DV, All of this talk about exchange rates the past few weeks. Yup the CBI is definitely up to something and it is about to be revealed very soon IMHO. Remember, We are still awaiting the 2016 Budget to be published in the Gazette. Hmmmmm, Why is it being delayed?

Yota Thanks, Please let this happen because the entire International Community know that all of the former & current Leaders of Baghdad & Kurdistan to include majority of their politicians have stole money from the Iraqi people. However, The countries that hold their stolen money are just as guilty as well because of greed. The US, UN and all other major agencies need to demand by passing resolutions that all stolen money be returned to Iraq or they will face major economic sanctions. Freeze all bank accounts immediately to prevent money being transferred to their friends in Iran, Syria,etc. Malaki's, Barzani's, Najafi, Talabani just to name a few but not complete list of the thieves over the past 10 - 12 years. ****Bring them all to justice!! ****Bring that 200+ Billions back to the people of IRAQ!!

:bravo:Good Afternoon DV, I just want to add my opinion on the following areas below. 2016 Budget Published in the Gazette: We know that the President of the Republic have approved and ratified the budget earlier this month. I often wonder why should it take this long to be published in the Gazette knowing that the line items in the budget cannot be implemented until this action is complete. Nonetheless, We do know that majority of the line items have a retroactive date of 1/1/2016. The Provinces and Ministries are unable to receive their funding due to 2016 Budget not being published in the Gazette. IMHO, The budget will be published either before or soon after the GOI, Parliament return next week. The Parliament have approved the PM Abadi's reform packages however their are still important laws that need to be read, voted on and approved. Customs & Tariff & Other Taxes Implementation: We do know that lines items in the 2016 Budget have authorized Customs & Tariff and other Taxes to be implemented per discretion of GOI, Parliament.. However, We also know that the delay for implementation is due to 2016 Budget not being published in the Gazette to date. The IMF & WB set specific conditions for GOI in order to obtain loans they must find other revenue to offset 2016 Budget deficit and taxes were a big part of the equation. Important Laws & Exchange Rate: Parliament is due to return for meetings and discussions on 16 Jan and session starts 19 Jan. We know from numerous articles provided that important laws are ready to be read, voted and approved per Parliament Legal and other GOI agencies. We also know that they work behind the scenes to get important issues resolved that we may not hear or read about until after the it has already happened. The art of misinformation by GOI, CBI & Parliament and Expert Economists over the past few weeks in regards to important laws, exchange rates have been headlining the news for weeks now I believe more than we have ever witnessed to date IMHO. Lastly, I do believe IMHO we are extremely close to witnessing Iraq return to the World Stage & International Market with an increase in the value of their IQD. Keeping the faith!! :praying: GO RV!!

Freedomwish, IMHO I do believe we are extremely close based on the articles about CBI and others talking about devalue or revalue the currency, etc. The many articles on "HCL" from many different agencies to read, vote, etc. From the information that Yota have provided in the articles above they meaning the House of Representatives intend to read immediately and vote on "HCL" IMHO. Yota Thanks, LB Agree!! If they have not disclosed to their own people of Iraq then rest assure that the GOI, IMF, WB and Owners of Central Bankers are in the know 100% guaranteed. Once Parlianent returns later this month very important "Laws" will be read, voted and fowarded to POR for approval & ratified then published in the Gazette "Suddenly". Keeping the faith!! GO RV!!

Wiljor Thanks, The GOI & KRG agreed per 2016 Budget and Parliament voted to give 17 % share to the Kurds. Done deal!! All are moving forward and we will see the HCL voted and approved. There is no stopping the plan that is currently in motion. GO RV!!
