  1. First of all who's we ? And what do you get ? If you don't want to read it don't click on it Tell me what to do Ah ha ha ha ha ha See I don't think some people understand that all that money that's listed on the cbi web site as currency outside of banks is phisical cash there's no way for them to be holding digital currency outside of banks So there's around 40 trillion dinar in phisical dinar out there in people's hands So the people who keep saying they don't have much currency out there don't have a clue That's why everyone laughs at them in the rumor forum
  2. Like today Out of 80 million dinar bought at auction Only 5 million were cash Because I don't think the cbi issues digital dollars I think they issue digital dinars Who knows Maybe they do I'm sure the fed has digital foriegn currency
  3. 6,703,211 for example is the amount in millions for the 10k note So since it's listed in millions of dinar on the chart you add 6 zeros to that number then devide it by 10,000 to get the amount issued just in 10k notes So let's do it 6,703,211,000,000 Six trillion 703 billion 211 million dinar issued just in 10k notes So we devide that number by 10,000 and we will know how many actual 10k notes are issued by the cbi 6,703,211,000,000 devided by 10,000 equals 670,321,100 actual 10k notes issued by the cbi. Over a half a billion notes just in the 10 k notes 670 million 321 thousand 100 notes just in 10 k notes issued Just look at markinsas link on page 17 and explore it shows it all http://www.cbi.iq/documents/Annual_2013.pdf It can't be out side of banks in digital form I just hope they got enough hard currency to rv all that Abadi can do it I think maliki just didnt want to He held it up So maybe someone can put on their thinking cap and explain it to us Cause I don't got a clue 10s of Thousands have tried They come and they go So far over 40 thousand members been thru dv So we wait And I'm not sure everyone gets cash payments from the goi for their Salarys I thought they were using cards , electronic dinar So if you got a bank account and your dinar is electronic , it's going to need to be rvd too , right ? If it was your atm card , woukdnt you want your dinar rvd too? Businesses use digital dinar , checks and such There's a lot out there that people refuse to admit exist So the auctions Let's talk about those auctions Are they phisical notes that are being bought by the cbi or are the digital ? They show cash portion on the auction report and the majority is not cash Very little is cash Those links help out a lot Maybe TLARS brother knows
  4. Page 17 - Currency Outside of Banks = 34,995,453 Million Dinar in phisical currency If it's out side of banks it's not within the central bank system in iraq That equals just about 35 trillion dinar in phisical currency The bank has Difference = 5,634,583 Million Dinar 5.6 trillion dinar is in the central bank phisical curency Close to 35 trillion outside the central bank phisical currency Total dinar issued around 40 trillion actual phisical currency Plus it has electronic dinar , that's dinar that isn't currency notes but issued in loans and in deposits at the cbi Those other numbers above are just phisical currency I think the entire lot is around 77 trillion dinar being used at the time Actual note count is around 4 billion Some notes are 25k , 10k , 5k, and so on But total dinar in phisical currency is what I listed They got a pile of dinar out there . The actual note count can be figured out by adding 6 zeros to the notes issued
  5. It makes ya wonder exactly what prevented this in the past Source: Maliki to propose Mahdi Al-Hafiz to take over as economic adviser MONDAY, MAY 14 / MAY 2012 14:27 A source in the Iraqi government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki proposed to the former Minister of Planning Mahdi Al-Hafiz take over as economic adviser. A top aide in the form of advisers, who declined to be named for the ” Twilight News “,” Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki suggested to the economist and former Minister of Planning Mahdi Al-Hafiz to the post of economic adviser. “ He explained that “al-Maliki seeks to benefit from the experience and expertise Mahdi Al-Hafiz in the implementation of economic projects Alasosmaria, economic, and follow-up mechanisms of implementation.” The offices of the advisory body in the cabinet is divided to the Office of Health Affairs and the Office of Economic Affairs and the Office of Legal Affairs and the Office of Oil and Energy and the Office of ages and Services and the Office of Education and Culture and the Office of Agriculture and Water and the Office of Provincial Affairs. It is said that a former Minister of Planning Mahdi Al-Hafiz had said, earlier, the importance of clarifying the identity of Iraq’s economic problems prevent the application of a market economy. Hafiz said that “Iraq’s transition to a market economy theory should be a gradual and scientific.” *Maliki, Iraq's Economy ~ "We need to change all economic legislation as they are not suitable to the changes heading into the market economy" 2011-11-01 Iraqi PM inaugurates Baghdad International Fair BAGHDAD, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki inaugurated Tuesday the 38th Baghdad International Fair in the Iraqi capital with the presence of 18 countries and hundreds of foreign and local companies. "We need to change all economic legislation as they are not suitable to the changes that occurred in Iraq, which is heading to the market economy," Maliki said in the inauguration ceremony of the fair in western central Baghdad. He said that his government has been amending any law that may hamper investment of foreign companies in Iraq and "that's what happened when we achieved the investment law in 2006, which has been amended in 2010." Maliki stressed on the need to issue more laws and regulations that could ensure the interests of foreign companies wishing to invest in Iraq. Basim Saddam Sultan, deputy chief of the State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Trade Services, told Xinhua that 18 countries have participated in the 38th Baghdad International Fair with a limited participation of Arab countries, in addition to the United States and some European and Asian countries. "Some 750 companies participated in the 10-day exhibition, including 443 foreign companies and the rest local companies," Sultan said. The exhibition was held under tight security measures as Iraqi security forces blocked the roads leading to the location of the fair. The visitors have to walk and cross five checkpoints while helicopters flew over the fair's area as Maliki and some top officials were visiting the site. Al-Maliki’s New Program For Government Posted on 22 December 2010 6 pages What went wrong , no cooperation umongest the tribes? http://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2010/12/22/al-malikis-new-program-for-government/ In 2010 they started working in that direction I guess we will see where they are now and where they are headed
  6. You only get so many every 24 hours When they run out you got to wait I think you only get 4 red ones and maybe 7 green ones every day So if you use two of them at 9 o'clock am and two at 9 o'clock pm tommarros you get two more at 9oclock am and won't get your other two till 9 o'clock pm Or if you wait till 9 pm you get all four at once I don't know if this is what your talking about It's a blue square box that you got to click the x to remove off the screen
  7. This old article explains how they woukd use students to educate the public in recieving it The central bank's policy is aimed - according to the benefit - to the stability of the exchange rate of the dinar against the U.S. dollar, likely equal to the price of the Iraqi dinar against the U.S. dollar during the next two years after the implementation of the project to delete three zeros from the Iraqi currency. And in favor of the view that the Iraqi citizens need to raise awareness in the villages and towns and schools also require that students have a role in the media help citizens to receive the project. http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&nv=1&rurl=translate.google.com&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http://www.almutmar.com/index.php%3Fid%3D201213504&usg=ALkJrhgg1euZp9VeZfH8lf4vI-_JtmYbag So let's hope they just rv and forget about deleting zeros I wish they were talking about deleting three zeros off the exchange rate but they say the currency
  8. Agreed Yes , yes I do , I don't remember any zero deletions that werent planned in the open and everyone knew when it was coming Zero deletions have been used for a long time and " laid back " is correct in what they are used for So if they are going to delete three zeros they will advise the public of their plans It's not a loss or a gain it's just an exchange You can google it They are talking about it in this article , they have mentioned time frames in the past as to when they woukd do it So yes , from the obvious articles from them they will tell us if or when they would implement it Not a doubt in my mind If they are going to delete zeros they will tell us I would go as far as saying its 100% guarenteed they will tell us but I cant , it's iraq , so maybe 99% And if you do Google it and find something different , please share it
  9. Money can be created It's whether or not they can capitalize on its use Read up on the beginning of the green back in the usa But we capitalized on it and built it up over a hundred and fifty years Out labors made it strong and continue to do so Gold has since become a commodity it's no longer money We are educated from our fathers to get up in the morning and go to work This is what makes america strong We have the liberals who believe in environmental conservation so they fight for policy's to slow growth Ie. ,,,, less trees cut down ,, less pollution Ect. So our growth is regulated We live on the edge because of it They believe in spreading the wealth So entire industries are relocated around the globe They claimed steel mills were terrible places and sponcerred environmental groups to go out and protest The steel mills didn't disapear They are in other country's Same with coal its filthy and causes global warming so we sell our coal over seas It still burns over there As long as it's hidden they were successful in wealth distributiin So if iraq just creates money and uses it for consumption , eventually the money will be gone to exporters from around the globe And all the dollars they get from oil sales will be shipped right back out of iraq
  10. If the money is digital it has a trail that can be interrupted if you are the govt of a country and want it interrupted , deleted , so the investigation goes to the other end and they work backwards and see if it ends up where it ended up going frontwards They follow it and follow it then it just ends and no one has an explaination If all the polititions were stealing money and they paid a percentage to the " boss" yep maliki may be in the clear but he had to make deposits somewhere unless he owns a fortified location with a safe and guards on duty with a nice salary , they don't even know what they are protecting , besides private property somewhere Some how "an article said " that maliki has 50 billion in cash So if they are telling the truth , it's in accounts somewhere Now they got to prove he didn't earn that amount and it would then be his responsibility to explain where he got it If he can't legitimatly show how he earned that much , that could be enough evidence to freeze his accounts and prove smuggling and theft and fraud It won't be a two day investigation It could take years They may of started the investigation years ago , who knows , if they did , where are they in the investigatio If they are investigating maliki they shoukd also be investigating the rest of the polititions in iraq That 50 billion in cash that maliki has had to come from somewhere So supenas for information are not the same as supenaing maliki or any of those polititions Just information is asked for Not cooperating is obstruction of justice
  11. The politions all over iraq must of had a competition who could steal the most and maliki won I'd say they stole hundreds of billions of dollars that could of been added to the value of the dinar then each iraqi could of experienced the income , not just the polititions The reserves should be around 400 billion right now Not 67 billion And the dinar rate should be around 250 to one by now if those reserves were accumulated They need a crawling peg like they had from 2006 thru 2009
  12. To bad Sorry to hear that I used to like finding a nice hotel with lots of action dancing and such and just go get drunk and dance it away and look at all the kids and bring back memories I had to travel to a big town like Cleveland to do it because we didn't need to be around any one we knew to heal Those reminders came from the stories we told to our friends about each other lingered so getting away from everyone helped Vacations were costly and a night out was under 200 But in the end we went our own ways too I'm not so sure either are happier being alone
  13. Yep just like hitler He thought he could do all that and then no one would come for revenge Russia and the west kicked his rear The poor German soldier for the most part had no clue , they were just people
  14. It's funny how that works I see people that are married out together and both of them are great people with friends and they both get along great with everyone but themselves They just need to step back and call a truce and work thru the dumb stuff because when they seperate and find a new one its the same thing again They get along with everyone but themselves Fix it
  15. No wrong again The goi is selling bonds to the comercial banks so that the cbi can buy them from a secondary market because the cbi isn't allowed to loan the goi money directly So the loop hole is applied The comercial banks buy the bonds and then sell them to the cbi and whamo! See they didn't buy them from the goi They must be learning from Wall Street
  16. I really think it's going to be the same as its been for the last 6 years when they decided to stablize the exchange rate at 1166 When they talk about increasing the value I think they are talking about the value not the exchange rate The " market value" Usually after they bring the market value back up to around 1190 they claim that they achieved their goal But I could be wrong , let's see what happens when the market rate gets back to it stablized rate If it goes beyond that then we know they are increasing the official exchange rate I think 1190'is the goal for its plus or minus 2% of the official exchange rate I think the low end of that 2% is 1143 That's market rate in referring to The Market rate is found on the cbi daily usually a day behind Just click on currency auctions and then click on exchange rates and scroll to page 75 at the bottom and the market rate is there every day
  17. I like it No matter how big the parameter they got to get a parameter quardend off they can then tighten it up and control the supply lines in I read a coulple days ago the us are training the iraqi army for a major ground assult in the next couple months This is a great first step Ya can't just charge them without cutting off supply routes I'm sure maliki was informed of this on the first day from his advisors and from U.S. intelligence They had way to many weapons , and could of killed as many as attacked and probably saved hundreds of thousands of troops lives They had to systematically destroy them and get into position for the liberation Now they should be close to where they need to be for the ground assult led by U.S. intelligence of course , I'm sure every step of the way they were advised what to do We should see a major air assult right before the ground assult maybe for days or a week or two Then they will roll in from every direction at once
  18. By the way , that was some parade you had going there !!!
  19. Yes trinity Pressure That's how they got the kurds to stop stealing oil Like it or not maliki and the oil ministry unified iraqi oil ,"hopfully" by extreme political pressure they cut em out of the budget , but only after trying to talk to them for years and getting no where The banking system has been going thru reforms since 2006 Wto since 2003 Things eventually get to a position where the next step can be applied The entire country was up against many road blocks for the last 12 years They took time to get thru them But ya can't roof the house till the house is in place As things are unfolding ya got to remember these are along time coming and the ground work isn't glamourous but it's necessary I personally won't blame maliki , I'll blame the power grab infighting of parliment and blocs The trible war and the clerics are just as much to blame if not more to blame I do see more and more things unfolding but just because a package is on my door step doesn't mean it just appeared there Allawi was pm for a couple years Why didn't he get blamed for the mess in iraq And there's going to be many things in progress when abadi is gone and I'm sure there will be critics especially when they are approaching the next election cycle I don't think maliki was a genious nor do I think any of them are , I think you could do a much better job over there than they can Time will tell if they decide to get along and build a market economy we have heard this in the past but maybe the ground work wasn't inplace for it to work Let's hope it is or at least close enough to advance what they have
