This is their monetary reform being dissected, torn apart and explained to the citizens pictorially now. They're going from verbal to pictorial. The bulletins, education, all the awareness, this is actual transparency. I suggest everybody go and search Oliver Wyman Ernst & Young and see what their credibility is in the world stage. They don't play games. They're accurate as they can be. That's their job. They are 100%. We have a gentleman that I know personally...who worked for Ernst & Young and many other firms over his lifetime, he assures me what I said is true.

So why haven't they done it at 1310? The answer is because they've not. That's pretty simple. What are they telling us? Iraq is introducing a digital dinar. 3-27-2025 Mnt Goat Q? : Will they still exchange out the three zero notes to the new lower denominations? I firmly believe this project will still take place. When they tell us that the digital dinar will eliminate expenses of printing currency they are talking mainly about the large sums of paper dinars that would have to be transported outside of Iraq to pay their bills for imports...also the CBI told us that our large three zero notes will remain in circulation but only used at the banks for “inter-banking” transactions between countries and banks. I intentionally didn't post Bruce's or MarkZ's posts about groups & redemption centers.

These cards are going to be part of the all electronic and digitalization of Iraqi banks. These cards are also going to play a very important part in the rural areas of Iraq, in the desert regions where nomads live. 3-27-2025 Frank26 There's a lot of things that are about to be announced. I pray one of them is the budget tables. I pray we see the new exchange rate in the budget tables. That's what I want. That's why there's so much that's still hoarded. I don't buy the '80 trillion'. It's going to be significantly less than that. Financially it wouldn’t make much sense unless they were ready for prosperity of Iraqi citizens. I think this might be a clue. 3-25-2025 Mnt Goat How will this...the digital dinar... impact the dinar paper we, as investors hold outside of Iraq? Any country’s government or individual citizens owning the dinar paper outside of Iraq will NOT have to turn it into the banking system. There will be NO given window timeframe when it is best to do so. There will be no urgency. The banks will still use the paper when needed since not all countries will be digitized...There is NOT going to be a HARD window and a definite time period. I wanted to make this very clear.

Quote: "A report by the German website news outlet revealed...Iraq has begun abandoning the US dollar in its efforts to launch the Iraqi digital dinar to end the parallel market." 3-22-2025 Frank26 When someone says to you, 'Give me your dinars because I belong to a group that's going to be able to pay you a higher rate than what the CBI can pay you.' Run! They're connivers...thieves...liars. What they do is they take your dinar and they put it in a bank account in Iraq that draws interest. They're making money off of it. If I was you I would say to them, 'Give me back my dinar, give me back my dong.' How many times have these tiers happened? It's impossible they can give you $5/$6 for every dinar. There are no dual exchange rates. It's illegal. It's called money laundering. Be careful what you do. I feel bad for you people. [Note: Your dinar is a real currency. Treat them just like you would dollars or euros. If you wouldn't do, whatever it is, with your dollars or euros then think twice about doing that same thing with your dinar.]

He noted that "the strong historical relations between Iraq and Egypt have played a significant role in strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries." 3-19-2025 Sandy Ingram The US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth gave a serious warning to Iraq's prime minister Al Sudani. He told him if any armed groups in Iraq help Yemen in its fight, the US will strike back against those groups inside Iraq. Hegseth also told Sudani Iraq needs to get rid of these armed groups as soon as possible. He said this is very important to US president Donald Trump and his team. Sudani replied that the Iraqi government is already talking with these groups to find a solution...Sudani said Iraq is committed to...making sure only the Iraqi government controls the use of force. -

Having the dollar reserves, having the gold reserves and having low inflation are key components to a revaluation. They have well over what is required by the IMF. On a program rate? FRANK: No not on a program rate. This is another indication, another hint, another clue that points in the direction of where we're going. All of this is preparation. They need to peg the dinar to a basket to prevent these wide swings every time there is a hiccup in the oil market pricing of oil...the value of the Iraqi dinar is already there...they have large quantities of oil reserves...along with the other products ...gold stockpiles and the monetary CBI reserves, the assets can [make] the dinar rate far greater than 1/6 of a penny for a dinar...they are still artificially suppressing the dinar and I believe they are still holding to this Obama/Biden foreign policy due to the economic war between Iran and the US, at lease for the time being. Trump doesn't need Iran. What it is, is Iran has to spot the things that they are doing. You like a pregnant mother that's nine and a half months pregnant, I believe that's where we're at with the Iraqi dinar. The Vietnamese dong I believe they're still kind of like just finding out the test results was positive. Now, what were the 2 critical things the central bank states to us through the year '24 (which by the way, you're still in) - End the use of the dollar and end the currency auctions. Last Thursday/Friday they said the citizens debit cards would no longer be able to access US dollar cash outside the country of Iraq. That's one way of exiting the dollar. They also said the currency auctions would end. When does their fiscal period end? The very end of March. When does the new budget period start? April 1st. Boom there you go! Rate is changing in March folks!

Iraq has now published their oil production totals but once again, the values have been omitted. Is this to hide the use of a new Dinar valuation? Is this to prevent budget totals from being revealed? This veil of secrecy leads many to wild speculations but only time will tell the reason for such obfuscation. 3-4-2025 MarkZ Question: What’s your take on No auctions in Iraq since last Wednesday? Mark: My take is we are crossing the finish line. Just like Al-Alaq said…no sanctions and transparency is what they needed in their white papers monetary reforms to increase the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar for all Iraqi’s. And return the rate to its former glory. What a BS answer ... It's Ramadan. CBI is closed for the first week.

RON 3-4-2025 Frank26 Sudani is now passing out permits for mineral rights in Iraq. Pay attention...Iraq's wealth is immeasurable...you cannot measure it. It's like if someone says to you, count the stars. You cannot count the stars. You've got oil, gas, dates, produce, gold, silver, titanium, and platinum. It is amazing. Precious metals is just one topic! 1310 has nothing to do with it. 3-4-2025 Pimpy Article: "The IMF expects Iraq's non-oil economy to continue to grow by 3.5% in 2025" This is important. They rely too much on oil sales to fund their budget and since they rely so much on the oil sales this is one of the things contributing to the fact that the Iraqi dinar is so devalued. Because all it takes is one situation to happen in the oil market and it could tank the entire country like we saw in 2019 and 2020. The more non-oil revenue they could generate the better.

Being able to track everything now has made a huge difference. They are still talking about raising the value of the dinar and giving purchasing power to every Iraqi. 3-4-2025 Kaperoni Keep in mind that notes that we hold such as 25,000 notes will always be their printed value. The exchange rate to US dollars should gradually increase based on Iraq's economic growth (economic renaissance) and success over time and the development of their banking system.

Mark: And Kurdistan oil is supposed to start tomorrow as well. The pipeline is ready. The truth of the matter is they hadn't said one way or another. If they go 100% digital what you have to pay attention to is, does the digital only work for the people within Iraq? So it makes it okay for people outside of Iraq to hold paper currency because if they go 100% digital then that means we're going to have to give up our IQD. We're going to have to turn it in. Either we have to sell it back or we're going to have to figure out how to get a digital version of it at the current exchange rate. I don't know if that's going to be possible. The odds are they're going to force people to sell the dinar. What does that mean for speculators? Turns out the US Treasury, Federal Reserve, CBI met in Dubai...Is this an annual even? No. It must be important. We have security and stability...is what came out of this meeting.

He's been put away for about 10 days and now Sudani sends him out he tells you you are intentional? Not at 1310...To hear it from the source of where the funds will be coming IMO is rather crucial. RON 2-25-2025 Mnt Goat If you are a financer and/or economists and really study how things work in the real world, it can be seen that increasing the rate of Iraqi dinar will make it more valuable and thus more companies outside of Iraq will want it. Better yet if you reinstate the dinar on the global trading platforms. Thus, the amount of trade won’t even matter and the dinar will be more acceptable and it will decrease the demand for the dollar on its own. Don’t forget also that when the dinar is reinstated it will be repeg off the sole dollar peg and pegged to a weighted basket of currencies. The next step is the in-country RV with the Project to Delete the Zeros. Who will want the dollar when the dinar is more valuable in Iraq? So, as investors we muddle through these trying times.
