  1. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** MilitiaMan Article: "Parliamentary Economy: Two steps will prevent the theft of about 4 billion dollars annually in Iraq" Quote: "among those proposals is the automation of outlets through a unified electronic system, as well as working to change the mechanisms used by the authority, because it facilitates the work of the corrupt and continues to steal public money." There you have the two steps needed to support the value of the currency. Imo The border revenues activated electronically with the mechanism (new exchange rate, new currency issued.) will do it. ...The key is about to unlock the door to internationalism! ...imo It is going to be a powerful week ahead! The signs are and have been heavenly lately... *** Ray The CBI and VISA have commercials to explain to the Iraqi citizens how to use the new digital currency system to make payments instead of cash, supposedly to make for a better global economy. *** Pimpy 2016 - half a decade ago. That's when they were originally going to make the rate change (actually it was to originally happen in 2010, then again in 2013 but Obummer didn't sign the Status of Forces Agreement which opened the door for ISIS to gain a stronghold under Maliki's blunders ... RON) ...You can't hand out the lower denominations at the current rate of exchange - why is that? They hold no value. None whatsoever. They'd be worthless. The only way you could start using these lower denomination is you do what? Yes, increase the value of the Iraqi dinar so that the lower denominations have value. They were about to do it and then the doo-doo hit the fan. We know ISIS came in there and ruined our plans. If they got close enough one time before I'm pretty sure they can get there again... ***
  2. *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "FLOATING THE CURRENCY AND RENTIERISM CONFUSE THE IRAQI ECONOMY" We all should know by now they will NEVER float the dinar on the program rate which would be just inside Iraq. The IMF plans to float the dinar only once they liberalize it and reinstate it...I believe that this article is not just coincidental but purposefully given to educate the citizens on what they will plan to do soon.
  3. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Frank26 *** Article: "The advisory body is studying the investment of high oil prices and addressing the effects of the dollar exchange" They're telling you they are changing the rate. Quote: "there is a study that the Central Bank is conducting with the Ministry of Planning and economic experts to address the effects of changing the exchange rate." Oh my dear God. What do you think are the positives of the decision to raise the value of the Iraqi dinar? The Iraqi citizens gain purchasing power. This is what they wanted..! *** Pimpy *** This next week is going to be interesting in a lot of different ways. Let's see how everything pans out. Let's see what this [U.S.] bombing [Inside of Iraq] has caused. Let's see if anything is going to come of it - bad or good...We have good news in the sense that outside investors are...ready to get in there. The other thing...they have the money to start reconstruction which is good. They weened out their corruption - this is good. We need a strengthened economy - This is good. The removal of sanctions off the Ayatollah in Iran is bad. It's a grab bag of news. It's a mixture of stuff...I'm hopeful...they seem to be moving in a positive direction which is good and that's what we want. *** Kaperoni *** One thing I've noticed over the last couple weeks is the significant amount of laws that are related to developing Iraq's economy that they say they are now in the hands of parliament. We've heard this all before it but it's time for parliament to pass these laws. [REPOSTED]
  4. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy There's a lot of chatter about the exchange rate. It just keeps going on and on. It's very interesting. A little nugget to tease you guys - when the Kuwait dinar changed it changed a couple days after they came out saying they had no intention on changing the rate for a long time. Two days later they changed it... *** Mnt Goat Article: "IS FLOATING THE CURRENCY A VIABLE OPTION? UNDER WHAT CONTEXT?" The context they are talking about is the FLOATING the dinar exchange rate and I quote- “of the national currency against other foreign currencies”, which means to reinstate the dinar on FOREX and other currency exchanges. Right now it is solely pegged to the US dollar so they are not talking about floating the program rate. They know already they can not FLOAT the currency on a program rate inside Iraq..(Post 1 of 2).. *** Mnt Goat The dinar, in a way, is indirectly floating now via the speculators and money exchangers and we see the mess it is creating in Iraq. ...Yes, Iraq it is time you put on your BIG BOY PANTS and finally emerge to the global economy and get out of your closed economy and re-peg the dinar to other currencies in the basket the IMF has stated many times will happen..(Post 2 of 2)..
  5. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Kaperoni *** Over the weekend several articles have surfaced that basically state what I have been saying for several years that the success of the dinar will be based on the economic growth of Iraq that is not rentier, meaning not oil... several variant of the articles... confirm Iraq needs to create a private sector, and investment. Only then can the dinar rise in value... *** Pimpy *** Article: "A government advisor bets the improvement of the value of the dinar on several conditions and determines the rate of high inflation." Here we go again. They continue to talk about the value of the dinar in the news. Whether it's the exchange rate, what they could do, what's going on with it, why they did what they did, they sure are focused a lot on the dinar which is another reason why I can't help - I think they told us, give them 3 to 5 years or whatever it was. I don't think it's going to take that long... *** Frank26 *** It's going to be be a managed controlled float...a float means that their currency is going international. That's Article VIII...the CBI is on a massive campaign to tell the citizens to build confidence...
  6. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Mnt Goat *** We must keep telling ourselves to remember that VALUE and RATE are two different things. We know for a FACT that the VALUE of the dinar is very high but the RATE to reflect the true VALUE is being suppressed. Why? Its called corruption...The Iraqi dinar has tremendous VALUE, as Dr Shabibi himself told the world way back in the early 2000’s that the dinar could sustain as much as $16.00 US in open trading. (I am not saying this is going to be the rate when it comes out). What we want is the RATE of exchanging to US dollars for Dinars to rise. We already have the VALUE... *** Pimpy *** Article: "The dollar continues to decline against the dinar with the closure of the Baghdad Stock Exchange" Again going in the right direction. It's doing it in baby steps but it's going...it got down to around 1470 for every one dollar...so it is going in the right direction. It's doing it at about...10 dinars at a time...as long as it keeps going in the right direction I'll take the baby steps...
  7. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy Article: "Al-Kazemi's financial advisor: Deleting three zeros from the currency is an option" Every six months or so this gets brought up and everybody gets in panic mode...he didn't say they're gonna do it. It's an option. They did 5 years worth of study. You know what they found out? It's not doable. It affects the poor too much...they already devalued the currency, now you're talking about lopping off the zeros? So 10,000 dinars becomes 10 dinars...lopping the zeros off the currency -bad. Removing it off the rate - good...if they lop off the zeros people would lose confidence in their currency. You would get pissed off people from countries all over who have invested into the currency...(Post 1 of 2).. *** Pimpy Look they talk about this all the time. People always get their panties in a wad. They talk about this but there's already been a ton of studies that say this would be big. This would be bigger than when they devalued the currency in the first place. Are they going to do it? There's no way to tell. Most likely not. That doesn't mean I'm right. It's my opinion...this would be yet another huge blow to the currency itself. People would lose faith in it...they bring this up at least once every six months...everybody goes up in in arms. Everybody panics...watch what they do, not what they say...(post 2 of 2)..
  8. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy Article: "Al-Kazemi's advisor: The Central Bank is able to control the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar" Quote: "The Central Bank had confirmed the stability of the dollar exchange rate and the absence of any intentions to change it." People keep talking about this...that a rate change is coming - coming sooner than you know. I believe it's going to change too but not that dang soon...I'm surprised it's taken this long but hang tight it's going to happen... *** Frank26 The U.S. Treasury directly told the CBI, 'Raise the value of your currency'...we have articles - IMF telling the CBI, 'Raise the value of your currency' directly. I mean directly the World Bank tells the CBI, 'Do it. Do it. You're sovereign. Raise the value.'...Look at all of those that are telling them to raise the value of their currency beside you. *** Pimpy We haven't had any kind of disruptions recently. No civil unrest. No protests. No missiles. No terrorist attacks. No Iran being bullies. It looks like foreign companies are coming in to do business. Looking real good. And the dinar is going in the right direction. *** Kaperoni Almost a year after it was written, Iraq still has not implemented the majority of the 'white papers' which were designed to diversify Iraq's economy. I assure you, Iraq has no intention to raise the value of the dinar under the current conditions. Iraq must pass laws and create a suitable investment climate before the dinar could ever appreciate in value. ...as I've stated numerous times the Iraqi dinar is pegged to the US dollar so outside the country the exchange rate is fixed and does not change. Until they decide to unpeg and float the dinar there will be no International change in the currency value.
  9. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Frank26 *** You are now seeing the campaign that we told you would come out from Mustafa Ghaleb, the CBI governor. A campaign we said to educate the citizens, everyone...on the new 'mechanism'...what is the new mechanism? A plan. What is the plan? A new exchange rate. *** Pimpy *** Article: "The dollar is declining and central bank sales are declining". This is great news...I told you outside of waiting for some type of RV or RI announcement there's other things we should be looking for. The dollar is still declining against the dinar. This is good. It's not like a lot but it's still good. It's going in the right direction...the other day you could get 1490 dinars for a dollar. It is now dropped down to 1485 dinars per dollar. Now I get it. Some people will bash it but you don't get it. It's going in the correct direction. If it goes in increments and it just chugs right along every week I'll take it. Seriously, as long as it's going in the right direction that's all that matters... *** Other Posts *** Not much of significance to post. Lots of real BS being posted by the pumpers. I'm sure Luigi will post some of the outrageous statements being made about this weekend.
  10. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Looks good you guys. We want outside investors in there. We see the Iraq dinar gaining against the dollar again. We see other countries eager to come in and invest. We see that things seem to have quieted down. They're very stable. These are all good positive news. That's what we wanted and that's what we got... *** Petra *** The Finance Minister said in an article: "the ministries is continuing to open up to the world to conclude the best relations. To open a new horizon of cooperation. To restore its rightful place among the nations of the world. It's continuing with global openness and concluding investor relations." Concluding. That's past tense. Finishing out. Whatever work they're doing internationally they're finishing up... essentially they're making a declaration that they're doing business, they're opening up, they want to be recognized as a sovereign country (which the G7 just did) and now they're saying they're opening up for business. It's a very very clear statement... That's all Folks ... Blessings ... RON
  11. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "The dollar exchange rates fell in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region" What does this mean? Remember I always told you guys, think about the direction the dinar is going in. That's how you know if it's good or bad. It says the dollar exchange rates fall in Baghdad (And in Kurdistan ). That's a good thing when the dollar exchange rate, not the dinar, fall...that's what you want to see happen...the number of dinars you get for the U.S. dollar you want that to go down. The lower it goes the better it is for those holding onto dinar...you don't want it to go up, you want it to go down. If the numbers go up, it means it's being devalued...
  12. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "Parliament hosts the governor of the central and the Finance Committee talks about sales in violation of the dollar and beneficiary parties" Here we go. We're starting to get into investigations regarding the exchange rate...this is the people's money - what the hell are you guys doing with it?
  13. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "The dollar is falling with the closure of Baghdad markets" They're starting to lose their trust in the U.S. dollar. It's something I thought would never happen...I never thought it was possible...we know that the dollar continued to gain over and over on the Iraqi dinar. Iraq had to take some steps...to keep that from happening...and it appears they've done a great job. The dinar appears to be gaining so far. It's just a minor step but it's still a good step...So instead of you getting 1550 for every dollar, it's back down to 1490 and it's going to continue to drop. Let's hope so. It seems to be going in the right direction. That's what we want. *** Petra *** What is the end game? If you look at the challenges Iraq is having now in regards to the Kurds and they're threatening a lawsuit. The governance is looking for their HCL money. The countries that are just waiting to invest in Iraq. We're down to a single move. Once that single move occurs all of this stuff goes away. The Kurds aren't going to sue if they get their monies...All of this goes away at the change of a rate...they've done everything...They're ready to go. They just need the rate... *** Ray *** Iraqi news is broadcasting that agreements have been met within Baghdad to allow funding from the budget to Kurdistan. The budget-based payments are stated to be retroactive back to January of this year. (Could this be the "last stitch" needed to "sew this up" and move onward?) Even though several bank sources are projecting to be exchanging us by the end of this week, other intel sources are focused on "by the end of this month." Time Will Tell..!! *** Frank26 *** [Community member B/S bank story] Member: I was talking to the Nova Scotia Bank and I asked it they'd be doing currency exchanges for foreign currency. They said yes. They even looked up the rate and told me what it was at the time. I was really excited. Frank: Did you specifically say the Iraqi dinar or did you just say foreign currencies? Member: They asked me what currencies and I told them the Iraqi dinar and dong. Frank: So Nova Scotia Bank in Canada is telling you they will do exchange with the Iraqi dinar whenever you want, right? Member: Yep, that's right. Frank: ...it's interesting to see that Nova Scotia is talking to you very comfortably. They are not being paranoid, 'Oh, we don't know anything. It's a scam. We don't do the dinar.' No. They treated you very business like didn't they? ..(post 1 of 2).. *** Frank26 *** [Community member B/S bank story continued] Member: Yes they did. It was very business like and well done. They didn't say it was a scam or anything... Frank: Canada, you now know the bank that will be exchanging the Iraqi dinar. I find it interesting that that bank was saying no and now they're saying yes. IMO I think it's because banks are a little more savvy because the World Bank has been talking to the BIS and have been talking to many central banks. When's the last time you've had Wells Fargo say, 'No, it's a scam!' No. I don't hear that anymore...anyone who treated me like an imbecile all these years will never get my business...(post 2 of 2)..
  14. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Kaperoni One of the most frustrating things is to watch the Central Bank of Iraq and its new governor learn the procedures they need to maintain the exchange rate. This seems to happen every time they get a new governor. Maintaining the spread is a balance between dinars in dollars. The CBI needs to make sure that they are fully liberalized to provide that foreign currency per IMF guidelines. It's also a catch-22 of sorts because they don't want to just spend all of their reserves to fulfill the demand when the majority of the demand are people manipulating the system for profit. The solution is to curb this corruption not reduce the foreign exchange. But Iraq seems to have an inability to do so. As a result we see the foreign exchange at the auctions continually going up. And when they reduce the currency available then the spread begins to climb. *** Walkingstick I want you to notice something. These terms 'implementing a new mechanism' are being used for everything that's needing a new exchange rate. They are implementing a new mechanism...You know them all - the salaries, the budget, the HCL, the farmers, the white papers. *** Pimpy Article: "Dollar price close at 150 thousand dinars in Baghdad" For every dollar you get 1500 dinars. It's going in the wrong direction. This means people are losing faith in the dinar and they're getting away from it by grabbing US dollars. You don't want that to happen. You want people to stay confident in their currency. The government is going to have to do something about that and I think we're going to see that real quick. *** Frank26 Kazimi and Ghaleb are in cahoots. They are on the same floor. They are standing on the same terra firma. They understand exactly what they are doing with their reforms. One of them is in charge of one reform. And the other one is in charge of the other reform but ironically enough one reform can't be launched without the other reform going first or simultaneously. Ghaleb and Kazimi are in deep conversations with the Fab 4...they meet everyday...right now the topics they are having...are hot on the economic and monetary reforms...
  15. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "PARLIAMENTARY ECONOMY: THE STREET WILL EXPLODE IN THE FACE OF THE GOVERNMENT IF THE DOLLAR CONTINUES TO RISE" Quote: "...the Iraqi market has been witnessing great confusion for days due to the instability of the dollar exchange rate..." ...How long will this devaluation continue? When will they finally delete the zeros and issue the lower denominations? When will they realize this is part of the problem and holding them back. *** Pimpy *** Do I think the rate is going to stay where it's at? Hell no it's not. Not for no damn three years. Is it possible? Of course it is but I don't see it.
  16. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Frank26 *** Article: "Specialized Banks" Quote: "Now that we are moving completely towards the capitalist market economy system..." Capitalist market economy! That's freedom. My money is free to move in your country? That's Article VIII! Somebody ring a bell! Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding! Thank you...this is powerful. This is Article VIII.
  17. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Frank26 *** IMO on the 20th of May the Fab 4 finished with the Central Bank of Iraq - the Central Bank of Iraq basically it's your turn now. That's extremely close. That is an extremely long accomplishment that has been completed and for the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq to actually come out on the 20th and actually say those same words, 'We have completed.' What? 'This, this, this and this.' And all 'this this this' is not for a program rate. Not at all...un-peg. It's your turn. *** MilitiaMan *** Article: "Wisdom suggests that the Minister of Finance will not be questioned for these reasons" There may not be a need to question him if what I see to be a key component of reforms being on the table. The mechanism gets places accordingly, there will be no need to question him. As the mechanism fixes the problem... That's all for today ... Be Blessed ... Ron
  18. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Frank26 There are many telltale signs that Iraq is going through a monetary reform. We told you on the 20th the governor of the CBI was going to come out and tell you 'look I competed a lot of things'...the CBI is trying to say, 'we're done'...What's competed? Every step required for the monetary reform. When you look at the fact that they're connected internationally. When you look at the amount of gold they have piled up. When you look at the contracts. When you look at...they had two meetings. One with 500 banks and another with 300 banks. Come on! ... Why is the CBI so important? Do you know of any other country in the Middle East who's currency is about to go up in value? *** Mnt Goat Article: "IRAQ IS FACING A DATE TO OFFICIALLY RESTORE THE PREVIOUS DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE" ...When they come out raising the dinar rate they are going to go big. Much bigger than the previous program rate. *** Frank26 Q & A: [Mr Frank, Erbil and Baghdad budget agreement will be implemented..!] I know...we saw those three days ago and I’m rather excited because in my opinion I believe this is related to the monetary reform as well because Kurdistan did not want any more delays... [Mr. Frank, you were right about the 20th and we are kind of excited here especially with disagreement on the budget because it seems like the Kurds we’re pushing for the HCL] ...everything waits for the new exchange rate but I think the waiting is coming to an end... [...this is our oil and gas deal our HCL isn’t it.] Yes...and the next thing you will receive is purchasing power in your currency oh and by the way stop and think about it...(post 1 of 2).. *** Frank26 Iraq central bank has added a ridiculous amount of gold and other assets to back up their currency and it’s rather insulting to think that this mountain of gold is for a stupid program rate. The Kurds is what we were looking for but I also want you to take note China is not as stupid as they are cruel to see them pour in billions to get oil from your country because they cannot get it from Iran is only going to make your Country very rich and that’s just one of the endless countries that are coming into your economic reform and all because the monetary reform was done correctly properly and Proficiently with the Fab four and the whole international world knows this and loves it...and yes the governor of the CBI on the 20th completed everything..(post 2 of 2)..

Kurdistan Regional Parliament, Diyari Anwar, ruled out the signing of an agreement between the next Kurdish delegation to Baghdad and the federal government regarding oil...." ...Why visit Baghdad for a formal visit if not for the HCL? Maybe because they are to come for a photo op, as the HCL has been sorted already (Feb 24, 2021) and now they may have the mechanism for it. imo... To the latter, it would be a formality. imo. KEep in mind the new system has corruption under control once they interlink with the mechanism going forward, imo..

He said, 'ok, what kind of currency...?' I have dinars. He looked at me with eyes open big. I said, everything alright? He said 'yeah, yeah.' He starts typing on the computer...he said, 'oh, we've been waiting for something to happen. When something happens we will be ready for you.' Frank - So he said they have been waiting for something to happen with the Iraqi dinar!? W - Yes. Frank - Ok, continue...(Post 1 of 3)..Stay tuned for the rest of the story..
