11 July 2017 Bruce... Is this the week? We believe it is. We got enough evidence it is coming to us by the end of the week. I'm not calling it but that's what I'm hearing from a number of different sources. Sunday night the FOREX was populating the rates of all the currencies around the world. What is interesting is these currencies been added, but we can't see it yet. We are not supposed to see it yet. Behind the scenes all the currencies are being traded by the banks. They are trying to get the values of these currencies raised higher to set them in position before we get started.

7 July 2017 Peggy68... Iraq will announce liberation & the int'l rate in country. The Federal Reserve will initiate the Iraq int'l rate along with Egypt as per FR calendar. July 9 CBI will show the int'l rate. July 10 FOREX will list the IQD int'l rate.

Luigi says... Watch bothe videos from Landa & NESARA Groups from the 7th & 8th. Both videos are under 10 minutes. 7 June 2017 Landa and NESARA... Videos at another alternate Dinar site claim the exchanges has started on the 7th. WF instructed to expect exchanges. Church groups now liquid...some individuals are getting $1 Million advances on their exchanges.

Luigi found this URGENT rumor of Dinarian intrest... 17 May 2017 Delta Frank26...URGENT. The WB said they launched...they sure did family. When security & stability returned to Iraq...they said they would do it...they are ready. History is going to happen with Trump & the leaders of the Middle East. No wonder why the WB has told the CBI to move foward...IMO before Ramadan. This is why the union of banks have been speaking so boldly.

I am also of the school of thought that it would be very embarrassing to come out with a program rate…especially if you lifted the 3 zeros… Which means you’re in Article VIII …but can only be defined IF Chapter VII was lifted – ONLY! As the international money comes into Iraq through IBAN…it will flood the country with currency.

from another source... 19 June 2015 TNT Tony They are still saying that from Sunday there would be more purchasing power coming, more than before the sanctions. Abadi is meeting with Russia and other countries. They are showing this on Iraqi television, not here. However we were sent two videos from Iraq that say this in Arabic: The CBI bank is increasing value of dinar against eth dollar starting Saturday. The second video says the dinar will increase in value to $3.34 or more; we know it’s $3.91. That video is being broadcast on their television every three hours. There is no guarantee, but this is what the Iraqi people are getting excited about. Everyone has been notified, with positive bank memos in several banks. They are saying something about between now and Monday being a ‘busy time’ (paraphrase). I want us to be excited and I want us to go. I don’t want anyone buying more dinar based on this. The only thing showing on the bank screens as of TEN MINUTES ago is the dinar @ $3.91; the other currencies are not showing right now.

I'm curious if this is a deliberate stunt to stall the RV. Under Shabibi the exchange rate was stable. Some blame the artificial propped up high USD exchange rate. In the next couple weeks: 1) getting the 1st and 2nd readings of this new oil and gas law 2) getting announcements that they are about to hold a session to vote on the “package of laws” and that the package still contains what we need to complete the National Reconciliation. Then to see them pass these laws and then begin the implementation process. By the end of Ramadan (mid July). 3) Our major news focus should be on coalition forces defeating ISIS and getting rid of Iranian militias and Nori al-Maliki. I truly believe if we begin to see these events take root and move ahead we should also begin then to see articles slowly trickle out of the CBI telling us they are moving forward with the project to delete the zeros and currency reform (distributing the new lower denoms and the the 50k and 100k notes).
