I think you are spot on Capt. cliff. They ARE as tired of it as we are...and they darned well SHOULD be. If certain people don't watch what's going on, a full scale civil was is going to erupt here, and then what? You think there is chaos now? Wait and see what happens if that happens!

Interesting analysis, and absolutely true. I read an article a few years back while I was in Iraq as a civilian that stated flat out that ultimately Iraq would prove to be the single wealthiest country on the planet. I for one, think that is the truth!

Well, y'all can call me crazy, but I am just not buying into the .25 figure. I think it's ridiculously low and wouldn't help the Iraqis one bit.Not buying the 5, 6, 7, 8 dollar figures either, but I AM sticking with my initial feeling of around 1 to 1. I think the .25 figure is designed to panic a lot of folks into selling out. Smoke and mirrors my friends...smoke and mirrors.

Well, seems the consensus of opinion here is one I have had for quite a long time...Med DOES like the sound of his own voice, and exists I believe primarily so he can bask in the glory of all his followers bowing down to his all knowing and almighty throne of knowledge. What he doesn't seem to get is that his opinion, just like everyone else;s on the planet, is just that...an opinion. Sadly, he is convinced, and amazingly his devout flock is also convinced that his is the one true way and the one truth. Pathetic if you ask me and smacks of things like Jim Jones, David Koresh and a few others. He sets a dangerous precedent.But, thats jmho.

I too believe it will come out higher than.10.I think in order for Iraq to be able to do business realistically with the rest of the world it would have to be more than that. How much? Whoknows? But I am sticking with the 1 to 1 that has been touted all along.
