The 2016 Iraqi budget law has been published in thr Gazzette. That's it, it's the real deal! Locked in stone (except they make constant adjustments after the fact any time they want to, but whatever…).
So… where's the "RV"?
Obviously there's no new rate, no HCL.
So tired of all of the lies, misleading posts, super extra reading into articles and rumors/statements taken out of context. And especially tired of the hopium. People getting bashed for making unbiased statements of FACT in these very forums.

Like Adam, I don't agree with everything Trump says, but hey look at the last 7 years. The current administration is a total joke. With the choices presented, Trump has the ability to undo some of the damage that has been done.

Maybe the young Goldman Sachs backed Canadian is the way to go.

Well you are going to get it right one day so why not have a guess at this year too, well last year was meant to be the one so why not this.......I just cant see this to be perfectly honest with you for me its a lost cause.
I check here now & then in the hope things may be different but there always the same, same people trolling for news, same people posting irrelevant stuff, same old same old
If anyone still thinks after 11-12 years this will actually come about you have got to get your heads read
I did enjoy the ride it was fun but reality sometimes sets you down with a very big bump....last year was the best time to do the RV, this year will be the very worst, oil per barrel at its all time low by March 2016...how can you set a budget based on the price of oil now & then take into account the fall expect.....no country on this earth would risk a RV at this time
So just be honest to yourselves its not going to happen, live your life stop spending your time sitting here looking for the perfect message.......not going to happen
Why don't you be honest with yourself, somewhere else, or you could simply drop in less. If you don't believe it will happen, fine, life is hard enough, don't need negative nellies like you!

Let's watch for any article over the next week and a half that says the Kurdish delegation is headed to Baghdad on the 17th. If it turns out to be untrue, I will never post a prediction again because I will not trust my friends info any longer..

Febuary will make 13 years for me, a lot of people have come and gone. I used to get on the site everyday, now I just drop by once in a while. Don't know if it will ever happen, got mine tucked away in a safe place, always thought if it didn't rv, it would look good on the bathroom wall. If the pressure gets to you, take a step back, continue to enjoy life. It is, what it is, Happy Thanksgiving!
