you're right, it would by no means reduce the amount of bills in circulation. I think a kid could figure that out. I think it could actually increase the bills when the Iraqi street rate goes up because people still have no faith in their toilet paper with less zeros on it. I could be wrong, but I don't think Iraq is trying to go the way of the china and other nations to artificially keep their currency low in value for the sake of foreign investors buying products. I haven't seen many articles pointing towards that. I see them saying they want to increase their value to meet the global demand for dinar. possible as a reserve currency. hey I guess I look at things through my RV glasses, but sometimes I take them off Everyone knows china is has been manipulating their currency to because the crap products and wages have to be cheap. call it a lowest cost system. I don't see Iraq trying to do that. granted I don't see them doing much of anything... lol
