I was on Forexpro and was looking at the historical data of the Dinar and it still shows it was coming in at .85 on 4/21/10 on the sentiments. If it was a glitch why would they show it in historical data why not wipe it clean? Also if you actually put in the date you want 4/21/10 it shows nothing. Below is the place it shows it and if you can't click it to work just copy into your browser. Compass Bank will exchange them but it will take two to three days as they ship them off to the Federal Reserve as most banks do. 5/3 Bank will not charge any money to exchange them as long as you have an account but it takes about a week.
