correct and imo when or if they change the exchange rate along with the LD's ( re dominate ) the citizens gain purchasing power with the iqd , the iraqi citizens will not become instantly wealthy but they will be able to do and have more with a higher exchange rate until inflation and cost of living chews up the purchasing power much like what has happened to the USD in america, im not sure how the iqd will be handled outside iraqs boarders . we wait ,strictly my conjecture only

kinda the way ive understood the articles big ticket stuff - investment projects and such can use the american dollar but if its all digital , iqd will work at that time its just numbers on a screen no physical currency is used anyways . my speculation only .. cheers

thats a great question and one id like to know also ,, since the country exporting goods is iraq if they use the iqd they will lose big time in the international trade selling the molasses to Kuwait who has the strongest currency in the world so imo unless they use the USD which is not the currency of iraq but they use the USD like its there own currency who knows really what currency iraq used ?? they need to make the IQD powerful again to export goods if that makes sense ... cheers
