    Sorry, I heard he say 5 million dinars instead of 5 billion dinars. Look at his lips and try to say out million and billion, you will understand what I meant. He stumble because he realise the script has typo error.

    Dealers or local bank buy dollar from cbi at 1166, and sell in local market at 1240. Dealers have to make profit right? Now they are concern if the exchange rate might rise more than 1240, that is why reluctant to sell. Demand for dollar is more than supply now.

    Won't be surprised after approval of 2015 budget, we will be looking foward to 2016 budget approval this time next year. Just my opinion..

    Looks like they have come to a decision to lower 2015 budget, which have been reading for days. Hopefully will be approved in coming days. Or should I say 'soon'
