A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Cougar, ruled out the government's move to raise the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar in order to compensate for oil losses due to low global prices, pointing out that the Central Bank has a study and control over exchange rates.

Cougar said to "the information", that "the government to raise the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar is unthinkable and excluded, because the central bank has a sober study in this regard."

He added that "the central bank administration does not support the proposal to raise the dollar exchange rate at all, and has a set of reasonable reasons and justifications to keep the exchange rate at its natural limits."

Cougar ruled out that "the government or the central bank in 2021 will choose to raise the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar." 25 n

Ok well I would hope they wouldn't raise the dollar against the Dinar any worse then it already is. :)

And that "the current Iraqi dinar differs slightly because the Iraqi economy is consumerist, but that does not prevent it. It is possible to apply that and use the deleted Iraqi currency zeros by buying and importing industrial production lines for the manufacture of basic and luxury goods as much as possible, and this will revive the exchange rate of the dinar and the demand for it externally and shrinking." Depletion of foreign currency to buy the most insignificant commodities and deplete the cash balance, instead of facilitating official and accounting transactions, packages, storage, transportation, use of versatile metal change and revolutionary digital currency through cards and gain confidence internally and externally, needs a revival, stimulation and progress in this aspect, easy projects that are waiting for their hero, below. Conceptual models for the deleted Iraqi currency, the "free dinar" zeros.

I love the way this guy explains things, he basically says deleting the zeros off the notes does basically nothing and Iraq is in a different circumstance.

  3. Your very right.

Think ahead and you will see Iraq will need a 25.00 note even after a revaluation what matters is will the bank give them one thousand of them for every 25000 note. I believe they will, I know the average Iraqi is very poor now and they are a very proud people and this is for them we are just lucky enough to be along for the ride.

Whats your opinion as to how this will unfold? I'd like to hear it.

I believe in what Shabibi told us years ago, that he needed Iraq to have security, stability, and a fully seated government. The  CBI Iraq Dinar exchange rate will show something like 3.50 instead of .00085 and at that same instant the forex will show it, it will come with no warning and no fanfare but plenty of disinformation just before.

Those 3 key items we have never had before now, things are getting exciting.

Outside of Iraq our large note bills would keep the value of 25,000 and when or if it reinstates back to 3.22 or 1.17 we could exchange for that value.

There is no such thing as a different rate inside a country and out, that is pure guru made up bullshiz.

If they remove 3 zeros from in country that would be a lop and it would hit us all. What we are hoping for is that they drop 3 zero's off the exchange rate factor .00085 would change to .85 or to something higher.

  6. I'm not buying into this, they are trying to say that all the oil they are selling in a month wont pay the salaries of government employees, I call bull crap. I don't know what paying in bonds would accomplish though.

They have to be getting close because they are closer then ever to checking the boxes on stability, security and a full seated government.
