Well, I'm sure Iraq doesn't want tariffs - there, and I'm sure President Trump would rather have the Iraqi rate where it should be. Once it is, that 1 to 1 stay inside the country... When it leaves outside of the border on a vehicle called Forex the rest of the world will touch the Iraqi dinar by using it, selling it, spending it, investing in it, platform banks with it, that movement of the dinar will allow that 1 to 1 that started in country, but when you went outside you're maturing, $1.50, $2.00, $2.50. Who determines that value? The outside market. But now the government is working to create a second source of income by getting involved in the global carbon market...Iraq also plans to raise money through carbon bonds which are investments tied to projects that lower emissions. This shift not only helps Iraq cut pollution...but also attracts new investors and supports long-term financial stability. Do you think that's possible?" Frank: I would not worry...The CBI is going to have private banks all over the world. Australia will have them too. The other thing you can do is just come to America. 'Oh, yeah Frank but I don't think I can carry that on an airplane.' In a Learjet. You can a afford it. 5-15-2025 Militia Man The Central Bank of Iraq and the government have an obligation to teach their citizens about economic reforms...But one of the things they will not tell you is when a revaluation will take place because that'll go against exactly what it's meant to do, to have an economic effect. We can see because of our study, an economic effect is about to happen. It really looks that way. 5-15-2025 MarkZ I did hear lots of reports from groups and bankers that rates were “populating” today…and all throughout the day. Very encouraging, but does it mean anything more than a test…that is the question... We have seen everything from $1.70 or so for much of the day…then we saw around $3.22 ( He must be seeing things - no screens are showing these supposed rates - pure BS)…but rates have been all over the board. $3.22 would make sense for a RI (Re-instatement) and one of the easiest things for them to do imo.
