  1. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Mark Article: “Including Iraq, The World Gold Council reveals the reserves of the Arab countries of the yellow metal” in this article they are talking about the rankings- and they give Iraq #6 …but they have recently added to their gold holdings making them now #4 in wealthiest countries in gold holdings in the entire region… I find this article interesting because we just had one out of Iraq this week that they had upped their gold holdings to 130 metric tons… You have to ask yourself “Why this enormous jump from #6 to #4? What is the driving factor there? *** Frank26 Question: "Do you think they have to get rid of all the corruption first Before the rate change/RV?" Of course not. You're never going to get rid of the corruption. Never...the key is look where it's at now. Controlled..!
  2. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Mnt Goat Article: "ECONOMIST: THE DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE WILL NOT RETURN TO ITS PREVIOUS ERA DUE TO INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS" ...we read in this article that the “previous era” is referring to the old program rate and not pre-1991 era rate...Instead of changing the program rate back to the old program rate they are going to reinstate it and get off the program rate altogether...Also we read that the economic growth will meet monetary obligations of the World Bank...they already have a timeline set up for the reinstatement...This IQD will be reinstated. We will be going to the bank soon as they are just waiting for a “STABLE GOVERNMENT”. *** Walkingstick The CBI is meeting with the AMF (Arab Monetary Fund). The topic of this meeting is the "swapping" of currencies with a number of countries in the Middle East region. Why would you want to swap a toilet paper valued currency? You wouldn't..!
  3. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Tivon Article: "The Central Bank announces that the Iraqi gold reserves have risen to more than 130 tons"...the reserves are prepared to protect against local & international changes! Consider what that means when you think about the 100 deputies signing on to follow through on what Al-Kazemi requested of them [lower the exchange rate]... Mazhar Saleh (Financial Advisor) said that they can maintain the purchasing power that will result from the reinstatement because of their reserves....
  4. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Frank26 Article: "The Central Bank announces that the Iraqi gold reserves have risen to more than 130 tons" it's much much more than that. This country is in such great position to add great value to their currency...why would you go all over the place and collect as much as you can in gold for your currency that is of no value? Because it's going to have value.
  5. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Militiaman Article: "Deputy For Al-Fateh: The Exchange Rate Reduction Will Soon See The Light" ...100 deputies openly supporting the exchange rate change is powerful. They are campaigning. A sign of currying favor from the citizens. They want their purchase power. *** Kaperoni Local media announces today Al-Maliki will carry out a coup and become prime minister again...He is bad news for Iraq and is a pawn of Iran...Plainly put this is terrible for Iraq. Maliki is a wannabe dictator and has desires to control the central bank funds. Back in 2012, former central bank governor Al-Shabibi accused Maliki of stealing enough money to support 20 million citizens...al-Maliki has quietly as leader of the State of Law Coalition harpooned much of Iraq's success waiting for his opportunity to come back.
  6. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Pimpy There are a lot of different factors that have to be taken into consideration before they change the rate...the things that we should be looking for...are not being met. The government nor the economy is stable. They depend too much on oil. They need to build a private sector...Until those things are addressed you're not going to have any change in the currency... *** Tivon Article: "Al-Kazemi’s advisor: “relative” control over prices and food security will support us" There it is Ladies & Gentlemen...This means they can come out at a comfortable 100,000/100 USD at anytime. Which is basically a flat rate of 1:1 if you divide 1 by 100,000 IQD. Until Iraq has a reinstatement of their Dinar you will keep seeing the emphasis on this EFSL. This will not slow down.
  7. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Frank26 Article: "Malsain issues a book documenting Iraqi stamps and coins" This was released by the Central Bank of Iraq in the meetings they've been having with their citizens. Why in the world would the Central Bank of Iraq once again bring out their old coins and now bring out stamps from that era and the currency that was being used in that era? Why? [Post 1 of 2] *** Frank26 Because it's all part of the education... concerning the monetary reform. Eventually...coins will come out but what they're telling them right now, at the onset/at the very beginning when you go to the ATM machines you will not be retrieving any of these coins...They will round off the numbers. They will not get into fractional banking...Transactions...will go smooth without the coins. [Post 2 of 2]
  8. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Militiaman *** Article: "Minister of Finance: The Ministry is keen to implement the provisions of the Emergency Support Law for Food Security and Development" The EFSL, it was voted on 06/08/2022. 15 days to be law with out signature is estimated to be today or by tomorrow. With the Finance Minister being keen on implementation today, is a very positive sign. He is the legal side of the check book.. Lol The CBI just has the cash.. lol It may have to wait to be published, but, effectively it is law once the 15 day is up which would be in my opinion anytime now...
  9. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Militiaman Article: "The Arab Monetary Fund Holds An Interactive Workshop To Talk About The Experience And Interaction Of Participating Financial Institutions With The Buna Platform For Arab Payments" Iraq is going to be one of the largest trading partners in the region and the re construction of the country is to be under way shortly... [Post 1 of 2....stay tuned] *** Frank26 Mustafa is educating the banks around the world right now...I lost count when I got up over 100...I don't even know how many banks have come to see the CBI and have a meeting with them. Bank after bank after bank after bank from all around the world. ...can't help but to wonder that an agreed structural formation is being formed right now to be released. And it's traveling pretty fast I think.
  10. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Tivon Article: "A statement by the Ministry of Finance on the debts of social protection beneficiaries" I wouldn't understand someone reading this...Financial Stability, Reducing Poverty, or Social Protection, and not think they can achieve this without granting "Purchasing Power" which would require them not only to reinstate the currency but also installing the NSCN...The next 24-48 hours will tell us alot...We are in prime position right now. This is unfolding beautifully. *** Nader From The Mid East Sadr is back to parliament to get maliki out Iraqi dinar. *** RVAlready Fortunately, the CBI governor does not seem to be in the Maliki camp. He has been too slow getting this done, but he appears to be moving in the right direction. *** Mark Still a lot of back and forth in Iraq about when they are going to seat a government. I did speak with a contact in the middle east who works in the finance field…he told me to stop watching the government over there and all their shenanigans…that any RV is in the hands of the CBI…
  11. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Samson Article: " Iraq Achieves The Highest Oil Revenue In Its History" *** Kaperoni ...Yes, al-Maliki desperately wants to be prime minister again. Not good news. *** Godlover I try to keep things real. I just can't reasonably see them releasing a new rate in their current situation, it just seems illogical. Way too much corruption, way too much political impasses. This EFSL may very well pave the way to what we seek....but it will be some time imo
  12. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Mnt Goat Article: "THE WHITE PAPER AIMS TO ACHIEVE TWO STRATEGIC GOALS" Quotes: "the white paper aims to achieve two strategic goals: 1. the first is to initiate a radical and immediate reform program"... 2. "The paper was designed to present a mixture of strategies and policies to confront Iraq’s economic problems,...regardless of the form of the next government” as investors of the IQD we know that the White Paper is significant to us because...they tell us a goal is to go international and back to FOREX. *** Kaperoni As I've already stated there are two proposals in Iraq. The first proposal which is being taught to citizens is a currency replacement or a LOP. The second proposal which I believe is the directive of the IMF is to allow the currency to gradually appreciate over time as their economy grows. This is not an overnight event but a long-term event.
  13. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Tivon Al-Tamimi (Legal Expert) said the EFSL will enter implementation after 15 days regardless of any signature by the President of The Republic. *** Petra The EFSL is marching down a time controlled track. And, we do not know if Saleh has signed the law or not. Regardless, we are all in agreement that it becomes law 15 days from the vote. So why has he not signed it? Because...PM K and THE COM needed time to review all the contracts to insure when the deployment deadline hits...the EFSL can handle all the contracts, the CBI can defend the rate globally, And the secondary markets are protected as they begin to develop the Iraqi infrastructure. *** Mark There is no negative news coming out of Iraq. Article: “The Central bank of Iraq: We launched 17 trillion dinars of development initiatives” We also shared several articles over the last 2 days about the continued support and execution for the white papers. We did get more chatter out of Iraq for the need to increase the value of their currency yesterday. Still looks like we are in a great spot…nothing negative.
  14. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Godlover I am still leaning towards the EFLS not having what we all seek...I think the EFSL is just as it states, an emergency law to give their citizens immediate relief. Just too much talk of the need for a new government (or extension with full powers from current), & the passage of the 2022 budget to dismiss... *** Pimpy Sadr knows what he's doing. He absolutely knew by resigning was going to cause all kinds of issues for the Coordinating Framework...there's a problem, they're still trying to figure out how to get Sadr back along with his deputies. This puts Sadr in a strong position of power...the Coordination Framework has to be freaking out. Sadr is a lot more popular than people realize and he easily can cause an uprising...I think...he'll come back only if he gets what he wants... *** MilitiaMan Article: "Maysani issues a book documenting Iraqi stamps and coins" Timing if this being exposed is not by coincidence, imo. They'll likely once they re issue a new exchange rate will have a need for coins, thus, the book would be expected to be updated to reflect this next historical move. [Post 1 of 2] *** Militiaman The Central Bank of Iraq has shown to the Central Bank of England new currency with a need for smaller increments to make change. That is in that they showed them the NSCNs...Then we saw the ATMs that have new innovative technology to recycle currency. They roll out of the new exchange rate education is imo fully underway. All while the EFSL has a time clock to be presented in the Gazette. I like what we are seeing. [Post 2 of 2]
  15. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Frank26 Article: "Diebold Nixdorf deploys new ATMs in Iraq" JUST LIKE WALKINGSTICK & I TOLD YOU - THE CBI IS RIGHT ON COURSE WITH THE ATMs! ** Bruce ...First of all about 70% of the Iraq Parliament has been replaced in the last few days (where has he gotten this information from..?) and that means that new people...have already stepped up to take their positions in the new parliament – as Iraq is seating their new government (this seems unlikely, because any new members of Parliament would need to be VOTED into office) ...we believe that some of the old people that were put in by Maliki were people that were trying to keep this revaluation of the Iraqi dinar from going...known internationally...according to our sources in Iraq has ended and now we’re looking for the rate of the new dinar – to come out along with the seating of their parliament...We shall see very soon the full implications of Sadr's decision...RON
  16. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Tivon Question: "totally confused so if no budget needs to be approved! When will the rate change?" FSL is acting as a budget (Financially) until one is approved ...They do not need the budget to allocate any funds, the FSL will do that. So when they release a rate it will be because of the forecasted input/output of the Overall GDP that influence what price they decide to come out at....Let the CBI do their job because it's them who will release the rate... *** Mark Article: “$180 a barrel …Expectations of a big jump in oil prices” This is forecast before the end of the year which spells big trouble for us at the pumps. But, for Iraq and the RV process, it will allow them to increase the rate of when they can pay off the revaluation and help their people. *** Walkingstick and Frank26 IOO [Iraqi Citizens] ...will soon see the roll out of the new ATM machines. They will probably be empty but they'll see them...IOO hundreds of new ATM machines are being moved into the streets of Iraq. That's why we tell you with confidence...I'm giving you markers of what you might want to anticipate. You're gonna see these ATM machines... *** Nader From The Mid East [Referencing Militiaman post 6-10-2022] If you look at the picture they put when the CBI given a gift to the Bank of London it was a 25,000 dinars. If you look closely it's 25,000 dinars. That's the gift they got. Small category is gonna happen but I don't know if it's gonna happen now. It's too early I think. They're working on it. They said it.
  17. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Tivon Iran just told everyone what they are about to do with their currency. You think Iraq will just sit idly by while the Iranian Rial is performing in the currency market appreciating in value without reinstating prior or right after when they also have the means to do it now thanks to the FSL? *** Mark Article: “Washington: We are ready to work with any Iraqi government on condition” The condition is they put the Iraqi people first- The sovereignty of the Iraqi people first…We have been expecting this. This is why Sadr’s bloc resigned en masse…to force things to move forward. This is a positive sign.
  18. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Pimpy ...Sadr resigned. Him and all his deputies...What does this means for Iraq? ...I really felt Sadr was going to win in this game of chicken...all I know is there are a lot of corrupt people in this Coordinated Framework. They are all Iranian-backed politicians. This is not good for the Iraqi people...I still hope some good comes out of this... *** Militiaman We are so seeing the Monetary Reforms on Steroids. The best is yet to come and imo it is coming without delay now. *** Samson Article: "American Airlines resumes flying in Iraqi airspace" *** Tivon Question: "Sadrists resigning thier positions in parliament...isn't that a bad thing for us as investors?" Al-Sadr, done his job. He got the Criminalizing Normalization Law done. He got the "Emergency Food Security Law" done. He got the Kurdistan Regional Oil & Gas Law signed over to Baghdad done. What more do you want from the man? You should be focusing on Al-Kazemi and his team. He is next up to bat...[Post 1 of 2] *** Tivon ...Train yourself to focus on pertinent things that help you understand your investment. Al-Sadr is not one of them at this stage. If he went missing never to return for whatever reason would not make one dent in this investment. The FSL was specifically created to prolong the Al-Kazemi government, not Sadr!...Look for what happens once the FSL is published in the Gazette. Imo [Post 2 of 2]
  19. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Kaperoni ...as long as Maliki has power there's a chance that nothing's going to happen in Iraq. And it seems to be more and more coming true. He has now pushed Al-Sadr out of the political process. Not good..! *** Sandy Ingram Article: "Iraqi MPs Loyal to Muqtada Al-Sadr Resign" Ok people this is no longer just talk...Iraqi lawmakers loyal to the popular Al-Sadar resigned from parliament in order to break the country's political deadlock...the question now is who will fill these seats. What does the constitution say about empty parliament seats? Will parliament elect a new government by this time next week?
  20. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** BobTheTaxMan Gifting assignments... they're simple. You can do them in the middle of the night in your underwear...it's going be really really valuable somewhere down the road. The cool part is you may never need them but if something happens and they drop the [estate tax rate] caps down as far as they say they want...or if the value goes really really high, we've got a problem Houston. You're better off better off to have them and not need them than need them and not have them. [Post 1 of 2....stay tuned] [NOTE: At the appropriate time consult your tax professionals to determine the best tax strategy for your unique situation.] *** BGG Article: "Al-Maliki’s Coalition: The Food Security Law Is Unconstitutional And Is Nothing More Than A Dead Letter" Kinda’ curious how Maliki’s gang is sooooo spun up about this “Law”. When was the last time you heard these crooks complaining about a “bad law”?? Never seemed to bother them before…
  21. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Militiaman Article: "The Governor of the Central Bank inspects the work of a number of private banks" Those Private Bank inspections are to make sure all is ready for that launching of something special for the citizens.. I am not lost on the Central Bank of Iraq Governor that brought gifts to the Central Bank of England in London a couple weeks ago..[See Militiaman Post from Yesterday - Reposted Below] That was something special. The world knows it as well as you an I.. *** Nader From The Mid East Community Comment: "When the reinstatement happened it's gonna be redemption centers and it's gonna be army bases." Army have nothing to do with it...You cannot go to any army base and change your dinars...about the redemption center, I don't know how it works over there, I feel like it's not real redemption. They give you more money than the dinar cost? Why? They're gonna lose money just to make people make money? I don't think so. *** Militiaman ...Cat is out of the bag.. It has been now for about two weeks...They gift the Bank of England what looks to be like the NSCNs...This presentation is an epic one. It shows...the world that Iraq is ready to open for business....The sovereignty of a country is proclaimed by this action. We now watch the roll out to the international markets. That packet of currency in varying sizes and colors represents a new system that is being presented....One with a new value...The action represents, " The People of Iraq and her sovereignty." [See photo below] REPOSTED:
  22. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Samson Article: "World Gold: Iraq ranked 40th, with 96.4 tons of yellow metal” Quote: "Iraq has maintained its global position, indicating that its gold reserves represent 9.2% of the rest of its other reserves." *** Walkingstick ...These CBI meetings that they have been having with the IMF they showed the 'colors' to the banks...they showed what is called specimens and samples. They showed these 6 denominations to our bank friends in black and white. They did not match the colors to the denominations as they will come out officially. IMO this was due to the combination of Kazemi and Mustafa to keep the security of the new small category notes sealed and tight...the last thing the CBI needs is counterfeit...
  23. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Pimpy Article: "MiB Securities: USD/VND exchange rate may increase slightly in 2022". There's going to be a slight increase in the value of the Vietnam dong compared to the US dollar but it really is small...It's a half to one percent... *** Sandy Ingram The second, the moment, the microsecond that you earn a profit on your exotic currencies you more than likely will owe taxes...[NOTE: Speak with your tax advisors at the appropriate time to construct the best tax plan for your unique circumstances.]
  24. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Breitling Question: "In general what are we now waiting for? What does Iraq need to do for them to add value to their currency?" They are simply watching the markets. They don't need to do anything. There's no technical thing that they need to do...Iraq is going to have to sit there and watch the energy markets, see who goes where. [Post 1 of 2....stay tuned] *** Breitling Their markets can expand if they expand to China...Guess what Iraq wants to do? They will want China to trade in their own currency and so they have to have the currency up and going to be able to do that. That's the kind of stuff they're looking at. That's why it's kind of hard to predict the day when they're going to do this. But at the same time everybody knows they're going to do it. [Post 2 of 2] ** Mark I’m really feeling it this week…but...nobody knows the timing…but there is a tremendous amount of things coming together right now... We heard a lot of positive news from Iraq on the government over the weekend. The kurds are now saying yes to the Kazemi government. That is an enormous hurdle. *** Tivon Al-Kazemi said last April, for the political forces to vote on the food security law without emptying it of its content in order to serve citizens, as it is a "very important" law, indicating that "the goal of the law is to provide the necessary protection for the Iraqi people." Ask yourself what can protect the citizens? Purchasing Power? That comes from what? The HCL/Oil & Gas. Guess what was brought up earlier this week by Al-Sadr during the session that was adjourned? Citizen Entitlements. *** Pimpy Article: "The Kurds: Yes, to the Al-Kazemi government" Love this article...they are going to go ahead and make a push for a vote of confidence for Al-Kazemi to continue. I like the idea and I hope it passes.
  25. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Militiaman Article: "Central Bank Governor: The Iraqi banking sector is witnessing development and openness to the outside" The CBI was in London recently and had a gift for the Bank of England.. I am fairly sure the gift was not samples of triple zero notes. The man is reaching for his glasses for cryin out load. lol As in what do we have here??? The Look on Mustafa's face is priceless.. "You like the new money?" lol [Post 1 of 2] *** Militiaman I am sure the Central Bank of Egypt has some of those notes now, too. The new ones. The ones that will be relevant once the exchange rate changes...For the CBI to have exposed the colors in England shows intent and the ball is rolling now and it has gained a vast amount of speed...We never witnessed the CBI go to England and give a gift in a photo op like that.
