Thanks Brandy for bringing the DHS thing. Everyone remember the important question is "Am I being detained?" If the answer is yes, they must charge and arrest you. Second important question, "Am I free to go?". If they say yes, go immediately. Peace out and love the Constitution. Additionally the immigration checkpoints would make more sense if anyone was actually deported. So if I say I'm in the country illegally, does anyone think with the current administration, I would be detained and deported? Waste of time. Protect the borders.

Sounds like a good start for the welfare state.
