QUOTE: "the constitutional period to choose a prime minister is 15 days after the selection of the president." Folks, that's 2 Iraqi Presidents down and 1 to go. Parliament will reconvene on the 5th of August to vote in a new Prime Minister. Will it be Maliki, Mahdi or Chalabi? I believe it will be Mahdi... But that's just me! We are now down to days and not months, when we see a new government formed completely that will implement many changes in Iraq.
