inheritance. God loves the nations. He loves America! We know that while on earth, Jesus was a man of disciplined prayer (Hebrews 5:7; Luke 11:1). Surely He asked for the nations! We pray with passion and hope for America because Jesus was promised this nation as His inheritance. And He is granting us more and more insights, revelation, and passion as we do so! This is also why we pray with faith and send missionaries around the earth – because Jesus was promised every nation as His inheritance. And every nation has a growing Ekklesia “Praying the Promise” for their beloved nation. “Several years ago, I was ministering in Toronto. On my last morning there, as I was packing my bags and thinking about my final session, I was also visiting with Holy Spirit. I wasn’t in intercession, and it wasn’t my quiet time. I was simply communing while working, sharing some of my inner thoughts with Him, much the same way I might have done with my wife had she been there. “Suddenly, Holy Spirit spoke to me. It was as natural and matter-of-fact as if two friends were sharing their hearts. ‘Japan is really on My heart this morning,’ Holy Spirit said. “This surprised me. I’ve never thought of God at times having one place on His heart more than others. I’ve always figured He had every place on His heart all the time. And the phrase ‘on My heart’ surprised me as well. It was more than on His mind; this was something deeper – very important to Him. I felt as though He was letting me into His very heart. “He then said to me, ‘I must have Japan. There is tremendous warfare over the nation right now. Would you pray for Japan this morning in your session?’ “How do you like that?! Not a command, as in ‘Pray for Japan!’ But a question, ‘Would You?’ He was asking me! “‘Of course we will, Holy Spirit,’ I said. ‘We would be honored to do that.’ And we did! Such an anointing and burden of prayer came upon the assembly – tears, travail, intense intercession. It went on for about 45 minutes, at which time I had to leave for the airport. They continued – how long, I do not know.”(1) God’s heart was yearning for the nation of Japan. Japan has been promised to Jesus, as has Canada, Mexico, Iraq, China, etc. Every nation has been promised to Him. Jesus loves Japan. Jesus loves the nations! This season finds us in a powerful and anointed time of “Praying the Promise” Yahweh gave Jesus regarding the nations. Holy Spirit has many redemptive purposes now working through the Ekklesia in a massive invasion of planet earth. They are happening in amazing, synergistic ways! Holy Spirit outpourings are occurring in America Angel armies are on the move The Great Communion awakening is taking place Righteous leadership is arising in nations And the Prayer Army is “Praying the Promise” of Psalm 2 Do you think the Father will answer the decree and promise He made to His Son in Psalm 2? YES! Jesus has asked and continues to do so through His Bride, His Ekklesia, you and me. Holy Spirit is orchestrating this partnership of prayer for America and all nations. And our prayers are being progressively answered, manifesting before our very eyes. Conclusion We pray for our nation, not because of a particular political party or candidate, and not from a selfish nationalism. We pray, and we do so with confidence because of the Father’s Promise to Jesus in Psalm 2. Would you take hold of this promise? Would you “Pray the Promise” with Jesus? Pray the simple prayer: “Heavenly Father, I pray with Jesus today and ask that You fulfill Your Promise to Him, giving Him America as His inheritance. Today, I ask for Your Kingdom to COME and Your will to be done in our country.” There is something epic happening in America… There is something epic taking place in the nations… The promise of the Father to His Son (Psalm 2) is being answered right before our eyes! Just over 50 years ago, the Lord began this phase of growing His prayer army. Two books were copyrighted in 1973 that ignited many intercessors: Rees Howells – Intercessor by Norman Grubb (Christian Literature Crusade, copyright 1973), and Shaping History through Prayer & Fasting by Derek Prince (Whitaker House, copyright 1973). Both of these books emphasized the great need to impact the nations for Jesus through prayer and fasting. Each of them demonstrated that God has chosen intercession as the key to shaping history. Back then, most believers were not focused on the nations, including praying for America. Fifty years later, that has changed for America and all nations. Holy Spirit is emphasizing and anointing this awesome promise in Psalm 2. Let’s pray it and release the power of God’s promise to Jesus. Pray with me: Father, we pray and decree Your promise to Jesus that You would give Him the nations as His inheritance. He created the earth and all it contains with His words, redeemed the inhabitants with His blood, and You have declared that He would be King, the Sovereign Ruler over all of it. We now “Pray the Promise.” We ask that America be not just the promised, legal inheritance of Jesus, but the relational and realized inheritance. We ask this as well for all the nations. We know this isn’t institutions and organizations, nor is Christ’s rule a forced dominance or dictatorship. Your relational heart wants to make the inhabitants of the nations Your family and friends, Your heirs, and Christ’s co-heirs. This desire is beyond explanation – the infinite God wants a relationship with finite man. We are grateful beyond words. So now we ask: give Christ the nations. Give Him this billion-soul harvest Holy Spirit has talked about. Give Him the fruit of His labors and sacrifice, the complete harvest from the incorruptible seed He became. John, the beloved, saw this company: “…a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands” (Revelation 7:9). We ask for this in Jesus’ name. Amen. Our decree: We decree that the Father’s promise to give Jesus the nations will be granted. The politicization of many in the Judicial Branch of our government is certainly being demonstrated. America is not approaching a constitutional crisis; we are already in one. The Left has amped up its use of the Judicial system to keep our Executive Branch from doing what “we the people” elected it to do. “Government by temporary restraining order,” as one article describes it, is now the strategy.(1) As I said, we should not be surprised. Did we think the swamp would go down the drain peacefully? They will fight with every effort possible to maintain their control over America. Honesty, integrity, the Constitution – none of these things are deterrents. One of their problems now, however, is that the evils they are fighting to protect are so blatantly dishonest and corrupt that every honest American can see it. We know Biden and his team betrayed our country and broke our immigration laws to bring in millions of illegals, including rapists, murderers, and vicious gangs. Now, liberal judges and liberal members of Congress are fighting to keep these vicious criminals in our country. Biden actually flew many of them in with our hard earned tax dollars, yet they tell us Trump can’t fly them out. Some judges and members of Congress also fight the shutting down of fraudulent programs, including the waste and theft of hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. These efforts, they tell us, are to save democracy. There’s a head scratcher: the $36 trillion of national debt is not the problem; DOGE is the real problem. Americans may have for years been uninformed, naïve, and negligent, but the majority of them are not stupid. When politicians and judges want criminals to remain in the land and don’t want taxpayers to know how their money is spent, we might just have a corruption problem. Is there any wonder why most Americans are cynical of our government officials? I can assure you this will get uglier before it is resolved. Just as the Left won’t give up, we who want to see America saved are also determined to win, and are positioned to do so. There is now a bold and patriotic man, whom the Left tried to humiliate and destroy for 10 years, by the way, leading one of our three branches of government. He has put together a team of gifted patriots determined to clean up our government, and they have patriots in Congress working with them. Most importantly of all, a majority of Americans support the process. This threefold cord - Trump and his team, some in Congress and the American people - is determined to save our nation and restore it to greatness and strength. And they are acutely aware that the process, like a radical surgery to remove a tumor, will be messy and painful. But they also know that the procedure is necessary, or the patient will die. This trinity of reformers realizes that the Left in Congress will continue to fight, as will progressive, leftist judges. They know the propaganda and publicity arm of the swamp, the mainstream media, will also continue to fight, as will their indoctrination arm, the current education system. The Left is fighting for its political and ideological life, and will stop at nothing in attempts to maintain its power. Nothing. We, the praying church, must stay informed and engaged. We must pray for our righteous leaders daily, releasing the spiritual force necessary to empower their natural efforts. This is a two-fold effort to save our nation and reposition it to its God-given destiny. We intercessors must war against spiritual forces, while they fight on the governmental and social fronts. The war must be waged in both realms. As you pray, remember that we are not trying to “talk God into” doing this, but are implementing His chosen method, prayer, which releases His authority and power. I quote again the great Jack Hayford, who said: “Prayer is essentially a partnership of the redeemed child of God, working hand in hand with God, toward the realization of His redemptive purposes on the earth.”(2) I conclude with Christ’s instructions in Matthew 6:10, telling us to command His will to be done. “Be done” is the Greek word ginomai.(3) The word means to be created, born, or come into existence; it is used when referencing Christ creating all things in John 1:3 and Hebrews 11:3. We get many of our “gen” words from this word: genus, genes, genetics, gender, genealogy, generation, etc. all having to do with reproduction. When Christ told us to command His will to be done, He was saying, “Command My will to be generated, to come into being for Me.” Obviously, it is not our power that is released in order to accomplish this. It is, however, our voice. We are those through whom Christ works to accomplish His purposes on earth. Jesus is asking us to do for Him what He did for the Father while on earth. Christ said His works were actually those of His Father: “The Father in me, He doeth the works” (John 14:10). Though this was true, Jesus was the one doing the touching and speaking. He was the Father’s conduit. In our representation of Christ, the pattern is the same: He provides the authority, power and directions; we are His hands, feet and voice. Don’t rely only on government officials to cleanse and restore our nation. Release the authority and power of Christ. According to Psalm 2, all nations are part of His inheritance, including America. Let’s make it happen! Pray with me: Father, we are humbled and honored to represent Your Kingdom here on earth. Though Your Kingdom is spiritual, it is no less real, and You want its influence in every activity on earth, every square inch of which belongs to You. Those who think they can overrule You are deceived. You have already promised rule over the nations to Your Son; and He declared in Matthew 28:18 that all authority here on earth was now His. Though we are not called to release Your influence by natural force, we are called to do so spiritually, dealing with spiritual powers operating behind the scenes. We bind them and their efforts to destroy America’s relationship with You and the calling You gave us. We command the generating of Your will in our government and nation: be done! We ask You to release Your influence over individuals, to orchestrate events and circumstances, and to expose evil. We ask You to bring a revival that will save and change the hearts of millions of Americans. You are clearly ripening the harvest fields through Your works and actions. We thank You for this and ask that it continue. Please bring a solution to the rogue judges operating in our nation. Though most judges are honest individuals, the Left has often used liberal judges to do for them what they could not accomplish through Congress. Roe vs. Wade is a glaring example. Through the word “privacy” in our Constitution, judges found the right to kill babies in the womb and made it the law of the land. The Supreme Court finally righted this abominable wrong in 2022. On June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court decided it had the right to overrule God and the Bible by redefining marriage, making the right to same-sex marriage the law of the land. Five unelected Justices reversed thousands of years of tradition, and in one of the most arrogant defiances of God in history, “redefined” the first – and arguably the most important – covenant He established on earth. The Justices were Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan. In the past few years, we have watched rogue judges (and prosecutors) try to destroy President Trump and those associated with him. Now they are attempting to keep him from exposing and ending fraud in our government, and from deporting violent criminals – who came to America illegally in the first place. If we were not all watching this lunacy take place, it would be beyond belief. Hundreds of congressional leaders and numerous judges don’t want the fraud exposed or the criminals deported! It turns out Trump Derangement Syndrome is real. Thomas Jefferson, no novice when it comes to government and the Constitution, warned of judicial extremes. “The great object of my fear is the Federal Judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting with noiseless foot and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step and holding what it gains, is insidiously engulfing the special governments into the jaws of that which feeds them.” (Letter to Judge Spencer Roane, 1821)(1) In a letter to Abigail Adams, September 11, 1804, Jefferson warned that giving judges too much control would lead to despotism. A despot, by the way, is a king, tyrant, or other oppressor with absolute, cruel, and unlimited power. This Founding Father stated: “Nothing in the Constitution has given them [the federal judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. . . . The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves, in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.”(2) In a letter to Judge Roane, September 6, 1819, Jefferson restated his concerns regarding the judiciary, contending that the Constitution did not give them control over the other two branches. Had it done so, Jefferson contended that: “The Constitution, on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.”(3) In a letter to Diplomat William Jarvis (September 28, 1820), Jefferson again warned that making the Supreme Court the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional issues would lead to despotism: “You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so . . . and their power [is] the more dangerous, as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.”(4) And at the risk of boring you with Jeffersonian wisdom, eloquence, and accurate predictions, here is one more statement referencing the judiciary as the “most dangerous” branch of our government: “At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the Constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance...” (Letter to A. Coray, October 31, 1823)(5) Thomas Jefferson knew the weaknesses of human nature, and that “judges are as honest as other men, and not more so.”(6) Indeed, the last line of defense for the deep state and leftist legislators, in their attempts to maintain control of America seems now to be the courts. As Daniel Horowitz stated: “They have ordered the administration to fund private foreign aid organizations, reinstate specific personnel, and publish designated information on government websites. In one case, a judge even directed the Secretary of Defense to retract a statement on the Pentagon’s policy regarding transgender troops. And over the weekend, U.S. District Judge James Boasburg attempted to block the deportation of violent gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. “What’s next? Will they order Trump to stop threatening Hamas or remove the bust of Andrew Jackson from the Oval Office? “Judges have forgotten who they are: unelected shields against government overreach, not legislative swords that can impose policies. Perhaps Trump needs to examine that bust of “Old Hickory” Andrew Jackson in the Oval Office and recall his (likely apocryphal) response to Chief Justice John Marshall’s ruling in Worcester v. Georgia: ‘John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!’”(7) What is our role in all of this? Vote, stay informed, be voices for truth, support honest and righteous government officials, get involved in local school boards and government, and PRAY. We must pray that the Lord overrides the decision of dishonest or misguided judges, exposing their inappropriate decisions. Ask God to continue exposing the corruption in our government. We need for unrighteous judges who legislate from the bench to be removed. Ask God to give favor and great understanding to honorable judges. Pray daily for great wisdom to be given to government leaders fighting for truth, freedom, and the restoration of America. We should pray this, especially for President Trump‘s Department of Justice and law enforcement agencies as they uproot and tear down the evil that has entrenched itself. And pray for those in Congress working with them by codifying the changes. Lastly, pray for revival. Lasting change will only come to America as millions of hearts are transformed by the power of Holy Spirit. This, and this alone, will empower the full reformation needed in our nation. Pray with me: Father, we know that righteousness and justice are the foundations of Your throne. We also know that these foundations are based on truth, which is found in You and Your Word. And we believe that as our Framers sought You for wisdom, You answered their prayers as they wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Leftists and despots continuously rebel against this wisdom and Your truth. We ask for Your supernatural help in stopping their efforts. We ask that You give President Trump’s team great understanding and wisdom as they work against attempts to turn our nation away from the Judeo-Christian principles upon which we were founded. Release Your sovereign and all-powerful hand to dismantle evil structures and systems created by those who resist truth in America. Break off of us the tyranny of evil and dishonest judges. Help us rebuild a strong America. Give us wisdom to mend our flaws, building back an even stronger and more righteous nation. Shake out evil and do a deep work of cleansing. Revive us and restore us. https://www.givehim15.com/post/keep-the-serpent-out Keep The Serpent Out! March 18, 2025 The Hebrew words translated “watchman” are natsar, shamar and tsaphah. They mean to guard or protect by watching over. In ancient times they were also used to describe hedging around crops with thorn bushes to keep out encroachers.(1) The words include the concept of hiding or concealing something.(2) Watchmen, through intercession, create the Psalm 91 secret place of protection. Genesis 2:15 is the first time one of them is used in Scripture: “And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and to keep (shamar) it.” Adam was told to guard or “keep” the garden. From what? It had to be the serpent! I assert this firstly because it is much in keeping with the nature of God to have warned him. To have done otherwise would not have been consistent with God’s character. Second, neither Adam nor Eve seemed shocked when a snake talked to them. It evidently didn’t come as a total surprise. Third, what else could there have been before the Fall to guard, keep or protect the garden from? Only the serpent. This is an important point – the first mention of watching or protecting in Scripture gives us the primary responsibility of the watchman: Keep the serpent out! Guard or protect that which God has entrusted to your care from the subtle encroachment of the serpent. Keep him out of your garden: your home, family, church, city, nation! Keep him out! These three Hebrew words are also translated in several other ways. I’m going to list several of them, elaborating briefly, to provide a more well-rounded understanding of the concept. As you will plainly see, many pages could be written commenting on the symbolism and connection to prayer. For brevity’s sake I have not done so, but I would encourage you to think on each definition, allowing the Holy Spirit to bring insight to you personally. Keep or Keeper This is by far the most frequent usage of these three words, translated as such at least 250 times in the King James Version. Watchmen “keep” possessions, places, and individuals safe. They ensure against loss, theft or damage. They “keep” things intact, in possession. Guard Watchmen are guards. They protect possessions, places, and as the next usage demonstrates, people. Bodyguard Watchmen guard and protect individuals, shielding them from danger and harm. They are the secret service agents of the Kingdom, guarding and protecting others. When I pastored, intercessors in our fellowship were faithful to cover me in prayer. More than once I was told, “Pastor, I was up through the night praying for you.” Occasionally they asked, “Was something wrong?” “No,” I always responded. They were a bit confused, thinking they had misheard the Holy Spirit, until I replied, “And your prayers are probably why! Keep praying; it’s working!” It was a comfort to know I had spiritual bodyguards. Ministers would be more effective if the body of Christ had more faithful watchmen. Doorkeeper This one is obviously similar to the next, so I will comment on both of them together. Gatekeeper Watchmen have the ability, through prayer, to determine who or what enters their homes, their families’ lives, their churches, their cities, etc. They discern by the Holy Spirit what to allow in, and through prayer, open and close the door. They invite in the work of the Holy Spirit and reject the works of darkness, keeping enemies out. Preserve or Preserver Watchmen preserve, keeping things from ruin and destruction. They preserve lives, anointings, moves of God and a host of other things by covering them in prayer. In their book, How to Pray for Your Family, Quin Sherrer and Ruthanne Garlock tell of four ladies who functioned as watchmen for their farms. These women walked the perimeters of the fields while the husbands worked, sometimes covering as much as six miles in a day. They prayed for protection from insects, crop diseases, hail and drought. They asked God to give their husbands wisdom in farming and marketing and prayed for angels to be assigned to the efforts. The results were amazing. It turned out to be one of their better years. No storm or insect damage, no unwise decisions and a good profit – while others around them had a difficult year with little profit. We simply aren’t practical enough at times with our intercession tactics. These ladies, watching in intercession, opened the way for God’s blessing upon their families’ financial endeavors.(3) Pay attention Watchmen must be on the alert, paying attention. Though this is obvious, we often fail to do so. Like soldiers, God “calls us to attention.” Lives are at stake. The spiritual harvest fields must be guarded. Pay attention, watchmen! Observe Be observant. Quite simply, watchmen must watch! If they do so, they’ll observe what others fail to see. This involves the concept of discernment. Behold This usage is similar to observe, of course, but I list it because it intensifies the command to watch: Behold! Beware Watchmen must be vigilant, aware, on the alert. First Peter 5:8 warns us to be of sober spirit. Always beware, intercessor! Watch for satan, who roams about like a lion, seeking someone to devour. When you discern him at work, enforce Calvary's victory with your God-given authority. Protect In the same sense as guarding and keeping, watchmen protect. They build walls or boundaries of protection from the attacks of the devil. Maintain Watchmen maintain things for other people and for the Lord. They are the maintenance crew. They may not build or plant, as some do, but they maintain what has been built, keeping things working well, preventing breakdowns. Ask the Lord to strengthen you in your ability to watch and pray. Ask Him for sensitivity – the ability to sense in the spirit realm, being able to pick up and hear His alerts and warnings. Let’s do so now. Pray with me: Father, it is never Your will for the serpent to encroach on our “gardens.” He is subtle, but You have sent Holy Spirit to help us, alerting us to his attacks. Teach us to listen, to always be alert, paying attention to Your promptings. Fine tune us. We want to be watchmen for our families, friends, and leaders. We are also to be watchmen for our nation. Had we been alert, prayer would not have been removed from our schools, and the murder of babies in the womb would never have been the law of our land. Had we been paying attention and taking action, our government would not have been overtaken by those who dishonor You, our education system by unrighteous propagandists. You are giving us another chance to step into our role of protecting and preserving what You gave us. You are raising up an army of watchmen who refuse to allow our harvest and our inheritance to be stolen. Release boldness and determination to this army, enabling them to be fearless and unwavering. May we find ourselves faithful in this strategic and unprecedented hour. In Christ’s name, we pray, amen. https://www.givehim15.com/post/now-is-the-time Now Is The Time March 17, 2025 Signs and wonders will undoubtedly play a significant role in the coming great harvest. This is consistent with Scripture. In the book of Acts, immediately after the church was born on the day of Pentecost, miracles began occurring and were used to generate amazing numbers of conversions. As chapter 3 begins, Peter was used to heal a lame man at the gate called “Beautiful.” He had been lame from birth, completely unable to walk, and sat at this gate daily, begging for alms. Because of the prominent location, all of Jerusalem and many in Israel knew of this man, having seen him numerous times. Jesus Himself had no doubt walked by this man many times, and yet chose not to perform the miracle. Always led by the Spirit, He knew it wasn’t the right time (John 5:19, 30; 8:29; Luke 4:1). On this day in Acts 3, Holy Spirit moved upon Peter, letting him know this was the right time. He was used to work one of the greatest miracles ever performed, and as a result, 5000 people were born again. What is incredibly fascinating is that the Greek word used in this passage for the name of the gate, Beautiful,” literally means “the right time” (horaios). How fascinating is that! The word does not mean beautiful in the sense of attractive or pretty. It is a “circumstantial beauty,” used to describe that which occurs when the right circumstances come together at “the right time,” creating something beautiful. God, in His sovereignty and foreknowledge, named this gate “The Right Time,” then made sure the lame man’s family chose this as the location for him to daily beg for alms. Then, He led Jesus to NOT heal the man, saving the miracle for “the right time,” when the newly birthed church would need a miracle of this magnitude to prove Jesus was alive and was the Messiah. The “right time” miracle at the “right time” gate! Isn’t God amazing!!! Continuing in chapter 4 of Acts, miracles were once again associated with reaching people for Christ: “And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.” (verses 29-33) The church leaders prayed for boldness, healings, signs and wonders, then declared God’s Word. He responded by giving them great grace and power to demonstrate Christ’s resurrection, which resulted in multitudes being saved. In the next chapter, Acts 5, “by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people… and believers were added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women… there came also a multitude out of the cities round about onto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and those who were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed everyone.” (from Verses 12-16) It was clearly God‘s plan to use signs and wonders to confirm the truth of the gospel, producing “multitudes” of conversions to Christ. It will do the same today. By the time we get to Acts chapter 6, ministry in the early church had expanded from being done primarily by the apostles, to now taking place by deacons, also. This caused the growth of the church to go to a new level, multiplying tremendously. Verse 8 tells us “And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.”Acts 8:4-8 mentions the deacon, Phillip, doing the same: “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city.” No doubt there was! We who are involved in the Healing Summits believe it is “the right time” for many signs and wonders to occur throughout the world. We realize miracles have never completely stopped, but we also believe there are seasons when they increase dramatically, and feel we are entering one of those seasons. Simply have a time of worship and begin praying for people to receive healings. If you do so, Holy Spirit will honor it. The month of Nisan (March 30 through April 28) is the Hebrew “month of miracles.” God chose this window of time in which to work profound miracles for Israel, and this was also the month He declared He was “the Lord our Healer” (Exodus 15:26). Obviously Holy Spirit is not limited to this timeframe in order to work miracles, but we can honor what He did and said then, using it as a point of reference to agree for a fresh season of the supernatural. It is time. Pray with me: Father, we often think of ourselves as working FOR You, while You think of us as working WITH You. Co-laborers. Partners. Family. We know, of course, that You are in charge, the Ruler of the universe. You are all-powerful, infinitely wise, ever-present, uncompromisingly holy, and eternal. Yet You wanted and created family, sons and daughters filled with Your Spirit and nature, capable of partnering with You. We are truly in awe of this. As we move into the great revival that will bring a billion or more souls into Your family, we are beyond excited to work with You to accomplish this. As Your ambassadors we will release Your authority; as Your evangelists we will declare the good news of Christ; and as Your healing agents we will heal the hurting and set captives free. Just as Christ was moved with compassion and healed the sick, we, His body, are as well; we are passionate to see them healed. We also know miraculous signs must be performed at “the right time,” pointing people to Christ. We believe we have moved into one of earth’s “right times,” and we ask for the release of Holy Spirit’s gifts and power in order to produce these signs. Give us signs and wonders we pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen. I am pleased to be associated with a company of believers that do more than just talk about their faith. They practice it, doing exploits for the Lord. And they don’t limit those actions to the four walls of a building on Sunday mornings; they are the church all week! As far as these warriors are concerned, gone are the days when they stay out of the culture war, leaving government, education, media, and other segments of society to the antichrist spirit. It truly is a new day. Because of this mindset, those praying and working toward turning America around experienced great victories in the 2024 elections. As a result, much progress is now being made. The borders are closed, the mutilation of our children is being curbed, waste and fraud involving hundreds of billions of dollars has been discovered, our military is being rebuilt, DEI is being removed, wokism is dying, and we are just getting started. However, we must remember that satan is always roaming about looking for opportunities to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10; 1 Peter 5:8). In Colossians 4:2, we are exhorted to: “Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving” (NASB). The first warning issued about satan in Scripture was regarding his cunningness or craftiness (Genesis 3:1). He, and those aligned with him, are always looking for openings through which to take advantage and attack. As the verse in Colossians instructs us, we must remain alert. I want to make you aware of a contest satan would like to keep the church ignorant of, which might allow him to stop the wonderful progress being made. This situation has definitely been under the radar. It involves Wisconsin. Yes, you heard that correctly. An upcoming election in that state holds critical, national consequences that could impact all of America. Let me explain. Wisconsin has become extremely critical in recent national elections; it was actually one of the most pivotal states in the past three presidential elections (2016, 2020, 2024). The Wisconsin Supreme Court controls key elements of its election process. Currently, the Court is liberal, after only one seat flipped in 2023. Because of that one seat, the court undid voter ID requirements, made drop-boxes legal again, and more to influence the outcome of their elections. Now, there is great concern that they will gerrymander the state’s districts, in order to flip a couple of U.S. House seats from Republican to Democrat in 2026. (For those of you who don’t know, gerrymandering is redrawing the boundaries of districts in order to control the outcomes of votes.) The U.S. House of Representatives is so close now that a two-seat flip would give control back to the Left. This would be catastrophic, severely hindering the President’s and Congress’s ability to make the needed and essential changes. But we have a tremendous window of opportunity: on April 1, less than three weeks away, Wisconsin will vote on a Supreme Court seat. A win for the conservative candidate would turn the court back to a conservative majority, which would espouse more biblically driven values. And the ripple effects would very likely influence the future of the entire nation! This election is so critical that national organizations on the Left are pouring tens of millions of dollars into it! We can help determine the outcome. We have received reports of many people being healed. The next Healing Summit will be April 4, at The Oasis in Middletown, Ohio, led by my brother, Tim Sheets. Why April? The month of Nisan (March 30-April 28 on our calendar) is considered by the Jews as “the month of miracles.” Please join us, either in person or online. We are certainly doing these healing summits because we want to see people healed, but there is another very important reason. We believe God wants to use these gatherings, and the agreement in prayer surrounding them, to birth a new season of signs and wonders in the earth. This would include the release of gifts of healing and miracles worldwide. Obviously, this means we are not thinking of them as one night events, but as catalytic prayer gatherings to birth something larger and long-term. In no way are they designed to promote our ministries, or to imply that associated healings have to occur then and there. We are some of many contending for miracles. We are encouraging as many churches and ministries as possible to conduct a service in April to pray for healings. (Link to yesterday’s post, The Month of Miracles) Testimonies of Healing The healing reports we have received from the summits are related to many disorders. Some have actually testified to medically confirmed healings of terminal illnesses. No one can honestly say that everyone they pray for is healed; nonetheless, we’re experiencing numerous healings at these gatherings. I receive many communications from GH15 listeners, including prayer requests, testimonies, and “thank yous.” I rarely mention them because I can’t comment on all of them, and don’t want the others to feel unappreciated. Please know that we appreciate all of them. However, I want to mention a testimony I received a few weeks back that is relevant to today’s post and moved me to tears. It referenced and thanked me for a post released on January 17 of this year entitled Don’t Give Up On Your Miracle. Without going into detail, the report was from the mother of a four-year-old boy who has a very debilitating condition. They attended the Healing Summit in August of last year to have the young boy prayed for. Though this young child did not receive an instant miracle, they continued to believe and stated that he began to recover from that point. To date, the transformation has been tremendous. I am praying and believing with them for the child’s complete recovery. Progressive Healings The teaching in the January 17th post encouraged believers not to give up when they don’t receive an instant miracle. I want to reshare a portion of it today: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” (Acts 10:38; KJV). The word healing in this verse comes from the Greek word iaomai. In Greek history this word often has the meaning of a healing that occurs progressively, over time. We typically assume that when people were healed through Jesus or the disciples, it was always instant. This word tells us that wasn’t necessarily the case. It can mean that the healing or cure began at that moment and continued until the person had fully recovered. I was fascinated and motivated to learn more about this word, and did so in an article by Greek scholar Rick Renner. After sharing the testimony of a profound but progressive miracle, Renner said he inquired of the Lord for more insight. Holy Spirit led him to Acts 10:38 and a study of this Greek word for “healing,” iaomai. Renner says: “This word iaomai is a very ancient word for “healing” — so ancient that it was even used in Homer’s time. It mostly denoted healing that came to pass over a period of time. It is for this reason that the word iaomai is often translated throughout Greek history as a treatment or cure or remedy. Thus, it depicts a sickness that has been progressively healed rather than instantaneously healed… “It unmistakably tells us that there are many people who, from the moment they are touched by God’s power, begin to mend or be cured. In other words, this means that all healings are not instantaneous; certain people are progressively restored to health over a period of time. They become better and better until ultimately they are completely cured. Although this type of healing is not instantaneous, it is nonetheless miraculous. “The picture of iaomai is similar to a physician who gives medicine to a sick patient and expects the medication to do its invisible, internal work to produce a remedy for a physical problem — but with supernatural results. When this type of healing power is at work, the person praying for the sick may not see immediate results. But that person can be confident that because he has prayed in faith, healing power has been imparted. The complete manifestation of healing may take time. But if God’s power has been imparted and received by the person’s faith, that healing power has started its invisible, internal work to reverse the sick person’s condition and bring him or her back to a healthy state of being.”(1) Though the meaning of this word was new to me, the truth behind it was not. I have observed several divine healings that were progressive, and have personally experienced some. When a person is prayed for and an instant miracle doesn’t occur, their disappointment at times can almost be felt tangibly. When encouraged to continue believing God has honored the prayer and that the answer will come, they often find it difficult not to give up. Believe me when I say I understand this. Repeated failures to receive instant healings have caused some to become disillusioned regarding supernatural healing altogether. Persevere in Your Faith Please don’t give up on your healing! Progressive healing is often how God works, even having done so through Jesus and the early apostles! “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise” (Hebrews 10:35-36 KJV). The Passion Translation words this verse as follows: “So don’t lose your bold, courageous faith, for you are destined for a great reward! You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full” ‭‭(Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭35‬-‭36‬ TPT‬‬). If you have been prayed for and did not receive your healing instantly, this DOES NOT mean that you, or the person praying for you, didn’t have faith! And it doesn’t indicate that nothing was imparted. It means that for you, God wants to do it a different way! DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR FAITH, YOUR CONFIDENCE! Hebrews 6:12 is another verse that tells us not to give up on our faith: “So don’t allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance” (Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ TPT‬‬). This teaching is important for many. Receive it. Declare your faith everyday: “By the stripes of Jesus I am healed!” (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24) Do it multiple times a day, just as you might take medicine several times each day. Let’s stand together now for the iaomai of “the Lord our Healer” (Exodus 15:26) to be released. Pray with me: Father, we stand in agreement with those who are believing for their healings. We appreciate doctors who work to see people recover, but many need supernatural healings. Miracles. We ask that any and all “hope deferred” be broken off them. You said truth makes us free (John 8:32); we embrace the truth of today’s word. Cause it to now restore and energize their faith. We stand with our brothers and sisters now, believing that through faith and patience they will receive their complete healing. We also continue to ask for a fresh outpouring of signs and wonders, and that gifts of the Spirit be released to believers, equipping them to release healings and miracles. We believe You are launching another movement of the miraculous around the world, and we agree in prayer for this today. In Jesus’ name we ask for it. Amen. Why We Conduct These Summits We are convening these healing summits because we are passionate about seeing people healed, but there is another very important reason. We believe God wants to use these gatherings, and the agreement in prayer surrounding them, to birth a new season of signs and wonders on the earth. This would include the release of gifts of healing and miracles worldwide. Obviously, this means we are not thinking of them as one night events, but as catalytic prayer gatherings to birth something larger and long-term. In no way are they designed to promote our ministries, or to imply any exclusivity whatsoever: we are some of many contending for miracles. Nevertheless, we believe the gatherings are important. Why do we believe Holy Spirit would lead us to conduct these summits as part of birthing a movement? Because God has chosen to work through people in bringing forth His plans on the earth (Zechariah 10:1). Obviously, God did not make us His partners because He NEEDS the help. Rather, He CHOSE to make us partners in His endeavors because He wanted to work with the family He created on earth (Genesis 1:26-28). This decision to involve us is so consequential that, at times, what God offers is unprocured simply because we humans don’t ask for it (James 1:6; 4:2). He wants our involvement. Why This Date? There is a reason we “landed on” April to conduct this next summit. This year, the Hebrew month of Nisan begins on Sunday, March 30th, and ends on April 28. Nisan, the first month of the Jewish calendar, holds profound significance and is often referred to as the “month of miracles.” This designation stems from several key historical and spiritual events that occurred during this time, including Passover (Pesach), which commemorates Israel’s liberation from slavery in Egypt. As we know, Passover was accomplished through a series of miracles, culminating in the parting of the Red Sea, which allowed them to escape Pharaoh's army. The miracles that occurred during Nisan are multifaceted. First, the plagues that struck Egypt, culminating in the final plague—the death of the firstborn—demonstrated God’s power and commitment to liberating His people. The Israelites marked their doorposts with lamb’s blood to protect themselves from the last plague, which was a picture of Christ, our Passover Lamb, redeeming us through His blood. The crossing of the Red Sea in Nisan marked Israel’s transition from slavery to freedom and the beginning of their new national identity. It was just after this Red Sea crossing that Yahweh made the declaration of Exodus 15:26: “If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.” In Jewish tradition, Nisan is a time for spiritual introspection and preparation for the coming year. The month encourages individuals to reflect on their own lives, seeking personal miracles and transformations. This period is seen as an opportunity for new beginnings, paralleling the natural rebirth that occurs in spring, with blooming flowers and new life. We believe that in Nisan, “the month of miracles,” God has led us to mobilize millions of believers around the world to agree in prayer for a new season of signs and wonders to be released. We encourage churches, leaders, and apostolic networks to join us in this effort. While we are thrilled with and encourage the agreement that will occur when others join us during these summits, we believe Holy Spirit wants to orchestrate something much bigger and broader. Therefore, we’re encouraging leaders of churches and networks to ask the Lord if He would have them conduct one or more healing services in Nisan/April. It could be as simple as streaming the April 4th Healing Summit, or perhaps you would prefer conducting your own. In these meetings pray for those needing healing, of course, but also partner with Holy Spirit by asking for a fresh outpouring of signs and wonders. An outpouring of the miraculous will most certainly fuel the revival that has begun. It would be amazing if hundreds, perhaps thousands of healing gatherings took place around the world in April. God could have released the plagues into Egypt as part of Israel’s deliverance without using Moses and his rod of authority, but He chose to use them. He could have rolled back the Red Sea without Moses extending his rod of authority, but He chose to involve him. God could have brought water from the rock without Moses smiting it with the rod of authority, but He chose to use Moses and his staff. Holy Spirit could have healed the man at the gate called Beautiful without Peter taking him by the hand and declaring the miracle (Acts 3:2), but He chose to use the apostle. He could heal the sick without believers laying hands on them, anointing them with oil, etc., but He often chooses to do so in this manner. My point is simply that God desires our involvement; He wants us to ask. He loves involving His kids and working with them to accomplish His purposes. This was His plan from the beginning. Let’s release our faith in “the month of miracles” for a worldwide outpouring of signs and wonders. Join us on April 4, either in person or online at oasiswired.org, and believe for your miracle, as well as the healing of others. And consider joining us throughout the month of April to birth a season of healing around the world. Pray with me: Father, we are incredibly blessed and humbled by the fact that You use us to accomplish Your purposes. We will forever be amazed that You chose to create family and make them a part of Your kingdom coming to earth. We choose to align with these purposes, not allowing them to be frustrated by a lack of involvement on our part. We will partner with You, asking and acting in faith. We continue to release prayers for worldwide revival. And as a part of this, we release faith-filled prayers for signs, wonders, and miracles. We ask for the gifts of Holy Spirit to be released to believers around the world, facilitating these works of power and the fruit of Christ’s redemption. Heal the sick, deliver the oppressed, set captive people free through His body, the church. Do a work so significant in this regard during April/Nisan, that history will record it as a time when great miracles began, just as in Acts 2. We ask that You glorify Jesus, advance Your Kingdom, and release Your compassion to people here in America and around the world. In Jesus’ name we pray this. Amen. https://www.givehim15.com/post/march-11-2025 March 11, 2025 Introduction A couple of weeks ago, my friend, Jay Comiskey, sent me a post regarding the building of an Iron Dome Shield of Intercession over our nation. Jay has sent a follow-up post giving further, and very practical information to aid us in doing so. The title of the post is: Building the Iron Dome of Prayer Several years ago, a friend and former U.S. Senator shared with Dutch that He could tell by the spiritual “atmosphere” of Washington, D.C., when believers were praying and when they weren’t. He said, as best as Dutch can remember: “The church becomes engaged in prayer during elections and at other significant times. They pray us into office, then slack off and leave us on our own, with little to no prayer support.” Very sobering, and totally correct. However, I am encouraged and hopeful that the prayer army has gone to a new level of intentionality and perseverance, and will follow through on our prayer assignments after the recent election of November 5th, 2024. Israel’s Iron Dome I recently shared about Israel’s remarkable Missile Defense System, the Iron Dome. During a surprise attack on Israel last year, Iran fired over 300 missiles on the Jewish people. However, the Iron Dome Missile Systems shot down over 99% of Iran’s rockets before they hit the ground! Since October 7th, 2023, when Hamas conducted a brutal surprise attack against the Jewish people, Israel has shot down the vast majority of missiles, rockets, and drones fired at them. Let me read a summary of Israel’s defensive missile system once again. I quote Guy Cohen, a Messianic Jewish leader from Israel, who describes this amazing system. “Israel now has a multi-layered defense array. Our current system is surprisingly effective against almost all attacks from missiles, rockets, and UAVs. The IDF armor consists of the following defensive weapons: 1) The Iron Dome, 2) David’s Sling, and 3)The Arrow defense system. “They each cover various distances, from close-range missiles all the way up to threats at the edge of the atmosphere. Currently, yet another level is being developed–laser technology.”(1) Interesting note: One of the original names considered for their missile defense system was called the Golden Dome. They settled on Iron Dome instead. (You can read more about it in this link.) This Iron Dome can be a parallel model or picture of what Holy Spirit wants to help us build through prayer. God’s prayer army can create an Iron Dome Shield of intercession to protect President Trump, his agenda, and our great country. Back to Basics Here are some of the basics of prayer that will help bring forth this strong DEFENSE for the USA and our leaders: Intentionality: We must daily give ourselves in intercession to protect the things God has called us to steward. I appreciate the comments of two Give Him 15 listeners and their efforts to be consistent in praying for President Trump: One listener states: “I have been praying a ‘dome of protection’ over my USA for a couple months now as I drive Monday through Friday – look at what the Lord has done AND ALL I DID WAS PRAY!” Another listener writes: “From another ministry, I learned to set my alarm clock to 12:00 noon and make that a time to pray for President Trump each day.” Daily, simple habits are what make the difference. Though the election is over, these prayer warriors carry on daily to cover our President and protect him by prayer. 2. Think Higher, Not Harder Ephesians 2:6: “... and raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” “Together” is mentioned twice in verse 6. We need the involvement, prayers, and revelation God is giving all His Ekklesia around the world. “Together” Holy Spirit wants to develop and implement principles of intercession that will help protect every nation! “Heavenly Places” – We can access the wisdom of God’s throne room daily for any assignment Holy Spirit gives us. He knows exactly how to build “Iron Dome Shields” of intercession and wants to share the insights. After all, America and the nations are His Inheritance (Psalm 2). 3. Prophetic Prayer, Enabled by God’s Gifts, Will Hit the Target 2 Timothy 1:6: “Therefore, I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” Let’s stir up the gifts Holy Spirit has given us for building an Iron Dome of prayer for the USA (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). They include: Word of wisdom Word of knowledge Gift of faith Working of miracles (and healing) Gift of prophecy Discerning of spirits Different kinds of tongues Interpretation of tongues 3. Leadership Gifts (1 Corinthians 12:28) Prophetic words, dreams, etc., help us “hit the target” and pray effectively. 4. Keep It Simple (Not weird) KISS – “Keep It Simple, Saint” – Sometimes we can overly complicate a prayer assignment until we create spiritual gridlock in our souls or in prayer meetings. Simple Kingdom prayers can release God’s will on earth. Here is one example of a simple prayer we can declare over our President (and over all leadership). This will be the prayer for today’s post. Notice that the primary aspect of this prayer is decreeing powerful Scriptures in faith: “Heavenly Father, I pray and decree Your ‘Iron Dome Shield’ of divine protection over President Trump and his administration. Holy Spirit, we are asking for Your wisdom & revelation to pray this shield over him and over America. Lord, You are our shield of protection! (Genesis 15:1) I declare that all Your authority, in heaven and earth (Matthew 28:18), be released over our President, his cabinet, and their families. May Trump’s agenda for America be empowered by Your grace and wisdom. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done (Matthew 6:9-10) through our President. We, the Ekklesia, declare that ‘no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against him in judgment is NOW condemned’ (Isaiah 54:17). May Your angels carry out Your plans for America. May Your angel armies (Psalm 103:20-21) protect our President and do Your will throughout our country. We pray this in Jesus’ mighty name, He who is able to accomplish more than we can ask, think, or pray for President Trump and the USA, and who does so according to His power working in us (Ephesians 3:20).” It is time to build and operate our own Iron Dome Shield of Intercession over our country! It’s nature’s way of letting their spouses know they’re still alive. Why shouldn’t you invite a cow to a birthday party?
They bring pies, not cake. What do George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Christopher Columbus all have in common?
They were all born on holidays. I was born in 1954. Ceci, who is forever young, told me, “You’re not old—you’re mid-century modern.” Don’t fret about birthdays; they’re good for your health. Studies have shown that people who have more birthdays actually live longer. How do you know when you’re officially old? When it takes longer to rest than it did to get tired. What’s a sure sign you’re getting older? When you and your teeth don’t sleep together. And lastly, I may be old this year, but … what was I saying? It is obvious God didn’t fashion me to be a comedian. But He did fashion me, just as He did you. We were born with a purpose. USA Today conducted a poll a few years ago. In this survey, they inquired of individuals what one question they would most like to ask God. I expected the most-asked question to be the eternal fate of a deceased loved one, or perhaps why suffering exists, maybe even where the individual being interviewed would spend eternity. Nope. First place went to: “What is the purpose of my existence?” Twice as many polled asked this question over any other. I was shocked. People, as a whole, care more about purpose than where they’ll spend eternity. This has become the number one concern raised by college students in America to their counselors and professors. They want more than a career; they want to believe their life has a purpose. I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised. I have long been aware of the innate craving every person has for a sense of worth, value, and purpose. Purpose and self-worth are obviously connected. A healthy self-image springs, in part, from the belief that our life has purpose. Perhaps Myles Monroe had it right when he said, “The greatest tragedy of life is not death but life that fails to fulfill its purpose.”(1) The dictionary defines purpose as “an anticipated outcome that is intended or that guides your planned actions” and “the reason for which something is done or created; that for which something exists.” Expanding purpose to the concept of destiny brings our Creator into the picture. Destiny is the belief that God mandated our existence and then created us with design and intent—purpose. Psalm 139:13-18 affirms this: “For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.” (NASB) Verse 16 tells us: “Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.” Ordained is from the Hebrew word yatsar, which also means “to create” and “to predestine.” A creator obviously has a preplanned purpose for his creation. This passage emphatically states that God had determined a purpose or destiny for us–and recorded it in a book–before we were even born. The New Testament word for purpose is from the Greek word prothesis (Ephesians 1:11; Second Timothy 1:9). The prefix pro means “pre” or “beforehand,” and a thesis is a report or essay explaining a theory, study, or design. Again, God wrote a purpose for us in advance of our existence. This is precisely what Psalm 139:16 so eloquently states. If this were not reassuring enough, not only did God design a plan, creating a what and a why for us, He also chose our when and where. Acts 17:26 says He “determined [our] appointed times, and the boundaries of [our] habitation.” You can rest assured that your existence is not accidental, not even your time and nationality! He knew when your mark on history would be needed. You were born with a divine purpose, and so was I. Pray with me: Father, thank You for the assurance that we were created with purpose. Not one person’s existence took You by surprise. I pray that those reading this and/or listening to me today will find and fulfill all You wrote about them. Please bring healing to those who have been bruised through rejection or betrayal, causing them to doubt this; bring to them a confidence that You created them with a purpose and destiny. We pray today for our nation. You also created nations with purpose, predestining them to holy causes. Cleanse, heal, and restore America to her purpose. We know this can only happen through a mighty revival. We also know this revival has begun and that our greatest days are ahead. Thank You. Holy Spirit gave my brother Tim Sheets a word regarding this. We have titled it: It’s Time For The Blitz The movie “Braveheart,” depicts the story of William Wallace. There is a scene in which he rides before Scottish troops, challenging them with the following statement, “I am William Wallace, and I see a whole army of my countrymen, here, in defiance of Tyranny. You’ve come to fight as free men, and free men you are. What will you do without freedom? Will you fight? Aye. Fight and you may die. Run, and you’ll live…at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days, from this day to that, for one chance–just one chance–to come back here and tell your enemies that they may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom!”(1) We are advancing into a supernatural era of the church, even as we navigate a fierce season of spiritual war. This will be a time of notable miracles, signs, wonders and great harvest, but also a season in which we’ll have to fight spiritually for our rightful inheritance as the heirs of Christ. Since President Trump’s election, some have been saying “There’s a new sheriff in town.” I believe it’s time to declare something even greater, “There’s a new church in town.” Ekklesias have been engaged and are showing boldness, strength, and unwavering faith. We have been prepared and empowered by the Holy Spirit to win great battles. Those who know their God will stand strong in Him and fight back against hell’s evil agenda. I was recently reminded by Holy Spirit of a word He spoke to me three years ago: “It’s time for the blitz push of My Kingdom Ekklesia.” The definition of “blitz” is a sudden, energetic and concerted effort to accomplish a specific purpose; a push to complete a cause; an intense, sudden military attack. A blitz is intended to disorient an enemy.(2) “Blitzkrieg” is a German term referring to an intense warfare campaign designed to bring about swift victories. It is also a method of warfare known as “lightning war.” A blitzkrieg is a surprise attack using a rapid movement of overwhelming force to break through an opponent’s line of defense. It is a sudden strike designed to disorient and dislocate enemy defenders, unbalancing them to provide an opening for quick victories. It can involve multiple battlefronts.(3) Holy Spirit is stirring the Ekklesia to carry out God’s battle plans, changing things on earth and setting captives free. There are spiritual battles on the horizon that we must fight and win. Holy Spirit has trained, equipped and prepared us for the greatest advance of His Kingdom. Holy Spirit gave me the following word regarding this: ******* “I will move through My Ekklesia hubs and My triumphant remnant in sudden, energetic, concerted efforts to accomplish My plans for the season. I will lead My remnant warriors, implementing lightning warfare. I will lead you to strike like lightning. My Kingdom will now move rapidly with overwhelming force. Rapid strikes will break through enemy defenses, disorienting and dislocating them. Swift victories are on the calendar. I will call you to sudden advances, throwing hell’s kingdom completely out of balance, interrupting their plans and defeating them quickly. My Ekklesias will invade enemy positions suddenly, causing disruptions and scatterings to systems of evil. Multiple surprise moves will be implemented in regions, territories, and nations as My Ekklesia emboldens itself. Hell will not see this coming because their arrogance has blinded them. Their human partners will also not see it coming, as their arrogance, self-righteousness, pride and filth justification has blinded them also. “Swift, strategic maneuvers are being activated through My Ekklesias to scatter lewd pollutions of My identity for male and female. The demon prince of perversion promoting doctrines of transgender will be struck suddenly, repeatedly, and boldly by My powerful advancing Kingdom and My angel armies. Truth will be their shield and buckler. Just as surely as Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed for perverting My identity for men and women, so will the demon doctrines of blind leaders of the blind be defeated. Original intent, truth and identity order will be proclaimed. “Rapid strikes and sudden, energetic, coordinated efforts will now push for Me and My ways. Boardrooms, corporate leaders, and corporate identities will change. Government leaders will change or be changed. Sudden strikes, led by unique leaders I’ve ordained, are now advancing into positions of great authority. My Ekklesia’s voice is rising to sound out My Words. Angels are activating to tear down this stronghold of evil that is polluting a young generation. My enemies, the enemies of My heirs, will become unbalanced. They will stagger in the blitzkrieg of truth and righteousness that is now accelerating. Swift victories and turnarounds will be seen. “For I have a great harvest among those who have been misled and confused by minds occupied by demons. My truth will free them. My truth will reorder real identity, meaning, and purpose; it will rise in them, for My love is set upon them. I will free multitudes from the lie. I have sons and daughters trapped in the confusion and I will redeem them. I have prodigal sons and daughters to free. I have champions whose identity I will restore. I am moving to change battlefronts; activating overwhelming force to accomplish this purpose. I will disorient the confusers. I will now dislocate the positioning of those spreading perversion. Their influence will fade and their voices will fester from the evil infections they created. “I have targeted kingpin positions of great authority who, as Pharaoh of old, have hardened their hearts against Me. My Ekklesia, assisted by My angel armies, will target them in prayer to remove their influence, and to release leaders that will not resist My ways. For the blitz push of My Ekklesia includes concerted, coordinated, fast-moving efforts to remove the influence of evil kingpins. The Lord of Hosts declares to His church: ‘The warfare for earth will now intensify, but you will experience swift turnarounds as you release My authority to regions, states, and nations. Lightning warfare, quick strikes, and rapid responses will occur against evil that once enjoyed passivity’s stupor among My people. The world will now see a different church. A ‘ruling and reigning with Me’ church. A church that strikes like lightning. When hell pushes, they will push back. When culture, government, big tech and education pushes, they will push back. And when demons push them, they will push back.’ ” ******* We are living in a historic, world-shaping time, a hinge of history. Holy Spirit is moving, empowering and resourcing us for this moment, energizing people with tenacious faith. It is time for the Ekklesia of King Jesus to boldly advance. Pray with me: Lord, we ask for the blitzkrieg of the Kingdom of God to be released. Loose Your voice throughout America and across the world. Thank You, God, for the release of angelic assistance and the power of Holy Spirit. Prepare and energize us with another powerful infilling of Holy Spirit; make us bold warriors, engaged against evil. Use us to strike like lightning against the strategies of hell, blinding philosophies, and plans of demons. Bring confusion into Your enemy’s camps. Restore purpose, truth and identity, freeing those bound, setting prodigal sons and daughters free. Give us great discernment, wisdom and understanding of our times. Lead us as we engage in the blitz push of Your Kingdom, striking demonic enemies, defeating their strategies, and setting captives free. We decree that Your Kingdom rule WILL come to earth. March 5, 2025 (EXTRA) My Response to President Trump’s Speech In Matthew 15, Jesus said some things that angered the Pharisees. Verses 12-14 say: “Then came his disciples, and said unto him, ‘Do you know that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?’ But he answered and said, ‘Every plant, which My heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.’” (Matthew 15:12-14) I have said much over the past four years about God’s intent to expose evil and corruption in our government. Much has occurred to fulfill this: A former president, demented and controlled by puppeteers, hidden by lying politicians and media A corrupt deep state fully controlled by its lust for power Open borders, allowing in violent criminals, terrorists, and drugs that kill hundreds of thousands of Americans every year The indoctrination and mutilation of innocent children Censorship of the American people The theft and waste of hundreds of billions of taxpayers’ dollars Lawfare from our judicial system We could go on and on. I felt more would be exposed in last night‘s speech, and I was right. But it turns out that all President Trump had to do to unmask more evil was show up. The hatred of the Left toward him is so vitriolic that their demons manifested when he entered the room. They demonstrated stunning disrespect: no respect for the office of the presidency; no respect for the dignity of the room they occupied; no respect for their coworkers; no respect for raped and murdered children, kids with cancer, widowed spouses and children, or foster parents. Contrasts in the room were stark: hatred vs compassion, globalism vs patriotism, foolishness vs wisdom and common sense, dishonor vs honor, insensitivity vs empathy, and last but not least, children vs adults. Having lost their voice of reason, the Left resorted to shouting and holding up small protest signs. One had to wonder if they were seeing the Capitol of the United States of America or a daycare. We were certainly seeing demons manifest in some of these “leaders.” These “blind leaders of the blind” preach love but are filled with hate. They preach peace, but promote violence. They preach tolerance, but are intolerant of anyone who disagrees with them. They preach patriotism, but hate America. They preach democracy, but practice bureaucracy and tyranny. They feign intelligence, but have no common sense or reason. According to some newscasters, last night’s speech was President Trump’s best, and I agree. In it, he gave insight into his strategy for leading our nation, and he held nothing back. Seventy six percent (76%) of those watching approved. President Trump has learned a lot in the last ten years. He has grown in character, wisdom, and humility. No, he isn’t flawless, all-wise, and completely humble. Like all of us, the President is still in process, but he has been tempered and matured. And his perspective has changed. Perhaps his most important statement of the night was, “I was saved by God to make America great again.” God has chosen to use this man as our Cyrus. He knows it, and it has sobered him. I conclude with the words of the Psalmist, texted to me by a friend towards the end of the President’s address last night. It speaks of a restoration process that had begun in Israel, and the resulting gladness. America’s restoration, too, has begun. And the prayer toward the end of this passage, as well as the praise, is appropriate for us, as well: “Restore us to our former glory.” I believe this has begun, and will continue. “It was like a dream come true when You freed us from our bondage and brought us back to Zion! We laughed and laughed and overflowed with gladness. We were left shouting for joy and singing Your praise. All the nations saw it and joined in, saying, ‘The Lord has done great miracles for them!’ Yes, He did mighty miracles and we are overjoyed! Now, Lord, do it again! Restore us to our former glory! The person mandated by the American people to restore America–and who has accomplished more in his first six weeks than most presidents do in an entire term–laid out dozens of ideas and strategies, while the Left sulked, pouted, and threw tantrums. We shouldn’t be surprised at their antics. In the past few weeks, as the richest man in the world volunteered his time to expose fraud and save Americans several trillion dollars over the next few years, these same people protested while singing silly songs and accusing him of trying to steal money. House speaker Mike Johnson said of Tuesday night, “The way Democrats behaved was unserious and embarrassing. The contrast between our forward-looking vision and their temper tantrums was on display for all of America to see.”(1) Speaker Johnson also commented on why Trump’s speech may have resonated with the American public (76% of those watching approved of his address)(2) but not with Democratic lawmakers, “President Trump’s speech wasn’t a speech for the mainstream media, it was a speech for the American people.”(3) Indeed. President Trump mentioned his “nearly 100 executive orders and 400 executive actions to restore common sense, safety, optimism, and wealth all across our wonderful land. The people elected me to do the job, and I am doing it.”(4) He spoke of there being only two sexes—male and female—and removing men from women’s sports. While honoring 19-year-old Payton McNabb, who sustained a concussion and brain bleeding after a male spiked a volleyball into her head when she was a senior in high school, he said, “From now on, schools will kick the males off the girls team, or they will lose all federal funding.”(5) The president spoke of removing the bloated, unelected bureaucracy in our government, restoring power to the people and saving untold billions of dollars, and stated firmly that other nations will no longer cheat America. Reciprocal tariffs and actions will begin to all other nations on April 2 of this year. “We’ve been ripped off for decades by nearly every country on earth, and we will not let that happen any longer,” he said.(6) President Trump elaborated on drilling for oil and gas, and opening closed power plants, making America energy independent once again. He addressed America’s security, mentioning an Iron Dome type security system being built, reestablishing our shipbuilding, taking back the Panama Canal, and working hard to secure a relationship of some sort with Greenland. He told us that America’s military recruitment has gone from rock-bottom to the highest in six short weeks, hostages have been returned, war has been declared on the drug cartels, the terrorist mastermind behind the killing of our 13 soldiers in Afghanistan has been captured, violent criminals are being deported or imprisoned, and the border is closed. Wow! If you watched the speech Tuesday night, you know there is MUCH more that could be said about it. A couple of weeks back my friend, Clay Nash, had a dream in which he was told President Trump would “March forth on March fourth.” The speech President Trump would give on this date was not yet even on Clay’s radar. But this word was definitely fulfilled; the President certainly “Marched forth on March 4th.” A RENAISSANCE Since President Trump’s inauguration, four prophets I am aware of have stated that America is entering a renaissance season. Surprisingly, when my friend Greg Hood looked up the definition of renaissance in the dictionary, he found that a synonym for it is “golden age.” That should ring a bell. Trump stated in his inaugural address, and has repeatedly declared since then, that America is entering a “golden age.” Greg pointed out that the President of the United States and prophets in our nation are now declaring the same thing over America. This was incredibly significant to him, and it is to me as well. The word renaissance literally means “rebirth,” “to be born again,” and “revival.” If that doesn’t stir your heart then YOU need reviving! America is entering a season of new birth, of revival. I am excited about the natural aspect of this rebirth, of course. I rejoice when people are delivered from poverty and lack, when the American dream of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is fulfilled for individuals and families. The Lord wants this for us as well, according to 3 John, verse 2. However, I am even more excited when the spiritual aspects of revival are seen and experienced. My greatest joy is when multitudes come to Jesus and enter God’s family. This is the revival for which I have been contending for thirty-five years. For me, the golden age is the harvest age. Can you imagine the joy our Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit must feel at this time in history?! Keep praying, church. Your prayers are birthing something unspeakably wonderful. Pray with me: Father, we thank You for the renaissance we have entered, a golden age of harvest and outpouring. We ask You to do an amazingly quick work of restoration in our land, preparing America for her role in this great plan of Yours. We realize we are not Your favorite kids; all of Your children are Your favorites. We know that as individuals, American believers possess no greater calling and privilege of preaching the gospel than any other member of Your family. Yet, we also know You raised this nation up for the express purpose of facilitating this privilege. Revive us to this calling, we pray. Jesus is worthy of us doing this for Him. Give favor and anointing to our President and his team, members of Congress, and others as they work to strengthen and restore our nation. Give wisdom and anointing to leaders in the church as they prepare the body of Christ to do their part. Cause a supernatural synergy to operate as civil and spiritual government work simultaneously to accomplish Your purposes in this hour. In the authority of Jesus Christ we bind the plans and strategies of hell to stop this. We call forth Your will, purposes and Kingdom plans. We ask for an unprecedented release of divine power through the church, and for angel armies to engage at unprecedented levels. Thank You once again for what You are doing, and for allowing us to partner with You. Amen. 5 min read https://www.givehim15.com/post/march-4-2025 March 4, 2025 The Files Are Being Discovered In yesterday’s post, I said: “I have been sensing that more exposure of corruption is coming in our government, at even greater levels than we have seen thus far. I also feel that President Trump and his team are about to make some very bold moves; again, more so than he has yet done. I am hearing from other leaders who are confirming this. One of those leaders senses that something significant will occur this week.” I continue to feel this. These feelings were not initiated by what occurred in the Oval Office with Zelenskyy on Friday. They began in me a week or more ago. Will these bold moves by Trump and his team be related to this historical meeting in some way? Perhaps–this disagreement will influence much of what takes place on the world stage in the near future, and America will play a great role in this. However, I do not feel that the moves I’m sensing were generated by the meeting. What I’m about to say is only a feeling I have, a sense, not a word from the Lord. Why share it if it’s only a guess? 1) Because I’m asking you to pray; and 2) if they bring turmoil, I don’t want you to be alarmed - God is at work. I believe something has been discovered by President Trump’s team (or several things), and is about to be shared, that will shake Washington, D.C., to its core. At least three words from the Lord have been given to trusted individuals over the past couple of years which speak of God exposing incriminating “files” in our government. This may or may not refer to actual files; more than likely it simply refers to proof of corruption, regardless of the form in which it is found. In January of 2024, Gina Gholston was given a dream (which I included in a post) where people were attempting to shred files in the White House. These people were stopped before they could do so, and were arrested. In July of last year, our friend Shirley Strand was given a vision regarding “files.” Here is a portion of what she said: “I saw government file cabinets all over D.C. and elsewhere. They were flung open and documents were flying out, multiple documents…God is exposing, big time. The Lord spoke to me and said ‘the cup of evil is full. Now I will stand up and deal with these people - I gave them time to repent, and they would not.’” The phrase “the cup of iniquity is full” relates to Genesis 15:16, in which the Lord promises Abraham the land of Canaan a second time. In this declaration God said that He would wait, however, until the sins of the Canaanites reached a level requiring their judgment. God knew this level of sin was coming, yet in His justice He waited until it had occurred. In Shirley’s vision, He stated that “the cup of evil was full” for many in our government. Lastly, in 2022, my brother Tim Sheets had a dream involving files which he knew represented the uncovering of corruption in our government. Tim said: “I saw a very old, gray file cabinet, maybe four feet high. I somehow knew it was owned or was associated with a very prominent American family. This file cabinet was filled to capacity, crammed full with folders. Two men were flipping through all of the files, obviously looking for something. When they had looked through every file in the top drawer, they shook their head, not finding what they were looking for. They did the same with all four drawers, still not finding what they were looking for. “Then, one of them said, ‘Let’s just take all the folders out of all the drawers. Let’s empty this file cabinet.’ And they began taking out all the files, stacking them up. As they did so, the man said, ‘Well, look here; there are files lying flat at the bottom of the drawers. They must have been hidden by all these other files that were standing up.’ “They pulled out these hidden files lying flat in the drawer, and shortly there after, one of them held up a file and declared, ‘This is what we’ve been looking for. Here it is.’ “At that point in the dream, the scene shifted, and the file cabinet transformed into a very large computer with an extra-large screen. As I viewed the screen, an image appeared and filled the screen. The image was of a very long line of dominoes, in the shape of an ‘S’. I knew it represented a snake. And as I watched, the last domino of the ‘snake’ began to slowly tip until it fell against the next domino. And of course, all the dominoes began to fall, one after the other, until the head was eventually knocked down.” I believe the significant uncovering of corruption mentioned in these dreams and visions has begun, and is about to reach a new level of accomplishment. When this occurs, justice will be severe. President Trump is in no mood to go easy on the corruption in our government, for several legitimate reasons: Firstly, he loves America and truly desires to turn it around, as do those working with him. Secondly, for almost 10 years, the Left and America’s deep state have viciously and unjustly tried to destroy Trump, his family, and his associates. They hate and fear him because of the level of threat he has become to them. This hatred and fear generated unparalleled attempts to destroy and humiliate him. Trump is determined and ready to dole out justice. Thirdly, the President wants his legacy to be “the person who was used to save America.” I believe he has accepted the prophecies stating God has chosen him to do this, and that this has added to his determination. And at his age - and in his last term of office - Trump has nothing to lose. I feel that he wants to finish his time on earth by accomplishing his greatest achievement: transforming America to greatness again and recapturing her destiny of being a force for good throughout the earth. I believe “files” have been found, or will be very soon. And now that key positions on President Trump’s team are in place, look for the real action to begin…for dominoes to begin falling. I wouldn’t be surprised if something significant isn’t mentioned regarding this in tonight’s speech to Congress. If I’m wrong about the timing, so be it. I am confident, however, that these exposures are coming–the files will be discovered, and the dominoes will fall. Let’s pray about this now. Pray with me: Father, You have protected and preserved the evidence that will expose significant evil and corruption in our government. We ask You to tip the dominoes until the head of the serpent is destroyed. The perpetrators believe they have covered their tracks and buried the evidence, but You have preserved the “files.” You have given individuals much time to repent; they have chosen instead to persevere in their evil ways. Many cups of iniquity are now full. Take action. We ask for mercy wherever possible - You alone have the perfect blend of justice and mercy. Save and redeem, cleanse and restore, uncover and expose. We pray that wisdom, skill, and supernatural help be given to those responsible for discovery and prosecution. Bring forth whistleblowers with evidence, lead individuals to the right files, and restore integrity to America. Heal our nation and right the ship. We pray for America, Ukraine, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, and all the earth, “Thy kingdom come! Thy will be done, as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Save and deliver, end suffering, remove evil leaders. We believe the earth is ripe for another great awakening; send it now, we pray. Protect our nation’s leaders and their families. In it she says: “On December 19, 1776, Thomas Paine publishes the essay ‘The American Crisis,’ a shot in the arm to Patriots during a particularly difficult stretch of the American Revolution. “…General George Washington’s troops were encamped at McKonkey’s Ferry on the Delaware River opposite Trenton, New Jersey. In August, they had suffered humiliating defeats and lost New York City to British troops. Between September and December, 11,000 American volunteers gave up the fight and returned to their families. General Washington could foresee the destiny of a rebellion without an army if the rest of his men returned home when their service contracts expired on December 31. He knew that without an upswing in morale and a significant victory, the American Revolution would come to a swift and humiliating end. “Thomas Paine was similarly astute. His Common Sense was the clarion call that began the revolution. As Washington’s troops retreated from New York through New Jersey, Paine again rose to the challenge of literary warfare. With American Crisis, he delivered the words that would salvage the revolution. “Washington commanded that the freshly printed pamphlet be read aloud to his dispirited men; the rousing prose had its intended effect. Reciting Paine’s impassioned words, the beleaguered troops mustered their remaining hopes for victory and crossed the icy Delaware River to defeat hungover Hessians on Christmas night and on January 2, the British army’s best general, Earl Cornwallis, at the Battle of Princeton…”(1) This essay and the subsequent victories saved the effort for America’s freedom. Here is Paine’s opening of “The American Crisis”: “These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands [by] it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.”(2) Earlier in 1776 before the war began, in his pamphlet “Common Sense,” Paine said: “The cause of America is in a great measure the cause of all mankind.”(3) When making this statement, he was speaking of the cause of freedom from tyranny, the God-given right of all people to liberty and justice. I believe this statement is true, but I also believe “the cause of America” at her founding was more than just natural liberty and justice, as basic and important as that is. History has proven that God had another overriding cause for raising up America: the spiritual freedom of humankind through the redemption provided by His Son, Jesus Christ. The propagation of the gospel is every believer’s responsibility, but it is also a national calling on America. Partnering with God in this greatest of causes is a tremendous privilege, a humbling and sobering assignment. It is not the assignment of America’s government to preach the gospel; it is the church’s assignment. It is our government’s responsibility to preserve the rights, liberties, and security that make the fulfillment of this calling possible. Natural governments should secure natural liberty, the church proclaims and secures spiritual liberty. Trump and other conservative leaders certainly cannot save America spiritually, but they can make decisions that allow God to do so. Their actions can release God’s blessings and stop the efforts of leaders who align with evil agendas. Natural government cannot bind and loose spiritual powers, but it can enforce the fruit after the church does. And the Scriptures tell us a nation rejoices when natural government fulfills its God-given purpose (Proverbs 29:2). We must continue to pray that this natural and spiritual partnership occurs, and does so at higher levels. God has been and will continue to honor these prayers, blessing the righteous and exposing the corrupt. These present times “that try men’s souls,” will also be the times that expose men’s souls. God drew His line in the sand, some have crossed it, and the files are now being opened. Those who have refused to believe that God possesses the most authoritative gavel in all of creation, will soon hear its deafening sound. Some have interpreted His delay as indifference, others have even taken it as proof that He doesn’t exist. It was, actually, an offer of mercy. Now, the cup of iniquity is full and the reaping will begin. God will allow nothing to stop the coming harvest here in America and around the world. Nothing. Persevere, praying church. Take your place in history. You are God’s instruments, His channels, His voice. Be loud in the spirit. Call forth His righteous rule and the harvest of the ages. Pray with me: Father, I pray today for the praying Ekklesia, those who faithfully pick up the sword and intercede for America and the nations. You are using them to shape history. Their prayers release the gospel, salvations, Holy Spirit power, and miracles (Acts 4:29-31). Their prayers release manifestations of Your Kingdom and generate Your will on earth (Matthew 6.10). They release the rain of revival (Zechariah 10:1). Keep them reminded of this. Remind all of those who regularly pray for these things of the unspeakable honor of partnering with You to see Your will accomplished. And regarding our nation, we took our eyes off the prize, the honor of this partnership, and squandered our inheritance, just like the prodigal son in Scripture. We have now found ourselves feeding on husks meant for swine and bathing in mud. Many of our government leaders have reached the “fool” and “reprobate” status You spoke of in Romans 1:18-32. The times in which we live have exposed their depraved souls. Our culture became demonized, feeding on filth, and casting off all restraint (Proverbs 29:18 ESV). Expose and remove the masks, uncover the files. In Your great mercy redeem the humble; in Your power crush those who resist You, just as You promised in Psalm 2. And Father, we confess that much of the church became conformed to the world (Romans 12:1-2), rather than enlightening and preserving society (Matthew 5:13-14); and we agreed to be muzzled (Acts 4:18). But You have awakened many. We ask for this to continue. Bring sleepless nights to spiritual leaders who have abandoned truth. Haunt their dreams, awaken their consciences, restore passion, and relight the flames of their first love. Send revival. We appeal for the real thing, nothing less than genuine world-changing revival. Do it here and around the world. Millions are perishing without You; change this! All of this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Savior of the world.
