Included in our vacation were daily trips to the movies, Rockies baseball games or to Dave and Busters. One night, while driving back to our hotel, at about midnight, I received a call from a man who said he wanted to be a whistleblower on government sponsored mind control projects being researched and developed at post-secondary institutions such as Arizona State University. I asked the man how he got my number, and he said I was on a list being maintained by the government which was stored at the place in which he was involved in research. The informant named myself, Alex Jones, Doug Hagmann, Steve Quayle and several others, whose names appeared on this list. He said he assumed the purpose of the list was to use some, if not all of the listed media personalities for remote mind control experiments and to turn them into unwitting accomplices to the NWO. At first, I thought I was dealing with a nut. The rational left side of the brain had a hard time fully believing this source. However, when I questioned him about the technology and how it was to be implemented, he had unusual knowledge of the brain and its functions and I realized that this man had very specialized knowledge and training. This source and I had several late night conversations, after my young son went to bed, about the technology and why he was so opposed to it. He told me something that seemed quite unbelievable at the time. He said that they were working on a plan to implement mind control over human beings using nanotechnology which would be delivered in a variety of ways. Vaccines were one part of this delivery plan. I feel the frantic insistence that everyone be vaccinated, in the present day, is connected to this plan. Also connected to this plan were specified electromagnetic waves, tied to specific frequencies, which would elicit certain emotional responses and the us of the inhalation of certain “smart particles” we part of this plan as well. In his role as a doctoral candidate research assistant, it was his role to observe and catologue mind control experiments. He was quite clear that they technology worked almost all of the time. I scheduled this whistle-blower for a radio appearance on my show. When he asked me if I could disguise his voice, I told him that “they” already knew we were talking and it was an unnecessary precaution. I told him the light of day and massive media exposure constituted his best line of defense. The next day, he called and said he was confronted at work and was told they did indeed know he was speaking to me. It was the last I ever heard from him. How did I know he was real? I have an excellent understanding of how the brain works and how external stimuli can be brought to bear to bring about mood and behavioral changes. This person had a level of awareness in this area that surpassed my own. To the neuroscientists reading this, he had great understanding of how this technology took advantage of brain lateralization and plasticity in terms of maximizing the effects of the external stimuli. Recent DevelopmentsThe University of Utah has already developed a similar chip that delivers signals from an external source directly into the brain for interpretation. DARPA’s unit will undoubtedly be far more advanced. MIT is boasting that they can implant memories in your brain. An example of this technology came directly from the mainstream media, an American Navy vet woke up in a Motel 6 without any memories of his life and only could speak Swedish. However, all his identification and evidence provided proved he was an American sailor. What the Government Is Doing TodayA new book written about the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) says that wounded soldiers returning from campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq are having computer chips implanted in their brains to help them heal. This technology holds the promise that soldiers with PTSD could be greatly helped. However, technology is neutral. This kind of technology could easily be used to enslave people. I find it interesting that veterans are at the forefront of this technology. Are they going to be neutralized is the country were be conquered and we had to depend on guerrilla warfare and the veterans would form the vanguard of that force? The new of this mind control technology grows even more ominous as New York Times bestselling author, Annie Jacobsen, claims that DARPA has already embedded the chips into the brains of injured soldiers coming back from the Middle East. Jacobsen told NPR that out of the 2.5 million Americans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, 300,000 of them came home with traumatic brain injury. Subsequently, DARPA initiated a series of programs to help cognitive functioning. Was this the Beta test for this technology? Darpa’s Eric Eisenstadt told Fusion “Imagine a time when the human brain has its own wireless modem….” That statement was made back in 2002. It has not become a reality. The Purpose of Mind ControlInitially, I believe that the two goals of mind control were (1) profit; and, (2) control of the flow of information similar to what we see in the corporate controlled media. However, I quickly realized that I had set my sights too low in assessing target goals for these nefarious groups who are in control of this rapidly expanding technology. It is becoming increasingly clear that the ultimate goal is the complete control of every individual through mind control. The power brokers of this planet are seeking to install a police state grid which is absolute in its ability to control all thought, all emotion and consequently, all behavior. The end result will be to remove all potential opposition (i.e. free will). The purveyors of this technology are the enemy of all humanity and it is clear that they view humanity as their adversary which needs to be controlled, used and then tossed aside like some piece of garbage. The Introduction of Societal Mind Control Techniques Utilizes Law of IncrementalismIf the government was to announce, tomorrow, that we had a month to comply with mandatory chipping, we would witness widespread civil disobedience. The paradigm shift would be too great for the government and its managing special interests to manage. However, if humanity can be nudged, bumped, then pushed, then shoved in that direction, the goal is much more doable. I would suggest what is happening in England is a nudge and a bump in the direction of ordinary people accepting the their own future consisting of micro chipping for the purposes of mind control. All dogs in England will, as of April 2016, have to be micro-chipped as part of a British government attempt to cut the number of strays and make pet owners more responsible for their animals. The British government also states that it will cut down on the number of dog attacks against children. It seems that all controversial government programs are implemented under the umbrella of “protecting the children”. Whenever we hear the phrase ,”protecting the children,” we should become very suspicious. According to British government reports, eight children have been killed in dog attacks in the UK since 2005, many of which happened in the home. Subsequently, Fido must be chipped to make the children safer. I am not sure how chipping dogs will make a dog bite less as this massive chipping program is based upon a laughable premise. Are the Brits to expect that escaping detection and prosecution will lead the dogs to be less aggressive? This is ludicrous. How then will chipping dogs make children or anyone else more safe? The short answer is that it will not. This is part of a conditioning process in which the Brits and soon, the Americans, will come to accept the chip for themselves. Inch by inch, a paradigm shift is a cinch. I predict that a related headline, in a few short years will read something like this: All humans in the United States will, as of April 2016, have to be micro-chipped as part of a federal government attempt to cut down on the number crimes, especially crimes against children, committed by a growing homeless population. Your Body and Life Does Not Belong to YouBefore a population will accept chipping and other forms of potential mind control, the people must be conditioned that their body belongs to the state. Everyday, the federal government is going to extraordinary means to condition you to the fact that you do not own and control your body. You are the property of the powers that be. Nowhere, is this more apparent than what we see at the airport as the pot bellied perverts who fill the ranks of sexual molesters at the TSA, are busy sticking their hands down our pants, groping our daughters and wives breasts and even sticking unwashed hands in our body cavities. The TSA has not stopped one terrorist event, but that is not the goal. You are the property of the elite and the government is reminding you of this every time you travel. The implementation of the TSA as an agency which routinely commits second degree sexual assault again the flying public coincides with the implementation of various electronic surveillance advances which have the potential to “mind control” and individual. And before you respond with “The TSA protects us from terrorist attacks”, let me remind you, again, that the TSA has prevented zero terror attacks since its inception. DNA Provides An Avenue of Attack for Targeted IndividualsIn the next part of this series, it will be revealed who having someone’s DNA sample for example can be used as a means for electronic harassment and mind control manipulation. In light of this, we all need to be asking why are our infants are having DNA extracted from them at birth? The independent media has been reporting that our government will very soon be forcing all citizens to use a biometric ID to travel, to work and hold a job. The biometric information required for this form of ID is enough information to allow for the targeting of individuals using electromagnetic frequencies. The trend curve is clear, we are being conditioned to accept micro chipping. Micro chipping will prove to be the electronic collar needed to control and individual. Where is the proof? The Dawn of Micro-Chipped Mind Control The most important bullfight in history. In the 1960’s, Spanish neurologist, Jose Delgado was involved in a noteworthy bullfight. Without any real bullfighting training, he bravely stepped into the ring with a very dangerous and deadly bull. However, Delgado had a secret weapon. He had previously implanted a radio-equipped electrode which was implanted into the bull’s limbic system (i.e. emotional center of the brain) which he called “stimoceivers.” Delgado subsequently demonstrated that he could manipulate an organism’s mind and body via remote control technology. Thus, as the bull charged, an invasive electrical signal penetrated the bull’s limbic system and the bull calmly broke off the attack in mid-charge. Delgado found that by stimulating different regions of the limbic system, which controls emotion, Delgado could also induce fear, rage and a variety of other emotions, that he was able to manipulate the type and intensity of emotional reactions. Thus, Delgado discovered the fine art of mind control. Intrigued by his work, Delgado was invited to teach and be a guest lecturer at such prominent universities such as Harvard and Yale. However, in 1968, Delgado went to work at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and this is where much of his research trail grows cold. We now know that SRI was a CIA front and was connected to the MK Ultra experiments. In 1974, Delgado abruptly returned to Spain and later became an outspoken opponent of mind control and its potential for harm and misuse by totalitarian societies. Perhaps, he was not on board with the CIA and what they eventually had planned for the American people. In cats, monkeys, bulls and even humans he repeatedly demonstrated that he could control emotion and ultimately behavior. . In one experiment, Delgado stimulated the temporal lobe of a 21-year-old epileptic woman while she was calmly playing a guitar; in response, she flew into a rage and smashed her guitar against a wall, narrowly missing a researcher’s head. Perhaps the most medically promising finding was that stimulation of a limbic region called the septum could trigger euphoria, strong enough in some cases to counteract depression and even physical pain. Later Delgado was able to impact the hypothalamus of a cat and induce uncontrollable rage in the animal. Keep in mind that this technology is over 60 years old. One can only imagine how far this technology has come during that time. Delgado’s famous bull fight and the angry cat are depicted in the following video. The lesson is clear, embedded chips can turn normal people into crazed killers and it can take crazed killers and turn them into passive beings. Interestingly, the most famous graduate of the MK Ultra program was the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski. The Mind Control Delivery System: Project HAARPMany are predicting that biometrics will be required to access the Internet. The fact is that some what your biometric information because this is the first step in gaining control over your mind. The main threat to humanity lies in the fact that the technology exists to control all of human behavior at one time. A reasonable person would certainly ask “how is that possible?” To answer that question, I refer the readers to Nick Begich’s website in which he details how mass electrical signals can beamed up from an array of antenna and bounced off the ionosphere in either a narrow beam covering a specific and defined geographic area, or it can be reflected back to earth in a broad beam application in which millions could be impacted by one electrical signal designed to change human behavior. We know this technology as Project HAARP. United States Patent 5,159,703, Lowery, October 27, 1992, Silent Subliminal Presentation System, Inventors: Lowery, Oliver M. Appl. No. 458339 Filed December 28, 1989, discusses the microwave technology necessary for mind control. In this patent, we witness the move from the mind control of certain individuals who might have been programmed, which is frightening enough, to witnessing entire populations being controlled. The patent discusses the possibility of impacting millions at a time. The net effect of the technology is enhanced when there is a transducer in the body such as an embedded microchip. Particularly revealing in the arena of mind control, is Dr. Begich’s work on voice to skull technology. In 1997, he displayed this technology for the European Parliament who promptly issued a ban on the use of the technology. Unfortunately, the technology has moved forward in recent years despite the ban. Before you write to me and state that this could never happen, please spend 30 minutes on the Begich website, and analyze the validity of his observations. Begich has done a detailed analysis of the patents associated with HAARP, and very clear conclusions about the intent of these technologies can easily be made after examining the facts. Most awake people are aware that HAARP is a weather modification device. However, as a result of my research, I have come to the conclusion that HAARP’s biggest danger to humanity is the mind-control potential related to this technology. Sadly, Dr. Nick Begich has been warning us about this potential for 19 years and it is only now that significant numbers of researchers are starting to pay attention. A Very Ominous Warning From the Inventor of Electromagnetic Mind Control Jose Delgado, the reluctant pioneer of mind control technologies. In his later years, and after working for the CIA for over 40 years in perfecting this technology, Dr. Delgado was very critical about the distinct lack of Bioethics and consumer protection with regard to these technologies. Until his death a few years ago, Delgado remained particularly critical of technologies which can change human nature. Delgado, stated the following: “This technology has two sides, for good and for bad, and we should do what we can do to avoid the adverse consequences. We should try to prevent potentially destructive technologies from being abused by authoritarian governments to gain more power or by terrorists to wreak destruction. However, Delgado is a realist as he postulates “can you avoid knowledge? You cannot! Can you avoid technology? You cannot! Things are going to go ahead in spite of ethics, in spite of your personal ethics.” The above quote from Delgado is a very ominous warning about how serious the subject of mind control is about to to become for every person. After researching Delgado’s past, it is clear that he felt the same about mind control as Einstein felt about the unveiling of nuclear weapons. ConclusionThis article demonstrated that the right to control your individual body is under attack on a number of fronts. This article demonstrated that electromagnetic manipulation of the mind is over 50 years old. Further, it was established in this article that technologies such Project HAARP are very real threats to all people and some of the supporting governmental patents were presented as well. The most surprising aspect of my research into this technology is not how far the technology has advanced, it centers around how easy it was to obtain information on the degree of sophistication of this technology. As stunning as this technology appears to be, as printed in this article, what is written here is child’s play compared to what has been developed and is in the process of being integrated into the police state surveillance grid. And as I am learning, this is only the tip of the iceberg.

The only way the American soldiers were going to get off that beach was adapt and find a way to win the battle, or they would leave the beach in a body bag. The Americans adapted, developed a new plan and fought their way inland. This principle of Sun Tzu describes how and why viruses become so dangerous, as being placed on “Death’s Ground”, adapting and mutating is how a virus lives to fight another day and what makes them so difficult to treat. He also stated that the ensuing vaccinations would be deadliest of all the viral cocktails coming our way. Two years later, it would appear that my friend’s words are reaching critical mass as the recent events would suggest that an attack upon the American people is already underway. In other words, we are already at war and most of us do not even realize it. Why Is the Government Reconstituting Deadly Viruses?The “Spanish” flu pandemic of 1918 and 1919 caused the deaths of 20-50 million people worldwide and an estimated 675,000 in the U.S. The virus had a mortality rate of approximately one percent to all who were exposed. The 1918 flu has been described as capable of sickening and killing a person on the same day. The virus is an H1N1 Type A influenza. Symptoms of infection were similar to the regular flu, but it is actually far more severe than the typical, seasonal flu. The main dangers lie in contracting viral pneumonia leading to acute respiratory distress and subsequent death. As the reader reaches key passages below, one has to wonder if the respiratory distress from the Spanish Flu is being reconstituted in the present Enterovirus 68? In the immediate future, our society may wish we would have followed the old axiom, “Let sleeping dogs lie”, because in an act of extreme insanity, the virus has been reconstituted, by the Center for Disease Control researchers. The reconstituted virus was obtained from frozen tissue samples from a female who died from the virus in the 1918 outbreak. In my unqualified personal opinion, I think this is insane. Even the New York Times questions the wisdom of such an action as have many scientists. What If the 1918 Flu Were to Get Released?I am sure you are wondering the same thing that I was wondering as I was doing research for this article. Just how bad could the 1918 flu pandemic become if the reconstituted virus were to be released into the general population in 2014? In 1918, the world’s population was a mere 1.8 billion people. The population of the United States was 103 million people. Today, the world’s population is 7.1 billion and the population of the United States is 310 million people. If we simply did a geometric projection of the 1918 flu, assuming a current trend, today, it would kill over two million in the United States and about 100 million worldwide. However, pandemics do not spread in a geometric progression as the transmission would be asymmetrical. Today, the world is a far different place than it was 100 years ago. The country and the world are far more mobile. In the event of a local outbreak, it is not likely that the flu could be contained because of air travel. Even the most astute researchers would not realize what was being dealt with until after the first several deaths. Subsequently, the alarm would not be sounded for at least one to two weeks. By then, grounding air travel and limiting civilian mobility would not make any difference. That means in the present Ebola and EV-D68 crisis, it is too late to contain these viruses. They are going to run their course, mutate, and even become more deadly. Let me remind you, the US has only 2.5 million doses of Tamiflu. The US spends an inordinate amount of money in funding the Center for Disease Control and the National Institute of Health and it looks like a big waste of resources and money. After researching this article, I have come to believe that we waste an inordinate amount of money pretending we can turn back mother nature, when in fact, we cannot. In fact, before you are done reading this article, you should have some very serious doubts as to whether humanity is under a deliberate attack from the forces of the CDC and the NIH. Let’s just consider that just for the sake of argument that if the reconstituted 1918 flu were to be released, chaos would reign supreme. Fear would be rampant. We have already reached that level with Ebola. Last Thursday, my son’s PE class was playing dodge ball and the kids began to yell that the ball had Ebola and the intensity of the game in terms of being struck by the “Ebola” ball greatly increased the intensity of the game. As I previously pointed out that in previous years and under a more virtuous government, there would be decisive action taken. Clearly, in the past, a medical emergency would be declared. Emergency rooms, hospitals and doctor’s offices would quickly be overwhelmed. Air travel would be halted. The economy would be in grave danger because commerce would virtually cease due to the fact that nearly everything we buy is shipped. Home confinements would be ordered and effectively martial law would be declared. However, I am sure we do not to have worry, nobody from the Obama administration would ever find the idea of a false flag pandemic to be desirable, would they? Before you complete this article, some of you will be answering in the affirmative. The fact is that Ebola and EV-D68 are going to take their course. There is nothing that can be done. The treason that is coming from the White House with the failure to close air travel from West Africa and to close the border, is notable and it is too late. Just When You Don’t Think It Can Get Any WorseUnder the phrase, “What the hell are we thinking”, have you heard that scientists are using scrapings from the teeth of two 1500-year old corpses to re-create the bacteria that caused the Bubonic Plague and the Justinian Plague? What is known is that if the plague ever becomes airborne, people could die within 24 hours. Biowarfare is a potential use for this threatening organism, as would be any false flag attack. A release of the Bubonic Plague and the Justinian Plague would produce catastrophic results and make the reconstituted 1918 Flu appear to be a mere case of the sniffles. This video paints a frightening picture. Is this what will follow the Enterovirus 68 and Ebola? Do We Have Anything to Worry About? Do we now know the true purpose for these coffins? If you only believe in coincidences, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about. However, if you believe things happen for a reason, and purpose then you might want to consider what I brought out several months ago when I mentioned that FEMA, earlier in the year, were advertising for contractors who are able to supply medical biohazard disposal capabilities, along with 40 yard dumpsters, to go with 1,000 tent hospitals across the United States. The emergency roll out of these services must be able to be completed within 24-48 hours. Don’t be fooled by the rapid rollout of resources. As I pointed out, before the authorities realized they had a potential pandemic on their hands, it would be too late to contain the damage. Whatever, could be coming must be very big because FEMA is also seeking to obtain 200,000 doctors’ scrubs to be delivered to the 1,000 tent hospitals. That adds up to 20 extra hospitals per state. Aren’t these numbers a tantamount admission that whatever is coming will quickly overwhelm the existing medical services? FEMA was also ordering portable showers and toilets, so these facilities would appear that they will be taking on an air of permanence. Can there be any doubt that FEMA is ramping up the National Disaster Preparedness Program? The sheer numbers clearly point to the enormous size of the coming event. The Suspicious Worldwide Emergence of Multiple Forms of the Enterovirus 68 and EbolaRafal Tokarz, Cadhla Firth, Shabir A. Madhi, Stephen R. C. Howie, Winfred Wu, Amadou Alpha Sall, Saddef Haq, Thomas Briese,and W. Ian Lipkin, have all documented the sudden appearance of Enterovirus (EV-D68) in 1962. The virus seemingly came from nowhere lending credence to the notion that the virus was artificially developed. Also, it is suspicious that the virus only manifested in 26 cases that were reported between 1970 and 2005 (Khetsuriani et al., 2006). Now it is rampant! The original clinical presentation of EV-D68 infections in the 1962-2005 outbreaks ranged from mild illness to complications requiring hospitalization and, in rare instances, death. The virus has morphed at an exceptional rate and has become very dangerous. The rate of viral adaptation is notable and does not appear to follow an expected mutation scheme. This lends rise to conspiracy theories which state that the virus was artificially developed prior to 1962 and was purposely and dramatically mutated just prior to 2005 when we began to see a dramatic rise in the number of presenting cases as well as the lethality of these cases. The Poliovirus is composed of an RNA genome and it has manifested within EV-D68. It is only one of four mutations of the EV-D68 virus. Yet, for some reason, the Poliovirus, the most deadly, is leading the way in EV-D68 infectious cases. The odds are one in four that this development is due to chance. This fact should make every researcher ask questions. The odds of natural selection do not favor EV-D68 manifesting in its present form of the Poliovirus. It looks like this virus has had help in mutating in order to make it more deadly. Along the same lines, Ebola also follows a very suspicious path and has a questionable past. Presently, there’s no treatment for Ebola. The most that can be done for a patient is what’s called “supported therapy”, which entails balancing fluids and electrolytes, blood pressure, oxygen, and monitoring for other infections. Like the EV-D68, the Ebola virus seemingly appeared out of nowhere in 1976, as Ebola was discovered by the Ebola River in Zaire. Just like EV-D68 there is no suitable explanation on how or why both viruses suddenly appeared and then became so dangerous. One theory that some doctors that I have interviewed believe is probable is that many of the treatments directed towards both EV-D68 and Ebola have tried to work by blocking the RNA one-time sequencing and adaptation. These medical sources privately state that this would cause the virus to mutate in an out of control manner, because RNA only attempts to bind to a virus one time, unlike its counterpart DNA. I have further been told by my sources that the current Ebola vaccine being developed by GSK works on this same principle. My fear is that the virus will morph from one that can infect its victims through aerosolized and close proximity airborne means within tightly contained spaces such as an airplane or a restroom, to one in which the virus can remain airborne over vast distances. If these viruses becomes airborne, in the same manner as the Flu, it will be Katie-bar-the-door as there will be nowhere that we can run and hide from these deadly effects. The CDC Patent Is ExplainedThe morphing and mutation of Ebola explains why the CDC would be allowed to patent the virus. Americans Will Be Part of a Global SystemThe government of Indonesia has created a multi-modal biometrics identification system that they refer to as a national Electronic ID Card (e-KTP). Indonesia has been successful in enrolling 103 million of its 172 million citizens into their version of the J-Stamp card. The government of India is on the path towards issuing biometric identity cards to its 1.2 billion people. Indians are assigned a 12-digit ID card containing microchips of individual Identity cards through what they are calling “The National Population Register” (NPR). The NPR program is mandatory and will soon be a prerequisite to work and buy food. Even President Obama’s native country of Kenya has a national ID card, in accordance to the Registration of Persons Act, in which all Kenyan citizens who are 18 years or older need to appear before a registrar of the court to obtain the ID, which consists of taking a photograph and submitting their fingerprints to a national registry. In fact, over 100 countries presently require compulsory identity cards and they are all about to be merged. America Cannot Permit Obama To Possess This AuthorityHistory has clearly demonstrated that there can be no question that the National/Global ID Card is a clear and present danger to every American who would be foolish enough to possess one. My DEA insider has revealed that there is massive, unchecked banking fraud and money laundering occurring within our financial institutions. Our banks are run like a Mafia protection racket. If you doubt the accuracy of this statement, ask yourself why are we witnessing a massive kill off of banking officials from the nation’s largest banks? The answer is simple, dead men tell no tales. The following is not entertainment reading. This is a systematic report which details certain DEA operations and it is the story of how justice is muted when it comes to drug trafficking. There is complicity in these illegal enterprises from official government and corporate entities, particularly the banks. If being amused is the goal of your reading, today, you might want to skip over this article. However, if you truly desire to begin to get an idea of how things work, then you will not be disappointed. Before revealing the partial extent that money fraud has been revealed to me, let’s review the major facts as ascertained by my DEA informant. 1. The SANCHEZ-Paredes drug cartel provides the bulk of drugs to the Sinaloa cartel. 2. The SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel is protected by the American trained Peruvian military and has strong ties to Hamas, an international terrorist organization. 3. The last three DEA special agents who attempted to investigate the SANCHEZ-Paredes were fired by DEA station director, Patrick Stenkamp. The leaders of the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel travel freely to the United States and own homes in the country. This would require the State Department and the DEA “to look the other way”. 4. In Chicago district court testimony, it was revealed that the Sinaloa cartel struck a deal with the DEA to provide intelligence on other cartel drug shipments in exchange for a guarantee for shipping in 80% of its drugs to the United States without interference. As outrageous as this claim was, the validation of this fact did not require the revelation of an informant. The media coverage of this event is overwhelming, even if it was mostly ignored by the MSM. Defenders of the deal say that this is the cost of catching most of the drug dealers and drug shipments. Skeptics see the DEA as being involved in protecting the drug shipments of the elite from competition. This installment reveals, to some extent, the existence of an elaborate money laundering scheme which must exist in order to legitimize the drug profits. Before presenting the money laundering schemes, let’s first take a look at banking laws that the average American citizen must follow. The Banking Regulations That You Must FollowThere are definitive banking regulations that you, as an American, must follow. If you do not, you go to prison for a very long time. Let’s review the draconian regulations that you must follow, but the federal government and its agencies, such as the DEA and the State Department have no similar restrictions. Cash Transaction Report (CRT)Federal law requires that a bank file a report based upon any withdrawal or deposit of $10,000 or more on any single given day. The law was designed to put a damper on money laundering, sophisticated counterfeiting and other federal crimes. To remain in compliance with the law, financial institutions must obtain personal identification, information about the transaction and the social security number of the person conducting the transaction. Technically, there is no federal law prohibiting the use of large amounts of cash. However, a CTR must be filed in ALL cases of cash transaction regardless of the reason underlying the transaction. This means your cash transaction will be on the radar. And when the feds come knocking, it will be up to you to prove your innocence as there will be a presumption of guilt because, more than likely, your accounts will be frozen or seized by the federal government. Structuring and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)There will undoubtedly be some geniuses whose math ability will tell them that all they have to do is to withdraw $9,999.99 and the bank and its protector, the federal government will be none the wiser. It is not quite that simple. Here are a few examples of structuring violations that one should be aware of: 1. Barry S. has obtained $15,000 in cash he obtained from selling his truck. He knows that if he deposits $15,000 in cash, his financial institution will be required to file a CTR. Instead he deposits $7,500 in cash in the morning with one financial institution employee and comes back to the financial institution later in the day to another employee to deposit the remaining $7,500, hoping to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Barry should have used multiple accounts to conduct this transaction. The Feds will be visiting Barry. 2. Hillarious C. needs $16,000 in cash to pay for supplies for her arts and crafts business. Hillarious cashes an $8,000 personal check at a financial institution on a Monday. She subsequently cashes another $8,000 personal check at the bank the following day. Hillarious is careful to have cashed the two checks on different days and structured the transactions in an attempt to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Hillarious should have made irregular deposits on staggered days. The Feds will be visiting Hillarious. 3. A married couple, Bill and Hillarious, sell a vehicle for $12,000 in cash. To evade the CTR reporting requirement, Bill and Hillarious structure their transactions using different accounts. Bill deposits $8,000 of that money into his and Hillarious’s joint account in the morning. Later that day, Hillarious deposits $1,500 into the joint account, then $2,500 into her sister’s account, which is later transferred to Bill and Hillarious’s joint account at the same bank. Again, Bill and Hillarious should have used multiple banks. The Feds will be visiting Bill and Hillarious. The aggregate total of the three transactions totals more than the $10,000 threshold, therefore, a SAR would be filed by the bank and you would be the subject of a federal investigation as all three of the above cases clearly violate the federal banking laws related to structuring. It is a federal crime to break up transactions into smaller amounts for the purpose of evading the CTR reporting requirement. In these instances, the bank is required to file a SAR which serves to notify the federal government of an individual’s attempt to structure deposits or withdrawals by circumventing the $10,000 reporting requirement. Structuring transactions to prevent a CTR from being reported can result in imprisonment for not more than five years and/or a fine of up to $250,000. If structuring involves more than $100,000 in a twelve month period or is performed while violating another law of the federal government, the penalty is doubled. The Draconian Enforcement of Banking LawsMuch like the enforcement of our tax laws, the federal government’s enforcement of its banking laws as it relates to CTR’s, SAR’s and subsequent structuring is quite draconian. Civilian asset forfeiture laws come into play. The government can seize your bank accounts while it determines if a crime has been committed. There is no more presumption of innocence. The government can literally seize your assets in perpetuity without an order of the court. Of course, you could try and sue, but you will be up against the deep pockets of the federal government and the case could take years. By the time your case is decided, the financial banking crisis that you are so desperately trying to avoid by withdrawing your money, could be over. In the following paragraphs, you will quickly see that that the drug cartels and the agencies of the federal government do not play by the same rules as you and I. The DEA Runs Interference for Money LaunderersIn subsequent voice and written communications, my DEA insider source revealed the following, “We identified a Peruvian Sanchez-Paredes cartel money laundering storefront in Miami called “Pacific Gateway”. Pacific Gateway is a known money laundering source. An analysis of Pacific Gateway yielded an unpublished telephone party line number located in Lima, Peru that was owned by the Sanchez-Paredes gold mine company, Minersa San Simon. Telephone analysis showed that this number was communicating with stateside numbers connected to a dozen DEA, FBI and ICE cases involving drugs, money laundering and organized crime”. Subsequently, the DEA agents in Peru concluded that they had found “dirty agents” in these three federal agencies who were helping the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel and the elite in this country who profit from drug trafficking, to launder their drug profits inside of the United States. Pacific Gateway was the port of entry for laundered Peruvian drug money and the DEA office in Lima had the proof as well being able to identify members of the FBI, DEA and ICE as participants in this plot. Very quickly, the DEA special agents in Peru learned that major U.S. financial institutions were involved in the money laundering scheme. The DEA informant went on to say that, “We also noted that Peruvians associated with Pacific Gateway were operating in Phoenix and Connecticut. Phoenix made sense because of its proximity to the border and the easy access to the Sinaloa cartel and the need to launder money was obvious. However, the Connecticut connection made no sense, that is until one follows the flow of money. A financial analysis demonstrated that Met-Mex Penoles, a Mexican gold company, is headquartered in Connecticut. Met-Mex Penoles underwrites the retirement system for the entire Peruvian Military.” This is how the Peruvian military is paid off. (Editor’s Note: I have learned that Met-Mex Penoles is connected to Goldman Sachs and its partner, Wells Fargo Wachovia. Hence, we see the drug money now making it into the major players of the American financial system. And this is only one of the major ways that drug money was being laundered into major American banks). Outside of my DEA informant, I can prove these major banks, turned money laundering institutions, go even deeper. and are more deeply involved in this plot than anyone can imagine.) State Department Complicity It is at this point, that it is important to mention that the State Department is complicit in these money laundering schemes. It should be noted that all overseas financial transactions by the DEA must first be approved by the State Department. This means that nobody gets investigated, outside the United States, unless the State Department sanctions the expenditure. This gives the State Department complete power to kill any investigation and the State Department has done just that with regard to the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel. My DEA insider source further stated that, “The report which I submitted on my last day in the office was never published and a month after I submitted it the telephone number which we monitored went dead. All my efforts to find out why the report was not published were stonewalled by DEA management as there was no money in which to conduct an investigation. Remember, the State Department controls all foreign DEA spending. Further, it was revealed in Part One that the known criminals and leaders of the SANCHEZ-Paredes traveled freely to the United States where they also own homes. This would take State Department cooperation as well”. The DEA informant went on to describe how a Peruvian generated report he filed led to the bust of a SANCHEZ-Paredes/Sinaloa drug ring in New York. He stated that “Prior to leaving Lima I provided a draft to DEA New York who used the information to seize $30 million dollars all of which was subsequently returned to the Sanchez-Paredes. This can be confirmed by news reports and official Southern a district of New York press releases”. One needs to understand that the State Department could not block the funding of the New York investigation because the operation was domestic. However, despite a money laundering asset seizure of $30 million dollars, the money was returned to the drug cartel(s). This means that the Department of Justice had to intervene. Why was the money returned to these criminals? Remember, in Part One, the Sinaloa cartel members gave testimony in a Chicago court that they had reached an agreement to provide intelligence information to the DEA in exchange to bring their drugs into this country. The Department of Homeland Security and the FBI Are Involved In the Cover-Up Serendipitously, I have interviewed John Cruz on a number of occasions on my radio show and much of the money laundering plot revealed to me by the DEA informant, was stumbled upon by Mr. Cruz. John Cruz was a former Vice President at HSBC bank in New York. John discovered that many of the accounts under his purview were money laundering enterprises in which the address for a series of bank accounts were no more than an abandoned houses or buildings with nothing more than a phone line. His investigation demonstrated that the Sinaloa cartel was the primary player in the money laundering on the part of HSBC bank. When Cruz approached senior level management at HSBC, he was told to keep his mouth shut or he would lose his job. John subsequently went to DHS and the FBI where he was ignored and he was fired by HSBC. He then went to the Manhattan District Attorney and he was advised to drop the matter because this was too dangerous to pursue. Cruz has written a book about his ordeal. The Cruz case also exposed the fact that these cartel members steal identities in order to open these “fake” accounts at HSBC bank. This is significant because we always hear that identity theft is such an important issue and that the government is doing everything they can do to mitigate the danger, when in fact, these same government entities are complicit in the crime. Last year, I interviewed decorated ex-FBI and DEA operative, Robert Mazur. Mazur was involved in the taking down of the Pablo Escobar cartel. He also participated in busting the BCCI banking scandal. On my show, Mazur named off a half a dozen large banks that are complicit in money laundering drug money. In the final analysis, the DEA insider’s story is not really needed to make the case that our entire financial system is a criminal enterprise system. However, his revelations show the operation details and how legitimate law enforcement agents cannot really do their job. ConclusionHSBC bank is the “bankers bank”. This means that Bank of America, JP Morgan, etc., bank with HSBC. If they are dirty, then the whole banking system is dirty. These are the banks that comprise the Federal Reserve which runs our financial system. One of his main jobs consisted of developing confidential sources (CS) into actionable intelligence information which could be used toward retarding of the blossoming drug trafficking business in Peru. The Peruvian police and military only intercept 3-5% of the gross drug traffic and that is by design. It gives the appearance that something is being done, while a drug trafficking empire is being established in this country to a degree never imagined in the past. Senior DEA officials are running interference for a massive drug organization known as the SANCHEZ-Paredes drug cartel and it is based out of Peru. However, not many Americans will have heard of this cartel. Yet, they have been around since 1976 and are more massive that any of the Mexican drug cartels in terms of the size and impact of its operations. This drug cartel is protected by the Peruvian military. Coincidentally, my source tells me that the U.S. military has increased training exercises with the Peruvian military. In yesterday’s article, I revealed that the Mexican military is also increasing its training activities with the American military in the same manner. This is a case of the same song second verse. We know the Mexican military is completely compromised by the Sinaloa’s . The same strategy is being employed in Peru through an organization known as Sendero Luminoso. The activities from Sendero Luminoso serve to cover the drug trafficking and money laundering activities of the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel. Another CS stated the Sanchez-Paredes are now the primary source of supply for Sinaloa cartel and the still ongoing Fast and Furious operations, which took the life of Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry. That means that Eric Holder’s pet project is not dead. How the DEA is Facilitating Drug TraffickingDEA senior officials are fully complicit in these operations. Let’s examine the leadership of Patrick Stenkamp who formerly served as the Regional Director (aka Special-Agent-In-Charge) in Peru. Peru now serves as the regional headquarters for the DEA in the region since Bolivia kicked the DEA out. Also, Peru has taken over the title of “King on Cocaine” from Columbia. As Regional Director, Stenkamp decided what cases to pursue and which to conveniently ignore. According to my source, Stenkamp fired the last three special agents who dared to investigate the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel. This group operates with impunity under the watchful eye of DEA leadership and if DEA special agents want to prolong and advance their careers, they better play along or they will end up like the three agents who tried to investigate the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel, out of a job. My previous investigation in looked into the role that Sinaloa’s played with regard to the present immigration crisis and it revealed three significant details: 1. As reported yesterday, the Sinaloa’s have been connected to terrorist organizations since 2007 as reported in the MSM. 2. The Sinaloa’s, along with MS-13 have received paramilitary training at camps outside of San Salvador along with military grade hardware (e.g. RPG missile launchers, AK-47′s and anti-tank weapons. This is all supplied by the terror organization of Hamas and Hezbollah. 3. The Sinaloa’s and Los Zetas drug cartels are using MS-13 gang members as assassins in removing political and law enforcement obstacles in Mexico. The Border Patrol has repeatedly said that MS-13 members are being processed into the United States by the thousands by the Border Patrol who are being told to look the other way, by DHS directives, when it comes to processing MS-13 gangsters into the United States. The Goal Is to Turn the U.S. Into a Narco-Terrorist StateAmerica is in the process of being transformed into the same type of narco-terrorist state as we see in Mexico. Let’s consider the public drug trial of Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla. “Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla, the Sinaloa cartel’s “logistics coordinator” and son of a principal Sinaloa leader, asserted in court documents that Guzman is a U.S. informant and Sinaloa was “given carte blanche to continue to smuggle tons of illicit drugs into Chicago.” “Niebla also alleged that Operation Fast and Furious was part of an agreement to finance and arm the cartel in exchange for information used to take down its rivals”. The details of the unholy agreement between the DEA and the Sinaloa cartel was that the DEA would allow 80% of all drug shipments into the United States in exchange for intelligence information on the other drug cartels. Why would the DEA want intelligence on the other cartels, yet, they would allow the Sinaloa cartel to continue with their drug operations right under the noses of the DEA. “The agents stated that this arrangement had been approved by high-ranking officials and federal prosecutors,” the Zambada-Niebla lawyer wrote”. After being extradited to Chicago in February 2010, Zambada-Niebla argued that he was also “immune from arrest or prosecution” because he actively provided information to U.S. federal agents. Niebla “The DEA said it was OK to run drugs into America”. Niebla also alleged that Operation Fast and Furious was part of an agreement to finance and arm the cartel in exchange for information used to take down its rivals. This resurfaces the issue that Attorney General Eric Holder knew about the gun-running arrangements in Fast and Furious as we all knew he did. The only plausible explanation serving to underlie this operation would be that DEA is protecting the drug trafficking corridors for the banking elite that has hijacked our government. The information supplied by the Sinaloa’s about their rivals protects the elites shipments from competition. Part Two of this series will explore the details of the money laundering arrangements which will expose this unholy arrangement. ConclusionIn summary, drugs are supplied from the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel, who in turn ship the drug to their middle men, the Sinaloa cartel. The DEA is completely aware of this relationship and actively protects the business arrangement My source also informed me that the members of the SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel travel freely to and from the United States where they own homes and do not pay taxes to the American government. According to my source, he was implicated in a hit and run accident involving a Peruvian national and was removed from his position. There is a new document, previously held secret, which has surfaced and clearly signals the intention of the United Nations to engage in gun confiscation in the relatively near future. The document is damning, however, the existence of the document is not even needed to prove the point that there is a major confrontation brewing between the American people and an international peace-keeping UN force, and it’s coming right around the corner. Another Nail In America’s Coffin The following is a smoking gun document that presents seven sequential steps designed to culminate in the total disarmament of the American nation. For those of you that know your history, you will note that there were 17 genocides in the 20th Century and in each case, these genocides were preceded by gun confiscation by the host government. According to the Democide Project located at the University of Hawaii, governments killed far more people, an estimated 26o million victims, than even war. History shows that if we ever allow government, the UN, or the U.S., to ever be able to seize our guns, we are signing our death warrant! The following document is a declaration of war against the United States people. For those who find the document to be on the blurry side, scroll down to the Appendix to view a clearer copy. The UN and its cohorts have accomplished steps 1-5 (see below). They are now working on steps 6 and 7 which would constitute complete disarmament of the American people. If one examines the first five steps of the plot, it is easy to ascertain the pattern of gun confiscation that Obama has attempted to follow. I do not believe that Obama has to completely implement steps 1-5 before moving to enforce steps 6 and 7. Therefore, even though Obama has not completely implemented the first five steps across the country, he has done enough to usher in Steps 6 and 7 in this United Nations disarmament plan. Steps 6 and 7 are listed below: “6. Finally, codification of laws to completely makes any and all firearms illegal to own, possess or use outside of military and law enforcement usage. 7. Creation of a United Nations Police Taskforce with the specific mission of assisting member nations with the collection of weaponry from civilian hands”. The proof for the validity of the intentions signaled by this document does not lie in the authenticity of any single document. The smoking gun evidence that Obama is progressively moving towards seizing all 300,000,000 civilian guns in this country, lies in the ubiquitous manner in which Obama has pursued sequential and progressive steps toward the disarming of the American people. As it has been said, “Judge a man by what he does, not by what he says”. The cases in point would be what Obama has tried to accomplish after the Boston Marathon Bombing, the Batman Aurora, CO. shootings and the Sandy Hook event. Creation of programs to provide reasonable compensation for voluntary surrender of said arms”. How many times have we witnessed Obama standing before the cameras and national press corps and threaten to take unilateral action against our gun rights following each one of the false flag events mentioned above? In each instance, Obama has used thinly veiled excuses that he only wants to take away guns that “military grade weapons”. “1. Classification of military grade weapons to be made illegal for possession. 5. Codification of laws to restrict the sale of, and possession of ammunition and components to manufacture ammunition”. Connecting the Dots for Gun Confiscation Even if the the UN document designed to disarm America, listed above, was not genuine (and it is), the following, very public document has been proven to be very authentic. There is even more fuel to throw on this raging fire as we consider the fact that, at the behest of President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry illegally, and in direct violation to the Constitution of the United States, signed the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The UN Arms Trade Treaty contains all 7 provisions listed above in the Disarmament Commission of the United Nations. Her son presently resides in foster care with “two fathers” in which Wesolowski is claiming sexual abuse is occurring as evidenced by rash on the rectum, a return to diapers and the boy is repetitively moving his arms in sexual gestures asking for people to “cut his arms off”. All of this information has been presented to the Virginia CPS/DFS, the local police and the Fairfax County Attorneys office and NOTHING is being done to protect the child. Why? Because the boy represents too much money for the system. I have two former Virginia CPS workers who tell me that it is the goal of the Virginia CPS to remove as many kids as possible and that evidence is fabricated and papers are forged to this end. One of these sources is going public sometime in July. Prior investigators such as the late Nancy Schaefer claim that children simply go missing from the care of the various CPS’ and these children end up in child sex trafficking rings such as the ones identified by Nick Bryant, the author of the Franklin Scandal. Dyncorp was also caught doing the same and they paid a large fine, but nobody was held personally accountable. The Unanswered Question God bless Congressman Wolf and his efforts in attacking this single biggest heinous act being perpetrated against the children of the United States. However, Congressman Wolf does not quite go far enough as there is an unanswered question: “Where do these sex traffickers get their children from?” Investigative author Nick Bryant, the late State Senator Nancy Schaefer and Brian Gerrish all agree that children are “lost” from the system (e.g. CPS) and many children end up in these trafficking rings. All three investigators agree that many of these children die in snuff films and most are so drugged up that if they do ever escape with their lives, nobody will ever believe them because of their addiction status. In Virginia, we find former CPS agents admitting that the goal of the agency is child abduction from the homes of law-abiding parents. The agencies are paid by the federal government for the procurement of each child. Following this watershed event, he has become well known for moving money and then betting on stock market crashes. In several instances, Soros has been known to rig various markets to fail for his own gain as well as the gain of the international banking cartel in Basel. Several months ago, Soros made raised eyebrows by making a billion dollar stock bet against the S&P 500. At that particular time, Soros proclaimed, through his actions, that there were warning signs of coming S&P 500 troubles which signaled dangerous times ahead for the US economy. Today, the American Stock Market has an unprecedented bubble which is reminding many of the months leading of the 1929 Stock Market crash. Disturbingly, Soros has had both accurate and advanced knowledge of market crashes in the past. Subsequently, savvy investors keep a very close eye on his money movements and resulting holdings as Soros is the “Canary in the mine”. He is the world’s ultimate economic hit man and both bankers and politicians watch his every move with fear and apprehension. According to a 2014 first quarter filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it was revealed that Soros sold his holdings in Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America. Soros subsequently moved his money and took up new positions in gold and tech stocks associated with Chinese money movement. Soros has moved his money to RF Micro Devices, Nuance Communications, Marvel Technology Group, Nokia Corp., and Cypress Semiconductor. Soros also boosted his stake in Herbalife and took up a new position in Yamana Gold and AuRico Gold, and New Gold Inc. Soros’ money movements are significant for several reasons. First, he is now betting against both the U.S. Stock Market and now the three major US domestic banks. Second, Soros has obtained a sizable gold portfolio which is something one would want to do if one were expecting, or causing a crash of currency to occur. Finally, and most significantly, Soros is betting against the solvency of the Federal Reserve by running from the three of the major investors (i.e. the three major banks) in the Federal Reserve. This is highly significant because this is occurring at a time when the Federal Reserve gave permission to various Chinese interests (i.e. all controlled by the Chinese military) to purchase sizable positions in American banking which serves to underwrite and partially fund the Federal Reserve. It is interesting to note that JP Morgan Chase has sold their property located at One Chase Manhattan Plaza skyscraper to Fosun International, a Chinese investment firm, for the bargain basement price of $725 million. This is only the latest in a series of New York real estate purchases by Chinese investors for properties formerly reserved for Federal Reserve members. In part two, I will reveal why the Chinese, and not just America, is walking into a George Soros created trap. Nothing Financial Occurs In IsolationAs investors scramble to make sense out of Soros’ money movements, it is important to look for collaborating data in peripheral financial interests and we find that various sectors of the American economy are recoiling in anticipation of the American economy going into freefall. After examining the following facts related to a significant change in money policies, in the 2014 first quarter, when Soros began ditching American banks, I am convinced that the time to have taken your money out of the bank was yesterday. For example, the IMF’s plans to steal 10%, for starters, of all bank accounts in Europe, America cannot be far behind. Further, and as of the first quarter of this year, JP Morgan Chase is banning wire transfers from their bank to foreign banks to prevent American capital flight which will surely happen as America wakes up to the desperate situation that the banks are in. JP Morgan Chase is also prohibiting any cash withdrawals of $50,000 or more. HSBC bank (America) followed suit and, in fact, all major banks are making it more difficult to move money out of the country. It Is a Case of Simple MathThe media shows a great deal of concern about our debt of $17 trillion dollars and the fact that President Obama is adding $1 trillion per year to the total. The MSM is trying to get you and I to focus on the least troubling of our economic statistics. What the MSM is trying to get the American people see and feel is the metaphorical equivalent of showing anxiety of over having a simple cold when the person is has stage four cancer. There are two other debt-related numbers which are much more telling. Our national unfunded liabilities (e.g. Social Security, Medicare, etc.) total a whopping $240 trillion dollars and this is not even the worst economic news. As a result of the hijacking of our economy through the 2008 bailouts, the American people have been saddled with the derivatives debt. Nearly every economic publication estimates the derivatives debt to be in the range of one quadrillion dollars to $1.5 quadrillion dollars. Conservative estimates tell us that this derivatives debt, that has been assumed by the governments of the world, is at least 16 times the entire value of the assets of Planet Earth. This generation can never pay off this debt. Your children, grandchildren and even great-great-great-great-great grandchildren cannot pay off this debt. If the status quo were to remain in place, this debt could not be paid off in the 25th century, the 30th century, nor the 50th century. My estimates place the interest on the debt to exceed the entire value of the world’s assets and the interest is increasing far faster than the governments of the world can even service the debt. Who is the debt owed to? It is owed to the first movers, the owners of the central banking system. And this is who is collapsing the system and George Soros knows this. In fact, he is working to this end. This is the topic of the next part in this series. Should you take your money out of the bank? If so, when should you do so? Disturbing Reports from CPS InsidersI was recently contacted by a pair of former CPS agents who became thoroughly disgusted with the present state of affairs. Initially, I was told that “Dave, you are spot on with your assessment regarding the nature and intent of CPS’s planned enforcement of the concern’s delineated in the manual entitled, “Child Neglect: A Guide for Prevention Assessment, and Intervention”. One of the CPS agents proceeded to use the term “concerns” because this manual merely provides a very subjective coverage of the “definition” of neglect/abuse/ children and its subsequent impact. The issues detailed in this “user manual” will be enforced using Obamacare as a legal means to carry out what amounts to tyranny. This is exactly what I recently reported on my website. The Prime Directive of CPS Is To Steal ChildrenBoth CPS agents admitted to the fact that they were very familiar with the tactics and strategies utilized by the modern day CPS’ as they attempt to seize as many children as possible. The CPS (Obamacare) “user manual” was designed “so as to give broad authoritarian powers to CPS caseworkers. Both CPS agents stated that they witnessed many of the cases they investigated as trivial or, “merely parental oversight” and not worthy of CPS intervention and child seizure. Some CPS caseworkers would issue “founded allegations of parental neglect” for something as trivial as one ounce of marijuana that was mistakenly found by their child”. The other former agent stated that they watched co-workers fabricate allegations by citing signs of “child neglect” as they would report that the children were allowed to roam the streets all hours of the day and night even though no such report had been reported to CPS . Neglect allegations are the fall back position of a CPS agent and are usually “all made up”. CPS Has a Quota System For Child TheftAccording to one of CPS informants, they had a quota system just like cops do with the only difference being difference that kids were going to be stolen instead of citizens merely receiving speeding tickets. Overzealous teachers and doctors proved to be fertile sources of reporting parental wrongdoing. State laws mandate that teachers and doctors must report all suspected parental wrongdoing. Once CPS received such a report, there was a good chance that a child was going to be removed from the home as “arrangements would be made for transfer of “temporary custody” before the CPS agents ever left the office to visit the home. One of the CPS agents complained that her supervisors operated on an informal quota system.”If 100 child abuse/neglect were reported, 75 children were going to be taken from their mothers”. The Joy of Inflicting MiseryOne of the CPS agents is married and has children. She claims that she was in the extreme minority as most of her fellow caseworkers were “overweight lesbians with no children”. Repeatedly, this agent observed a total lack of empathy from the CPS caseworkers for the mothers who would lose their children. Some of her fellow caseworkers would act with glee at the prospect of removing a child and it was often a cause of celebration at the nearby pub during happy hour, where the agents would toast each other for their “accomplishments”. The glee from these CPS agents did not come from the satisfaction of saving a child from neglect and abuse, it was more like the joy a hunter gets from killing the hunted. “The more fear and misery inflicted on the mother”, the more joyful the job of being a CPS worker became for these monsters that would steal other people’s children!” One of the CPS caseworkers complained that “the opinions of the predominately liberal, authoritarian, overweight female staff will drive the case in any manner they choose, literally. Most CPS offices divide their CPS staff as follows: (1) CPS screeners – these are the people that take “anonymous” phone calls (they know the identity of the caller, you won’t) of alleged abuse/neglect and make a determination as to whether sending out a (2) CPS intake caseworker is warranted. If so, the CPS intake caseworker will go out and conduct home/school/work interviews and make a determination if (a) a case will be opened and the child will be removed and placed into CPS custody (with extended family, friends of the family or a foster home), or if ( a case will be opened and the child will remain in parental custody, with CPS oversight. In both scenarios, the intake CPS caseworker will schedule a court hearing that provides evidence for bringing the child or children into custody. At this point, the child or children become Wards of the state. From this point, parents will be billed by the state for custodial services which include all related caretaking expenses. Shortly following this hearing, a meeting is held at the CPS office to pass the case to an (3) ongoing CPS caseworker. The ongoing CPS caseworker will formulate a service agreement after psychological testing is completed. In all cases, parents and their child(ren) are required to undergo psychological testing. Adults are administered the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) and children are administered the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale. Technically, this test can be used for people up to age 23. Complete psychological profiles on all parties are obtained and placed in the family’s case file. These psychological profiles determine if anyone has mental disorders and recommend “appropriate treatment”. Based on the psychological profiles, the CPS ongoing caseworker will determine what kind of services will be required and those services are detailed in the service agreement: domestic violence counseling, counseling for “personality disorders”, alcohol/drug treatment, sex abuse counseling and or a no-contact order between parent(s) and the child; among the parents; or relatives and the child. Violation of the service agreement results in some pretty heavy-handed action. The state will offer to pay for the psychological testing, because once they do, the psychological profiles remain property of the state. If you ever find yourself in this situation, don’t let the state pay for this. The state will ONLY USE CPS friendly mental health professionals who will side with the state in a Court of Law. The state WILL USE YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE AGAINST YOU!! Secure your own mental health professional so that you retain the rights to your personal information. Beware, because several CPS caseworkers also double as MSW, MA, MS, Psy.D., or Ph.D. “counselors”. Often times, CPS caseworkers attend school to earn these credentials while maintaining employment as CPS caseworkers and open up a “counseling business” on the side to earn extra money while they double dip at taxpayers’ expense and they actually make money from taking other people’s children”. This Is How They Steal Your ChildrenThe entire mental health system associated with CPS is tilted in the direction of labeling the parent as mentally ill with the one goal of child removal from the home. One former CPS agent produced an account of how your children are stolen and this very graphic individual account was offered: “With the revision in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), published by the American Psychiatric Association, the scope for mental health disorders” has expanded dramatically. Dave Hodges actually wrote about this a few days ago. Also, Alex Jones has covered the abuses of CPS and mental health professionals” at great length. Both Dave Hodges and Alex Jones are 100% accurate. This is scary sh*t people. Depending on the opinion of the CPS ongoing caseworker and the “progress” of the family, determined by several Family Decision Meetings, Court Hearings and Citizen Review Board Hearings (yep, that’s right, members of the community actually weigh in on what they feel is best for the child. Socialist Melissa Harris-Perry’s wet dream was being practiced in 2009 when I worked for CPS ) the case will either be closed or transferred to a CPS permanency case worker. The CPS permanency case worker will determine if the child(ren) will remain in foster care indefinitely, go up for adoption, return to their parents, or if the parents will be subjected to a Termination of Parental Rights Trial (TPR). Here, the CPS permanency case worker provides an opinion based on all the previous evidence gathered throughout the life of the case, including the heavily weighted psychological profile and makes an “appropriate recommendation”. Keep in mind, that a Court will issue a ruling based on the case worker’s recommendation 99.99% of the time. If the CPS permanency caseworker determines; based on their opinion, that a TPR trial is warranted, one is scheduled and the state IS ALWAYS successful in terminating the parental rights of the child(ren). Often times, the receiving foster parents are very quick to get a “disabled” diagnosis for their newly acquired foster child(ren), whether it exists or doesn’t exist – because the state pays them up to three-times the normal rate for care. The state might pay foster parents $1100.00 per month, per child for caretaking expenses for a non-disabled child(ren) (and then bills the parents for more than this). The state will pay up to $3300.00 per month, per child for “disabled” children. The definition of a “disabled” child can range from severe mental and or physical disabilities to ADHD. Any subsequent child(ren) that this couple has, automatically become Wards of the state and the parental rights are automatically terminated. In this situation; the state, more specifically, the CPS caseworker is not obligated to illustrate reasonable efforts at reunifying the child(ren) with their parent(s). This is the only exception to bypassing “reunification” efforts. Herein lies the problem, the opinion of the CPS caseworker drives this entire process. So, one caseworker might find parents’ actions “egregious” enough to make a recommendation for a TPR trial, whereas another caseworker might return subsequent children to the same parents who had their previous children subjected to TPR trials… I elected to work on a reunification plan, and against the advice of my supervisor, co-workers, foster parents, Citizens Review Board, and caseworkers from other counties who dealt with this family, I returned the child back where he belonged, to his parents. My supervisor accused me of using “cowboy” tactics in the field. She was right, I did in fact use cowboy tactics to ensure that this child returned to his parents”. How much more graphic does it get? The goal of the CPS is to steal your child and terminate your parental rights regardless of how benign the situation may be. These facts lead to the following advice from one the agents: “If CPS appears at your door, don’t answer the door. If your children are not home-schooled, you should really seriously consider home-schooling your children. But, if they are subjected to the public or private school system, train them NOT TO TALK TO STRANGERS. Because CPS will show up at your child’s school and CPS will interview them without your knowledge or consent and CPS will remove your child from school without your knowledge or consent”. How to Minimize Your Exposure to the Greatest Kidnapping Ring in America Again, one of the CPS agents has some very pointed advice on how to avoid being a victim of your state’s CPS: “You need to have a family action plan on what to do in case of emergencies, this includes CPS tyranny emergencies. ALWAYS obtain passports for all of your children. If your children are under the age of 18, both parent’s signatures are required for passports. Here’s why all children need passports. Marriages occur in churches, divorces don’t. If, for some strange reason you and your loving spouse’s relationship is on the rocks, or you’re embroiled in a bitter custody dispute where the odds are stacked against you; you might need an international escape plan. Where would you go? Whatever you do, don’t flee to Hague Convention countries listed on this link http://adoption.state.gov/hague_convention/countries.php. These countries have an agreement with the U.S. government to return all missing children to their respective countries. This means if you’ve fled the country for the sake of your child and end up in one of these countries listed, you can expect to get arrested by the local military or police if they locate you. If you must flee, choose a Non-Hague Convention country, preferably bordering other Non-Hague Convention countries. If you choose this option, it will be necessary to go “ghost”. You’ll need to cut all forms of communication ties with all family, friends, acquaintances, enemies, current employers, past employers, etc. Get my drift?” More Disturbing Revelations The other CPS agent said she had proof that the Arlington and Fairfax, VA. courts are trafficking in children as a result of these previously described cases. The National Defense University (NDU), one of the premiere war colleges, is being implicated as well for being complicit in these practices. Finally, I have emerging information that ties some of these events into the murder of Ambassador Stevens at Benghazi. It seems that Stevens murder was not just a case of covering up arms for al-Qaeda, just prior to the 2012 election. Further, I am in touch with a senior analyst for the NDU who is providing me with collaborating evidence. I realize that I am on dangerous ground. Therefore, for my own protection, I have indeed disseminated much of this information and will begin to report on these issue in my next article in which I am going to fully excavate the proverbial rabbit hole.

It is a simple business proposition. They own our debt, we have defaulted and they are here to be compensated. The Giveaway of American Energy to the ChineseThe Bundy affair affirmed the fact that Chinese are being handed control of solar energy inside the United States and that this is being facilitated by Senator Harry Reid. The takeover of American energy is being manifested on many fronts, but in particular, it is being concentrated on the takeover of the solar industry in the new Agenda 21 designation with the so-called “Solar Energy Zones”. These Solar Energy Zones are appearing in multiple locations in such places as Southwestern Arizona, Barstow, CA. and Victorville, CA., and now I am receiving on te ground reports from Colorado and Utah as well. These designated Solar Energy Zones have very similar variables in common. The following chart indicates that the debt compensation will consist of complete control of the solar industry and will be expanded to other energy sources (e.g. hydroelectric and nuclear power). Again, here is a chart which demonstrates the commonalities shared by these Solar Energy Zones. The proximity of Solar Energy Zones to the Canamex Highway Corridor system speaks to this intent. There is also a military aspect of this that should jump out at the reader and this will be discussed in detail in the next part in this series. Long BeachIf one thinks that the location of these Solar Energy Zones next to a Canamex, or planned Canamex Highway Corridor system is a coincidence, they should take a close look at what is happening at Long Beach, CA. The control of the American transportation system is no more pronounced than it is in Long Beach, CA. The deep water port at Long Beach is the only of its type on the West Coast. And this country’s government has GIVEN AWAY the Long Beach deep water port to the Chinese. The giveaway of both the military installation and the deep water port goes live next year in 2015. Grid Ex IIThe Chinese were recently on American soil and were invited to participate in the recently completed Grid EX II drill. This is the height of either stupidity or treason. In the last several months, the Chinese have threatened to nuke us over our intentions to invade Syria and Iran, and then we subsequently let them see the vulnerabilities of our power grid by allowing them to participate in the Grid Ex II drill in November of 2013 in which DHS practiced for a simulated takedown of the American power grid by an EMP weapon? Does anyone else think this is insane in that we would give the knowledge of the inner workings of our power grid to the Chinese, our enemy? However, the Chinese presence on American soil for Grid EX II is just a foothold in relation to what is coming. The Chinese are being shown how to control entire energy grid of the United States. You don’t believe it? Then explain why they had access to highly secure areas, during the Grid Ex II drill, and now know how to bring down the grid with a computer key stroke. Will this become the false flag event that will bring on martial law which will be enforced by foreign assets? At one time, this would have been dismissed as idle speculation, but in today’s political climate it is a real possibility. I swallowed hard as I write these words, because I know this spells the end of America as we know it because we are about to living under new management. If you doubt this, then please reread the preceding paragraphs . The Solar Energy Zones are located in proximity to major energy sources for a reason and now it appears clear as to why this is true. However, it is not just the Solar Energy Zones that we have to worry about. Harry Reid Is Not the Only TraitorThis plot is bigger than the Solar Energy Zones. According to World Net Daily and Joseph Farah, there are a total of 10 named United States Senators now known to be involved with the special trip Harry Reid made to China in 2011 supposedly to invite Chinese investment in the United States. According to Farah, this is a clever scheme to sell off below market value valuable land, mineral, and water rights to communist China so they can set up “large investment zones” within America owned and controlled by communist China corporations which are only accountable to China’s government. Farah identified the other nine senators as Richard Shelby, R-Ala.; Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.; **** Durbin, D-Ill.; Mike Enzi, R-Wyo.; Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.; Johnny Isakson, R-Ga.; Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.; and Michael Bennet, D-Colo. Along these lines, there is presently a three pronged globalist plot designed to subjugate the people of this country. These three elements include (1) controlling the nations water supplies by creating massive debt forcing governments to relinquish control over its water supplies; (2) private individuals and corporations are acquiring and hording massive amounts of water; and, (3) the Environmental Protection Agency is presently engaged in activities, on behalf of the UN’s Agenda 21 policies, to use the control of water to also control food production and eliminate private property ownership. The Path to American TotalitarianismIf a totalitarian government desired to control the people of the United States, garrisoning the country with an army of occupation would be extremely difficult, if not impossible. The United States has 315 million people which own 300+ million plus handguns and the country occupies a good portion of a continent. These are daunting challenges to occupying the United States. Most military strategists will tell you that it takes about one soldier for every 50 citizens to effectively garrison a country. This means that an army which would effectively garrison this country would have to be over six million strong! Even for the Chinese, this would be a difficult task. There are simpler and more efficient ways to control a country than military occupation. How to Successfully Occupy the United StatesHistory tells us that to successfully occupy the United States, one would be better off controlling essential life-sustaining resources instead of attempting to garrison the country. What are these essential resources? Controlling America by controlling essential resources. To control a population such as the United States, one would have to control what Abraham Maslow called the essential elements for survival, namely, food, water and shelter. How best to control food, water and shelter than to reduce the diversification of ownership over these resources and history has produced an effective model to describe how to effectively control these essential elements of survival. As the Roman Empire declined in influence and power, Feudalism replaced the nation-state government. The feudal lord was one of the few employers in the fourth and the fifth centuries. The feudal lords owned most of the land and nearly all the resources. Today, the specter of feudalism has shape-shifted into a global corporatocracy headed by the the central bankers, the United Nations and their Agenda 21 policies. The global corporations are constructing this brand of neo-feudalism right before our eyes. Phase One: Debt Enslavement Leads to Control of WaterBoth history and current events demonstrate that the more debt a country acquires, the more at risk that country is to losing control over its infrastructure and in particular, its water supplies to private interests. What do countries do when they are being strangled by debt? The answer is simple, they simply borrow more money. As America’s aging infrastructure falls further into disrepair, the various levels of government will be forced to borrow more money in order to keep its water supplies safe. This has been done before and the results were devastating to the country borrowing money. The World Bank and Bechtel’s control of Bolivian water led to massive civil disobedience and violence. Bolivia, in 2000, is the poster child for what happens to a country when it borrows money to fix its water issues. The Bolivian case in point is exemplified by the fact that the country borrowed money from the predatory World Bank in order to fix its water issues. The World Bank brought in Bechtel Corporation to fix Bolivia’s water issues, however, Bolivia predictably defaulted on its World Bank loan obligations and their water supplies went into receivership as prices skyrocketed by 400%. Further the Bolivians lost the right to trap rain water and reuse irrigation water. The exact scheme is also underway in Lima, Peru, where the typical poor family pays private vendors up to $3 per cubic meter to collect contaminated water in buckets while the elite pay 30 cents per cubic meter for treated water that pours out of taps in their homes. Also, in India, some families spend a quarter of their income on water. Debt manipulation, for the ultimate purpose of controlling water, is not just in play in the third world. Very soon, America’s crushing debt load combined with a quickly declining water infrastructure will lead officials in the US. Massive protests were held in Peru over the privatization of its water supplies by the UN and its corporate minions. The derivative debt has paralyzed the economies of Europe and the United States. Debt default, followed by the banker bailouts will lead to private entities controlling our essential resources. How long will it be until the globalists have to bail out the American economy while we continue on our trek towards unsustainable debt? When America’s economy falters, the bankers, armed with their central bank printing presses, will come to the rescue. The price for their intervention, judging by what happened in Bolivia, will be total control over our infrastructure. Collecting rainwater and purifying stream water to drink, are already becoming become illegal acts. All water will be obtained through the public private partnership corporations and you can bet, as history has set the precedent, will get very expensive. Illegal to conserve. What ever happened to Agenda 21′s conservation movement? States like Colorado, Utah and Washington have already made it illegal to trap rain water and use for such purposes as drinking and irrigation. In Douglas County, Colorado, just south of metropolitan Denver, engineers conducted a study on how rainwater collection affects aquifer function and health as well as groundwater supplies. The study revealed that when private parties collect rainwater on their properties, this serves to reduce the demand on local water facilities and improves conservation efforts. Based upon this research, trapping rainwater should be encouraged. However, conservation is not the goal of modern day water management, political and personal control of the citizenry is the final objective. The Bolivian water experience is already underway in the United States. Did we really think that this only happening in Bolivia? Similar projects are underway in Manila, Pakistan and San Francisco. Yes, this is correct; Bechtel now has a contract with San Francisco ’s city government to upgrade the city’s water system. Bechtel employees are working side by side with city workers in a privatization move that people-in-the-know fear will lead to an eventual take-over of San Francisco ’s water system and create a fiasco similar to the one in Bolivia. The wolf is at the door as massive debt will soon cause the US to lose control over our water. This is all part of an Agenda 21 plot to control the water of the United States in order to subjugate the people and to make a lot of money in the process. The Inbred Relationship Among the Government, Bechtel and the United NationsHow interconnected are the global corporations to the United States Government, the United Nations and Agenda 21? Before the cries which will challenge me to don my tin foil hat before writing about a water conspiracy, I would ask that you please first consider the following list of Bechtel employees who have moved into major policy making positions both in the United States Government and the United Nations. 1. Bechtel’s CEO, Riley P. Bechtel, served on the President Bush’s (43) Export Council (4/24/03) 2. George Schultz. Shortly after assuming his new position in Bechtel, President Reagan recruited Schultz to Washington to serve as Secretary of State. 3. Reagan’s Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinburger was a former Bechtel general counsel. 4. W. K. Davis was a Bechtel vice-president for nuclear development before he was appointed as Reagan’s Deputy Secretary of Energy and administrative head of the Atomic Energy Commission. 5. William Casey a former Bechtel consultant served in a number of government positions including chairman of the SEC under Nixon, head of the Export-Import bank under President Ford, and director of the CIA under Reagan. 6. Richard Helm, who later became a ‘consultant’ to Bechtel, had earlier been a CIA director under Nixon. 7. William Simon, Nixon’s Treasury secretary, was hired by Bechtel as a consultant. 8. Ross Connelly, CEO of Bechtel Energy Resources Corporation (retired), was appointed by George W. Bush (41) in June of 2001 to the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). The OPIC has strong connections to the United Nations privatization projects. 9. Stew Burkhammer, a current Bechtel executive, is presently a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health. 10. Marie-Françoise of Bechtel (France), Conseiller d’Etat, From 1979 to 1980, she was Consultant of the United Nations Asian and Pacific Development Center. . The connections between these groups can be further exemplified by the following: United Resolution 1483, from the UN Security Council in 2003, approved the occupation of Iraq by American and British forces, thus making Iraq into a de facto colony. As such, this opened door for a corporate feeding frenzy by companies such as Bechtel as they lined up to “repair” Iraq following Gulf War II. Subsequently, Bechtel received a $1.03 billion contract to oversee major reconstruction of Iraq ‘s water and sewage. In spite of Bechtel’s promises, Iraqi families continue to lack access to clean water. The company made providing Southern Iraq ’s potable water one of its top priorities in which Bechtel promised delivery within 60 days following the commencement of the project. Within a year, Iraqi people still were suffering through epidemics of water-borne illnesses (e.g., cholera, kidney stones and diarrhea). Bechtel failed to live up to its word, but they did make a lot of money. And some people think that the United Nations is merely a benign and benevolent organization which is essentially neutral on all areas of politics and finance. Today, the stock holders of Bechtel have the United Nations to thank, in large part, ConclusionLet’s be very clear. Debt is being used to control water by taking advantage of various levels of governments which are defaulting on financial obligations. This practice will soon be visited upon the United States. The United Nations, the World Bank and globalist corporations (e.g. Bechtel) are waiting in the wings to subjugate our people as our crushing debt will undoubtedly open this door. America can indeed be garrisoned through the control of water. And the control of water will, in large part, be facilitated through controlling of the America’s debt. If this were the sole extent of our water challenges, our collective existence would be imperiled, but it gets worse. We now know that when the globalists invade a country, they do so on multiple fronts.
