It seems quite clear to me that what many of the previous responders have stated makes virtually no sense. The thought of approaching an airport exchange kiosk in order to cash in millions of IQD in exchange for millions of US dollars seems rather misguided at best. Furthermore, US banks would potentially be breaking banking regulations and make themselves criminally liable. If they were to pay out the required minimum cash reserve backing the sum of all deposits, and in exchange take in IQD, banks would not have the legally compulsory USD reserves in their coffers. Thus, banks would then be required to request vast amounts of additional USD from the government and/or other central branches in order to exchange at least some of the IQD. Obviously, using simple mathematics, there clearly is not enough USD available to accommodate the complete exchange of all IQD in circulation in the US (even with an extremely marginal RV).
I am going to jump on @ewingm's bandwagon and highlight his and my concern: how is it possible that none of us know, after spending years hoarding IQD and being convinced of untold overnight riches, the exact procedural details for the future RV exchange? It simply does not add up. As you are all well aware, in today's world of inundating securities regulations, procedural paperwork, and the need for peer-reviewed contractual agreements, how would it be possible for any bank (let alone some Dinar guru) to draft, have the procedural documents reviewed by a party of specialized contract lawyers, and then implement the entire process within a reasonable timeline. There are simply too many loose ends and I am starting to get a bit worried myself.
I would greatly appreciate it if the more knowledgeable members may be so kind and provide objective feedback respecting my above comments. I would like to close by also asking that disparaging and facile rejoinders should be holy disregarded - they do not further our cause and simply provide red herrings leading down argumentative paths which are only tangentially related to the original topic.
Thanks.
