We offer NO DATE, NO RATE on this forum!!! *** CC Notes Thursday 12-10-2015 Frank26: Due to the fact that yesterday ITEAM gave us their final report….you see I told them we need their report……they said….you don’t need it….but with some negotiation…..we got it…..I read a part of it softly last night…..and tonight….well we wrap it up…… But I tell you…there is another four pages of this report……we share things with you Famiy that is our reputation in this venture…..taking things to the blue couch and then look for things in 3 days…..and in the meantime take it to prayer……some people say Frank you should not use religion in talking about this currency…..first of all I’m not religious….I have a faith in Jesus Christ….and because that the study of Jesus Christ has brought me to the Iraqi Dinar. Ladies and gentlemen I want to thank you for allowing me to play and clown around…..and one more thing I want to say is I want to apologize to you for my persona from yesterday….even in my prayer I told God I don’t understand the definition of perfection…..I feel that I let you down, maybe I was loud, maybe I was rude, maybe I was crude, maybe I was burnt out….the days just pile up on me. Today is Thursday…..I have had I think 3 meals since Monday….I drink a lot of fluids, drinks with electrolytes, water, Gatorade, BioCell, and Wayne Garlands vitamins and minerals. So tonight I want to talk to you from the bottom of my heart and my soul and my spirit about the investment we are involved in….the Iraqi Dinar….I’m going to pour out the analytical report from ITEAM….then tomorrow when I talk with my TEAMS….for those who are with us on KTFA Premium….I’m so sorry having to charge the $15 membership per month….but this is done on a separate location run by Atlas and it requires we charge you for that…..Atlas does a good job and for that we stay with him. What we do tomorrow I go back to our study (TEAM study)….this tonight is your study….this is where you are studying right now…this is as far as your sight can take you…..not your visual sight….but just how far your study and knowledge can take you…..but tomorrow night we as TEAMS study into what we believe will be the RV into a cap of the IQD…..that again is not for you….I mean that in a constructive way. Some of you can study at that same level….but most cannot….most of you have been brought into this investment blindly…..by someone that is telling you to check this out…..and you buy before you study it…..and that is not the best way….it is often done with emotion. Tonight I’m going to talk to you about whales and sharks….do you think that whales and sharks have emotions…..do you think that whales and sharks bought into the dinar 10 years ago….5 years ago….1 year ago…..do you think they buy dinar right now…..sharks are buying when they SEE the rate at 1 to 1….oh no Frank no they won’t buy dinars at 1 to 1 they will take advantage of what it is now and buy it at a low price…..when they SEE it hit 1 to 1 they will buy a lot of dinars….you mean when it would cost them a million dollars to buy a million dinars…..when it ceases to be a speculation. Let that be the first lesson for you tonight. We’ve been telling you SECURITY is number one…..why do you think this thing got derailed in 2012…..you want to talk about a delay go to 2012…..why did we have to stop everything in 2012…..we did not get what we needed through SOFA, the protection of our soldiers by President Obama with Maliki….yes…no doubt about that…….but when we left terrorism took over like a bacteria….. If you know anything about bacteria you can be coughing one night and wake up with pneumonia…that is how quickly the bacteria can spread….that is how Maliki worked during that time with his agenda and desires….then Maliki pointed the finger at Dr. Shabibi and said you are stealing….but Dr. Shabibi said, no I’m not I’m working on the Monetary Reform, I’ve pulled all these notes in, I’ve put out articles telling you that I’m about to lift the 000’s…..but that was the problem for Maliki….they would have order in their banking system….. Maliki said, how can I steal if you do this…..I don’t expect you to steal….that’s it if you aren’t going to be a part of us….you are out of here….you bet I’m out of here….USA….protect me….which we did for two years….get me out of here…..then Maliki went crazy…he and his bacteria spread like wildfire. We got Dr. Shabibi back at the CBI…but is he in control of it……no not yet….why…..they are under contract with the IMF and the BIS and WTO….and these contracts IMO come to an end not at the end of the first quarter of 2016….but at the beginning…..now the IMF I believe is going to work with them and give them until the end of the first quarter….but the BIS and WTO….no….they want this now….and I think that Dr. Shabibi wants this now. That is why we told you yesterday there will not be any new rate giving to you on the 15th…..the tariffs and the codes are there already….instead we found out that on the 15th you will see a plethora of laws get activated….and right around that corner these laws are for security and many reforms….and the monetary reform is one of them. Terror or terrorism you do not know….until someone puts a gun under your chin and pushes as hard as they can…..you feel that…..you know. WSJ today says……Terror has Stalled the Dollar Flow….you are a very good student aren’t you…..well the dollar is watching a basket…and IMO…it watches a basket that is led by a specific currency that we are reaching across to become 1 to 1 with…..but then you see the WSJ article…..I don’t want you to think of that as a delay…..the IQD is moving….it is moving at the speed of an avalanche….you know what I mean by that….take a snowball and drop it from the top of a mountain….it starts moving faster and faster getting larger at the same time becoming an avalanche…. So that little snowball that we call “when when when”……it is pretty big in its movement and fast….that is why after tonight I will not talk to you after tonight…..about the subject of the Iraqi dinar….we will still be talking on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights and such….but not about the IQD…..I think people are creating a need….after thinking and talking to our TEAMS and taking it to God in prayer we are creating an itch….and if you keep scratching it all you do is create a scab and an infection. The WSJ front page very clearly shows an American soldier with in a Humvee, in a defensive weapon vehicle…..United States Air Strikes Help Beat Back ISIS in Key Iraqi Cities….thank you WSJ….but we are way past that aren’t we KTFA Family….that was why I carefully led you to Ramadi and Mosul…..and tonight I can now tell you some things. You understand now ok that on the 1st of December IMO…the RI started for the IQD…..and IMO it moved some numbers from 1166 to be within 2% compliance with the street rate….ok that is Article 8 for the IMF….ok….is Article 8 lifted…..don’t know…..so let’s just drop that….because the taxes and tariffs are in a long line….they await a rate change….we thought that we would see that on the 15th…..but we’ve been told no….so we corrected that yesterday…..make sure that is in your notes……so what about the 15th…..there will be a plethora of laws….there are many of them that will start to pour out. We know the WTO has the codes for the products….exports and imports……we know the laws are in position ready to be activated for all of this….you know the sock and the shoe…..i was putting the shoe on and I apologize for that. We covered that it was illogical for Dr. Shabibi or anyone to change a rate in the middle of a month…..and we know very well that Dr. Shabibi loves the first of the year or the middle of the year. Last night one of the things that we left you with was…..our TEAMS are looking battlefields….and we certainly don’t tell you about them until we know we can….the day we told you about Ramadi and Mosul and the next day boom….there were the articles. Yesterday we started to tell you things about Baghdadi and started to tell you some things about Obama….we said IF this is true then we have two issues tonight…..you don’t even know what I’ll talk about tonight….well you do….you saw the article. DELTA’s TEAM is with the citizens….well obviously ITEAM is with the battlefields and DELTA is with the CBI and the citizens because they are going to get something…..they will get something in their hands….and you know what it is….in fact 222dude was the first to post what it was yesterday. We talked to you about Maliki…..and what he did when he and Najafi went into Masum’s office…..and what happened….he wants to establish a new coalition….but laws….laws on the 15th have literally choked that……nothing that Maliki can do…..remember we said they asked for help……USA can you help us……well we could bring in the Lone Ranger….but first let’s try legalities….and we just recently found this out….we will talk more on this later. We told you that Abadi introduced the Terrorism Law…..anyone who has been involved in terrorism….you are out of here….Maliki and his minions will be arrested…..legally arrested. When they implement the taxes and tariffs…..look for a lag of 30 days….why…..IMO…..during this lag after the taxes and tariffs have been put up…..did I say with a rate….NO…..as soon as you see the taxes and tariffs implemented at the border and accepted by the World Trade Organization you will have a rate….well supposedly….. The key here….once those taxes and tariffs are out of line and in position to receive a new rate…..there will be about a 30 day period we call it a lag time where it will go from 40 cents to 1 to 1…..well has this lag time already started…..we thought that on the 15th was when it was to officially start….it is possible that it has already started….but we don’t have proof….can’t get any proof. We do know the BIS said get your banking system set…..we do know the IMF gave them a loan of $1.2 billion dollars…..grand opening extra cash…..yes….but it is also an extra commitment….like the IMF putting their claws in a bit deeper….you are going to get this done right….yes…..contract says international status by the end of the first quarter next year right….yes….you want some money…..yes….you will pay us with this new rate not this 1166 rate….yes….you understand you are committed…..yes. So if it has started….the taxes and tariffs….then this 30 day period has started….we just don’t know…..and we feel during this 30 day period…..this swing that we told you they are planning a rate for the taxes and tariffs but there will be a lag this 30 day period to go from IMO…..40 cents up to 1 to 1….once it reaches 1 to 1….it is yours….IMO. You realize that if anyone got a whiff of that….if the sharks and whales….oh what a feeding….GO. That is why….like the monkeys….can’t hear…can’t talk….can’t see. But Frank you said once they raise the rate they can’t hide it…..I never said you can’t see it….it is right in front of you….can you see it Frank…..yes…..in the way that we study economics…mathematics….is it on the spreadsheets…..no….we told you that the spreadsheets are manipulated…that anyone can put numbers in the spreadsheet…..how do you know that….we put numbers in the spreadsheets and the next day the numbers were there. So let’s just pretend IMO….if they started on Dec 1st then 30 days would take you to Jan 1st…..and you certainly don’t want to see it…..because a lot of people would take advantage of it…..but Frank you are not a whale or shark…..I never said I was a whale or shark….we just study different than you…..different than the Internet….if you can see it then whales and sharks can see it…..yes…..next question……but IMO it is all too speculative. You have to understand that in the currency world 1 to 1 is stability….anything under that is not as stable….many ME countries are at 20 or 30 cents….it is interesting they lock in at that rate….but Iraq does not want to lock in at that rate….they want to go a little higher….all of this IMO of course….and all of this on Jan 1st would be perfect….and IMO…..oh yes they started their RI on the 1st because of the movement of numbers……oh but Frank it is still 1166….is it…..LOL….everyone is running to the CBI website. Information before the rate change is impossible….as it should be….if Dr. Shabibi was at the helm and in control I think we would all know right now…..but I like the fact that we don’t know. I like to say that we are in control….you mean the US….you shouldn’t say that….ok….then who is helping them….the IMF….who else….BIS…who else…WTO….and who pays the highest percentage of dues to those three….the USA….yes we are in control. Alright we’ve established and I’ve apologized that Dr. Shabibi is not at the helm of the CBI…..just yet….we think by the end of the year he will stick his head out and talk……yesterday I asked you what you thought the CBI is brainstorming right now….. Look at Doodlebug….1182….look at nottheone…..those sites….xe and other converter firms those numbers they put up have nothing to do with the rate….with the monetary reform…..it is just their buy and sell rates……their profit margin…. But the fact that you are seeing numbers way out of line that is impressive….it is like saying that Wall Street affects the US economy….they are just tangents of each other, that seem to be mirror reflections of each other….if that were the case our country would be devastated. .... IMO the rate needs to be at 1 to 1 right after the early part of 2016….that could be however you want to define that….Jan 1st or whatever……that is our opinion…… We think Dr. Shabibi is trying to figure out to get the citizens in…..bonds……new cards….gold…nothing has worked…..now with less than 3 weeks Dr. Shabibi has just that time left to get the LD’s into the hands of the citizens….the CBI is scratching their heads…..what else can we do…. Dr. Shabibi may be standing there saying ok let’s raise the rate and give them the LD’s…..do we use the ATM machines…no they can be stolen from…..do we use the Rasheed and Rafadain Banks…..no that takes too long….can we just give them the first three of the LD’s and get them to come in…..no that won’t work they don’t like us playing those games…..just give them the LD’s and we will give them the rate next year….. But do you realize if they give them the LD’s the rate has to be hand in hand with them. For crying out loud….it’s here in the notes….oh yes….we have a problem…what can we do….call Frank. Ring…ring….ring….hello….who is this…..hey Frank this is Dr. Shabibi….if you had just a certain amount of time to get the LD’s out to the citizens because maybe on the first I want to rate the value hand in hand….how would you get these LD’s out to the citizens….tell the truth….use those big screens you have all over the place….use them to show the citizens pictures of the LD’s…..then explain about each of them…..they will understand pictures better than words…..but what good would that do Frank…. I want to get these LD’s into the hands of the people…..you know those demonstrations….well they are actually rallies aren’t they…..yes they are not really protesting anything….oh yes we can use them…..now there is one place that everyone feels comfortable…..where do you feel comfortable Dr. Shabibi….the mosques….oh yes….do you have other ideas Frank…..yes but I’m busy right now….I’m in the middle of a conference call. Ok this is a game that I play with you…..do I……well you get an idea of what is going on right now with the GOI…with the CBI…..we are tying to figure out how to put out the LD’s and announce the rate….but we are running out of time aren’t we Dr. Shabibi…..the beginning of the year is good isn’t it Dr. Shabibi…ye that would be perfect……why don’t we do this 2-3 days ahead of time…..you can do that….of course I can, I’m the governor of the CBI…..I can stop the auctions a few days before the end of the year…..I’ve talked to the banks and told them to work with me or get fined…what did they say….fine….LOL…. This is serious stuff now….no more stealing….even with terrorism the US dollar is down…but it will come back…..these auctions must end…..once they are stopped this will create a shortage of what they see in the streets…..the USD….choke the living daylights out of the USD in the streets, maybe as early as a week before the end of the year….it will start the process of the LD’s….but they have no liquidity….the banks have no liquidity…..the GOI has no liquidity….but the citizens have their own liquidity with the USD…..but when they see 1 to 1….they will burn their USD’s…..they will come in for their LD’s….because they will have the same purchasing power as the USD….back to the ‘80’s and ‘90’s right….. Way to go Dr. Shabibi….add value to the currency…..that is why you are with the people…..that is why when the auctions stop….it starts a process that is going to vacuum everything else out of Iraq that does not belong in Iraq…..it will bring up the value of the IQD…….is it a float Frank….no it is not a float….but when the auctions stop then we will see Dr. Shabibi’s float…..because what we saw on the 1st was a compliance of the street rate with the CBI rate in order for it to float. Family IMO….like I told you earlier….be fair….let’s include the whole first quarter….January….February….March….but IMO the gap that will be created by the halting of the CBI auctions will be filled in with LD’s…..and the idea that they could accomplish this with the 50k’s was crazy….. I don’t even think this was Allak’s idea….so they need a gap that would launch the RI….and the RI can move with the speed of an avalanche to boom the RV….and the whales and sharks know this…..they don’t care about the RI….it is still too speculative….the RV is when they jump…..at 1 to 1 they have huge amounts of money to spend on that rate….but this gap is interesting…..because everything else has failed…..I hope they get this gap. The gap between the IQD and the USD is what we are talking about….the USD needs to go away from Iraq….they continue to use the USD and other foreign currencies from their reserves and they still sell them in the auctions….why….CBI needs profits and liquidity….yes they got a loan……yes they are committed….not at 1166 IMO….now they must stop the auctions because it puts the USD out of the streets because it is being put out from the CBI…this is where the citizens get their American money….. So the IQD and the USD must tighten up…..the ceasing of the auctions will tighten the two up….but creating this void…..all to allow the IQD to go to 1 to 1 with the USD…..the 1 to 1 is not necessarily the RV….it’s still the RI….for our eyes….but it is the end of the RI…..December 31st 2015 is when Dr. Shabibi and the CBI is committed to stop using the USD…but the question is when will they stop the auctions…that is key…..we have to stop lying to ourselves….look at the USD how close it got to us…..but it has receded back…why…..well watch for the gap to start to shink….look at 1182…..that is why I feel things are moving along very well. Ok, Dr. Shabibi is not there….but he is in control…..but he’s not there….he’s at the helm for the completion of the reform of their currency…..what little bit of media is coming out is meant to destroy our confidence…..they should….it keeps away the whales and sharks….Family it is going to happen. 2016 is defined by January 1st 2016….try to understand that. One more thing….I don’t want you to walk away from this call thinking…it’s imminent….Frank says that it’s going to be on January 1st…….no I didn’t…..Frank said maybe on December 31st….no I didn’t….ok Frank said maybe by the end of the first quarter up until March 31….yes I did….. Be careful what you allow your emotions affect your studies….we are involved with a serious study…..I’m not saying anything is imminent…..I’m telling you in the first quarter of next year they will leave an RI and walk into an RV…..when I don’t know….exactly at that rate….I don’t know…..this is all my opinion….because I live in the USA I can give my opinion….as long as I don’t say this day after day…that would not be right for me to do that. Yesterday after the CC we had a guy post on the forum that “Well I think all of you know now that Frank is a fraud”……you couldn’t see that because we blocked it….but sadly we had to say good bye to that person and we had to ban them…..maybe you took Ebonics…..Frank is not spelled fraud…..I need for you all to stop and realize what is imminent is for you to look for what to happen on the 15th….laws….laws….what is imminent is for you to look for the auctions to stop…when….the last week of December….. What is imminent is to look for you to pay attention to see if there is a rate change to be announced to the international world….and if not continue to study up to at least the end of March…..I’m here to tell you it will happen with or without you or your emotions…with or without me….with or without your speculations…..this is my opinion….my prerogative….I think it will be in the beginning parts of next year. But my opinion isn’t worth jack to you is it….it’s not like I can tell you something and it happens. Did you know you can google the Gazette….you should do that….why….there are laws in it….but Frank I thought you said they only amended the laws that were established….that was months ago….catch up….go to the Gazette and see what they have put in there….and they seem to be doing this even before the 15th like we told you……these new laws are to fight terrorism….especially Abadi’s new law….Terrorism Law….anyone who is associated with terrorist activities in any way you are out of here. You know the banking system changes that have been made all over the ME has been choking ISIS out. So the USD has been reaching across to shake hands with the IQD not for an RI….but for a much higher RV…..so stop in the name of love your auctions Dr. Shabibi……and even if we see or smell that….do we need to talk about it….no….why do we need to keep talking constantly…..keep scratching and you create a scab….and then an infection…… I don’t want to keep talking about the IQD for the rest of the year…..so what will we talk about on the CC’s Frank…..well….we will have our business calls, Bible Study’s, our Jusuru call, our call with Wayne Garland……now I know a majority of you will go to other forum or will surf the web…..only 1% will stay here with us in this time…..then after the 1st of the year….what will we talk about…. .I want to spend a little time on the IQD….but also talk about the goals and missions of KTFA into the future. Many of you have told me Frank you don’t like President Obama…..well I’m here to tell you that as a human being I love him….but as a President I think he is ridiculous in his policies I don’t agree with him, I think he is a silly President….but you know what Iran….China….Russia….don’t you dare talk bad about our president……so Turkey I take it very personally when you talk bad about my President…..so what happened Family an article came out two weeks ago…..it said that at one time President Obama had Baghdadi….remember I went into things about Baghdadi and where he was…..well articles came out saying that the US had Baghdadi in custody….they said he was injured….and during that injury he was taken to a hospital in Turkey….and that the US took him there….and that the US treated him…and that the US released him…..no…. NO…..they said that President Obama had released this terrorist leader….who did this…….Russia….Iran…and Turkey….this is their way of causing trouble in the US….in the ME… and it affects our monetary reform….it affects and causes trouble between us and Turkey…..all because they know we use Turkey air space and that Turkey shot down a Russian fighter plane….Iran….they simple are mad at the US…..Russia….China….Iran….coalition forces my butt….. We are in bed because we have to…..but we fear terrorism much more…..that is why four laws are about to be introduced in Iraq…..Conscript Law…..you will see them in the Gazette today…..but Frank says look for them after the 15th….but these have come out early……why are these so special…..because of SECURITY…..the Conscript Law….allows them pay their armies…..what other laws can you see today in the Gazette…..I’m sure the Internet knew this…..Investment Law….I like that….the international world loves this……the Anti-Terrorist Law……the Amnesty Law….and there will be many more. So I tell you what…..as we start to wind down this CC filled with everything you want….I want you to know these LD’s they are trying to pass out…..they are in the stage of the RI…..why….because they have to go hand in hand with a rate……got it….we don’t have the rate so that means we are in the RI right now….the LD’s will be introduced in this RI phase…and in that phase is when we go from 40 cents to 1 dollar….hopefully in the first part of next year….in my STRONG OPINION. Once again I don’t want to exaggerate but what you at convertor sites…..but what you see there…..and we saw at xe today 1005….oh my…..not exaggerating….but those numbers have nothing to do with the IQD reform….that is like saying Wall Street has something to do with our economy……but don’t you think Wall Street knows what is going on....there is no one Wells Fargo at Wall Street. So this roller coaster of December is not gloom and doom….grow up……oh someone’s going to say oh you just insulted me….well someone has to be your Dad……just know that December is not about gloom and doom….and the roller coaster is December to January. By the way….these accusations from Iran….that is how it is related…..it could…it could bring consequences….I can hear you already…did he just say delay……it could bring consequences…..to Iran….Iran you don’t need to be firing missiles…you better shape up….you are accusing the USA falsely with other countries….so IMO we don’t know if the US is going to retaliate to these other countries…but we don’t think so….we will swallow our pride….that is why when Obama spoke he did not have a plan for terrorism. So Family there really isn’t any more to talk about…..the itch to learn, to know, about the monetary reform was well scratched on December 1st…and the path….it might as well be Paul Bunyan….the footsteps are so clear…..I know some of you are lost and come to find your way…..I know you ask questions….some are polite…others are impolite. I had someone call today and left a message….when I looked I recognized they had been with us for a long time….their message was though, that they believed I didn’t like them because I don’t post to them…and they see me post to others…..I apologized to them….made them feel strong and worth a great deal to me and KTFA….I apologize for making you feel any other way….I type with 2 fingers and today as an example I made like 20 posts in 2.5 hours…with just 2 fingers typing….it is how I do things….but I do humbly apologize for making you feel this way…..I can’t cover everyone….but this person has been with us for a long time…and I should have posted to them by now….but there are so many of you. Family we stand on the precipice…..we stand on the edge together…this is going to happen Family….hug your family, pray to your God……celebrate your birthday’s if you have any this month….give thanks to God….we are going to tell you about so many things that KTFA will be doing next year….. If I did not believe this Family I would not tell you……that is why I do not see a reason to continue talking for this year…..I feel we are simply regurgitating whether it be me or any guru….our TEAMS are on the battlefield and with the citizens…..the most I can tell you about is Turkey lying about our holding of Baghdadi….if we had him….he would not be alive. The hands of the citizens are to soon hold the LD’s…..because the LD’s and the new rate go hand in hand. I believe that too much talk creates too much confusion…..we had someone on chat say…oh yes everything that Frank is saying that another guru had been saying since the morning….do you realize what this guru was saying was said here over 2 weeks ago…the continual study that we do….that is why I tire of so many things….you know if I gave you a rate and a date which I wouldn’t’ give to you…but…you would say why so low….why so far away…..you know you would be doing….say it….admit it….I’ll tickle you until you do. Everything is as laid out as it can be…..and the little mid-course corrections that we came out with…..oh Dr. Shabibi is not at the helm of the CBI….oh it’s a delay…..well they are not going to come out with a rate on the 15th….they are coming out with laws that will lead to the rate……oh it is a delay….ok….bear with my mockery. Now on a serious note, I want you to be happy….I want you to realize you are about to become leaders for God’s Kingdom….some of you are about to become leaders for a different God….we will pray for you. Did we not lay out some very nice and clear steps that lead you to today’s actions by the CBI….from Dr. Shabibi and the MR…….I laid things out boom….boom….boom…..there is no sense talking further about the IQD…..unless they release the LD’s…..have they released the LD’s…..NO…….but I want to talk to you about the fact that I believe they are about to…. That is a very strong case that makes it worth talking to you tonight…..normally I keep my promises where I would only give a small summary……but it is rather serious to the point where I called Delta and said….I think you should come in….and he agreed. Delta and I called ITEAM….we honored them today….thanking them so much for all they have done for our KTFA Family….we laughed at them….remember when we said Maliki would still be PM…..and ITEAM told us only once…..”No he will not”…….we said no….no…no…..Maliki has too much power too much clout….he will remain as PM….turns out they were absolutely right…..they only said it once but they were right….it has been amazing all the things we’ve been through as a team….we thanked them for all they have done. Last night I got together with our KTFA STAFF on a conference call, similar to us meeting an Emergency Staff meeting a little over a month ago…..that last call we were mocked for it…..you know you are right….you have no idea what we study….we told STAFF the LD’s are coming home and we need for you to bear witness to this….and we believe it will be around November 21st…and it was three weeks before. That was why I felt the need to get our STAFF together once again….but you didn’t call it an Emergency Staff meeting….yeah, I learned from my first lesson…..nobody cares….no one cares about the work being done…..about the facts….they don’t care about the work…..so what did we tell them last night…..the same thing we have no choice but to tell you about today. Family, as we told you a little over a month ago, a former Secretary of State started to talk and said, “oh yeah we have Iraq’s LD’s, in some army bases on the east coast…..we hold them until they are ready for them….then the following day we said we are having an Emergency Staff Meeting….I told them they moved the currency to one base….then with the help of two large Galaxies they moved them….IMO….to Ramstien Base in Germany….where they sat for a few hours…..under heavy protection…. Then in the still of the night…..then they were taken somewhere….we thought they were taken to the CBI…..we did say to the STAFF they have moved them…..into Iraq….again we thought the CBI….well it turns out they are not at the CBI…..this whole conference call is to tell you the LD’s are under lock and key at the US Embassy….there was too much thievery going on at the CBI. Now it is important for you to understand….IMO….the LD’s are coming out next week…..IMO….they will not be distributed to the banks in Iraq….the IMF has created rules and regulations about how to move the LD’s….so now they brainstorm how to get the LD’s into the hands of the citizens….I don’t know if you see this or not….but my TEAMS study that the LD’s will go through the auctions….they can no longer simply be distributed to the banks…..there must be a documented paper trail…..so they are brainstorming right now….but what they brainstorm is far beyond what I am telling you right now…..my TEAMS study way past all of what is happening right now…we are way past that…..I might share this with you tonight….we shall see. It’s rather quiet on the monetary reform front….until today…you saw what happened today….three of the most powerful articles about their Monetary Reform…..it is possible….IMO….that we may see a rate change right after Christmas…..will you see that rate change….I don’t know…. Will my TEAMS and I see the change oh yes…..we already see what is going on…..now especially if they use the LD’s….if the banks decide to buy them this week….look out….then they put them in their vaults….Family….you need to understand….they won’t stay in the vaults very long…..if they stay in the vaults more than 24-48 hours they will lose a lot of money….. You know what happens on the 31st…..that is why you may or may not see it…..you are to understand….what we share with you is our information….you are to pay attention to the auctions now until I tell you to stop….the auctions will have a major pendulum swing either to the right or the left….but the whole idea is that these auctions are going to have a major swing….if they wish to hide something…which they cannot legally do….but….doing something without telling you…..that the banks are buying the LD’s….without saying so….look for a very low auction number….very low auction number…. BUT….if the auctions swing to the right….where they are way high….then the CBI is dumping the LD’s into the banks and the CBI don’t care if you see it not…..this is our gift to you…..the banks have to buy the LD’s…..its going to be so loud and obvious…but we prepare this for you….if they swing to the left they are low numbers….just trying to confuse…if they swing to the right….they don’t care they are about to change their rates….got it…..take this to God in prayer. Do you like McIntosh’s…..good….then Internet…how do you like them apples. Last Thursday there was an all out attack on Ramadi….they blew up escape routes…they demolished bridges…..they are capturing more ISIS leaders than they are killing….if you have knowledge to understand what I just told you then you are smiling….the battle goes very well….IMO….and I say that because it is important….because I don’t want you to think that something is imminent…because for something to be imminent it has a tendency to have a smell of urgency…..but in the ME there is never urgency….. that state doesn’t exist in the ME…..stay focused….because we are that close…..all of this is in my opinion as I have brought it to you for the past 8 years. How is it that the US and Iraq are Siamese twins with their budgets…..with a deficit that is literally being slowly wiped out on both sides…..you have to go back to Clinton who did this with Kuwait in ’99….I told you Hillarious would be there at the end….just as I told you they would find life on Mars at the end…..what does this have to do with all of this….nothing….but I use KEYWORDS…… If these LD’s are purchased by the banks….do we then have to have the rate….no…..it means they are now in position to introduce the rate because they are about to give to the citizens…we are with the citizens….KEYWORDS…..what do they have in their hands…it’s my money…..what is it…can I see it…..well this is a 250…this is a 100…. this is a 500….I notice those are a 0 and 00’s….yeah my country is going through an RI right now……IMO….between 40 cents and a dollar…..that is why I can use these 00’s and 0’…..it is still within the math structure… But soon we enter an RV…..because they will give me LD’s….likely 1 to 1…so we have the same purchasing power as you American dollar….you know what we will do with you…USD….we will put you where you belong…..we will put you back in our reserves….we have no liquidity…..we’ve been draining and draining our reserves….selling our foreign currency reserves…..like you Americans use your credit cards we’ve been using our reserves….because we have no liquidity……we have no rate…..yet…..so do you mind USD…we will sell LD’s for USD’s…..hot diggity dog….alright let’s do it….we are doing it….I thought you were doing it this week….we are doing it this week…..that is confusing…..good…. By the way 91 billion we told them we would do it in 4 years…but we will do this in just one year…..that is why Frank and TEAMS study the CAP……yes because it is possible we might only give them 6 months to exchange their currency….or we might make it indefinite…..but do you understand if we only give them 6 months we have to expedite the CAP much faster…..oh….yeah….that is pretty cool….yes Frank’s TEAMS are pretty cool KTFA Family that I love so much….on December the 6th, the Finance Committee, one of their members, Tamimi….she said the old rate that we used to have of $3.30 we are not using it….yes you use a program rate….well you must understand that old rate we are not using it…..we know….no you must realize that old rate has never been officially cancelled…..it’s just sitting there waiting to be reinstated….and you missed that Family….they are going into an RV…..and it’s going to float and they will CAP it at a certain time….if it takes longer than they think they will keep it going….but if it happens faster they may stop it at 6 months and you have to cash in everything. They are not hiding anything Family….the banks have to sell these LD’s to the banks….you can witness this if you are a student…..they can’t just give them to them……they must buy them….it will all be electronic by the way. On the 31st there are many things occurring….ending and starting….isn’t that cool….the reserves will grow with the LD’s being bought and with the citizens using them…and the international market buying them…….we may see both the LD’s and the rate together or we may only see one…then the other literally hand in hand….but IOO these LD’s can only sit for 24-48 hours….then they have to move fast….which exposes them to the international world. There was an article that came out today….our brother Alan said….”it is nothing”…..Alan was right…..but I posted to Alan I disagree with you….but I didn’t have the opportunity to go into detail of how I disagree with him….you see Alan was right there are some banks that were being punished… But it is a lot deeper than that…..when this article came out…..the Arabic side said….they are not stopping the auctions….they are not stopping the auctions….they are stopping four banks…but they are not banks…and this is very important to realize……they are exchange offices….that have violated CBI rules….the number one rule is to stop using the USD….stop it…..exchange offices….you are busted….do it again…do it again and see what we do….walk straight as an arrow….like the Rupiah….they stopped using the USD in their commerce and auctions…..all of a sudden they did a little flip flop and the USD went down….and now we have a stable and growing Rupiah. So we are going to flood the streets with LD’s not USD. Family….KTFA that I love so much….the CBI is trying to draw back its currency so it can rebuilt its reserves….so it can come out with a new rate 1 to 1….but that process is going to DRAAAGGG itself back in from the citizen’s hands that hold the USD so they may hold the LD’s…..they will rebuild their foreign reserves because the IMF is demanding this of them as they go through their monetary reforms. This is a complex thing….look at all these angles….these venues….these channels….and I’m not done. Another thing…these four exchange offices…..they must stop…..why…because the US Treasury has told Iraq we will stop providing the USD…..and you money exchanges must stop getting USD from other sources to sell in Iraq or we will fine you…..I don’t know if you saw this Family because you don’t talk much about it…..the USD made it very clear we are not giving you any more USD’s…..that is why this started around August when we told you. Yes, the CBI was pumping USD’s into their economy because that is how they function….but when the USD stopped they had to start draining their reserves…..the IMF did not like that position….but now they like the Iraqi position because they are ready to distribute their LD’s…..we no distribute the USD….ok. Back in Sept. one of the ITEAM members was sent to get $10,000….normally this was an easy thing to do…but come Sept this was difficult….it took 4 banks to get that amount. The US Treasury had to say no more USD…..so what will do you do….fish or cut bait…..stop using the USD….start pushing the LD’s out…..now we see these 4 exchange firms are being fined….go ahead…..but during this time their reserves went down around $20 billion….and now they talk about replacing their reserves up to $91 billion….and they are doing it. Part 2 Frank26: Write this down….they use the USD to pay for imports….but that is being reversed…what do you mean….it’s being reversed….right now USD….STOP…..IQD….START….and if you want a date for that…IMO….December 31st. Right now the battles go very well….we capture far more ISIS leaders than we kill them….why….well if you knew anything about logistics and statistics it goes well…..J-Tec is doing it’s job very well. Meanwhile on Iraqia TV….all over information about what they are doing……they are being very accurate about the reforms…..they know Article 8 is before them they await this acknowledgement…..and they think they will get it when the RV starts….the 1 to 1….because it would be for everyone’s eyes….and right now they confuse…..and anyway they can confuse good for them. Right now the system they use right now we are not going to see anything….they do not hide anything but it is very cleverly disguised….but soon….what is that on your nose….nothing…..but to the US Embassy to the banks…IMO….I told you it would be electronic…..from the Embassy to the banks….while the auctions do the electronics between the CBI to the banks in order to have the paperwork….we will escort the LD’s to the banks…..we don’t need anyone that calls us infidels telling us what to do….we do not trust anyone over there….we are in control….always have been…always will be….it is our software….our security….but you can have all the credit so we can wipe out the bad in the world. You think that oil is very low right now….IMO….the barrel of oil has not hit bottom yet….oil will go lower….therefore the big push to get into the RV NOW not in 2016….Family they were three weeks ahead of November 21st…..how far ahead are they now….if I had the desire I could tell you about Saudi and OPEC how they work with US….you know that……why……because ISIS used oil to make profit….to get money…..and to be a terror….we made whatever needed to be done with Iraq monetary reform to push it and hurry it along….oil has not hit bottom yet….it has served to choke ISIS to death….because of the price of oil dropping so dramatically. Right after the first of the year….IMO….right after the RV….oil prices will go back up….but it must inflict more pain to ISIS now before it goes up. LD’s in the US Embassy….because no one has the ability to attack the United States of America…..the embassy is the USA….go ahead and try to take them ISIS….go ahead….security….at its best. You will soon be rid of me because you will leave….but those who stay will do some amazing things…..40 cents to 1…..it is because of the taxes and tariffs….but it is not for your eyes per se…..but we are not here to teach you that. The RI is to welcome the 30 day lag period…..it is because of this 30 day lag period that the taxes and tariffs will receive their new coding…..and their new rate….the coding will go out to all the world….via invoices and these codes….yes these codes were ready two years ago. So the IMF, USA….do you know in October…did you know the USA, the IMF brought auditors into Iraq….at that time all of this kicked in…we are in control of the MR and that is why it is about to happen……this is the ME…look at their philosophy…..you send them to school…..buy them books and they eat the covers…..look….when was this ready….. done in 2013…..to prove it to you….when was Chapter 7 lifted….2013…that was their first green light….then the second green light March of this year……before that we had to get Maliki out and Abadi in….with Abadi in…..no doubt that things have moved faster….much faster. Conclusion…..Dr. Abadi and Dr. Shabibi are on the money and target to showing things to their citizens……the money…..so as I sort of come to an end….the auctions are your responsibility my KTFA Family that I love so much. May I give you an example of what I think is a low auction….5 to 10 million…..an example of a high auction….something over 200 million…and I also want to describe to you that this will be a completely different auction…..I don’t want to call it a special auction…..but a completely different animal….remember it will swing left low numbers to hide numbers or to the right high numbers to expose the numbers….but a third option might exist….where they pair the two together…..what they need for that day and what they need for the LD’s….holy cow this animal of an auction will be so easy to recognize for the common person who doesn’t know what they study for that matter. DELTA: I fully agree, they want to make sure this plan succeeds…they do a tremendous job, I agree. Frank: When you and I were talking to ITEAM today how would you describe their mood. DELTA: The ITEAM seemed very calm and confident today…..they have given more and more information to prove they are the real deal, this is the second time I’ve been with you and ITEAM and they seemed so calm and confident….they bring great information that is beautiful….for them to join us and give more and more information that makes me more relaxed knowing we are so close….that we are really there. Frank: what is your comment….you remember isn’t it amazing when we had the Emergency CC that we would see the LD’s on November 21st….I have always said no we will see the rate next year…but you have been adamant that we would see the rate this year….and then with them getting ready to vote and pass the budget…..do you see them really speeding things up…..can this be attributed to the price of oil. DELTA….it is about time for Iraq to move forward….I agree….whatever the plan was before they do want to move this faster….in my heart I believe this is the month we should see things happen….we agree…this year is totally different….so many things are going on….what all started this was the contract that Iraq had to sign with the IMF…that was the trigger…and then the oil prices…..Iraq is 99% dependent on oil…for it to fall so far…Iraq really hurts….we give the Family how much money they need to survive 7-8 billion dollars to survive….100 billion dollars per year…they could do this with 80+ for oil…but at 38 they cannot make ends meet now….. They tried to push bonds…but no one wanted them….investors want to see something solid….all this time the currency is what was meaningful to the citizens and to the investors….we know that Abadi is doing a great job…..was supposed to activate the other markets away from oil….but they have to stimulate their currency…..but they are about to get lucky……there is no nation on earth that gets the support that Iraq gets from the IMF, the World Bank and others….why….they do not want them to fail…. Babylon will rise again…..the trigger…..when Iraq is recognized as international….all investors will see Iraq as serious…..the investors will flock to them…..Security has been number one….but believe it or not…..what happened in Paris has helped Iraq a lot….it’s unfortunate…but it has turned the tide on ISIS and terrorism overall…..I give it 6 months for DAASH to be cleaned out completely. Frank: Family is asking questions…..we know electronically we know that the LD’s will be assigned to banks to leave a paper trail….we told them the LD’s cannot sit there more than 24-48 hours….so my question….I believe the LD’s are in the US Embassy and we the US military will escort them to the banks….how will the banks get them to the citizens? DELTA:….IMO…the rate has to change…if I’m the CBI….if I’m going to put those LD’s in the banks…I have to have a rate for the LD’s to be sold to the banks….they have to have a good value for later to make money…..I’ll sell to you the bank….40 cents to you….now if the CBI will sell that without changing the rate…that would be illegal. The program rate is now 1182…..as their goal is to reach 1 to 1…the CBI will do the auction selling at the new rate….30 to 40 cents…..then in three to four months they raise it to a dollar….they will lose a lot of money….as an example…..I have 000’s notes…..I can exchange these to make money…..bottom line to this confusion…..the CBI has to offer a rate that is good for the CBI and the banks as well as the citizens and for us. Frank: I agree….with our discussion with ITEAM today we may see first one then the other…but they will compliment each other. Another question….will the Iraqi dinar always be 1 to 1 on Iraq. DELTA: The official rate all the time will always be higher there…..because remember in the ME the spread between the buy and sell right now is not that much difference…..in the west like in the US the spread may be 50 cents….but in Iraq or Kuwait it is much lower….yes the rate will come up to say 1 to 1…but with the spread it might be slightly higher…but the rate will be close to 1 to 1 always. Frank: The budget is being worked on right now to be implemented next year….it is the same thing as we talk about the LD’s and the rate…..maybe we talk about the LD’s, the budget, and the rate all at the same time. DELTA: We have a strong possibility of passing the budget either Tuesday or Wednesday….unless the Kurds make waves…..this will be the first time if it happens that the budget would be ready for January 1 to be rolled out. Frank: Will the HCL be seen soon….ITEAM has told us that the HCL will be a part of the budget….the fourth part is the part to the citizens….we shared months ago that it would be a part of the budget. DELTA: The HCL is important especially to the Kurds….but the HCL is not that important to the MR…especially with the oil prices being so down…..it is important for the part of profit sharing with the citizens….they are connected…everything is waiting on this rate….they cannot pay anything with IQD….until they are international….the HCL is more important for inside Iraq….they need the law for the export of oil for both Baghdad and Kurds…..as well as to the citizens…..like in Kuwait they have some profit sharing for the citizens equivalent to like $1,000/month/citizen…they are more stable though. Frank: Delta aside from everything we are waiting on what is the mood of the citizens for Abadi and Shabibi? Shabibi is well known…his Dad is also well respected so his family has a good history in Iraq…whatever happened between him and Maliki there was some corruption going on that he was not aware of…..as far as the citizens….they work paycheck to paycheck…they are dirt poor many do not have dinars….they are happy though that something is about to happen that the jobs will come back, that the economy will come back…..they wait in excitement…when they open globally then many others will inject money into Iraq…..Iraq will move forward with their MR…..what will happen then will be unbelievable….a river of investors for Iraq….they all wait patiently.[/color] Frank: One more question…..our Family is very dedicated that we work for right Delta? DELTA: I do agree…the acting governor of the CBI said the auctions will still have something going on….you will be able to walk into any bank and buy foreign currency just as you can in the US……but they will not be buying or selling dollars like they had in the past…..their IQD will become more important and worth more….the citizens will not use the USD any more….the CBI knows this and will do the right thing. America is the most powerful nation in the world….even more powerful than China…..but China has the army that could destroy ¾’s of the population at the blink of an eye…..perfect storm….Wed-Sun…..RI into RV…..that has nothing to do with math….did you pass the laws….yes….good….did you work with the IMF…..yes….good….did you redenominate….yes….good…..this is all part of the reinstatement of the currency……so this is beyond fascinating…..this perfect storm holiday that is coming up. The basket gets stronger….this basket that the IMF has put together…..China will be a part now….but no later than June 2016….interesting….and RI into an RV….nice….ready….set….go. Each currency is seeking support not from each other but from not killing each other…..the economies….things are about to explode…..my fear is it will cause much of the world to not need God…and in my opinion it would be perfect timing for a surprise for mankind. Now last Monday what did we say would happen on December 15….that is when the RI would start….then 7-10 days into the RV….at that time we said taxes and tariffs would go into play at that time too….these taxes and tariffs need a new rate, not a program rate…..if we do not see the taxes and tariffs at the borders by the 15th, then I fear we are not ready for the RI into the RV….because there are new a math….because there will be new software and codes because this is what the WTO demanded…..not just the WTO….but they are the first to need a specific software and coding for products that pass a countries borders that allows for a tariff to be collected….. The WTO cannot allow this to happen until Iraq shows a new math that is something besides the 1166 program rate….something indicative of their new currency….1166 is not fair trading……1166 is an insult to the rest of the world…because it is a program rate…..therefore the RI into the RV removes the program rate and introduces what they will start at….we told you last week IOO 40 cents. We are with the citizens because they are next in this process while the RI goes into the RV…..this is NOT a fake rate…this is a program rate. We are not where you are….we are not where the Internet is with this study of the MR…..we are confident of our studies…..where we stand….only with the citizens. We want to see the hands of the citizens…..because in the hands of the citizens you will not find the 50k’s, the 100k’s, the larger LD’s….we will find the smaller LD’s….because they are qualified for the RI…..they are about to go from the RI into the RV….we think it may take 7-10 days for this to happen…..we think 1/1/2016….we think by the 11th of January we might be at 1 to 1…..hmmmm. So 2015 is the RI…..starting on December 15….going into an RV in 2016….from 40 cents of up to a dollar….the RI of the dinar is to give it purchasing power in a revalued condition….the RI is to remove the program rate…..the RV is to see 40 cents to a dollar. There is software….there is quoting…..but we don’t know what the numbers are….but this math must change by around the 15th....because the math of 1166 is not math….the coding is there….that is why we are confident it must start around the….but if it does not…..they were not ready. This all started like 2 years ago with the IMF…..on the 10th of November we told you of a meeting with the IMF, US, and Iraq that they would float their currency in December. About two years ago the IMF told Iraq we are coming back into the country, we will hold your hand, we will put the pacifier in your mouth….we will get rid of the bad guys, including Maliki…..you want loans….we will give you loans….because you just signed a contract with us…..almost two years ago….it said we will give you money through loans….we will provide American know-how….we will take care of the bad guys….you sign this dotted line…..it says you have to be international with your currency by the end of the first quarter of 2016. Abadi says yes….Shabibi says yes we are ready….they go to the Holy Man for his blessing….all in agreement. In the first week of October we had a staff meeting…..told them all…..and keep this to yourself in prayer….on November 21 the LD’s will be in Iraq….and they will distribute them in December….well it happened 3 weeks ahead of time…..I think it was to fulfill this contract…..don’t mess with the IMF….the US….there are consequences….usually they are financial….no one wants anyone to touch their money…..you signed this contract….yes we are impressed with you thus far. You are going to float the currency…when…the middle of December….well if you float it all this reinstatement…..you will have to add some kind of value to the currency…..are you taking care of the citizens…..you know you don’t have to take care of anyone outside of your country….sounds like we are in business. They are so poised for 2016…but they are so ready for 2015. We told you the MR is no longer of interest to the teams….we are way past that….because we know it goes from RI into an RV….now if we don’t see taxes and tariffs by the 15th then we may need to have a mid-course correction if we don’t see this….if we don’t see the tariffs at the border…..that would be a rate wouldn’t it….the RI into the RV. Delta….ring ring…..hi Frank…..well Frank we have the report….do we have more….yes sir…..let me tell you about it…..there are rumors that are all over the streets but the rumors are now within the banks of Iraq….very heavily…..they think the rate will be out the 17th…..close to our date…..yes but their opinion of the rate is different…23-27 cents is this rumor around the middle of December…..they talk a lot like us Frank. Family these are rumors that are all over Iraq, the banks, the barbershop, the ****** bars….and within the banking system….is talking about the same that we are talking about….we walk the same path…..they even speak of the 50k’s…..not that they will be introduced…..that the 50k’s will be introduced AFTER the RV….they even joke about them…..hey Frank…why don’t I bring in my 50k and maybe they will exchange a 50k for mine. Will we see a rate in 2015….something change in the program rate in 2015…..yes I feel we may see this….but also I feel we may not see it in this 7-10 day period….will their articles tell us, will their products show a rate change…..who knows…..but by next year we should see….not 40 cents but 1 to 1 with the USD…..the USD has held its position for over a week at or over a dollar….it makes sense that it is doing this right at the end as it prepares to reach across the pond. The IMF contract with Iraq….we will give you loans….we will monitor all your steps….but you have to have your MR steps done by first quarter of 2016….international tradable….you must have GLOBAL market capability….you must do this now…now…now….they were told this in September…and boy did they start to act fast….then they met on the 10th of November with the IMF and the US….it takes 30 days to implement what they talked about on the 10th….so we may see a new rate earlier in December….who knows. The UN and the IMF have a relationship…both completing each other…..an example is Iran sanctions……applied and lifted. They did tell me the RI into the RV can be 7-10 days….or it may also happen at the blink of an eye…..but if they want to hide it…..they can….without us seeing it….banks will be using this new rate….but we may not see it. December is a hot month….I’ve wanted to give you this report…and you’ve wanted to hear this report. Summation…..the RI as you know has nothing to do with numbers….it is a qualification of their country to be introduced into an international market…that is why the IQD is not traded right now, because of the locked program rate…..no sanctions left to be filled….all are lifted…but there are articles under the IMF but it looks like they are fulfilling them….we think they will start about 40 cents for the citizens…..then it may wait 7-10 days….or may start right away….they may apply this new number in the middle of December…. Dr. Shabibi is ready to show this new number in the middle of December….the 7-10 day could be for distribution across GLOBAL banks….with the 1 to 1 by the first quarter of 2016…..then by the end of the year (2016) they will be where they want to be….just ahead of Kuwait….KW used to not like this…but they have gotten all they asked for….so they don’t care now….at that point they will cap the rate…..that is why it won’t be a free float…. It has to be a managed float so they can cap it once they get to the point where they want….otherwise with a free float they have to answer to the 2% growth and it would take like 10 years to get to that cap point. Is the USD in a free float…..no….that is why it is at a ridiculous one dollar. IMO….IMO…..when they cap this toward the end of next year….I think they will be between 3.86 and 4.30. When will the currencies in the first basket go…..I can’t give you that….the dinar leads them all….that is what we study. There is a calmness right now, I’m not bouncing off the walls as I thought I might be…..calm as we wait. I did look at my dinars last week, something I haven’t done in years…..I find a controlled chaos, or a disciplined chaos….also nervous…what a great responsibility. Governor of the Central Bank: The government is seeking to privatize the Rafidain and Rasheed I don't know why but some of these actions that the Iraqis are proposing remind me of an old WWII movie where men in an airplane are having to dump as much weight as possible to clear an upcoming mountain range, don't even know the name of the movie, maybe it is just a dream in my mind.... .... Anyway....the CBI is now looking at dumping the Rafidain and Rasheed banks, the two largest state banks within Iraq, turning them into private banks.....basically making them available for ownership by international banking entities if anyone is interested..... The acting governor of the CBI was the one who brought this subject up today.....he also talked about the pending bond issues saying that they are expecting at least 8% interest due to security issues.....the two state banks handle 80-90% of the work of the banking sector....what the acting governor is suggesting would entail a complete reworking of the Iraqi banking system. House of Representatives completed the second reading of the law of money laundering Well they pulled up their big boy and girl shorts and got something worthwhile accomplished today....Parliament that is....they got through the second reading of the Anti-Money Laundering Law......good for them.....now let's just find the time to take a vote.....hopefully there were not too many revisions that must be made to what is written.....Iraq needs to pass this law by the end of the month to stay off the black list of countries that do not have good control over money laundering activities. Iraq used international bonds to finance the salaries and infrastructure Iraq is showing some of its hand early it seems.....at least with some of their intentions for the bond money they hope to generate.....paying salaries and providing for infrastructure that relates to oil and gas projects as well as the electricity and transportation sectors.....again they reiterate that Thursday will start their "promotional tour" for the bonds....no mention of a date for when they go on sale.....sources still say the first batch of bonds will be significantly smaller than the whole $6 billion....so maybe to just test the waters. The Ministry of Finance is working on the preparation of 2016 budget in four months I must admit that I hate budget time, sometimes it is nothing more than a guessing game as to what upper management wants and expects.....throw the numbers up in the air and see where they fall on the excel spreadsheet...... At times I suspect that Iraq's efforts towards their budget process is much the same. They are no different than most major corporations or companies, spending a number of months dedicated to what next years budget is supposed to look like and it all ends in a flurry of last minute number crunching before the 11th hour to make things make sense as you prepare to walk into the new year. So goes the saga for yet another year.....this time around again they spin the bottle looking for a price for a barrel of oil and that bet is anyone's guess. Unfortunately oil is still king in Iraq but the crown is getting tarnished by the slump in pricing....take your best shot and be ready to make last minute adjustments. Parliamentary debate outweigh the financial year 2016 budget in the Council of Ministers next week Upcoming budget schedule......budget to the COM next week.....then the budget needs to be with the Finance Committee in Parliament by the 10th of next month.....we will keep watch on how that works for them....austerity still rules for the time being for them, military spending will lead the charge yet again for Iraq. The Iraqi government is implementing fiscal reform plan Well we heard that more reforms were on the way....it seems that PM Abadi has struck close to home with this round of reforms aimed at stopping pensions and cutting back on allocations of existing government officials....this hits the big boys and the minor league players in Parliament as well....sweeping cuts and freezes in the pocketbook meant to take effect this month and apparently with deep enough cuts to make a difference some feel.....yes indeed austere measures on display here today. Tikrit is the roadmap beyond "Daash" and "repudiate" who supported the organization Tikrit is being cleared or has been cleared of DAASH control...it took a while due largely to the cowardice acts that DAASH left behind to slow the Iraqi forces down...the IED's and such....but much has been done for the city since March 2..... There are now lists being generated of those within the city who are believed to have been sympathetic to the terrorists....I only pray that justice is served where and only where it might be warranted and that these lists are not being created out of revenge by one political or religious entity against another..... The Iraqi forces work their way slowly around and through the city dealing with the booby traps left behind by DAASH ..... Start a large-scale military operation to liberate eastern gray areas As Tikrit operations are resuming.....new operations are getting underway in Anbar to deal with DAASH terrorists east of Ramadi...Iraqi forces have liberated several villages in the area between Ramadi and Fallujah....but are finding the terrorists are starting to use human shields to protect their exit from the area....cowards they are. Interior announces the release of standard card next June The Interior Ministry announced that the unified national identification cards would be first distributed this coming June....supposedly four current cards will be replaced with just one card that will consist of 10 digits and will contain pertinent personal information about each holder.....supposedly this will help to bring an end to corruption at some levels. A commission of inquiry Mosul: the Dawa Party-Maliki confirmed the readiness to cooperate and make testified The Commission in charge of the Mosul inquiry is ready to inform the President of Iraq of their timing to interrogate VP Maliki....allegedly Maliki is saying that he is ready to cooperate....a formal letter to the President will be forthcoming from the Commission that will require the presence of Maliki before the investigative group. This change puts banks at a disadvantage for not completely understanding what is transpiring and how they are to integrate their efforts with the new mechanism....there are ongoing seminars and conferences being led by the Association of Private Banks to get the banks up to speed but the mechanism is being rolled out now and the banks are expected to participate.... The learning curve here will be steep for some it seems....meanwhile the other shoe is awaiting a fall that may see higher prices for consumers who will be seeking imports that have seen price hikes due to the new taxation process. Adel Abdul-Mahdi: IMF bowed to Iraq's desire to remain subsidies for petroleum products Iraqi Oil Minister Mahdi stated today that the subsidies that Iraq has in place for imported gas and gasoline products will remain unchanged despite fluctuating prices....whereas the IMF believes that prices should be increasing Mahdi and the Finance Minister denied them this price change for the time being.....at this time the IMF continues to back the stance of Iraq. Construction and Investment Authority Trgehan ten thousand flat delivery in Basmajh the end of 2015 The Ministry for Construction and Housing is anticipating some 10,000 apartments for delivery in a Baghdad suburb by the end of the year....this sounds like budget money being freed up and released at last to get projects like this underway.....these plans also call for schools to be constructed as well as a 400 bed hospital....incredibly a Korean company is working on this project and have made projects out to 2019 where they will be expecting completion of some 100,000 units. Presidency of the parliament calls to find financing for the budget is Iraq's oil resources I'm confused by the names and titles associated with this article...but suffice it to say that Iraq's Parliament seeks other means of revenue aside from oil which continues to take a tumble in world-wide pricing. Planning grants tomorrow's first international training certificate for Iraqi experts in the implementation of government contracting The Ministry of Planning announces today that it will be granting the first certificates on an international level for contracts...the ones who receive these certificates will be certified as trainers and they are representative of a number of Iraqi ministries....so there should be good things to come in the future with regards to contracts and how they are written and who they serve as a result of these training efforts. Planning expects the application of electronic files in 2018 The Planning Ministry expects to see the electronic cards in use by 2018 that will contain family health information on the cards....some areas though may see the application of the cards as early as this year....it will be implemented slowly across all of Iraq. Karbala Governor: State is able to play a greater role in the revitalization of the country's economic sector The governor of Karbala sees his government as having a vital role in revitalizing the economy of Iraq...he sees this being activated through improvements in investment opportunities as laws are brought forth to help in key areas that will remove red tape for investors and help pave the way for greater interaction at the province level in the economic reform. Abadi decide solution Reconciliation Commission next month and replaced by an independent body able to resolve crises PM Abadi has decided to abolish the Commission on National Reconciliation next month and in its place create an independent commission that includes a more robust group of individuals reflective of more of Iraq's population that can hopefully bring some agreement forth as to how the national reconciliation effort should be seen moving forward....this after the current commission has been stalemated in its efforts thus far.....Abadi is a man of results and he is not afraid to change the members on the bus if he believes they are not working together well. Kurdistan distributed January salaries to the staff of the region Kurdistan state employees are receiving salary payments today for January....finally.....but my question....is the 490 billion dinars really enough to cover even one month's salaries.....I have my doubts....so where and when will the rest be made up if this is the case. Economists Association expects to overcome the current financial crisis A member of the Iraqi Economists Association is predicting that Iraq will overcome the current financial situation in a matter of days....based on mechanisms put in place and studies and plans that are all designed to rescue the economy....makes you wonder what could this "save all" process be that will benefit them so well....could it be....might it be.....no....surely not. Parliamentary Services: surprised by the government to raise the subject of duties and taxes at the moment A member of the Commission on Services and Reconstruction is stating that the government plans to impose taxes upon telecommunications, electricity companies and water service companies will indirectly impose those taxes upon the citizens of Iraq through higher prices for good of services....this is how the government identified one possible way to bridge the deficit in the budget for 2015...many are saying this is an unfair disservice to the citizens and there should be other ways in which to deal with the deficit....difficult measures though for difficult times....thank Maliki and his thugs for this problem. Economic parliamentary: the influx of giant companies to invest distinct offers A member of the Economic Committee is suggesting that giant companies be enticed to invest in specific programs within Iraq....they are suggesting that many of these companies have the ability and are willing to set up paybacks that span 20 years or so and can provide financial benefit to Iraq today. Iraq oil helps to find buyers for international bonds Iraq has recently made talk about international bonds denominated in USD to the tune of $5 billion dollars...but such an effort requires that those bonds have a minimum credit rating associated with them....or no one will be willing to invest in them....such credit ratings could take months to generate.....bottom line even with oil production and exports expected to grow continually in coming years it seems difficult to see Iraq acquiring a credit rating of sufficient strength to allow this bond effort to go forward....what can they do at this point to make such an effort happen.....would there be enough risk takers on the oil predictions to make the bonds feasible. Cabinet approves proposal for the central bank to accept the instruments of private banks to taxes and fees Tariffs and taxes are pushing forward thanks to efforts by the Economic Committee within COM today.....approving a proposal that allows the CBI to accept payments by private banks with regard to tariffs and taxation...and there is no roof on these instruments..... This in conjunction with the measures put into play by the CBI to eliminate smuggling and illegal transactions at the borders...imposing taxes and tariffs on imports before they enter the country.....the banks are scampering to learn all they can about this process and the mechanisms that will push it forward for them....they do not want to get in trouble with the CBI over their own ignorance of the process.
