In a statement, the Secretary-General called for the revision and enactment of laws on the provision of pensions and social guarantees to workers in the private sector, indicating the importance of such guarantees in attracting manpower to work in the sector . The participants also reviewed the laws related to the transfer of employees of government contracts to permanent owners, as well as discussing the administrative and financial matters related to the settlement of this file, in addition to reviewing the draft laws of social security and social security, as they are important for workers in the private sector. The committee, which includes representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Council of Counselors, as well as representatives of the Ministries of Finance, Planning, Labor and Social Affairs, recommended that an expanded meeting of the Committee be hosted by a number of experts and specialists as well as representatives of the private sector and civil society organizations And providing guarantees for and development of public and private sector employees
