I would like to add also that this statement(s) made by the CBI is a forewarning and addtionally part of an education process before exchanges hit the public.

And it is also illegal by choosing to accept only a certain banknotes because all are legal tender

Yahooo...of course it is illegal not to accept despite how bad the conditions these bad notes are..and it is punishable by fines for those companies that do not accept such banknotes at such conditions because they are legal tender, with the exception, of course if such bad notes are counterfeits. Things are looking up...from bad notes n lower denoms to resumption of payment for compensation to Kuwait. Market rate is now almost same as the CBI rate...expect the change of rate when the market goes below the cbi rate. I stand by what i said in my previous posts...to expect rv before the financial inclusion.

CBI wants to monopolize the 'competition' so that the rate within the CBI and the market is in parallel to each other and within the '2%' as to follow the IMF's guidline. Smile

I love this...folks u got to love this. CBI wants all exchages from bad notes to lower denoms inside iraq 'only' thru electronic payments. For us dinar holders, of course, we dont need to get in line with iraqi citizens to hand over our notes. We will be exchanging our notes here, where we are. Hopefully we get to that before this month ends. Smiley face

Botzwana, i havent seen anything that HCL is a precursor to the rv. Yes, in fact, i just made a post ...i strongly believe the rv will happen, without HCL, before the financial inclusion event on april 27 (this month).

Bump this. There will be a finacial inclusion event to take place on april 27 2018 (this month)..and this article shows up before that date. I highly believe, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the rv will happen prior to that date.

CF, totally agree. Aryoseno, more likely that will happen next week but the rv has got to occur before the event (financial inclusion).only this time iraq is more advanced now. By the way, thanks for sharing that video
