YADA: Reading the article regarding the definition of "Caretaker Government & Emergency Government" being one & the same, their Constitution outlines that they can move forward with managing government affairs until they schedule another election. This means they have the means to release the rate & that is what I'm expecting. They have been fiddling with the 2022 Budget for a year. I sure hope they finally decide to be a real legit country.
