I didn't read all the responses, but I saw at least one that the was right on...IMO. It is true. This was a ten year plan. Now, let's see if they lift the artificial program rate, and let the dinar rise to what it was before 1990. They have done it before...it is another version of the Marshall Plan. I think they are just going to make sure that prices don't go up. I don't see how they could do that without raising the value, but I have been in this long enough to expect ANYTHING from these people. Nothing amazes me anymore. I think he said he will resign if he does not implement the Erbil agreement and follow through with everything. Seems he is trying to save his neck.
