1. 5-17-2012 Newshound Guru Adam Montana "PM Maliki given 2 weeks to implement Erbil agreement"...That two weeks is almost up...now we're going to see how serious Barzani, Allawi, al-Nujafi, and Talabani are. HCL is VERY important to an RV! And last but not least, the Tariff discussion... if the Iraqi peoples are going to remain in poverty ($3000 average income per year, why would Iraq worry about tariffs? A tariff is a tax (government revenue) on an import or export. In all likelihood, this "tariff" issue is designed to tax imports, which not many Iraqis can currently afford. If the value of the currency raises, they will be buying goods, and they will be paying the tariffs. ["continued in post 3...stay tuned"] Seeing how the average Iraqi citizen will be making the same amount of money before and after an RV, can someone please explain how that helps them afford to pay tariffs? They're broke before the RV, and they'll be broke after one. Geez, where do these guys come up with this stuff?

Chapter 7?

I know where the notion comes from. First, the notion is something that is purely made up in the minds of people. It isn't real. It's simply "made up". Second, the "notion" comes from people, or in this case gurus, who have a great deal of money to make from the "made up" "notion". It is the exact same thing as Al Gore making a fortune from global warming. Nuff Said
3. From Adam Montana: You want my opinion on someone's opinion? I don't do that, it would be so convoluted and confusing it actually makes my brain smoke just thinking about it... and the most likely result is everyone going "huh?!?! Posted ImagePosted Image" Everyone has an opinion. If you read one opinion on the internet, you obviously have internet access, and therefore I encourage you to use your internet and research as much as you think is necessary... and then STOP. Once you have your mind made up, just STOP and go on with your life. Maliki, Shabibi, GOI, IMF, UN, 13307. Lop. RI. Nuclear Bomb. RD. Second Coming. RV. Whatever. Just decide for yourself, based on the information available, if you should hold, buy, or sell... and then do it. Don't look to a "guru" for advice. I'll leave this here for people to see, but since it's not original content and the author won't respond, I will close the thread. I tip my hat to you all. And I wish us all luck! I love this: "Don't look to a 'guru' for advice". What's the VIP for again? A text message?
4.

Hold your breath. I'm sure he will stop by in a minute. Right after he gets done conjuring his next statement on chapter 7, or ebril, or Maliki, or Shabibi, or oil production, or the money supply, or the UST, CBI, IMF, IQD, CIA, FBI, bla bla bla bla

Chapter 7?

I know, but they spew this crap like it's gospel. Makes you wonder where they come up with this stuff. I guess they're just counting on people being stupid and not using their brains to do a little research of their own. Actually, they don't have to count on it because that is what's happening.

Chapter 7?

I don't know. I was simply pointing out that the intel provided is shaky at best. We were lead to believe that the lifting of these sanctions is somehow a catalyst for the RV. The article states that the sanctions have already been lifted more than 2 years ago.

An excerpt from the article: The resolution approved Wednesday terminates provisions of two resolutions adopted in 1991 under Chapter 7 of the U.N. Charter -- which is militarily enforceable -- banning Iraq from using, developing, constructing or acquiring nuclear, chemical and biological weapons or material to make them and ballistic missiles with a range greater than 150 kilometers. Adam Montana's post is simply inaccurate. End of story.

Chapter 7?

4-26-2012 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Chapter 7...I'll explain it like this. Iraq has a military. They are simply restricted in what they can do with that military due to the final Chapter 7 sanctions. One majorly important fact is that they can not use Nukes. You might initially think "So what? That's a good thing, nobody should use nukes!" but to put everything in "real world" perspective, if they RV their currency, settle the HCL issue, and recapture some of their former wealth and Iran decides "hey, I'll take that!"... what does Iraq do? If Iran pointed a nuke at Iraq and swooped in, Iraq would be taking a knife to a gunfight. It is REALLY that simple. Chapter 7 must be released in order for Iraq to successfully revalue their currency. End of story. ["continued in post 5...stay tuned"] Article from December 15, 2010 http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/12/15/end-iraq-sanctions-reflects-progress-saddam-era-analysts-say/
8. What's funny is how all of the gurus were promoting the removal of the 3 zeros as a good thing. I can't wait to see how they'll spin this one.
9. Exactly. If there wasn't a tremendous amount of money being made from these websites then all opinions, outcomes, and possibilities would be discussed openly and freely. It amazes me how most people do little to no thinking of their own.
10. Yes, it is based on research........ Ugh, never mind, what's the point. By the way, I do have dinar for sale. $1,200 per million, let me know.
11. I don't think any of us said we're the ones with all the answers. We are, however, the only one's with any evidence. I respect that people have other opinions. We are simply asking people to provide evidence for those opinions. Is that too much to ask? When I said I read all of your posts I sincerely thought you meant the posts in this particular thread, not all 3,000 or however many posts you've had, which of course I have not done. I believe in your last post you called me a "genius." I"m assuming you were calling me that in a condescending way. If not, I apologize, and thank you.
12. I know you haven't said "Yes, it's going to RV, or no, it's not going to RV." But you did claim that you are taking the more "positive" position in this investment which is an RV. So here we go again, more name calling, more of the same crap of how I can't read or comprehend, and absolutely no evidence to support your "positive" position. Instead of spending all of your time in this section bashing the only people with any evidence to support their opinions, why don't you go find some evidence of your own so we can have a real debate? Believe me, it would be very welcomed and even refreshing at this point.
13. I did, and so far you haven't presented the slightest bit of evidence supporting an RV of any significance. Well, other than governments lie, no one knows what's really going on, and we can't rely on history or what Iraq says. You know what man, you're right! Anyone know where I can get a good deal on some more dinar?
14. It's like debating a liberal dude. No amount of logic, reason, evidence, or anything else you present for that matter will make a difference. Their entire position is based on emotion.
15. You won't get an answer to that because there is too much money at stake to give the answer. The answer is, there is no answer.
16. I think most of us got duped into this investment like everyone else. We were told about it by a trusted friend who said we need to "do it now" cause it's going to RV tomorrow or the next day. Couple that with the promise of a massive ROI on a relatively small investment and I think most of us said "Why not buy a few dinar?" And we do hope the investment comes out on the positive side, but the reason the posts don't support that claim is because of the overwhelming amount of evidence that doesn't support it.
17. Lets just call it like it is. The only people that are going to make any significant money on the dinar are those who have websites with advertising, membership fees, and promo codes for the dinar dealers. If the dinar RV is such a sure thing then why would someone be relegated to an obscure section of a forum, and then asked to leave altogether for simply voicing a different opinion and calling out questionable info? Why would the site owner care what is said if he is 1,000% sure the dinar will RV significantly? I will give credit to Adam for at least having this section while other sites simply ban people from posting. But does anyone ever ask themselves why these dinar sites do that? They do it for the same reason a business doesn't want negative reviews posted about it on the web. The more negative reviews a business has, the more damaging it is to the business. In dinar land, a negative review is equivalent to a dissenting opinion on how the dinar will never RV in the way we are led to believe by the gurus, pumpers, and site owners (I would also like to add that there has been quite a bit of evidence pointing to the possibility of that outcome). This leads me to two important questions: First, is it ethical to heavily promote just one possible outcome of the dinar investment while making money from those you are promoting it to? And second, just how much money is being made by heavily promoting that one possible outcome? Now I have to point out that I am in no way against people making money. I am a business owner myself and a capitalist through and through. But I would argue that if the monetary gain from these sites wasn't incredibly significant then all opinions would be welcomed and discussed freely.
18. Thank you for all you and your family has done for this country. It's because of people like you that we're able to sit here and even voice an opinion. Don't worry about the other lunatics out there. The only sacrifice they have ever had to make was when Taco Bell ran out of cheesy gorditas.
19. I hear Bluwolf won himself a nice little award over the weekend!!
20. My guess is that those numbers would stay about the same due to the amount of inflation an RV of that magnitude would cause, essentially leaving the Iraqi people in the same position they are in right now.
21. I don't need a new hobby. I have plenty of them. What i do need is a logical explanation of how a $1,000 investment is going to turn into $1,000,000 overnight. So far all I get from the RV'ers is how we can't trust anything being written, we can't trust anything the CBI states, we can't trust any of the info coming out of Iraq. But yet I'm supposed to trust some guru who hides their identity, won't give us their credentials, and says we're all going to be rich beyond our wildest dreams. Don't get me wrong, I hope all of that is true. I'm just having a hard time believing that it is.
22. Can you imagine a little Iraqi boy going to the store to buy a Dr. Pepper and handing the clerk a 25K dinar that is now all of a sudden worth 25 thousand dollars? Wow! I guess the clerk is supposed to hand him $24,998.50 in change. Or what about the Iraqi boy who has somehow managed to save two 25K dinars, and now he's able to buy his mom and dad a house!! Thanks son!
23. It is crazy how badly people want this to happen. I've never seen anything like it. It's fascinating really.
24. From what source do you get your info? If you don't listen to gurus, and you don't believe the CBI, then that leaves you with the news articles. Most of the news articles I read talk about deleting 3 zeros from the currency while issuing a new currency. LOP
25. Does it really matter anyway? Is there any way they can get their money supply down that low?
