Im a chef by profession and as you know one has to be very open minded about all the different cuisines available. But I just cant get my mind around preparing much less eating bugs. There are sooooo many other wonderful things to eat. Why eat bugs.

Im sorry but I have to agree. I cant imagine why someone would put themselves in such a non credible situation constantly . I find it embarrassing. Im very hopeful that we will RV and I enjoy reading others post that have promising information. But these gurus are tooooooooo much. And they just open themselves up to be made fun of. Yea I see what you mean. Its like everything in life, in order for you to really know about something you have to live it first.
