Ok let me get this straight..... RV is on Tues but on Tues its already Weds in Iraq so does that mean it RV'd yesterday?

IMO no one will know when RV is happening ubtil the last possible moment. If I was a dealer and they called me and said stop all sales of dinar on March 1 cause RV will occur March 2, I am buyin ever Dinar I can get my hands on for myself.
