Wednesday Night 11/13/13 Finally, it took all day but FINALLY, the last required documents have made it to the UST. I know someone told you that there were no more documents to be signed or delivered, but they don't know about the new deal. It doesn't really matter though, you will see it when the RV is announced. IMF and UST are currently working together to finish this asap. This will remain a multiple agency project until it is finished. We have been informed that the rate in Iraq is $3.66 as of 6:38pm pst. It was at $3.44 earlier. Why the different rate? Different sources. No not really, we have been informed that cards were once again loaded with different rates. "Don't worry about it, it's their rates and their problem to solve. It will not have an impact on our rate." All essential personnel have been called to duty and are currently working on completing this task. Bank personnel spent all day going over last minute instructions and details with call center and cashout center personnel. They have been briefed to expect you sometime tomorrow and all day Friday. We have been told that they expect 2.5 million appointments to be made in the first 24 hrs and their goal is to get them in and out in the first 5 to 7 days. It didn't happen when it was supposed to (earlier today it was expected) but it is happening now. Again, we should see the RV here within 2 to 6 hours of the official public announcement in Iraq. Now go to bed. At this point it will either be announced early in the morning or during the day tomorrow. Just be ready to go. This is what I am hearing and I am sticking to it. I believe my sources are the best in the business.
