  3. Hi, I just got back from my local Wells Fargo. I went in figuring I should set up a small NIB account to have it ready to go, since I do not normally bank at WB. This is what the banker told me. He said that WB, not just his branch but all of WB, is not planning on exchanging IQD until next year at the earliest.
