But...if this is moving the decimal place over 3 positions coming out to 1.320 for every US dollar...they need to change their currency...That's the deletion of the zeros. Your 25,000 dinar becomes 25 dinar. So if I take my 5 million and remove the three zeros and multiply $0.76 - 5,000 dinars x $.76 = $3,800. Yeah, that's what it comes down to...When Al-Sudani was talking about he would love to have an exchange rate of 1.32...he was talking about the deletion of the zeros. IQD/ROI: Simple Explanation
If someone has 300,000 Iraqi Dinar and the exchange rate is 3.00, then their 300,000 Iraqi Dinar would be worth:

They're taking the right steps to strengthen their economy to strengthen the Iraqi dinar but if you're thinking this is going to happen overnight, you are sadly mistaken...The Iraqi dinar IMO is going to go up in increments. I still believe you're going to see an increase in the first quarter of this year.

He wanted the US to recoup all our economic interests and investments in Iraq. Iraq continues to show us that things are imminent. As Iraq continues to change that situation that's better for Iraqis plus those holding on to the Iraqi dinar altogether. You can't rely on oil for 95% of your budget. If oil crashes then guess what, so does that country. Period. Come on Pimpy, what did they base their economy on when the IQD was worth $2.78...Oil...!
