11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Randy Koonce no one has cashed in...and they now have to sign a Non Disclosure...that is BS... we are just waiting for the political powers "Obama" to be pressured enough to let her go...how long can Obama hold this off...well technically until his term is up...but the pressure right now is extremely difficult for him to wait...the Iraqi army will not stay together without getting paid... Since they need to keep the army together, they will need to pay them....If you noticed that Iraq passed a provisional budget between now and the 1st of the year... that budget has the lower exchange rate in it... it will just show and I believe before the end of the year... 11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Randy Koonce you can get a a rate above 4 dollars again another fantasy...the only group that means a thing is the one you put together to go to a bank with... "sorry but there is NO LOP'...There is a lot of currencies that might lop, Vietnamese dong is one.. IRaq will not... It also will be a managed float meaning once it comes out it will stay that rate until someone wants to it move...Lots of signs for it being within next two week...
