Luigi found this article of Dinarian interests... Can the CBI print a new currency & render our IQD a worthless or dead currency? Many are saying there's too much IQD out there to cover a RV. Treat as a rumor. Not varafied. Your opine. PIMPY: If they know they printed out X amount of Dinar, but they can only account a small amount of it, you can't do a rate change. Al Kazemi was investigating that. That's public knowledge. We also know that they're doing what they can right now to recover that money. What's the other option? Well, they can't afford the other option - to say the currency is no good. Discontinue it & print a new currency. Can they do that? It affects the public & they can't afford to do that. But your being told by your investigator. Hey look, we know based on our investigations, we can re-coup maybe 94-96% of the money. That's acceptable.
