CNN. Broadcasting With Tlar From The Department Of Redundancy Department ! Tlar: Hang in everyone. They still officially have not put out the whole budget. Until they do, we must assume the ball is rolling and in motion one way or another because they will not stop here. In other words our backstop is still in play but we now have a backstop for the backstop. March 1st is the taxes and tariffs. I am going to speculate for just a minute here. To my knowledge they have not put out the spending side of the budget as of late yesterday. ~~~ I find that strange. Is it either because they just didn't have enough time to publish the spending side of the budget or was it a calculated move? I think this is a very calculated move even if I don't understand the reasons why. The thing I feel comfortable with and keep coming back to, is the CBI does not have the tools for the budget at 1166 and that an RV is the only option left for them. They are boxed in so to speak. They only printed 5 trillion and have been using those to replace the notes that are in circulation since January of 2014. How many can they have left? If they don't RV they will have three choices only IMO with which to fund this budget. Re-release the counterfeitable notes they have been collecting exposing them to ongoing Iranian state sponsored counterfeiting once again. or Second, quickly order and print more of the un-counterfeitable notes, but I would think they would have already done this knowing they would have to fund a budget. There have been no articles suggesting that they have printed any more un-counterfeitable notes or are planning to. or Third. They fund their budget with USD which would mean restart the auctions continuing as they have done in the past. This counters every article recently stating that they want to use dinar within their country and make the dinar a hard currency. Not to mention how are they going to freely swap currencies at 1166 as articles have told us from the CBI. Logically speaking from what we think we know at this time, they don't have enough dinars on hand to open their budget without using the LD's. Quite honestly, my personal opinion is that I think there is some glitch in the roll out and we will never know what that glitch is. It has set the start date back a few days. I will not begin to worry or get nervous unless they publish the spending side of the budget and it is at 1166, and then they disperse the funds at 1166. Until then I am comfortable with what's going on and the feeling THIS IS IT AND MARCH 1ST IS NOW THE LAST BACKSTOP. tlar.
