1. Well said i've noticed they haven't been posting as much lately. I'am not complaining about that either :bravo:

haha soo true... I found it very odd that when one would post they would all flock, all of them would come out of no where, very odd.  I also never understood the fact that why dont they go make their own forum if they really dont like how this site is being ran.  Its simple you either believe in this investment or you dont!!!

2. There's nothing the kurds can do about the budget it's out of their hands now. We've known for a while the last part of the hcl  that needed to be done was the agreement with the kurds. great news if it sticks.

I'm going to wait for the ink to dry. As for the budget, once it's in the Gazette then I will smile. Until then the Kurds are challeging it.

Lots of something going on but it all has to come together.

3. Well said bro.

JoeB,   Why do you call the truth Hate.  Don't hate the messenger hate the game.  All said here is true, you should take it as much a warning as anything.   This is not the dinar news section.  Keep learning to read and you'll get it eventually.   I've been fluant since the second grade.

This blonde decides one day that she is sick and tired of all these blonde jokes and how all blondes are perceived as stupid, so she decides to show her husband that blondes really are smart. While her husband is off at work, she decides that she is going to paint a couple of rooms in the house.

The next day, right after her husband leaves for work, she gets down to the task at hand. Her

husband arrives home at 5:30 and smells the distinctive smell of paint. He walks into the living room and finds his wife lying on the floor in a pool of sweat. He notices that she is wearing a ski jacket and a fur coat at the same time.

He goes over and asks her if she is OK. She replies yes. He asks what she is doing. She replies that she wanted to prove to him that not

all blonde women are dumb and she wanted to do it by painting the house. He then asks her why she has a ski jacket over her fur coat. She replies that she was reading the directions on the paint can and they said....

FOR BEST RESULTS, PUT ON TWO COATS.

Good one Bumper

I never visited Venezuela.. I would have liked to but was told it's extremely violent... Cuba instead I visited several times (  7 or 8 times...medium stays were 1 or 2 months ...reason was mainly cos it's my ex-wife's country).... With all the limits it has..And it does have..... It's a very safe place and people are extremely friendly and kind... And they accomplished much with the very few financial means they have ( health, education, etc.)... Of course there are problems but again the streets are safe and People in general are great to talk to....I was struck by their cultural level and their knowledge of int'l events  ( political, social and cultural)..

Imagine that Both Socialist countrys...You don't mess around in cuba and cause any kind of trouble. Castro early in his years as dictator would not hesitate to use his police and troops and shoot anybody that was rumored to be anti-castro. Some cuban friends lucky enough to escape and come over here said his first 10 years was very bloody. They would march into homes with no trial and pull the family on the streets and shoot them in front of everybody. And then leave the bodies in the middle of the streets. Yea i would say they don't cause much trouble there. I'am sure your sad you lost a idol in chavez ,but this is one american thats glad he got this piece of @rap is gone.
6. so iraq being under chapter 7 is engaging in a war ?

what a pleasant suprise for the un .. why is it when a rocket lands inside israel . they arent supposed to respond ?

i dont see how they expect to get out from under chapter 7  if they get involved in anything but self defence .. and if they do .and they snubb the united states .. 130033 will not be extended in may .. and iraqi assets could be again frozen .

It doesn't surprise me anything maliki does. He's been the main reason their country hasn't gone forward out of chapt 7.

8. Prove what?? His salary pays for his clothes and anything else he uses. The Obamas are even required by law to pay for the food they eat, with the exception of State Dinners.

The government pays for state dinners and other official functions, but the president pays for dry cleaning and food that he, his family, and personal guests consume; the high food bill often amazes new residents.[76]

http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nation/… will give you a bigger breakdown of what they have to pay for and don't pay for.

Expenses such as clothing and food are personal, with the exception of $100,000 that is given each term for decorating the residence and the Oval Office, according to White House assistant press secretary Carlton Carroll.

The first family can also set up an outside fund through the White House Historical Association to help cover additional costs. Travel and health care are covered, though not with a specific amount, Carroll said. But using the White House medical unit, or an appointed civilian doctor if the president chooses, does not come with a charge, and prescriptions also do not cost the first family anything.

Who paid that 24,000 dollar gold lesson from tiger woods golf coach?  Tax payers... Just found out that liar Barry medical Excise tax falls under sporting goods!!!!! Didn't ole Barry tell everybody he wouldn't tax one dime to the middle class. He hides it in his health care bill under medical devices. What does rod and reels tackle ect have to do with medical devices?  This is just the tip of the ice berg. Cabela's is raising a stink over this :butt-kicking:

9. Parliamentary: efforts must be intensified to the enactment of the oil and gas after the ratification of the general budget

Baghdad (news) .. Promised a member of the Finance Committee MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Najiba Najib, oil and gas law of laws which are still important economic Off in the House of Representatives, calling for efforts to legislation after approving the budget.

Najib said (of the Agency news): must intensify the work of the House of Representatives and the federal government to reach an agreement about passing a draft law of oil and gas form the powers granted to local authorities in the provinces and the region in how to manage its oil fields.

She added: can not be confined to the hands of the federal government powers only because of the current political system is decentralized multi authorities, stressing the importance of the enactment of the oil because it can not be that the state is working without the existence of this law.

The oil and gas law of important laws, which is still code in the House of Representatives because of political differences between the Kurdish blocs and the federal government. / End / 8. N. P

Good news sounds like the budget is already done.

10. Interesting note, a lot of these news stories or posts are very inconsistent for example, one Iraq on the verge of chapter VII being lifted the next week Iraq is being mentioned as terrorist's. Inconsistency is instability which in turn tells me more time is required to resolve the pending issues at hand before we witness an RV.

You think like a westerner ,iraq will always have political problems just like libya, syria , eqypt on and on..They've done it for thousands of years.

11. Quite correct, but it does not mean a great deal. Iraq has not drawn any funds from the the SBA for 2 years.

Despite what the Gurus are trying to say, Iraq has to only make 3 repayments on the SBA this year, they are due on 1st June, 1st Sept and 1st Dec, each one being 37 million SDR.

Then they need to quit kicking the can and pay up, if it's not that big of a deal. <_<
