About Iraq's population is their saying now its up to 35 millon people and their introducing loans to them, agriculture loans. And they say this is the time for them to do a census as its been years since they had one and they do need a new one. They will need to have one before they release the 25% to the people or some people aren't going to get their share of the oil wealth. So if the kurds want to hold the census up to try to gain more money like they had been doing then someone will lose. IMO the census will straighten out alot of the problems that have to do with budgets and disbursments of budget monies or the country wealth. Everyone always wants more than the other has, a census much needed in kurdistan would probably show they should get less hence the reason why they have fought it for years.
