Al-Kazemi: The current economic crisis is prompting us to think of a future that does not depend on oil

The Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, inaugurated this morning, Thursday, a gas tower, which is the largest in the gas industry, which was implemented in the Basra Gas Company.
Al-Kazemi said during the inauguration of the tower, "The project will bring about a new policy for long-term development for Iraq and for Basra Governorate, which deserves a lot from us."
He explained that the partnership between Iraqi institutions and sober international companies is an ideal way to advance the Iraqi economy and provide job opportunities for young people serving the country.
Al-Kazemi indicated that the economic crisis that the country is going through prompts us to think about the future and build a solid, real economy that does not depend entirely on oil, in order to achieve a better life for all Iraqis.
Al-Kazemi arrived in Basra Governorate this morning, and he will meet with a number of officials in the province and inspect a number of vital sites there.
