Frank used to always say we need the budget passed so S can apply the rate....after listening to last night's CC, I believed strongly we would see the budget pass today as this is in perfect harmony with Frank's report of the meetings in Jordan....Today's meeting in Amman can now authorize Iraq to move from Article 14 to Article 8(rv/ri, implied of course) as they have worked together in true democratic fashion and passed THE budget apparently without the Kurds....remember, a democracy is mob rules which is why our Founding Fathers were so staunchly opposed to democracy...(how did we become a democracy again when we were founded as a Republic??? :hmmm: Oh sorry, wrong topic...).... IMO, the budget is officially passed but not ratified......NOW we need to see the Rate so it can be properly applied before it is ratified and opened....
