Just checked the site through google translate and got 1 USD to 3.1 IQD. Weird thing is the values are hand coded into the page. Not sure what it means, but the rate of 0.086 is associated with Iraq Dinar in the table, not being pulled from anywhere. XE still reporting the same as usual.

Aren't quarterly taxes due if it's before April 1. Meaning if it's after there is a portion of us that would not be paying them taxes for another 3 months, and if it happens this week we get hit.
