Dave Mason ( who wrote song) is the lead vocalist here ( not Steve Winwood, the usual vocalist in the band & leader) To me Mason's voice is sooo similar to Stephen Stills' (at least in this song) ...JMHO... So much so that in the past I used to believe it was Stephen singing...Until I found out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_(band)

That was also the then Argentine military fascist regime's attempt to divert int'l attention from the massacre of people they were systematically kidnapping, torturing and killing ( about 50,000) including pregnant women whose children then were adopted by military families...Many opposers being dropped from helicopters into the Atlantic ocean....The 2 generals in charge of the massacre were Jorge Videla and Leopoldo Galtieri In 1983 the Country returned to Democracy with a freely elected President ( Raul Alfonsin)...At last https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falklands_War Argentina regime https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirty_War
