The launch of the national document management system project Saturday 26th September 2020 33 Baghdad: Morning The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers launched the National Central Document Management System project. The spokesperson for the Municipality, Haider Majeed, told “INA”: “The national document management system has been linked to all ministries, through the secure government national network system, through the efforts of the staff of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry Telecommunications". Majeed stressed that "the project will allow the circulation of official documents between the General Secretariat and the ministries, and ministries between them electronically, and eliminating the need for the circulation of paper mail." He added, "The system will reflect positively on the stages of the circulation of official documents, as it will reduce time and contribute to eliminating corruption that may occur." He explained that "the second stage will include linking the entities not associated with the ministry and all governorates, and entering them within the project during the coming months, so that the electronic document circulation system will be completed in all state institutions.

A modern "electronic financial" system for the Ministry of Interior second and third 2023/07/08 Baghdad: Al-Sabah, the senior deputy of the Ministry of Interior, Hussein Al-Awadi, stated that the ministry is on the verge of a quantum leap in the automation of its directorates and the departure of the old paper systems. And the ministry's media stated in a statement it received, that "the senior undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Hussein Al-Awadi, visited the Directorate of Financial Affairs and toured its departments and was briefed on the work in it. Al-Awadi explained, according to the statement, that "the program is a modern electronic financial system that will greatly reduce red tape in the course of completing financial transactions, and it will also preserve the financial rights of all the ministry's joints and its employees."
