A Kurdish deputy reveals the reasons for Kurdistan's refusal to transfer salaries to the electronic system sweeteners |Today, 09:11 | Baghdad today - Sulaymaniyah Former Kurdish MP Ghaleb Muhammad confirmed today, Sunday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government refuses the salaries of employees and retirees on the electronic system. Muhammad told (Baghdad Today) that "the regional government refuses to transfer salaries to the MasterCard system, as is the case in other Iraqi provinces." It is noteworthy that the dispute crisis between Baghdad and Erbil is still continuing, and the most prominent disputed files are the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region, amounting to about 400 billion dinars, the region’s share of the federal budget, the disputed lands, the oil and gas law and Article 140 of the constitution, and the past years witnessed dozens of rounds of negotiation between the two parties It did not reach a final solution, as a result of the Kurds’ exaggerations in the constitutional interpretation of Article 140 and the failure to hand over the region’s oil and the imports of the outlets to the Baghdad government, while at the same time demanding a full share of the federal budget. Meanwhile, Baghdad clings to the steering wheel of the constitution and refrains from submitting to the Kurdish demands and considers them an undermining of the federal authority .
