  1. NOW THAT IS FUNNY :-) You are right. I'm going out to sell my truck right now!!!!
  2. Thank you for the kind words. I have not forgotten why I started this. The people that need our help are still out there, and still need the help. I am here for the long haul. I have never been one to give up, I am not starting now.
  3. I, in no way, meant to tear down the dealers. I am an American and believe wholeheartedly in a free market society. Many on here were wanting to know why we keep hearing the predictions over and over. I was merely helping them to understand how some of the dealers and pumpers work. Hey, more power to them. I think they would be better served to try honesty rather than deception. But that is their right. And, as I said before, I did not mean to lump everyone together. There are some on here who give us valuable information. To them I say, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE. I welcome prayer at any time. Thank you. And, yes, if it takes that long. I still feel this is a keeper.
  4. This is an amazing post. No joke. You should be in charge of reaching out to all who are frustrated.
  5. I stand corrected. You are right. I guess my own frustration is showing through. I have learned valuable lessons on this site, and many others over the years. I was referring to predictions of an RV/RI. There are many people who have worked, tirelessly, at bringing information to us all, and I am forever grateful to them. Please except my humble apology for mispeaking GREED !!!
  6. I totally agree. I do not know how this is coming to fruition. Their leaders don't seem to care about the people who put them there. It sickens me to see those people suffer, while the government sits on their butts getting richer. Take away their salaries and see how fast they act. I am beginning to feel regretful for getting involved with this investment.
  7. Your statements would have relevance if the leaders of Iraq had any sense of modern leadership skills. But the truth is, they are stuck in the dark ages with their mentality. They don't seem to care about all you have stated. They have let other dates slip by, and other deadlines that cost them dearly slip by. What makes you think they care now?
  8. I hear you bud. I've been on this ride for 6 and a half years. I didn't expect this to happen for 10-15 years in the beginning, but I got all caught up in the hype and lost my focus. I was ready to sell out a couple of weeks ago, but my wife brought me back down to earth. Hang in there. It will happen eventually. Every day we are one more day closer. That is how I look at it.
  9. I think it might be time to get out of this lemon.
  10. We checked into the FDIC protection and it is 250k, but it is per person, per bank. That means they add up all you have in each bank and insure it. Dosen't matter how many accounts you have at that bank. The total insured for that bank is 250k. You must have accounts at different banks to take advantage of 250k multiple times. Government thought of that one already.
  11. Whats the matter, can't handle the truth. Why is it when people speak something other than,"it will Rv anytime", that person is negative?
  12. This same story has been told year after year. The names have been changed of course, and they are posted by different people, but the goal is the same, tell a story so exciting that people can't wait to buy more Dinar. Don't fall for it people, especially you newbies. You are the prime target here.
  13. In the 7 years that I have been a part of this investment, the only ones who I have seen make any real money are the dealers. Believe me they have made hundreds of thousands of dollars. And they make it by starting rumors that the Rv is "happening this weekend". Every time you hear that statement, millions and millions of dinar are purchased, and they make out like a bandit. Don't get me wrong, I feel Iraq is the investment of a lifetime, but they have a long way to go before any of us will make any money. I am ok with that. I expected a 10-15 year wait when I invested 7 years ago. It is interesting to watch so many people believe these gurus week after week when they have no real success up to now in picking a time for the RV. They haven't been right on one single prediction, but they are continually pumped up with encouraging words as though they will quit and go away if anyone speaks the truth. And when the truth is spoken, some people are banned from the site. Just good business I guess. Can't have anyone spreading the truth. That would be bad for business. All and all it is great entertainment even though I see levels of frustration beyond comprehension. I am in it for the long haul, and believe it or not, I hope that the Iraqi people are rewarded somehow eventually. They certainly deserve it more than any of us.
  14. My only comment to you is this, I have a 2 year supply of food and water for my family, we are looking for some land in "the north", and we are armed to the teeth. If that is doomsday thinking, then I am guilty as charged. You are not crazy. We are about to go through changes that most people are not ready for. Maybe not even us.
  15. This is great advice Neuman. I would only add that 6 years ago, when I started this ride, there wasn't a wealth of information out there, as there is now. Take Neuman's advice. You will feel like a seasoned professional, compared to how you feel right now. I still go back through the archives, even now, and find that I am continually enriched with new information that I did not have before. Take advantage of the enormous learning potential that this site has to offer. You won't regret it.
  16. Thank you for your gracious answer Tony. I appreciated your opinion. It is so wonderful to get a response that is mature in nature. It is so unnecessary to be rude just to make a point. It has been great to see things raised to a more mature level recently. There are still a few distasteful comments, but they have a right to their opinions also. I guess we must learn to not take it personal. Most are just frustrated, and I do understand the feeling. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your posts in the future. God bless.
  17. Again, I have asked this question before and still no answer. The only thing that makes no sense in this scenario is, our gov. nor the Federal Reserve are in the oil business. They do not buy and sell comodities at all. That is left to companies such as Texaco, Exxon, Shell, etc. Unlike the gov. in the Middle East, ours represents the people of the U.S. they don't buy oil. The only oil they are concerned with is our emergency reserves, and what powers our military. That's it. With that in mind, how do you explain this scenario? Wow!!! We really don't have a chance. Look at the power in that list. Can you imagine having to go up against them. Thank you. Lord, for your protection.

This all sounds very interesting and I am in no way an educated economist. The only thing that I am confused about is this: Most, if not all, Middle Eastern countries are in the oil business. Their Governments control their oil industries. But htat is not the case with the U.S. We are a "Free Market" society and our oil industry is controlled by companies such as Texaco, Shell, Exxon, etc. Our government isn't in the oil business. So who made this deal for $42 a barrel?
  19. I honestly do appreciate your candor on the subject. Many thanks for your time and effort. However, I would very much like to ask your "opinion" on something. I have wondered, for quite awhile now, why does this site have a "Rumor Section" to begin with? This is a serious investment (at least its serious to me), so why would anyone put so much importance on rumors, to the point of having its own section. I really am not trying to cause problems here. I honestly would like an answer to that question. I have put hard earned money into this investment, and I know that it is speculative, but it is not a joke. Some of the rumors I have seen are out and out jokes. I have, on occasion, laughed my butt off. But whent the laughter subsides, I am always left with this uneasy feeling in my gut that this is not a joke. You seem to be fairly educated, and well spoken, by the sound of your post, so what do you think?
  20. I would like to know how the Iraqi people are going to benefit from the potential RV? Also, is there a program in place that will pay the Iraqi people from the money received from the oil industry's profits? I know that Kuwait gives every one of their citizens a percentage of the oil profits along with some other countries. Thank them for their help in obtaining information for us.
  21. I have heard that Iraq also has the number one reserve of Sulpher in the world.
  22. After 7 years, I have determined that 5 minutes a day is all that is warranted. I agree, wholeheartedly, with your assumptions, and I am a positive person all around. I am also a realist, and that is why I agree with you. Hey, I am only 51. Two years from now I will be 53. That is still young enough to enjoy a windfall.
