Nice new pic!! I partially agree with the timeline. I feel they are going to spring the rv upon us at the same time they anounce the lifting of the chapter-7. I feel that they are going to wait until after the meeting with the IMF in DC on the 8-10th to anounce it.

Iraq's transportation ministry has signed a deal with Swiss company "Global Refinery". The deal includes the purchase of 66 ocean going freighters, none of them being over 5-years old. The ships will be leased for a 5-year period. There are over one thousand maritime workers without work due to the lack of ships. The Swiss firm will train the Iraqi employees.
