Iraq; this is not our national deficit (it’s trade deficit), but this is the second time that O has spilled the beans At this point, Nova and Eagle1 came on the call • Nova is buying a bank -- it’s not associated with KTFA – but in the process of buying the bank, he is able to ask a lot of questions • Frank asked why should we pay attention to the debt ceiling coming up in Sept; why important? Nova: It’s where politics and economy mix; Republicans are not budging on raising the ceiling, so the only way it works is to change the numbers; one day soon, the liabilities column will exceed the asset column, but changing the numbers will generate revenue; it affects what the USA holds and other countries hold • Frank asked why is Oct is so important to us? Eagle1: Oct is the beginning of a new fiscal year, the debt ceiling limit and new fiscal year brings everything to a head; both hit at the same time, there is no money to fund the new fiscal year budget; it’s a perfect storm between political world and financial world; Frank asked who wins? Eagle1 replied “the IQD wins” • Eagle1 said O is implying the national deficit is being cut in half, the only way it can happen is the IQD RV • Frank’s opinion is that we need to see numbers make sense before October; Nova replied that we have to see the numbers long before that • Nova was in NYC last week and spoke with both political and financial people; Frank asked if they know the IQD has to go first? Nova replied for most of the powers that be, the IQD is not life-changing as it is for us, it’s part of a wealth cycle, rather than looking just at Iraq/Kuwait, look around at the central banks involved in the IMF, they are waiting for something; the leader is the one behind this, not Iraq, Iraq is not in control, not in the driver’s seat • Frank asked if these people believe the IQD will RV soon? Nova said these people somehow anticipate it and do not get caught off guard; these people are WAY BEYOND where we are – they are not looking as we are for when we can go to the bank, they are WAY BEYOND; they assume the RV and are planning far ahead • Eagle1 said an alert came down thru banking system and private bankers were in training all day today • Frank asked if Eagle1 and Nova if they believe we will see a rate in 2013? Both agree, yes; both are of the opinion that it can go any time; THERE IS NO DATE OR RATE, THIS IS TIME FRAME STUDY AND OPINION • Frank: Aug 8 – 10 is a good time for GOI to say something, but probably not to see something as Frank’s opinion Iraq needs to do security and get the borders taken care of, etc, his opinion is look to the days following • Nova’s opinion is somewhat different, if we are saying that Iraq is not in control, then we don’t need to wait for Iraq’s security, borders, etc; his opinion is that as soon as 15 nations signed off CH7 and BKM signed the date/rate, a process was put in place and started working, and the global reset is happening if Iraq is secure or not; if we wait until the end of time, Iraq will still have security and political issues; there will always be fighting because there always has been fighting; Iraq’s security issues and borders will be taken care of at some point, but the RV does not depend on it Bluestar came on the call at this point • Bluestar read an article asked opinion of Nova, Eagle1 and Frank; from all 3, they believe the article’s premise is not correct and will not happen or apply, the IMF has addressed it and corrected the story, that it will not happen (essentially rate “tiers” – this has been dispelled) • Both Eagle1 and Nova believe in their opinion that the rate will be over $3, even if by some way the international rate would come out at $1, it would sky rocket quickly • Frank’s opinion to look for the Qi cards after Sunday; Frank added that this could pop at any time, any moment, he and his teams are just looking at time frames of study • Nova replied that the AoP are not going to let 10 years’ worth of work be flushed down the toilet, it’s not going to happen; it’s no longer just about Iraq!
